I am so SICK of people saying mirabel was a doormat that “forgave abuela immediately” she didn’t even forgive her?? “nothing can ever be broken that we can’t fix together” seems more like a wow this is a bad situation but I’m willing to let you help me fix it and fix our broken bond too. Like idk I never interpreted that as forgiveness. Some argue that the hug was the forgiveness but I’m pretty sure alma initiated that not mirabel. Also she hugs almost everyone in the movie hugs can have multiple meanings it’s just a form of support.

every time i see videos on youtube that are like YOUVE BEEN LEARNING ART WRONG! or THE CORRECT WAY TO PRACTICE DRAWING or LEARNING HOW TO DRAW WITH NO EXPERIENCE OR TALENT i want to tear shit off the walls!!! there is no wrong way!! to draw!!! everyone has talent!! talent is not quantifiable!!!!!! realism does not equal skill or talent!!!! all artists are self-taught YOU CANNOT TEACH SOMEONE HOW TO DRAW!!!

still thinking about how a song with the refrain “stop! you’re losing me!” is in fact NOT on the bargaining playlist (which is described as the things you do when you’re trying to make deals with yourself and others to fix things) and is INSTEAD on the depression playlist, which is titled “old habits die screaming” and is described as feelings of intense loss and hopelessness right before truly moving on.

hi just wanted to tell y'all that redline inspired me to continue making my own iteration after putting it on hiatus for so long cuz I felt like mine wouldn't stand out anyways few questions, who's the medic of the team and who's down for murder out of the cast (doesn't have to only be the turtles), also does the boys + splints hibernate/brumate?

that makes me really excited! odd and i are silly passionate about redline but we like to think of it as stress relief. its been a cope for us recently and i definitely recommend getting someone to bounce ideas off of.

donnie is the medic! he's not very good at it right now but he's learning. their mom can also do a bit of healing.

murderous boys are mikey and later casey.

they dont really hibernate like sleep but in the winter they go out less since the barrier their mom keeps around the lair makes it really warm. it's like a spring or summer day in there all the time.
