So I watched the Percy Jackson show on Disney+ and I wasn’t expecting to like it much. But W O W I was pleasantly surprised! It’s so much better than the movie and is more accurate story wise.
I can’t wait to see more of the show!

Normally Sanji is the most put together person between him and Luffy. He’s probably the most put together person on the entire crew besides Robin. Meanwhile Luffy is a walking disaster, chaos is naturally drawn to him and he’s ALWAYS getting into trouble. When it comes to their actual romantic relationship tho. It’s COMPLETELY flipped lmao
Luffy will walk out on deck with his hair slightly tousled and his vest a bit askew but that’s normal for him. He looks smug as hell but that’s also normal for him. Nobody bats an eye. Then Sanji comes tumbling out of the galley. Shirt untucked and buttoned up the wrong way, hair thoroughly ruffled, clothes rumpled, looking utterly fucking disheveled. His nose is bleeding, he’s stumbling like he’s drunk and his neck is covered in hickies. Everyone on deck proceeds to lose their goddamn MINDS

Well, I’m still glad that Gojo was always a character who was growing and learning at least. He’s literally one of my favorite characters of all time now. Like, he’s never been as perfect as how the fans would make him out to be despite canonically being viewed as an absolute nuisance to everyone around him (I don’t think his peers necessarily hate him but a lot of them probably hate to see him coming and the ones who’ve dealt with him long enough to consider him a friend, tolerate him and groan whenever he opens his mouth, too 😭… out of love. He’s extremely childish so there is only sm the other adults around him can take and to an extent, his students. I think the only characters in canon who adore him and their eye’s sparkle whenever he’s around, and being a silly teacher was Yuuji and Miwa (she asked him for his autograph (he’s the most famous sorcerer in the jjk world) and when she was alone, she did a little dance in the empty hallway 🥺…) from what we’ve seen even though the others still care about him, too. They just find him rather annoying, which he most definitely is. And he does it on purpose. He plays too much.)

I did an interview about detransition with [redacted large left wing publication] last week and now I’m SO stressed about it. Freaking out!!! 😖
I’ve thought of like a million things I wish I’d said that I didn’t and like a million things I wish I’d phrased differently. I feel like I got so sidetracked that I forgot to mention some of my main points (like listening and empathy and prioritising truth) and also that I was so focused on being diplomatic/speaking to a leftist audience that I didn’t go hard enough on some of the slightly more “controversial” things I deeply believe.
I was not shy about calling out bad behaviour from republicans, saying conservatives manipulate and take advantage of detransitioned women’s trauma, and about disagreeing with bills banning transition, which I think will not go over well with other people who have detransitioned who I’m friendly with. So that kinda sucks because they are the people I connect with emotionally and i quite like some of the more reasonable ones as much as I disagree with them. Like I know some people who are really nuanced as much as I disagree and I don’t want to hurt them.
I also did talk about feeling like I got bad healthcare and feeling like the trans community can be very controlling, and alluded to my personal crisis of faith about the logic behind certain things (and also about knowing it’s very important to some people)… so that will get plenty of other people upset.
I think I’m about to just piss everyone off tbh, like they literally asked me if I’m a centrist on this and I was like yes, and I am scared 😭 I don’t care the slightest bit if conservatives get mad at me, and I don’t really care if some of the more extreme detransitioners do… but I’d like to keep my friends
