I got an idea

There's Kurogiri, and he's basically:

-LoV taxi service

-saves their asses when they're doing smth stupid

-Fusses over them like a mother

-OP when pissed off, or when he's serious

-Basically he's Mamagiri (at least according to fandom)

Then there's Finral Roulacase, who's also:

- Black Bulls taxi service

-saves their asses when doing smth stupid

-After Character Development™ basically their babysitter/mother

-OP when pissed off/serious

-He's the mom of the squad

The conclusion is easy: Teleporters are basically the moms of their groups, and Finral and Kurogiri qould probably get along easily.

Why isn’t this talked about!?

I’m watching MHA for the first time, (but I practically already know every important event) and season 1, episode 11, the Game Over or aka, USJ part 2.

Iida’s job was to book it to the door, get help and come back, right? But of course, Kurogiri wasn’t going to let that happen- The other students: Sero, Uraraka, Shoji, and someone else (I think?) wasn’t going to let dark cloud stop him. Yada, yada, yada, right?

So why does NO ONE TALK ABOUT THE FACT THAT THEY TURNED HIM INTO A BALLOON?!

I shit you not- Uraraka touched his birdcage lookin neck brace, and up he goes.

Kuro tries again, Sero tapes the same place and Shoji grabs the tape and takes off

Aka rendering him into an edgy looking balloon.

Why does no one talk about big ol’ Mamagiri being turned into a balloon by a bunch of children?? That guy just got a lot less scary.

I have come up with a brilliant fanfic idea and i need help putting it into a story

it’s actually quite long (just over 2 pages of notes)

Shigarakis quirk comes in just like in cannon, his father throws him out of the house, he kills his dog, hana and the rest of his family

Gets picked up by AFO (all for b**h)

After he calms down a bit he’s laying on his new bed when he looks up and suddenly hana appears

Shiggy thinks it's a dream but after hana pinches him hard and reassures him that “yes tenko it’s actually me. And no your not daydreaming” he realizes that it’s actually real and they start chatting (after a tearful reunion)

AFO comes to check on him and when he sees that Tenko not Tomura is seemingly talking to himself he ask why he’s talking to himself

Tenko is obviously confused since hana is right there

AFO is confused and it turns out that he genuinely cannot see hana

When AFO introduces Tenko to meet Kurogiri about a year later they find out that Kurogiri can see Hana (cause he’s basically dead)

This delights the children because “see Tenko you’re not actually going insane” and “more people we can talk to without sounding crazy”

AFO tries to see Hana w/ a ghost quirk but it doesn’t work

A few years later they find out that All Might (All Might!!!) was close to their grandma so they secretly go hunt him down w/ the help of Kurogiri (who figured out a loophole when it came to AFO orders (AFO said his top priority was protecting Tenko and he figures that means his mental health too soooo))

They introduce themselves (well really just Tenko) and All Might immediately became found of Tenko

They, along with Kurogiri explain the Hana situation, how she’s still able to age and still needs basic human needs and such

They explain that hana is basically a human who just can’t be seen, heard or detected by anyone other than Tenko and Kurogiri

Then all of the sudden as they explain more and more and he gets closer and closer to tenko he (all might) realizes that he’s suddenly able to see hana

They call gran torino, sir nighteye and Detective Tsukauchi to talk about the situation

They figure out that anyone can see hana once they get closer to tenko or are pretty much dead

They also have no idea how this even happened as it isn’t the effect of a quirk

They decide to just roll with it

Tenko and hana insist that they go back to AFO to get inside info about him

The others hesitantly agree as long as Kurogiri looks after them and they visit once in a while

Over time they become a little tight knit family

Tenko gets the nicknames - little gremlin (gran torino), ten-ten (hana) and of course young tenko (you know who)

Hanas are - hana-banana (night eye), little demon (gran torino) and young hana

All Might is referred to as Uncle Toshi

Sir nighteye is Uncle Miria or uncle M

The detective is uncle nao

Gran torino is grandpa or grandpa Sorahiko

Kurogiri is giri or in tenko and hanas case mamagiri or dadgiri

Tenko meets natsuo through an online gaming server and becomes best friends with him (and later more)

Tenko’s gay af

Hana is aroace

Later on in the story there’s alo dabihawks (dabi reunites with his siblings and natsuo and shoto are just over in hawks fridge looking for something to eat while dabi gets pelted w/ vegetables and runs for his life around hawks house bc fuyumi is pissed he didn’t come back sooner)

As well as fuyrumi (fuyumi x miriko), natshig, todobakudeku or todokiri and erasercloudmic w/ shinsou, eri, tenko and hana as their children

At the end afo is defeated and after hearing keigo's tragic backstory everyone is like “alright so the hero commision needs to die”

Hero commision is replaced with better people and slowly but surely society becomes better

Oh and somewhere along the line both kurogiri and hana get revived and get to live their own lives

endewhore also dies but no one really cares

very rarely, actually. i had a couple people guess a dfo twist on a longer bnha fic, but other than that, i tend to take people by surprise.

Tell me about an up and coming wip please!

if i can ever get around to writing "the demon king is a middle schooler" it will be about izuku accidentally stealing afo's quirk and thus having to take over his empire as the new demon king. it's gonna be dadzawa, mamagiri, todoshindeku and a cross between villain deku and vigilante deku. it should be fun.

Hot take: Kurogiri being a nomufied Shirakumo actually makes him a better father figure to Shigaraki in retrospect. I see a lot of people say they think that revelation ruined his character and/or his relationship with Tomura and I will admit that I too used to be in that camp, but I’ve since come to realize it actually did the opposite. Why?

Think about it: Tomura and Kurogiri’s relationship was never completely positive; Kurogiri was complicit in AFO grooming Tomura and left him to bleed on the floor. If he wasn’t a nomu, he’d have full agency over those actions and it’d be harder to rationalize them while still believing he really cares about Shigaraki. Since he’s a nomu, however, we can rationalize these as him being unable to disobey AFO; he literally couldn’t go against AFO and that’s why he was complicit in his treatment of Shigaraki. An argument can also be made that he left Shigaraki to bleed on the floor because AFO was speaking to him and as a nomu he had to listen to him first and couldn’t do anything else. Sure, those are just interpretations, but the fact remains it’s easier to rationalize his bad caretaker moments if you remember he’s a nomu.

“but that also means he had no agency in being a good caretaker for Tomura!”

Not entirely. Yes, he was programmed to raise and protect Shigaraki, but he was not programmed to care about him. He could have protected Shigaraki without caring about him. But he does genuinely care for Tomura and no, those feelings are not programmed, Aizawa literally recognized Kurogiri’s desire to protect Tomura and insistence that he cannot abandon him as part of Shirakumo’s nature. Kurogiri truly cares about Tomura. We can debate over how much he was able to show that, but he did have agency in caring for him.

This is why I believe the revelation Kurogiri is a nomufied Oboro makes him a better, not worse, parental figure to Tomura in retrospect. I hope this makes sense.

Kurogiri was cleaning wine glasses when he saw Reader, a hero, enter the bar. The young hero looked very tired so, Kurogiri prepared a small drink for the other. Kurogiri made a light drink which was enough to wake someone up.

Reader just took a big sip and climbed over the counter. "C-Customer! Please get down!" Kurogiri said as he shook his misty hands. There weren't any customers when Hero Reader was there so he saw it as a plus.

Reader hugged Kurogiri. "E-Eh!?" Kurogiri was shook when he felt the hero's arms envelope him. Reader didn't say anything and bent Kurogiri over the counter. "C-Customer! Please stop it!" The rest of his phrase was a mumble when he felt the hero rubbing himslef off of him.
