Wrestling is ABSOLUTELY a form of drag I also think its a form of gender expression and sexuality…. there are also a ton of trans/gay wrestlers in the scene like Sonny Kiss, Nyla Rose, Abadon, Pollo Del Mar (actual drag queen, though shes an in-ring manager rather than a wrestler), and Effy who hosts an event called Effy’s Big Gay Brunch where they put LGBT wrestlers on the spotlight ^__^

I was thinking about funny spooky twins things because sometimes it's fun to take two brothers and make one of them a spooky creature who is a copy of the other. Because creatures are fun.

I thought, well I've already done it to an Emmet. Looking at ditto Emmet. The creature ever, i love him. But now it's Ingo's turn.

Consider! After Giratina's redemption arc post Hisui defeat, he decides to make some people to live in the distortion world with him. Giratina decides to settle down and start a family. :>

But Giratina can't really create, not from nothing. So he makes distorted copies, mirrors of people from Arceus' domain but a step to the left. One day he sees yet another cute kid and decides to expand his family again! Only he turns around for one second and the kid is gone!!!

Meanwhile, two hours old Ingo has somehow found a thin spot in the universe, jumped through, and acquired a family. :>

Ingo is completely normal and not at all a shadowy creature from another plane of existence.

Not really what you asked but who/what is your biggest art inspiration?

OOHOO what a good question!!!

My main inspiration (or at least my starting out inspiration when I posted to a now completely nuked Instagram account) is Suppe / Mudwurm! This man has an absolutely POETIC grip on colors and shapes, Genuinely breathtaking work— he also works with angels as well, I’ve been meaning to read Fear Not but I’ve just not been in a very “I want to read stuff” mood unfortunately. Thank you for the reminder I need to get on it

Okay I'm going pick two fantasy characters: my Mage Inquisitor, Fayanalla, and my ranger/beast master TAV, So'vriel.

Because they would both flip the fuck out and try to strangle an answer from me until they were satisfied and believe they're in another world.

Afterwards, Fayanalla would absolutely be all over everything, trying to learn technology, figure out if we have magic, how do things work, what's this food, where can I read about your history, oh god you don't have ELVES???

Vriel is a dumb bag of bricks with an INT of 7 that wouldn't really get it but would absolutely just sit at my kitchen table and vibe while munching food and talking to my cats, until she gets bored and finds out we have alligators down the road and try to bring one home.

Apologies for asking a wuestion related to your work, but do you have any recommendations for learning to write game scripts?

Let me preface this by saying I am nowhere near the likes of an AAA game writer and such, this is just from my own gut.

Learn to write barks and learn to write tutorials.

All the usual stuff like "you have to read a lot to write well" and "Read your writing out loud because it's definitely going to be different from how it reads in your head" still apply, but when you write for video games specifically you are going to have tasks other mediums don't. For example, you will have to write a guy saying "grenade out!" 15 different times, and you got to vary it up so the player doesn't get bored, while trying to inject whatever personality you can into a 5 word line so everyone throwing grenades doesn't blend together.

This can be especially difficult when you have to write dialogue where a character isn't speaking as a character, but as a puppet for the gamedevs to give you instructions, hints, tutorials, whatever. It is annoying as shit to write and to hear (and probably to act), but you gotta do it, and your job as a writer is to make it as natural sounding as possible because one of your players is inevitably going to get stuck somewhere and it's better for them to hear a clue from an ally in-game than from a tutorial pop-up saying Square key goes into the square hole, dumbass.

These challenges can be harder than they look, especially when you are often given little to go on (consider yourself lucky if you get detailed character profiles, video recordings about what exactly an in-game puzzle looks like, etc), so do your best.

One last thing and this is very important, if you're a writer brought on to make the script from the very beginning, please for the love of god, include who is actually speaking in a line and arrange this by in-game levels or chapters or whatever. I'm not saying this because of the infamous incident where Elder Scrolls VAs were given their lines in alphabetical order, I'm saying this because I've been given scripts that were just a single excel sheet with lines from the game's beginning to the end, with no detail on who is speaking what line nor where in the game it's happening nor what the context even is. And yes, sometimes they weren't even in chronological order.

if you write such a script, know that it makes editing impossible, it makes localization impossible, and even if you're the guy that wrote the whole thing you WILL forget your own details with a large enough script so it makes fixing it yourself impossible. Save everyone and yourself the trouble; write it in a format that's actually readable.

What the actual fuck did Jaune do to earn whoever is in charge of the writing team's ire?

Did he shit in their cereal? Did he kill their loved one (Penny is FULLY on them)? Is he the incarnation of the literal Devil and no fanfiction DOES NOT COUNT (and probably still wouldn't warrant this level of disrespect)?

Seriously, i gotta know. Someone tell me cuz i think I'm going crazy. Every time I open this accursed app, it's always some new thing that that Jaune did or is BEING done to him that will inevitably cause emotional suffering for both him AND me. Seriously, WHAT HAS HE DONE?! Breathe?! Did he breathe wrong is that it?!

Why must we see a beloved character like Pyrrha or Penny just to cause us more pain? Why is there a new ship for him only for it to involve seeing FIRSTHAND how Pyrrha bit the dust (Pun intended but it still hurts)?
