Things I believe we’ll see with bkdk
Awkward interactions like we saw with this chapter
Katsuki is obviously still unsure of where he stands with Izuku. His apology broke down this wall between them that had once established exactly how they interacted with one another. Katsuki was gruff and competitive, Izuku was timid and determined, but that was it. Now that Katsuki has apologized, there’s opportunity for more. Katsuki is especially aware of that and doesn’t know how to act, and I am enjoying it so far.
The Talk
It’s been a while since Katsuki’s apology, so, honestly? I have no idea what’s gonna go on in that conversation. I would definitely love to have more of Izuku’s perspective on their relationship. (I’m surprised at how little we have of it, considering he’s our protagonist.)
I think they’ll definitely come to terms with how much they care about each other, though I’m not sure if they’ll speak of it.
I think they’ll acknowledge that they motivate each other a lot, and will speak more on what it will take to be the better hero.
Will this be the biggest change in their relationship? Hmmmmm, probably, maybe. I don’t think it’ll be their last grand interaction tho.
Fight with Shigaraki/AFO
I’ve seen a lot of people talk about how they want Deku, and Deku alone, to defeat Shigaraki. While I’m sure there’ll be a lot of 1 vs 1 stuff going on in the final battle, I think it’s absurd to think that Katsuki will play a small role in defeating Shigaraki/AFO. Something that has been brought up a lot is the role Izuku’s emotions play in handling OFA, and alongside those moments, Katsuki has always been shown to play an important part as well. So I believe we’ll see more of that in their fight with AFO.
I really hope Hori doesn’t rush anything or is forced to rush anything. I feel like there’s a lot more to show in this final act that is we’ll only get to see if the manga takes its time. But whatever the case, I’m just excited to see what will happen with our two main characters.

I saw someone mention it on Twitter. Isn't naming the ship Bakudeku kinda wasted opportunity?
Why didn't we call it Decchan instead? It's so cute and it has the names they gave each other. Deku and Kacchan. 😣 Ship name definitely should have had Kacchan in it.
Horikoshi's Assistant calls them Decchan 🥦💥

When he hears from his mom a kid his age will finally be moving in, right in front of his house no less, he is ecstatic.
