Five red heifers from a farm near Comanche, Texas have emerged as candidates for the Temple Institute in Jerusalem.
https://wassledine.co.uk/conservation-cows/red-poll-beef/ July 2022: Five red heifers from a farm near Comanche, Texas have emerged as candidates for the Temple Institute in Jerusalem. Because of COVID 19, these red heifers were not tagged. The ranch hand who typically tags cattle in the ear at birth was not available due to the pandemic. We come alongside fellow Christians in condemning all attacks on civilians, especially defenseless families and children. Yet, we are disturbed by the silence of many church leaders and theologians when it is Palestinian civilians who are killed. We are also horrified by the refusal of some western Christians to condemn the ongoing Israeli occupation of Palestine, and, in some instances, their justification of and support for the occupation. Further, we are appalled by how some Christians have legitimized Israel’s ongoing indiscriminate attacks on Gaza, which have, so far, claimed the lives of more than 3,700 Palestinians, the majority of whom are women and children. These attacks have resulted in the wholesale destruction of entire neighborhoods and the forced displacement of over one million Palestinians. The Israeli military has utilized tactics that target civilians such as the use of white phosphorus, the cutting off of water, fuel, and electricity, and the bombardment of schools, hospitals, and places of worship—including the heinous massacre at the Greek Orthodox Church of Saint Porphyrios which wiped out entire Palestinian Christian families. Moreover, we categorically reject the myopic and distorted Christian responses that ignore the wider context and the root causes of this war: Israel’s systemic oppression of the Palestinians over the last 75 years since the Nakba, the ongoing ethnic cleansing of Palestine, and the oppressive and racist military occupation that constitutes the crime of apartheid. This is precisely the horrific context of oppression that many western Christian theologians and leaders have persistently ignored, and even worse, have occasionally legitimized using a wide range of Zionist theologies and interpretations. Moreover, Israel’s cruel blockade of Gaza for the last 17 years has turned the 365-square-kilometer Strip into an open-air prison for more than two million Palestinians—70% of whom belong to families displaced during the Nakba—who are denied their basic human rights. The brutal and hopeless living conditions in Gaza under Israel’s iron fist have regrettably emboldened extreme voices of some Palestinian groups to resort to militancy and violence as a response to oppression and despair. Sadly, Palestinian non-violent resistance, which we remain wholeheartedly committed to, is met with rejection, with some western Christian leaders even prohibiting the discussion of Israeli apartheid as reported by Human Rights Watch, Amnesty International, and B’Tselem, and as long asserted by both Palestinians and South Africans.

What does Judith Butler know about loading her son’s corpse in a cab? What does she know about the horror of turning a taxi into a hearse?
im so mad. i've been in mourning and a state of constant rage for palestine for the past few years, and these past weeks have been especially devastating. while im not palestinian myself, i have friends and family that are, and i cant help but be on edge about the things they cant afford to think about right now.
i read their 'thought piece'. its nothing new on that front, and thats why it makes me so mad. im really struggling to connect with the blind, white-american privilege of calling for non-violence in the face of a genocidal apartheid regime. the fucking gall of these so-called western intellectuals to preach how rampant anti-intellectualism has become just to turn around and buy into some colonial playbook of peace shit is hilarious. people i thought were with me on this, not only on palestinian liberation but on liberation full stop, have been a constant disappointment. i cut off so many ppl i called friends over the absolute lack of grace and empathy they handled this with. when are white western 'activists' going to stop treating us like timed bombs of irrationality?
this part in particular kept coming up and made me feel like i was going insane:
"When, however, the Harvard Palestine Solidarity Committee issues a statement claiming that ‘the apartheid regime is the only one to blame’ for the deadly attacks by Hamas on Israeli targets, it makes an error. It is wrong to apportion responsibility in that way, and nothing should exonerate Hamas from responsibility for the hideous killings they have perpetrated...The necessity of separating an understanding of the pervasive and relentless violence of the Israeli state from any justification of violence is crucial if we are to consider what other ways there are to throw off colonial rule"
literally nobody is asking anyone to 'exonerate' hamas. hamas is a military organization fighting the US-backed israeli occupation with smuggled weapons that is active in 365 km² at best. hamas is not even in the orbit when it comes to comparisons to israel.
israel said it with its own mouth that hamas is a product of israeli occupation. this isnt a matter of opinion, right? or am i too far left to think that a brutal occupation will radicalize its victims? and they gave them the means to become a 'terrorist organization'? how are you claiming to care about palestinians if you don't bother unsubscribing from the very schools of thought that constructed the occupation in the first place?
some of you 'leftists' have been lying about what you've been reading because where are the frantz fanon quotes you like to throw around, huh? where's the malcolm x, the angela davis? where are your insta posts with chomsky's books?
holy shit WHAT OTHER WAYS?
keep our communities out of your mouth. we are not some thought experiment you can exercise your conscience on. we're watching an ethnic cleansing unfold, and instead of supporting palestinians so many of you are playing out your own little fantasies of the 'progressive' solidarity you fail to show. sometimes, you need to fucking stop and listen instead of consulting the higher morality police on whether you need to 'contextualize' your incompetence.

The picture below is as an actual photo from Gaza, as the truthfulness of the Palestinians claims about "indiscriminate bombing". Those claims are, well, entirely false.
A simple look at several numbers of real indiscriminate bombing events, shows that pretty clearly.
During Feb. 13th-15th 1945, the allies dropped on the German city of Dresden a total of 3,100 tons of bombs, killing 25,000-35,000 civilians. The area of Dresden is 328.8 Km², and its population before the bombing was 567,000.
Let's take a look at another similar event from WW2. During operation Gomorrah, the allies dropped 2,326 tons of bombs on the city of Hamburg, killing 34,000-45,000 people. The area of Hamburg is 755.2 Km², and its population before the bombing was 634,000 people.
Now, back to Gaza. 3 days ago, the Gazan Hamas government media office claimed Israel had dropped 65,000 tons of bombs, and reported about 22,313 casualties. The area of the Gaza strip is 365 Km² (slightly larger than Dresden) and its population before the war was 2.3 million people (according to several sources).
I guess you can see where this is going: the population density in Gaza was 6,301 People/Km², which even increased after the massive evacuations of Gazans.
That's 3.6 (!) times the population density of Dresden, and 7.5 (!) times the population density of Hamburg, before the bombings.
So according to the Palestinians and their supporters: 21 times (!) the bombs dropped on Dresden, and 28 (!) times of bombs dropped on Hamburg, in an area with a population density 3.6 times larger than Dresden and 7.5 larger than Hamburg, caused less deaths than the smallest casualties number verification after the bombing of Dresden in 1945. The numbers are entirely absurd, and if they are true, that's the least indiscriminate bombings I've seen in my life.
As a conclusion, I'd like to ask several questions:
1 According to what absurd logic, the Hamas propaganda is treated as even somewhat believable?
2 How does the Palestinians know the exact bomb weights, simply from looking at explosions?
3 If the Hamas ministry of health said on Nov. 21st they've lost the ability to count their dead, how they are still reporting exact casualties numbers?
4 What alien technology are they using, to know exactly how many people are under the rubble, as they claim?
5 If Israel identification of almost 1200 victims took about 3 months and is still going, how exactly Hamas is reporting exact casualties less than an hour after each attack, and at the end of each day?
6 So far it seems that almost only women and children are killed, according to Hamas, and almost no men and no Hamas eliminated terrorists appear in the reports? Are they invincible, or hiding too good behind the women and children? For my followers, I really appreciate your support. Thank you for helping me combatting propaganda. The sources, as always, are attached below.

A fragile, seven-day truce came to an end on Friday morning. According to Mondoweiss counting, Israel killed at least 20 Palestinians in Gaza, the West Bank, and East Jerusalem during the temporary ceasefire, while detaining more Palestinians than were released during the hostage swap that took place during the same period. Throughout the ceasefire, Israel repeatedly stated its intention to resume the war, but ultimately accused Hamas of breaking the terms of the truce today. Qatar, which has led mediation efforts between Israel and Hamas, expressed “deep regret at the resumption of the Israeli aggression against Gaza” on X (formerly Twitter), while adding that negotiations were still ongoing to return to another temporary pause in fighting. [...] Senior Hamas spokesperson Osama Hamdan told Al Jazeera that “every day in the past seven days of the temporary ceasefire, Israel was acting in a way to undermine the whole process.” However, he added that “the solution is not to have a truce. The real solution is to find mechanisms to put an end to this occupation.” Israeli forces resumed their relentless pummeling of the Gaza Strip on Friday, with at least 109 Palestinians killed by airstrikes since Friday morning. Israeli bombardment pummeled the tiny Palestinian enclave, and WAFA reported airstrikes in Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza, in the Bureij, Nuseirat, and Maghazi refugee camps in central Gaza, in the Shuja’ya, Assqoula, and al-Zaytoun neighborhoods in Gaza City, and in Rafah, Khan Younis, Abasan, and Yibna refugee camps in the southern Gaza Strip, as well as along the coast. Meanwhile, aid is no longer entering through the Rafah crossing with Egypt. The Ministry of Health spokesperson in Gaza, Ashraf al-Qidra, warned on Friday that the health situation was “extremely catastrophic” due to Israeli forces’ targeting of medical facilities and severe shortages in medical supplies, particularly in northern Gaza, where very little aid has been received during the truce. “The remaining three hospitals in Gaza and the north are small and not qualified to receive large numbers of wounded,” Qidra stated. [...] Intent on showing the world its magnanimity as it restarts bombing a traumatized, injured, and starving people, the Israeli army made public on Thursday a map of Gaza divided into numbered zones, which it said were individual areas that it would use to notify Palestinian civilians of active fighting, calling on Palestinians to follow their instructions and evacuate said areas when requested. While Mondoweiss could not individually count the zones identified on the map, it saw areas labeled as high as 2,280. If there are indeed this many numbered zones mapped out in Gaza, which is only 365 square kilometers, it would make the average zone a mere 160 square meters — making it difficult for Palestinians to keep track of where they are on this map, while making it easy for Israeli forces to argue that civilian deaths are justified if Palestinians do not comply with their evacuation orders.  [...] Al Jazeera reported on Friday that Israeli forces had dropped leaflets over Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip, where hundreds of thousands of Palestinians have been internally displaced, calling on civilians to evacuate even further to Rafah. Israeli authorities have made no secret of their desire to ethnically cleanse Gaza and force Palestinians into Egypt, an option Cairo has rejected.
-- From "‘Operation Al-Aqsa Flood’ Day 56: Truce ends, Israel kills over 100 in Gaza" from Mondoweiss, 1 Dec 2023

PLO, Palestinians, Hamas, Gaza. Pallywood.
So many lies, it's hard to know where to start.
Gaza is said to be a closed-air prison. It's not in the least.
Gaza is the most dense place on the planet? No, it's not even in the top 150. With 2.2 million people on 365 sq km's, this comes to 6,000 people per sq km, about 16x less dense that Malé Maldives (107,000 people per sq km), 3.4x less dense than Paris, France, and 3.1x less dense than Union City (19,000 people per sq ft).
As far as the amount of destruction?
Not much compared to typical urban warfare in the last 8 decades: For example, the ancient city of Aleppo, Syria, once the Vienna of the Middle East, has been reduced to rubble thanks to infighting between ISIS, Al Quds, and the Iranians (IRGC). Hamburg and Dresden were reduced to rubble by the allies in 1942-45.
The population is being starved by Israel? Well, not that it's Israel's job to feed its enemies during wartime, reality is, over 250,000 tonnes of food (450,000 tons including other items like water and medical supplies) has been facilitated by Israel (while Egypt has sealed its border with Gaza) and delivered since the war began. That's the equivalent of 55 weeks of food for every man, woman, and child of Gaza.

The Chairman of Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor shared a map of the original border of the Gaza Strip under the ceasefire agreement of February 24, 1949, noting that Israel "did not abide" by the agreed area of 555 square kilometers. "Today, Israel is engaging in ethnic cleansing and further encroaching on the land from the 365 square kilometers," wrote Ramy Abdul on X/Twitter. Israel has faced mounting international pressure to end its war but has been largely been shielded by US diplomatic and military support. So far, nearly 33,000 Palestinians, more than two-thirds of them women and children, have been killed.

Netanyahu has a whopping 18% approval rating in Israel. Trump’s going to be a 1000 times worse than Biden concerning Muslims, and CNN along with Tlaib are trying to turn people against Biden.
Right-wing Netanyahu needs to go and Hamas need to go. Hamas are murderous terrorists doing the bidding of Iran and Putin. Trump is already calling for Palestinians to be deported but all these people who are supposedly on the left don’t even mention it but are dragging Biden. Let’s revisit this if Trump wins and see if Tlaib accepts any responsibility for a potential Biden loss and the harm it would bring to Muslim-Americans and Muslims abroad. I wouldn’t be surprised if one of the reasons the Republikkkans refused to censure Tlaib is because they so successfully use her as a foil in their bullshit culture war. Fascism works best when you have a foil/scapegoat to generate anger and hatred.
Being cynical here but they love the extreme far-left for making their propaganda campaigns so easy. Those right-wing bastards win so often because they are always in lockstep and on the same page. They use billions in dark money from oligarchs to run a well oiled propaganda machine 24/7/365. They are incredibly cohesive, unified, and prepared. They are doing opposition research on college students that may run for office as Democrats decades into the future while Democrats have always been every person for themselves. It wasn’t until after Kerry lost to “Dubya” Bush (due in large part to RNC brain bug Karl Rove) that DNC chair Howard Dean took the first steps towards organizing the party. He introduced media relations seminars for newly elected Dems, warned them against going on Fox News, and began disseminating information about the “vast right-wing conspiracy” of oligarch created RNC PACs, think tanks, and institutions like ALEC, the Federalist Society, the CATO Institute, the Mackinac Center.

Haleg-Montah o Mabon (Reino Unido):
Puedes recopilar flores, hojas, frutos o piedras.

Whereas worldwide temperatures have increased by an average of 1.1°C since pre-industrial times, in Israel and the surrounding areas, average temperatures have risen by 1.5°C (2.7°F) between 1950 and 2017, according to the Israeli Meteorological Service, with a forecasted increase of 4°C (7.2°F) by the end of the century. Meanwhile, rising sea levels—projected by Israel’s Environment Ministry to be as high as a meter by 2050, according to a new investigative report by Haaretz newspaper—threaten to obliterate Israel’s famed beaches, damage its desalination plants and undermine the sewage and drainage systems of many coastal cities. In the densely populated Gaza strip, where 2.1 million Palestinians are crammed into 365 square km (141 sq. mi.), sea level rise means a loss of precious real estate as well as saltwater intrusion into an already overtaxed aquifer.
...
In an arid region already threatened by desertification and declining precipitation, one would think that the looming climate catastrophe would catalyze a powerful climate movement. Instead, the whole thing is largely an afterthought. Climate made barely a ripple in the recent Israeli election, and in Palestinian politics, it has been sidelined by the government’s justified preoccupation with, well, Israeli occupation. In forming his new cabinet, Netanyahu replaced a vetted environmental protection minister with the former chairperson of the Knesset’s Labor, Welfare and Health Committee, who is widely considered to be more palatable to his ultra-conservative allies in the new government.
...
The problem, says Majdalani, is that both Palestinians and Israelis are so focused on the politics of their current existence that they can’t plan for future threats. The late Palestinian-American social commentator and literary critic Edward Said once dismissed environmentalism as “the indulgence of spoiled tree huggers who lack a proper cause.” That sentiment still lingers, Majdalani says, casting climate activism as secondary to establishing a fully independent Palestinian state. “The average Palestinian wakes up in the morning worrying about how to get to work without crossing a checkpoint. Their priority is the [Israeli] occupation. For the Israelis, it’s security, the sense that there is a dangerous enemy on the other side that needs to be controlled.” Dror Etkes, an Israeli activist who campaigns against the growing number of illegal Israeli settlements in the Palestinian controlled West Bank, says that Palestinians are given little choice but to focus on the immediate threat. “Of course climate change is important. It’s going to influence life here enormously. But when you’re almost drowning, you don’t have the time to think about anything else. You just want to keep your head above the water.”
...
Meanwhile, the power imbalance between Jewish Israelis—even those who are politically left-wing—and Palestinians promotes fears among Palestinian climate activists that cooperation could be misinterpreted as “normalizing” relations before the conflict is resolved. It’s a situation that Majdalani, of EcoPeace, has frequently faced in her own activism. “There’s this pervasive sense of ‘we don’t cooperate with the occupier, it’s not the right political environment.’ But if we wait for the right political environment, we will lose more land. We will have more people suffering water shortages, more farmers leaving their farms, and the crisis will continue.” Meanwhile, progress on the two-state solution has effectively stalled under a far-right government that opposes any efforts to create a viable Palestinian state. If the expansion of Israeli settlements on what is supposed to be Palestinian land in a two-state future continues at the same pace, says Etkes, the anti-settlement activist, “[Climate change] might not even be a Palestinian problem in 30 years, it might just be a purely Israeli one.”

365 Marvel Comics Paper Cut-Out SuperHeroes - One Hero, Every Day, All Year…
November 27th - Legion
David Haller is the son of Professor Charles Xavier (founder of the X-Men) and Gabrielle Haller (an Israeli ambassador to the United Kingdom). Charles and Gabrielle had an affair in Israel nearly two decades ago, and Charles was unaware when he left that Haller was pregnant with his son. Haller concealed the fact that Charles was the father of her son, David, and Charles himself only learned that he was David's father some time after founding the New Mutants. David was born a Mutant possessing tremendous psychic abilities.
Gabrielle Haller married Daniel Shomron when David was a child and the family relocated to Paris.  Their home was attacked by a group of terrorists who shot and killed David’s stepfather in front of him.  The shock of having witnessed this awoke David’s telepathic powers and he instinctively released a psychic shock that killed the attackers, frying their brains.  Unfortunately, David experienced each of these deaths through empathic connection and it left him in a catatonic state.
The trauma acted to fragment David’s mind.  He cultivated countless alternate personalities as seen in cases of Dissociative Identity Disorder.  One of these personalities was based on the leader of the terrorists who had attacked him, a man named Karami.  The recreation of Karami that David generated was so fulsome as to truly believe itself to be the real Karami trapped within the young man’s mind.
As a teenager, David recovered from his catatonia but remained highly disoriented as the various personalities in his mind jockeyed for control.  This led him to be misidentified as suffering from a severe type of autism.
David ended up in the care of Dr. Moria MacTaggart on Muir Island.  Dr. MacTaggart identified David as Charles Xavier’s biological son and correctly diagnosed him as experiencing dissociative identity disorder significantly compounded by his psychic powers.  Herein David began referring to himself as ‘Legion’ based on the Biblical passage from the Book of Mark.
As Legion, David would go on to have many adventures.  Although he possessed a host of highly formidable psychic powers, his ability to use them were frequently hampered or misused by various alternate personalities periodically taking over.
David’s great power, coupled with the fragile state of his psyche, attracted the attention of the psychic villain, Amahl Farouk, also known as the Shadow King.  Farouk’s original body had been killed in conflict with Charles Xavier, but his mind remained on the astral plain and he targeted David as a means of obtaining great power, regaining physical form and taking revenge on Xavier.
Once possessed by The Shadow King, Legion became an adversary to the X-Men and it took all their might to defeat him.  David fought back and ultimately purged himself of Farouk, but it resulted in his being rendered entirely comatose.
The Mutant precognitive known as Destiny had been killed by The Shadow King whist in possession of David’s body.  In the process, David manifested a recreation of Destiny’s psyche who became yet another of the countless personalities populating his mind.  This version of Destiny convinced David that his father’s dream of peace between Mutants and humans would have come to fruition had it not been for the actions of Xavier’s frequent rival and fellow Mutant, Magneto.
The certainty of this shocked David free from his coma and he used his powers to travel back in time in an effort to assassinate Magneto so that his father could fulfill his dream.  The effort went awry as the younger Xavier triued to save Magneto from David and was himself unintentionally killed.  Xavier’s death in the past created a hellish alternate reality in the present where most of humanity had been killed by Mutants and the planet was ruled by the menace known Apocalypse; and the world’s only hope were a band of rebel X-Men led by a now heroic Magneto.
The time-traveling Mutant, Bishop, was able to determine how this all came about he traveled back into the past to put things right.  Bishop was able to prevent Xavier’s assassination and David was seemingly destroyed, resulting in reality reverting back to how it was prior to this Age of Apocalypse.
David would eventually return and embarked on further adventures, on his own, at the side of the X-Men and accompanied by his girlfriend, the young Mutant precognitive the known as Blindfold.  Following the creation of the Mutant nation of Krakoa, David was captured by the villainous organization, Orchis.  The young man was killed and dissected in the hopes of finding a way to defend against Mutant psychics.  With he nature of his power, however, David found that he no longer needed a corporal form.  Legion still existed on the astral plain perhaps now more powerful than ever.
A version of David Haller featured in the FX television series, Legion, portrayed by Dan Stevens.  The trouble young hero first appeared in the pages of  New Mutants Vol. 1 #25 (1984).
