Edit 4/5/24 - Aya’s taken my fic down, and I promised to take down my posts about her plagiarism if she’d apologize to me for hurting me. She didn’t, so these posts are staying up. I blocked her and let her know she’s more than welcome to send an ask from a side blog apologizing. This behavior is unacceptable.
Update about my plagiarized fic/ayadrafts (original post here)
Tw-fatphobia, violent threats
First, I wanna say thank you to everyone who is showing up and sticking up for me. Eddie stans, Joel stans, writers and readers both. I love and appreciate you so much. I know a good amount of you have reported ayadrafts and that’s awesome. If anyone in the comments is able to let others know how to do the same, that would be greatly appreciated.
To be honest, I’m not entirely sure how to update this so I think we’ll just go through the timeline.
Explanation below.
Last time I talked about this yesterday where I wasn’t responding to an ask, I showed screenshots of ayadrafts’ messages with others, how she laughed at both them and me. I posted and reblogged with screenshots of countless deleted comments. That was in late afternoon. During that time, people repeatedly commented on Ayadrafts’ post calling out her blatant theft of my work and even alerted blogs that had reblogged/liked her post that it was stolen from me. Ayadrafts has admitted to stealing my fic, but simply does not care or feel bad.
What I did not see and what I do not have screenshots of is Ayadrafts telling individuals to k*ll themselves. It seems that she gets a comment, replies to it, and then deletes both within seconds. Multiple people, both friends and strangers have let me know that this was taking place.
As if she could not get any lower. Laughing in my face, mocking my work, and then telling people to k*ll themselves? Absolutely abhorrent and frankly, fucking cruel.
But apparently others who were defending me were cruel right back to her. From what I’ve heard, I believe people who were commenting remained fairly civil, even if ayadrafts herself did not like the comments. I’ve received asks about this and I’m disappointed to hear that people were in her asks calling her a fat cunt and other abhorrent things. That’s a low blow and does not reflect me or my values.
Believe me, I understand the anger. I’ve never met someone so antisocial and uncaring. I am angry too. Fucking livid. But that doesn’t give me or anyone else the right to say something just as heinously cruel back to her. I don’t condone anyone being sexist, fatphobic, homophobic, racist, or hateful on my behalf. None of these things will ever be tolerated by me, even if they’re being used to “defend” me. Not okay with that in the slightest.
Take the high road, don’t give this person any more ammo to be any more cruel and atrocious than she’s already being.
After this, ayadrafts disabled replies on her post of my stolen fic for the night and everything quieted down for the most part. Today, I see that she’s got those replies back on and is likely looking for another fight, blocking and unblocking people. Because, like I said yesterday, it is evident that she has a clear need for negative attention, and all of this is a game to her.
If you wanna participate in that game, you’ve got my consent. Spam the shit out of her, annoy her through posts like this and this. I don’t care, because frankly I am past the point of sympathy with her, and I think I’ve been way too forgiving up to this point. Maybe she’ll cave and delete my fic like I’ve repeatedly asked her to do. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
But it’s entirely possible she won’t, and that she’ll double down even harder, and that by continuing to fuel the fire she’ll only debase herself further and in doing so make us all feel worse. Were you all drained watching this go down yesterday? Because I sure as shit was.
So at some point I might ask you all that we just drop it, for both the sake of my mental health and your own. I think we’re all unbelievably hurt and upset, but we need to be able to walk away at some point. The reality is, we can keep this going forever but hateful, spiteful people like this don’t often thrive long without something to feed on.
I’ve reported her post multiple times, tweeted at tumblr, and I’ve heard nothing but crickets. It is what it is.

OC deep dive with my favorite gal Izzy🫶🏻✨ thank you for the tag @cupidszone !!
What uncommon/common fear do they have? She has a fear of failure, she was the oldest child in the household and had to step up and pave the way, which led to some extreme anxiety especially when she started failing in school. As a child she did develop a fear of being inferior.
Do they have any pet peeves? Izzy HATES when there’s dirty dishes either on the table or in the sink, IT GOES IN THE DISHWASHER, her husband and son are so bad at putting dirty dishes where they are supposed to go and she constantly has to remind them. She does have a habit that is her son’s biggest pet peeve, she clicks her pen whenever she’s writing and it drives him crazy.
What are 3 items you can find in their bedroom? A miniature model of her rocket ship, one of her son’s old teddy bears and a lot of sketches of upgrades for the rocket
What do they notice first in a person? Their sense of humor! Whenever she was feeling down while growing up, her cousin would always cheer her up with a couple of jokes or a funny story.
On a scale of 1 to 10, how high is their pain tolerance? A solid 8/10!
Do they go into fight or flight mode when under pressure? Depends on the situation! She goes into flight mode if she’s arguing with someone in her family since she doesn’t want to come off as disrespectful and if it’s someone outside the family or her little brother, she goes into fight mode. If it’s a difficult task or work she goes into fight mode immediately cuz she enjoys solving difficult situations.
Do they come from a big family/are they a family person? She comes from a big family! She grew up with her parents, two younger brothers, her aunt and her son and whoever her aunt was seeing at the time. She is a family person but never wanted a big one of her own.
What animal represents them best? Probably a penguin
What is a smell that they dislike? B.O, her son is so bad at showering and he works out every day too. She hates the smell of shellfish as well.
Have they broken any bones? The joints in her left shoulder are somewhat unstable so she tends to dislocate her shoulder quite often.
How would a stranger likely describe them? Introverted and hard to get close to. She’s a loner with trust issues after all.
Are they a night owl or a morning bird? Night Owl 100%!! Since she spent a lot of years as a single mom, she realized she only ever had the night to herself and that’s a habit she can’t get rid of.
What is a flavor they hate and a flavor they love? She hates the taste of oranges or any type of citrus really. She loves loves loves sweets though, especially caramel!
Do they have any hobbies? Rocket science and chess, which sounds so boring to a lot of people but she can really spend hours just zoning out with anything mentally challenging.
Boom, surprise birthday party! How do they react to surprises? She’d be absolutely MORTIFIED to be in the dark about this. And having a bunch of people jumping out and screaming happy birthday sounds like nightmare material. She really doesn’t enjoy being the center of attention either.
Do they like to wear jewelry? She doesn’t care much for jewelry, other than her wedding ring and earrings, she doesn’t bother with anything else.
Do they have neat or messy handwriting? Her handwriting isn’t intelligible to anyone other than herself, she’s always in such a rush to write when inspiration for the next rocket upgrade hits or when she needs to calculate math formulas.
What are two emotions they feel the most? A good mix of anxiety and happiness, they tend to come and go in a circle.
Do they have a favorite fabric? There’s just something about corduroy that’s so appealing to her.
What kind of accent do they have? I can’t imagine that she has an accent but she does use a lot of “difficult” words, she tries to tone that down when talking to others but they tend to slip out.
I don’t know who has done this but consider yourself tagged if you haven’t already!✨

This isn't that relevant but I just never remember to take screenshots. Paladin moment! And you can see Wyll's lil face in the background if you squint. I anticipate a playthrough where we both have dogshit strength being pretty funny.
Did Faye go party after talking to Halsin? Of course she didn't. My girl will not rest while innocents need saving, and I did just fast travel out without saving that stupid bard...
I don't know what it is with me and names in this game; I saw Volo and was like 'heh, same name as that freak in Soul Calibur' and completely forgot Volo's Guide to Monsters until I saw him again.
The party. Oooh god I was not prepared for the party. Neither was Faye. Laz'ael kinda had dibs, and couldn't be un-dibbed so it was basically a night of awkwardly rejecting people. Excruciating for both of us. Notable exceptions: Wyll, who did not ask. I thought Faye might go for him, but they are a bit too similar. He's basically a brother from another mother and she loves him as such. Halsin, who was very kind but firm when Faye wondered if she could get to know him. okay.jpg
And. Of course. Asterion. Who let her know he was absolutely desperate to fuck, but anyone but her. Ew. Listen, this entire camp is crawling with horny morons, and if you weren't such a sour and condescending gremlin you could have your pick of them, but instead you're having a sneer-off with the one person you can't stand who is going to go and get laid regardless.
I actually kind of love how antagonistic they are, and I'm almost tempted to turn the ship around just to watch him eat. his. words. But I couldn't do that to Faye, who basically regards him like a tired paramedic outside a club at 3am on a Sunday asking again what it is he's taken. Sadly, he's her job.
Anyway. Laz'ael. You don't have to get all dommy to get head, you know? She's a paladin getting on her knees and giving is in her nature. I don't think Faye regrets it, but she finds Laz'ael a bit exhausting in several senses and doesn't want a rematch either, or to talk about it. Asterion probably sensed that. Dick.
I still had this cursed book sitting in my inventory, cause I am the stupid, and had forgotten right click opened an Attack option in the menu and I fruitlessly kept trying to target it with the general attack option. I did eventually work it out.
Now I had noticed Auntie Ethel had the fey creature type, but I thought nothing of it, and Faye, sweetheart that she is, wasn't going to scare some old lady by telling her about the tadpole, so I only headed to the swamp out of a desire to fill in the map before leaving the zone. Also, a friend had informed me I could improve things slightly with Asterion by 'baa-ing' at redcaps, a bizarre piece of advice that made no sense til I got there. Frankly it's the first thing about him that's been remotely charming.
Anyway, we got as far as the door to the hag's lair, and I thought we'd more or less hit an instant boss fight, and I and my companions were so close to level 5. That extra attack was gonna do so much for me. So I turned around and scoured the map for anything that might offer scraps of exp. Took all day. Rested.
Gale offered a magic lesson. Faye had a great time til it all got a bit too serious and she broke it off, getting the sad and lonely reaction, and she's feeling bad about it cause he's hot and smart, and good-hearted. But. It did seem a bit too smooth, and he did also kick things off with a picture of his ex, and then a demonstration of how good said ex makes him feel. If she even is an ex. I'm not cucking a fucking goddess. Faye's wis score is higher than that.
Dyce would love everyone in this party though. He really would. I need to know if an nonocule is possible.
Back to Faye. Rather than face her problems, she decided she'd rather go to a horrible swamp and fight a hag with a guy who deeply dislikes her. It went fine. Overall, by the time we were done in the swamp, Asterion had gone from barely tolerating her to grudgingly tolerating her. As she herself says, 'I've got a long road ahead of me.'

The possibly unintended (though I doubt it) brilliance of Z.O.E.'s power-ups
With @zoe-oneesama's season 5 of Scarlet Lady slowly creeping to its big finale, I am sure anyone familiar with the AU knows how well written everything is, however something in particular caught my eye as a world builder, that being Marigold's power-up. In case my name didn't make it obvious, my entire thing is magic systems. The Miraculous as a system are immensely interesting, and part of the reason I dropped canon is that they didn't flesh it out as well as they could, leaving it feeling flat.
Why's there a five minute timer post-ability for underage users? They aren't old enough to handle the full power, but that isn't an in depth answer. There's no internally consistent logic to it, or if there is I can't find it. Why are the Kwami bound to their holder's orders if they're primordial basically-elder-gods that embody inherent concepts? What defines suitability for a Miraculous, or is it literally just personality? We don't get these answers, and while not the largest reason by orders of magnitude, it is one of the many reasons I don't like canon, and that's when they don't turn around and straight up contradict themselves.
Oh, underage users have a timer? Not if they "master" their Miraculous, but we won't define what that mastery is or how to achieve it, because that would mean admitting the writers are talking out their asses! Like yeah, we can infer that the Guardians were shit from the reason Feast came to be, but the Mage was supposedly borderline Saint like, so why would he force the Kwami to obey whoever holds their Miraculous?
A line from Plagg (known gremlin and likeliest to slag off on the Guardians) talking about it could have fixed that issue, just imagine! "Oh yeah the Mage was awesome! The problem was his students, who would go on to form the Guardian order. Once he died, they used his research to alter the enchantments on the Miraculous' to force us to obey them. Jokes on them though, doing that weakened the jewels by a ton!" Boom, problem solved.
Anyway, while some of these questions haven't been answered, and probably won't be (we have like five episodes left including Maledictator, plus it's at least a little bit a parody, it's job isn't to answer) there is a neat little thing that has shown up, specifically in the first episode of season five, Zombizou. And that was the introduction of Bee Balm.
This power introduces a lot of shit and does so brilliantly, foremost being actual requirements for a power-up. In canon, we have the introduction of the Akuma talismans that comes from... Maribug understanding her powers and believing she can do more? This isn't a bad way to do a power-up mind you, and she was absolutely due some level of recompense for the universe repeatedly kicking her in the metaphorical dick, but it doesn't feel like it fits in this situation particularly.
The Akuma talisman boost would work if this is Marinette finally getting past a mental block and we knew about it, but I can't find anything about that, so it feels almost like a payoff without a conflict. Compare that to the introduction of Bee Balm, where the heroes are constantly stressed due to having to simultaneously fight Hawkmoth and pick up Scarlet Lady's slack, so they're both near constantly stressed and training their asses off.
Then, Chat Noir is taken out. More than that, he's taken out defending her civilian identity, after being essentially betrayed by their incompetent partner, who's then taken out in turn. Bare in mind that this same sociopathic bitch is vital in stopping Akumas and preventing swarm incidents, and without her they're essentially fucked. She can't go get a Miraculous from where she is, and that wouldn't help anyway, meanwhile her partner and the dumbass they have to tolerate are out of commission. So what does she do?
She develops a power relevant to both her Kwami's concept and the situation at hand. If she can't purify the Akuma, then she'll purify the effect their having on others. And looking at Zoe's other power-up posts we see that the ability is clearly specific to her, because we also get to see Queen Bee's and Vesperia's power-up forms, and none of the three Bee users share a power apart from Venom.
This of course all made my little world builder's brain light up, and the fact that we get to see new forms for Carapace, Rena Rouge, Pigella and Purple Tigress did so even more, and not just because Nino's entry gave me more clues for my personal theory as to how they work. With all that out of the way, I think I just locked down the conditions for a new ability. First is the emotional component, a degree of anguish and desperation on the level of a mental breakdown. Marinette looked like she was a few seconds from a literal heart attack before the awakening hit, for god's sake.
Next is the affinity the user has with their Miraculous. A person who isn't suited for a particular jewel simply isn't going to be able to use it properly.
Third is the domain a given Miraculous commands and the way the user interprets that domain. Bee Balm is an application of Subjection, created when the horror toward Zombizou's powers and actions against people Marigold had sworn to protect reached a critical mass. Her subjects, if you will, were being forced into a state where they had no agency in the most literal sense possible, and thus she gained the power to free people from such an influence, both commanding the Miraculous magic affecting them to fuck off and bypassing a lesser form of her domain of influence.
Fourth is the environmental factor. That specific thing you can trace for exactly how the power formed the way it did. Bee Balm having no effects on the inanimate because there was no collateral damage factor, Carapace's theoretical waterbending power-up, they shape the power because they are exactly what was needed at the time. Nothing else would suffice, they have no more tricks in the arsenal, and even if they did none would work.
With all that in mind, I think I have an idea as to what set evolved!Pigella off in Z.O.E.'s last power-up design post, as well as a possible ultimate form(?) ability of my own which would give Hawkmoth a cold sweat.
The first (love chain's activation) would probably be a Scarlet Moth incident, possibly even the first depending on if the timeline the power-up happens in is closer to the Scarlet Lady one or not. Rose has the Pig Miraculous, she's got it active, and she's fucking terrified. People are getting mass akumatized, it's a known factor at this point that a Miraculous doesn't make you immune to Akumas and Rose had looked into Princess Fragrance enough to figure out that she was sandbagging, hard. Remember, this was the Akuma with airborne mind control and was likely capable of making any number of chemicals.
So Pigella is in the streets fighting Akumas and is stressed out her gourd. She has to maintain a positive attitude, while helping fight a what's basically a small scale apocalypse with a tambourine of all things, and she can't use her powers because they're one use a transformation, and only affect one person. So you can imagine the stress she's under.
As she's going across the city, she spots a swarm hit a group of people. None have been akumatized before so there's a small delay as the butterflies try to decide on the host forms, but Rose knows she's got maybe twenty seconds from the other end of the street. At this point the stress is at an all time high, a headache is forming, she has no idea if her friends and loved ones are okay, and...
Then it hits, that little piece to the puzzle. Loved ones, love, specifically how it can develop and relate to other emotions. Right now, Paris needs love very literally, it needs positivity to resist the swarms, and if Gift as it is can't help, then something new is in order. Grabbing the side of her tambourine with her free hand, Rose twists the handle and lets go, allowing her weapon to take its new form.
With a cry and a pull on the not-muscle that normally indicated her power, Pigella's new whip flies across the road and sinks into the nearest Akuma-to-be with a strange ripple effect, like the end of the weapon had dropped into a pond as opposed to hit a human being. A soft glow encompasses the civilian, before sparks leap off of them and onto the person next to them like forks of lightning, and the process repeated. In less than a dozen seconds the entire group was affected and in the face of such joy, the Scarlet Akumas were forcibly ejected.
While I don't have an actual story-bit for the ultimate form power, I do have a general idea how it would form. The power would be called Blessing, and befitting it's Ultimate moniker, it's absolutely cracked.
Blessing would be a support/empowerment ability formed when someone close to Rose (for this example, Juleka) was Akumatized again, and her sheer incandescent rage is enough to unlock an ability, turning her tambourine into a weapon not unlike the Voltron Bayards.
Blessing allows the user to purify an Akuma while it's still in the person, granting them a set of powers similar to that Akuma form, and also preventing them from being transformed into that state again if they have multiple forms. In other words, Blessing permanently eliminates options from Hawkmoth's roster while empowering the victim to let them better fight back.

Chapter 7: Three Conditions
The expression he donned was indescribable. Tav could detect so many things in the very same moment: regret, rage, boastfulness and then… sadness. Settling on a scowl one mere second later though, Enver shook his head.
"She'd rather gut me than letting me even consider fixing it."
"I'll talk to her."
Gortash stared at her for a long moment.
"On three conditions."
"Three?!"
"You've heard me."
Tav fought hard not to roll her eyes. She crossed her arms in front of herself with an expectant look on her face. Three conditions - they weren't much to give in exchange for her friend's life, but if it came to Gortash, who knew what he might ask for… Tav probably wouldn't sell her soul to a devil to save her, but she was willing to give this a try. After all, he couldn't claim her soul, at least, and that was a relief…
What was the worst to happen?
"I'm listening."
"One", Gortash raised his right index finger, then pointed at the Reaper's Embrace, "you're wearing the armour from now on."
Something stirred within her. What did he do to the armour, really? Why was it so important for him? She wondered… what was that dark purple gemstone he put in it's claws right over where one's heart would be?
Given the nature of their meetings Tav was trying to believe he wouldn't pull anything malicious when it came to her. But she couldn't be entirely certain. He'd tricked an innocent bard, after all, offering her gold in exchange for her "voice" – only for her to end up as a brain in a box. Surely, Tav shouldn't let her guards down, because she might find herself without a body, too.
That was the worst to happen.
She shuddered.
Still, she'd need Karlach with her, and perhaps she'd… tolerate Gortash more if he did them all such a favour. He'd ultimately save Karlach's life – of course, after he'd majorly fucked it up for her. In any case, if Tav wanted to really bring the fight to Orin, she needed Karlach. That was non-negotiable.
In short… she had no choice. Try and trust Gortash, or die.
"Fine. I'll wear it."
"Two: you'll visit me every day for dinner." Tav nearly smiled, as it wasn't necessarily a bad thing. She could have the others stay at an inn and she'd sneak out every night without anyone knowing… that should do the trick. Free meals? So far, every meal she'd eaten with him was glorious. She'd be mad to turn that down. "And", he added when he sensed she was looking at it as good news, "we will work on your traumas to toughen you up."
The absurdity of it all!
"You have absolutely no idea what I had to face", she couldn't help it, she snapped. "The things I've seen and done-"
"Exactly", he nodded, "and we need to get those out of the way. You can't feel vulnerable in Bhaal's temple. We can't allow that to happen."
"I can take care of myself. Always did, always will."
"I know that, but will you allow me to do the same for you? You don't have to do this all alone."
She stared at him for a few long seconds, trying to determine how serious he was about this.
"Dinner sounds nice, the other – not."
Gortash knew he'd need to be cruel. This was, really, a small price to pay in the long run. If she could get rid of Orin for him, and brought him the Netherstones… he was willing to sacrifice his free time to work on her, so she could withstand anything she might face.
"You either do this for me, or I'm not fixing Karlach's engine. It's up to you."
She wanted to snarl at him for being so stubborn. He reminded her of Raphael, bringing back an old memory; that how Mol had freedom… to choose 'freely' the only one choice she had. Tav growled lowly.
"Okay. What else do you want to extort from me?"
Gortash smirked at her question.
"A kiss. Not now", he held his right hand up, then motioned between them, "on my own terms. Where I want, when I want."
Tav furrowed her brows, sensing some sort of trick. And, at the same time, she hated everything about him, even the motions he made with his hand when he was talking. Not for long enough, though.
"One single kiss?"
"Yes."
"That's it?"
"Yes", he nodded, and chuckled quietly at her confused expression.
"Fine", she ran a hand in her hair. "Anything else? Or are you finished taking everything from me?"
"My dear, the payments I require are nothing in comparison to what I'm ready to do... for you." He reached out to touch her towel clad waist, and pulled her close to himself before he kissed her deeply. Tav nearly melted at his confidence, in his embrace. She reached up to touch his face, and gently ran her thumb over his scar on his chin. Enver hummed before he pulled away. "It's late, and it's dangerous outside. Stay for the night."
"Do I have a choice?" She asked playfully.
"No", he smirked as his hand slid down on her body and grabbed her ass.
"I'd like to remind you that I do not belong to you", Tav murmured, trying hard to look just as confident as he did, but his closeness and his hands on her body were distracting.
"You needn't remind me. You're not cattle." Cocking a brow, his eyes darkened with something different, something she knew from their previous 'meetings'.
"Glad to hear that", she purred softly.
As a reply, Gortash grabbed the towel at her back and yanked it away from her form before he reached down and picked her up. She gasped as she instinctively wrapped her legs around his waist and arms around his neck.
"…again?" Enver huffed in her neck, making her giggle when his breath tickled her skin.
"Oh, yes~"
It did not take long for him to relocate them in yet another lavish bedroom, but she didn't even really care where they were. He could've taken her in a bedroll in the middle of nowhere with nothing but their dinner to their names; the way he could make her feel was otherworldly and utterly dangerous.
Later on, she was thinking about that if anyone told her a month ago that she'd be laying comfortably in the arms of the Chosen of Bane, she would've laughed hysterically.
And yet, there she was. Nestled warmly against him. Tucked in, his arms and his blanket around her form. In his bed. In his bedroom. In his bloody palace.
And she'd never felt safer in her entire life.
Tav listened to the way he was breathing; rhythmically, calmly, his last words still hanging in the air when he was dancing between being awake and asleep.
"Together... we will be great."
He'd given her no reason to believe he was lying. So far, everything about him was surprisingly good; from their shared meals to the sheets, Gortash paid a lot of attention to what she liked. She didn't even need to say it out loud, and he knew. As if it was second nature for him. As if it was in his best interests to keep her satisfied and happy.
And it was, in fact, done in his best interests. He was doing this all to make her obey him. To make her submit to his will. To guide her. To prevent her from ever betraying him.
A part of her wanted to give in. She wouldn't need to do much, just follow his lead; let his hand guide her wherever he wanted her to be. Perhaps it'd be best, really; she was growing tired of being the leader, trying to hold her little band of vagabonds together, trying to figure out their next steps, trying to keep peace within the camp. Especially after how Astarion had left them. It'd be so much easier if she could just... lay back and let someone else do the brain work for once.
But she also was aware that Gortash was a Banite; the very Chosen of the God of Darkness, a god who valued people who crushed the weak under their boot.
Did Gortash see her weak? Was she?
Tav's brows twitched as she was questioning herself. From a point of view, she was. Gortash never needed to do much to get under her skin, but that wasn't entirely his fault. She simply couldn't help herself when she saw those dark eyes, messy hair and thick lips of his. And his voice. Gods, his voice. His brilliant, wonderful mind and well put-together plans - the fact he was ready to share everything he earned for himself with her of all people.
She closed her eyes.
I'll worry about my emotions later, she decided, I shouldn't let them distract me now. I'll enjoy this while it lasts.

all of this one for Black Widow??
You're lucky, this is one of the few ones I haven't answered about her yet! Here we go!
Tumblr media
1. How good is your OC at making plans? Do they follow through with them?
Aurelia is a great planner and strategist and she will stick to them as much as possible, but she also knows how to adapt them if necessary.
2. What is your OC's drink of choice? Do they drink at all?
Her drink of choice is red wine, but she'll also sometimes take a cocktail, champagne, or other drinks. Very rarely does she also drink rum, but only if it's good rum.
3. What is your OC's alcohol tolerance? How do they act when drunk?
I'd say Aurelia has a pretty normal tolerance, but people think it's higher because she can act pretty sober even when very drunk. It's the absolute guardedness and the striving for affection - and the anxiety, honestly. But if she doesn't have to be completely guarded and in control, she becomes a little more playful when drunk. Or a lot. Her first date with Mihawk wouldn't have ended the way it did if they hadn't both been a little more than tipsy.
4. What is the one thing about themselves they would change?
The one big thing she would change, she already did, and that's her sex. Thanks to a certain queer icon, Aurelia is now a biological woman and she wouldn't go back for anything in the world. But if we're talking about minor things, she'd probably like to remove the scar on her stomach because it's a reminder of what could happen when she lets her guard down and lets herself love the wrong person.
5. What animal do you associate with them?
Spiders, clearly, and snakes - also more or less clearly if you know what culture she's from and who her animal companion is. The spider is of course a nod to her epithet and her crest, and the snakes symbolize her heritage.
6. What's their favourite flower/plant?
Aurelia loves red roses, but her favourite has to be the aster flower, for nostalgia reasons. It's also the one that made it into her crest!
7. What odd habit to they have?
It's more of a quirk, I suppose, and that's rarely using her left hand for things. Obviously, her left hand is a lethal weapon. She doesn't want to hurt anyone she cares about with it or cause unwanted damage. And if she does use it, it probably looks a little odd because she has to be hyperaware of the position of her claws at all times.
8. What is their weapon of choice? What's their fighting style?
Her weapon of choice are her claws. Second place goes to her dagger if she ever needs to stab someone. If she needs to use something bigger, she'll settle for a rapier, but it's not exactly her specialty. Her fighting style, much like that of someone else from her culture, centers around her legs, kicking people and martial arts. In her universe, she's one of the people who taught Sanji!
9. What languages do they know? Can they only speak them or can they write them, too? How good are they at them?
Well, does One Piece have languages? Not really. But if we're talking real-world Aurelia, she's definitely a polyglot. I imagine she knows English (which I hereby define as the lingua franca of the world), Spanish and Italian from a very young age, and then keeps learning languages as she gets older because, if you want to negotiate with someone, it's best to do it in their language or at least a common language. She definitely knows French as the language of royalty and probably some Japanese as the main language of the swordfighting world. Other languages she may know bits and pieces of or understand them but not know how to speak them.
10. How good are they at cooking? What are their specialities?
Aurelia is probably a decent cook. Not really stellar but also not bad. I bet she makes a good risotto though!
11. What is their favourite and least favourite food?
Oof, I honestly don't know. Her favourite would probably be something that can be paired with red wine. Or maybe pasta with a carbonara sauce? For some reason, I could see her enjoying that. But also spicy food. As for things she doesn't like... anything bland or with too much salt. Yes, this means that Aurelia doesn't like salted chips.
12. What is their sleep schedule like? Do they get their 8 hours of sleep or do they run on caffeine?
Aurelia gets very little sleep while she's out and about. She'll stay up late and get up early, and that sleep cycle often gets disturbed when she's out at sea. That means that, when she gets back from a longer voyage, the first thing she does (after greeting her husband, of course) is to catch up on sleep. She sleeps in for two or three days and then its back to late nights and early mornings. Sometimes, she also naps during the day, but anyone who catches her doing this and isn't a person she trusts is probably dead. I imagine she may have mastered the art of sleeping while standing so she doesn't have to take off her jewelry and expensive dresses when she feels like taking a nap.
Thanks so much for your ask! Hope you're having a lovely day <3

The Night Nurse - Ch 4
A John Wick x Helen Fic
When nurse Helen Morgan is caught in the crossfire of a shootout and aids the injured John Wick, she’s faced with two options: serve the High Table, or be executed as a Witness. She tells herself her choice to work at the Continental has everything to do with survival, and excellent pay, and *not* her growing feelings for the Tall, Dark, and Handsome Assassin™ who got her into this mess in the first place, thank you very much. │ Masterlist / Chapter Map │
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
IV.
He found Helen sitting in one of the comfy chairs, her elbows on her knees, and her chin cradled in her hands. She stared out at nothing; John knew she wasn’t really seeing the room. She was, most likely, seeing the outcome of what she’d just narrowly escaped. The thought made his blood boil. The temptation to march down to Mikhail’s room and waste the little fucker was real.
Making no sudden movements, he knelt beside her, careful not to touch her. “Are you hurt?”
She shook her head. “No. I’m pissed off.”
The corner of his mouth twitched. This was no smiling matter—but even now, her ferocity delighted him.
“I’m sor—”
“Don’t. You haven’t done anything wrong. You saved me, again. Thank you.”
“You’re welcome.”
She shook her head, clenching her fist against her mouth. He could see she was shaking. With fear, or anger, he really wasn’t sure. Both, perhaps, after what had happened. Most women would have broke down crying after such a scare. It was a completely valid reaction, but this woman…she got mad, and he didn’t know why that titillated him so.
He was hopeless.
“Just goes to prove no matter where you go, it’s never enough to be a woman just trying to do your job well. There’s always some asshole who wants to...”
She couldn’t bring herself to voice the rest. She didn’t have to.
John knew his expression reflected his murderous thoughts. “I promise, I won’t let them touch you. We will talk to Winston in the morning.”
“And what happens when I leave the Continental grounds?” she asked. “Are they going to be waiting for me, just to prove a point? I know men like that shit Mikhail. He’s like a child who can’t tolerate being told no.”
She was right, of course. She’d taken the exact measure of the Medvedev Bratva prince.
“God,” she sighed, sitting back in the chair. “This is just like the hospital. There was this asshole doctor…” She shook her head, gritting her teeth against some unpleasant memory. “Never mind.”
“Give me a name.”
“You can’t kill him, John.”
“Oh, I bet I could.”
“It wasn’t as bad as this. Forget it.”
“I won’t, but we can drop it, for now.”
He would be looking into the doctors she’d worked with in the past, but for now, they had a more immediate problem.
“Helen, do you know any self-defense?”
“I know some basics. Instep, eyes, throat, groin.” She punctuated her list with exaggerated karate chopping motions that he found highly adorable. “But there’s no way I could ever fight anyone like those two fucking guys. What do they weigh? Five hundred pounds in pure muscle?”
Though she mostly spoke without an accent, in moments like this John could hear Ireland via Boston in the cadence of her words. It was hopelessly endearing.
“I can teach you some things that would help you, even against them.”
She canted her head to look at him, and he could tell she was interested. “I believe you. Those guys looked like they might piss themselves when you walked out. Ok. That would be handy, I guess.”
“Are you…averse to learning how to use a gun?”
“I know how to use a gun.”
She really was perfect, he thought to himself. Absolutely fucking perfect.
“Do you carry?”
She shook her head. “My dad taught me how to use his Smith and Wesson .38. It was a lifetime ago. I don’t know about carrying a gun…I feel like I might be as likely to hurt myself or a bystander.”
“You just have to practice, and be careful. They don’t go off randomly. They really don’t.”
Her next sigh went on seemingly for hours.
Then, she laughed, scrubbing her face with her hands. “I don’t get it. What would that ridiculous young man even want with me? I am a mature woman pushing the far side of thirty.”
John bit the inside of his lip, warring with himself against stating the obvious, without sounding creepy. What was the most politic way of pointing out that she was fucking hot, age be damned? And, like so many in the cruel, male-dominated world of organized crime, Mikhail probably had his share of mommy issues.
Finally, he settled for, “I can’t fault his taste.”
She paused, clearly torn by his words. For not just hours ago, he had for all practical purposes, rejected her.
He knew he was sending mixed signals. He didn't know how not to. She drew him like a moth to a flame.
“When is your next day off?”
“Tomorrow. Well. Today, I guess. I get off at 7am.”
“Alright. Then this is what I propose. You get some sleep. In the morning, we will talk to Winston. I want him to give you a panic button or something. Your phone was practically useless in that situation.”
“Would he do that?”
“I don’t see why not. Maybe we live by the laws of the jungle out there, but in here, it’s the laws of the High Table. Doc doesn't have to deal with this shit. You shouldn't either.”
She nodded, crossing her arms over her chest. “Okay.”
“Then…” He looked up at her through his hair, and the sight grabbed her heart with a fist, squeezing painfully. This man. This fucking man, and his soulful looks, and his fathomless dark eyes. Seeing him on his knees before her did things to her insides, and she didn’t think there would ever come a time when he didn’t move her. She’d been hooked from the moment she set eyes on him. He would have this hold on her…probably until the day she died. He probably didn’t even know it either, she mused. He was very confident in his abilities to do his job. The rest…seemed a little shaky for him.
Then, anything you want, she thought to herself, though she at least had the self-respect not to say it aloud.
“Then, I want to teach you some things. Self-defense things,” he quickly added, as though he knew where her treacherous, exasperatingly hopeful, thoughts might lead.
So goddamn honorable.
“Okay. Sure. Where?”
“My place?”
This intrigued her. She realized she never thought about John living somewhere else. When he wasn’t working, it seemed like he was always here at the Continental. Little did she know how much she had to do with that.
“I’m fine with that. Where do you live?” She imagined an apartment high above Manhattan.
“Over in Jersey.”
“Seriously?” She wasn’t sure why this amused her.
By the way he canted his head, he wasn’t either.
“Yeah. It’s set back in the woods. Private. It’s…quiet.”
She realized then that he was inviting her into his sanctuary. The place he went to get away from the city, and probably from the rigors of work too. She tried to put a cork in it, but that pesky warmth spread out from her heart to her bones.
“Sounds nice.”
“Yeah.” He seemed to struggle with something for a few moments before adding, “I’ll cook for you. Do you like steak?”
Almost as though she was afraid of spooking The Boogeyman, as silly as that seemed, she nodded slowly. “I love steak.”
“Great. After I’m done training you, I’ll owe you dinner.”
Helen raised an eyebrow at that ominous statement. Maybe this wasn’t so much a date after all. What had she gotten herself into? She’d been asking herself that a lot lately. And except for her little misadventure with Mikhail, so far, she could say this was the most interesting her life had been…ever.
“You don’t owe me anything, John. But I appreciate you looking out for me. Thanks.”
She reached out to him, and without thinking he took her hand in his, squeezing her fingers between his own. He knew she was tough, but her slender fingers seemed so delicate in his calloused hand. So breakable. His thoughts strayed to Mikhail, the fucker, and what John had barely managed to head off in the hallway. She deserved so much better than that. She deserved better than him, better than all of this. Without thinking, he pressed his lips to her knuckles.
When Mikhail had kissed her hand it had been unsettling. A power play that left her with worms squirming in her guts. But John’s mouth on her hand sent a frisson of longing through her veins. He was so goddamn sincere. Please stop making me want you, she pleaded. Stop making me want you, if I can’t have you.
“You should get some rest,” he said, releasing her albeit reluctantly as he stood.
“I feel bad, hiding in your room. My phone might go off if I’m needed, I'll wake you up.”
“If you have to go treat someone, I'll go with you.”
“John...”
“I insist.”
He looked down with his hands in his pockets and those serious dark eyes boring into her, a look that brooked no argument. It wasn’t just the sight of him in his half-buttoned black shirt, a pale triangle of toned chest peeking through. It wasn’t those polished onyx eyes, or the high cheekbones that fashion models would have killed for. She just couldn’t remember the last time someone had cared so much about what happened to her. Someone who was an actual adult, who could influence the outcome of things in some way. It was a heady feeling, to say the least.
Why did he have to be so breathtaking?
She sighed.
“What did I do to deserve you?”
“Something terrible, I assume.” The corner of his mouth ticked. Rolling her eyes, she stood from the chair, smacking his arm lightly. Out the corner of her eye, she noticed his smile widen. It warmed her heart.
Not so long ago, Winston had offered a coy observation, that John Wick was smiling more often these days. She hoped it was true.
As she kicked off her shoes she asked, “Is all this going to make a problem for you, John?”
“Nothing I can’t handle.”
“You don’t do work for the Medvedevs?”
“I contract with the Tarasov Bratva.” Essentially, he’d been sold to them by the Ruska Roma, when he was a fire-eyed young man becoming too difficult to control. The Director never admitted it, of course, but she’d decided to cut her losses before Jardani Jovanovich became a problem the Tarkovsky Theater couldn’t handle. He’d moved up the ranks since then, proving his worth in blood spilt. He couldn’t say he felt any true loyalty to the Tarasovs, but there was a code of respect that he did his best to follow. He wouldn’t stab Viggo in the back—unless the money was good enough.
That was the truest rule of their world.
“And how do the Tarasovs and Medvedevs get along?”
“Oh, they hate each other. Quietly, though. War is bad for business.”
Viggo had made his first fortune in the eighties running a gasoline racket that made him millions, though those days were long gone. Now he focused mostly on guns, gambling, and stolen cars. The Medvedevs seemed more inclined towards pleasures of the flesh, running clubs, drugs, and the inevitably associated skin trade of Eastern Bloc girls. Though misogyny ran rampant all across their world, it was little mystery why Mikhail viewed women the way he did.
Biting her lip, Helen nodded. John could practically hear the wheels in her frighteningly quick brain turning.
“This isn’t going to start a war, Helen. Surely not even Mikhail Ivanovich could be that stupid.”
Even as he said it, John wasn’t sure if he believed it. Like her namesake, at least to John, Helen was a woman worth going to war for. If the boy felt the same…there would be blood.
He didn’t need to scare her with that kind of speculation though. He kept his mouth shut.
When Helen noticed John preparing to lay out on the couch she sighed. “John…I’m not kicking you out of your bed.”
“I can sleep anywhere. Really.” Growing up in a Belarussian orphanage certainly made him appreciate a soft place to lay down, but the talent for being able to sleep on less than ideal surfaces had never left him. “You’ve had a night. Take the bed.”
She appreciated that he was sensitive to the possibility that she might not want to share a bed with a man, after what had nearly just happened to her. Was it insane, that it made her want him beside her all the more?
“I feel safe, with you.” For the momentarily pained expression that slipped before he schooled his features, she wasn’t sure she should have admitted that aloud. They had shared a bed that very first night in the Continental, talking until dawn about the High Table and the Underworld, and drifting off holding hands. It had been impossibly sweet, considering.
John had lost his heart to her that night. Heart and soul, falling so deeply in adoration that he knew he would never recover. It was the very reason he knew he couldn’t have her.
It could only end badly, for her, and he owed her better than that.
And yet, that devil on his shoulder whispered. And yet, maybe he hadn’t outright claimed her as his, but Igor and Alexei certainly planned to tell their boss that John Wick had made a prior claim. It was the only way they could stay out of trouble for failing to do the little bastard’s bidding. The gossip would spread like wildfire from there.
It was possible it was too late.
And if that was true…what did they have to lose?
Everything, still. Absolutely everything. Maybe if they could head off Mikhail’s bullshit, nip it in the bud, they could return to a state of normal. A state of safety, for Helen.
Dating him would not equal that, by a long shot.
“John?”
He realized he’d been standing there silently for nearly a minute, just looking at her. He was a man with iron self-control. It was the reason he was so good at what he did. Impulses were for lesser men. Impulses were what he preyed on when he hunted. But this woman…this woman. His will crumbled to dust in the face of those bright brown eyes looking upon him with longing for comfort.
“You’re sure?”
“So sure.”
She offered him a gentle smile, and it took everything not to fall to her feet and weep, or grab her up and kiss her, count her teeth and mark her skin with the fury of his desire, devour her with his lips until she forgot her own name, only that she was His.
A weary groan escaped him as he lay down beside her.
It was not because his body hurt.
With the lights turned low, laying on her side facing him, she asked in a hushed tone, “John, why did you call Mikhail the bear cub?”
“Medvedev is a derivative of bear. Medved. They use it as their…sigil, I guess you could say. It’s supposed to strike fear in the hearts of their enemies.”
She didn’t miss the wry notes of mockery in the last sentence.
“Hmm. So John Wick isn’t afraid of bears. What’s your sigil then?”
He thought for a moment. Maybe others called him the Baba Yaga, but it wasn’t something he himself embraced. He didn’t really belong to the Tarasov clan. He didn’t claim the Ruska Romas either anymore, glad to be free of their cruelty, even if they made him into the man he was today. He was an orphan, a man alone. Until meeting Helen, he’d preferred it that way. “I don’t have one.”
He felt her reach out in the dark, her hand finding his, like it had that first night when he’d been shot and stabbed and she’d put all his pieces back together again. “We’ll just have to think about that.”
John snorted softly. He found it all rather silly, but if it meant something to her he wouldn’t shoot it down.
“What about you?”
She laughed quietly. She sounded sleepy, and soft, and he wanted to kiss her so badly.  “Maybe…a daisy. It’s my favorite flower.”
He felt himself smiling, more widely than he would have dared had the lights been on.
“Perfect.”
Not long after that he felt her relax, her breathing deepening as she fell into sleep. He remained vigil, listening to the sounds of the building, of the city, ready should something come. The world was changing; the old rules didn’t seem to mean what they once had. Was he becoming a bitter old man, griping about the youth of today and their lack of respect for the traditional ways?
There were things the new generation simply did not understand, born into their lives of luxury in this prosperous, oh so naïve country. They knew not what it was to see your breath in the cold inside your house, or to feel the grueling pain of your body eating itself out of hunger.
To have nothing, unless you took it with your own two hands.
That was what borne the Theives in Law of the old Soviet Union. It was a rebellion in a way, against Communism, and the corruption of the State. The Party took everything; the only way to have something for yourself was to steal it back. John understood this, had tasted that desperation as an orphan in one of the numerous institutions in Belarus, before the Ruska Roma took him in to mold for their own ends.
It was not their fault, really, that the next generation did not know the fear of the winter wolves howling just outside the door. Their fathers had bought comfort for their children with their blood and sweat and tears. It was what any parent wanted for their children; an easier life. A better life.
The American Dream—if only on the surface.
Yet rather than simply enjoy this bounty, live an easy life, go into legitimate business, they had to strut around, striving to prove their toughness and bravery, like cruelty was a badge to be worn like a designer insignia on one’s jacket. This was the thing John did not understand, and felt only contempt for when the young ones demanded the respect they had not themselves earned. They had not been forged in the old fires of the USSR, tempered by the constant hardships of life in the Soviet Union. One good hit, and they would crack like cheap steel.
Maybe John didn’t particularly want to start a war with Ivan Medvedev, but he would not hesitate to put Mikhail Ivanovich in his place, if the boy pushed any farther.
As he’d simultaneously hoped and feared, Helen shifted in her sleep, scooting closer into the shelter of his body. He did not have the strength to turn away, opening his arms to cradle her against him.
This soft miracle was a thing he did not take for granted. Pride was a fickle thing. Power too, was only fleeting. But this? A woman who truly saw you, and who still felt safe enough to grace you with the gift of her sleeping body in your arms?
This was worth burning a city down for.

Hello, saw some of your anti c//a that mention how you think c//a is a bad enemies-to-lovers ship while griddlehark is a good one, and may i ask how that is? Genuine question, because i don’t like c//a, and i’m neutral on griddlehark (mainly because I don’t know much atm), from what i’ve seen/heard, it seems like it’s a lot more toxic of a dynamic than c//a is initially/pre canon? Again not trying to bait, am gen curious /genuine
This is going to be kind of disjointed, and I apologise, but this is kind of a topic that defies a simple summary.
Bear in mind that ahead be big Locked Tomb spoilers and the SP0P spoilers that basically everyone already knows.
I would say that the two critical differences are 1) the handling of the toxicity within the narrative, and 2) the structure and arrangement of the toxicity.
You are absolutely correct that pre-canon Griddlehark's mutual hatred is a toxic dynamic. They initially detest each other with a passion; one of the main plot points driving the entire series is a young Harrow having Gideon's blood under her nails after a fight.
As Gideon and Harrowhark work together, however - and here is the point where 100% of bad enemies-to-lovers arcs crash and burn - the toxicity goes down. It never becomes totally healthy - indeed, post-GtN Harrow invents an entirely new way to have an unhealthy relationship, involving performing brain surgery on herself at 17 - but the majority of the narrative is spent showing them moving from "would piss on the other's grave given the chance" to a mutually tolerated working relationship, to a growing loyalty, to the pool scene where Harrow shows Gideon more honesty and trust than she's had from anyone in her life. A lot of what makes this work is pacing and structure; every new step works because it's building on the previous ones, none of them feeling jarringly fast or unmotivated.
More than that, a big help is that the toxicity feels intentional. The relationship being Kinda Fucked is a 100% intentional thing that I'm pretty sure I've seen Tamsyn Muir talking about in interviews. It's a narrative element that Muir is monitoring and adjusting with the care of a good zookeeper trying to keep the humidity in the reptile enclosure exactly right.
(I genuinely cannot praise the writing in these books enough.)
Turning to SP0P as a contrast, its relationship has a more understated toxicity, but a much more pervasive one. Young Adora and C*tra weren't clawing at each other's faces whenever left unsupervised, but young C*tra sure did claw at Adora's face for wanting to have more than one friend! It's not the PVP arena of Growing Up Griddlehark, but "you are my friend, therefore your needs are subordinate to mine" is still far from a healthy dynamic, and the narrative never addresses it.
The bigger problem, though, is that the toxicity doesn't so much "go down" as trace out a parabola. The entire first half of the narrative shows the toxicity going up sharply, to the point of C*tra being willing to die just to make Adora miserable, then it hovers there for another quarter, and then it returns to an earlier level of toxicity. S5 C*tra's treatment of Adora stays awful. She spends "Taking Control" throwing a tantrum over how the real problem is Adora and the others being mad at her; she portrays herself as the wounded party in her like four separate murder attempts on Adora in "An Ill Wind" to produce the worst line of the show; she continues throwing tantrums whenever she doesn't get what she wants and making everything about herself right up to the love confession, including that confession ("stay with me, the person who spent four seasons refusing to stay with you!"). It feels bizarre that Adora goes from "even if you're my best friend, I won't let you blame me for shit that isn't my fault" in S4 to doing nothing but looking sad when C*tra portrays her as being in the wrong for not just meekly standing by while C*tra burned down her home and murdered her friends.
And - and I'll acknowledge that a big part of this is probably executive fuckery, I just don't think that really matters - the pacing and structure absolutely are not helping. I could buy S5's sudden reversal if C*tra and Adora had had a fun, weightless enmity where there was an obvious respect between them. They don't. C*tra spends a truly distressing amount of time utterly consumed by the desire to cause Adora as much pain as possible, to the point of attempting a murder-suicide on the entire world. No point in S2-S4 shows a C*tra who Can't Bring Herself to Really Hurt Adora, regardless of the things the stans have convinced themselves they saw; she's so totally driven by spite that she tears her own life to shreds in the hope Adora will be caught up in the edges. The relationship has to do a sudden R*ylo swerve rather than building on what's gone before because "what's gone before" is like three plot points in the first season that have been narratively overwhelmed by C*tra's multiseason campaign of cruelty like a single pea being weighed against the USS Nimitz.
This is where intentionality comes into play. The toxicity in c/a is just there. For all the bullshit about C*tra's story being about what happens when you're the toxic friend, it doesn't feel like an intentional narrative element that is seriously being examined; it feels like a writing fuck-up where C*tra was supposed to feel like way less of a stalker asshole.
Anyway, I hope this has made some vague semblance of sense, but I've been at this for like an hour and I'm tired and I need to go check on a craft project.

Bracket G Round 1
Poll 2
Skater & Kronos (@kratt09) vs. Lucy (@blazernot)
387. Skater & Kronos (@kratt09)
Both use They/She
I put more bio stuff here since I can't figure out words if that's ok
Skater
-are korean and autistic -Mom died in a car crash. skater was present and was 11 at the time -Dad was deemed unfit to be her guardian (I'm working on it but just ignore how possibly unrealistic that is) -She is 15, lives with her uncles now, and is slowly working through her trauma and growing as a person -after the crash she sort of latched onto skate boarding as a coping mechanism and uses the nickname skater, which she is changing her actual name to -the name skater fits with her last name park, which is a common korean last name and they love to see people's expressions when she introduces herself as skater park -Also likes graffiti and using spray paint -mildly good at parkour?? bad but not super bad -Morally ambiguous. she tries hard to be a good person but strays from that frequently -clever. absolutely thrives on vibing with friends but ends up being sort of a weirdo -a bit.. intense. would not hesitate to stab someone and then proceed to never mention it again -"i would kill for you" but genuinely would. Without hesitation - apparently the clone of some old, corrupt time Deity that was intended to be a vessel for them to return to the world but things went askew so now Skayer has to deal with someone who looks almost exactly like her floating around and talking to her and distracting her by talking about death and asking about how she'd feel about letting good ol Kronos take over for a bit -Goofy and immature but Old and Tired at the same time -asks "you need me to kill someone for you?" With a completely straight face -sort of dark humor -walks with a fancy strut and fans her fingers out for dramatic tension and all sorts of movements -fast w running and escaping -smooth talkerz/a bit manipulative -self preservation instinct is strong and they end up in situations where they're forced to betray their friends to survive -actually pretty chill w being a pawn for the villain since they're useful at least -she's trying to be silly and light hearted but ends up very confused when people stare in shock at her when she tells a story they THOUGHT was funny but was actually messed up -they've been running through my head since 2020 -very afraid of turning out even remotely like Kronos -pretty scary when she hs genuine confidence since everyone is reminded of kronos -ts is Everything Moves by Bronze Radio Return
So summary:
Traumatized aroace lesbian with impeccable skating/graffiti vibes that is also kinda sorta an eldritch abomination
Kronos
-Thousands of years old -Identical to Skater, but taller and with a fancy green uniform and glowing green eyes -Sarcastic and comes off as deranged with the way they smile -it's very clear they're corrupt with power -Immortal and very divorced from the concept of mortality and empathy. They have difficulties thinking of other people and beings as anything more than a piece in their personal chess game -Charming. I can't figure out the words but think of them as having a very similar personality to Loki -time Deity, ability to rewind specific things. She is capable of knocking a few years off of someone's life or straight up winding them until they turn to dust -yea she's overpowered but in a "they have issues regarding that" way -uses a scythe as their main weapon -generally has an older sibling relationship with skater -violent and ruthless. Genuinely has fun fighting and getting injured since it seen so long they've had a physical form and could feel things -was trapped in a pocketwatch by other deities, so it's been a while since they've been out -very manipulative -doesn't care about risks since they can just rewind time to make them no longer exist. High pain tolerance -"scout's honor!" Minutes later, "I was never a scout" -Very little loyalty to anyone other than Skayer -they have a soft spot for Skater and want what's best for her but it's not exactly genuinely good stuff -sort of a ghost?? They're not physically there and won't be unless they possess skater's body. Powerless without a vessel -ts is cabinet man by lemon demon
Skater:
-tall and sort of skinny -tanned golden skin -dark brown eyes -black, short gnc haircut (https://f2.toyhou.se/file/f2-toyhou-se/images/59092318_RcWPKVUyyTdzmps.png) -wears a muted green jacket and jeans normally, as well as alchemist goggles

Here’s some Byeol headcanons I had in mind since the little creture has potential even if there’s just barebones info and speculations:
1. Byeol just exudes toddler energy, no doubt about it. He might be smarter than he lets on if absolutely no one in the Guild has any idea why he wasn’t following the typical Tyrant archetype or somehow evading the Greater Drakes (and if Byeol even has a Renegade in the first place), but he’s all for finding someone that interests him and following them around until they scare him off with a Nexomon battle or whatnot. Also Byeol could move around without the star he rides, he's just way too small to do anything useful (besides using his Psychic powers).
2. Besides every other Tyrant and Legendary only liking the Perfect Berry (starfruit-shaped berry) to increase capture rates, Byeol absolutely adores the thing since it’s sweet and star-shaped just like him. And yes, I fully believe he will fight anyone for it (the only exception to being a danger to any tamers), and given his skillset mostly being AoE-like there would definitely be some collateral damage from it.
3. Byeol might be found in Palmaya despite the residents claiming its Tyrant-free since it’s the only safe space that isn’t fully in the Guild’s control (though he still travels around the world), but I also like the idea that the Palmayans have Byeol as an unofficial mascot since he's friendly to those that spoil him (and obviously food-motivated). Bonus points if Byeol’s known as “The Star (of Palmaya)” by the residents to confuse any Guild tamers looking for him.
4. Byeol hates being called a Tyrant and calls anyone meanies if they say so. I mean, how would you think that adorable thing is dangerous? (⬥⭐️v⭐️⬥)
5. Before Caelesa was killed by the Guild (or Lateria), Byeol would see her as the bestest friend ever because of their similar motifs and penchant to explore the world on their own terms (give or take theory if Byeol's also an Abyssal and/or siblings). Byeol will also only call Caelesa Caeli (Latin for heaven and short version of heavenly) cause it sounds cute to him and Caelesa tolerates it as long as it's just between them.
6. Since I’m also reaching very hard with the game’s intro (if the thing talking to the MC is Byeol), but I like to think that Byeol is really bad with names and mostly defaults on appearances, personality, or whatever cool thing interests him about the person. A few exceptions are MC (knows them as Solus first and human name second (after a lot of reminders too)), Caelesa (Caeli), and Venefelis (Vene).
7. And to fix the possible plot hole, Byeol might've also met Venefelis/Salem and became good friends as well. It would make some sense since Salem seems pretty childish and playful (possibly learned from Byeol to keep herself sane and innocent-looking) before going villain mode when she gets revived, as well as the strange fact that Venefelis somehow knew where the other Abyssal graves where and travelling to Precursor Mountain despite being trapped in the forest she was sealed in the entire time...So who's to say that Byeol gave her info about the world outside Pinewoods and maybe indirectly helped her plan to revive the Abyssals both to get Kroma to complete her goal and try to figure out about their creator's grand design after 1,000 years of silence.
So that's all I have for now, so feel free to pick and choose anything from here :)

Bullet Train *spoilers*
Tumblr media
Bullet Train is like The Wolverine meets Kill Bill.
It’s one of those shows where you just sit back, switch off your brains and enjoy the ride with your popcorn. In this case, following a group of assassins boarding the Shinkansen (Bullet Train) from Tokyo, each with a mission of their own, each not aware of the other’s presence on board the same train until later on.
What I love about this is the uniqueness of each character, each with their own backstory explaining why or how they end up doing what they are doing, ending up on the same train as the other assassins. They make each character relatable and badass that it’s hard for you to choose who your favourite is.
Tumblr media
Brad Pitt plays a weathered assassin who is hired by his employer played by Sandra Bullock, for a simple mission to retrieve a briefcase but got entangled in a web of conspiracy on board the train that he finds it hard to accomplish it as he is not the only one who wants it and there’s someone out to kill him too.
Tumblr media
(For the record, can I say how absolutely stunning she still is. I’ve had a crush on her since I watched her in Speed and Demolition Man! 😆)
Anyway, I find his character to be relatable when you’re older as he’s tired of being an assassin and going therapy for his anxieties, had enough of dramas in his life and just wants to get the job done. His zen mode in wanting to talk to cold blooded assassins to settle things instead of fighting is just hilarious.
He is an absolute mood throughout the whole show, having enough of all the shit happening around him and just wants some peace, he could not understand why everyone is so aggressive and angry when they could just settle things peacefully, he even remarked he just wants to go to a temple.
Tumblr media
Aaron Taylor-Johnson (Quicksilver, Avengers Age of Ultron) plays the charming British assassin with low tolerance for bullshit, he’s like the funny parody of James Bond. I honestly didn’t know it’s Aaron Taylor-Johnson as his different looks and accent threw me off until the ending credits starts rolling.
Tumblr media
Anyway, he works in pair with his brother, Brian Tyree Henry (Godzilla vs King Kong), who is good at reading people and could see right through them if they are lying through their teeth. He credits his favourite childhood series, Thomas the Tank Engine, for teaching him life lessons in reading people.
Tumblr media
Something which agitates his brother, who got sick and tired of hearing the same story of Thomas the Tank Engine being used as a metaphor to describe people, that his brother threaten to shoot his face every time. Watching them bickering at each other like real siblings is wholesome and funny.
Tumblr media
Bad Bunny plays an absolute beast in this. His character’s grand entrance is just epic and the song got stuck my head since I left the cinema. He grew up being a good son and a loyal gangster who wants revenge for his lover and gang. I was rooting for him but disappointed at how quickly he was killed off.
Tumblr media
Zazie Beetz (Deadpool 2) plays the silent assassin who is a master of disguise who could blend into any situation without anyone realising until it’s too late. She’s quick and could outsmart anyone but Brad Pitt’s character. At the beginning, I thought the assassin was Karen Fukuhara (The Boys) instead.
Tumblr media
Andrew Koji (Snake Eyes) plays the distraught father of a son who was pushed off a rooftop by someone he believes to be on board the train and wants revenge. But he got outwitted by the assassin whose looks and mannerism threw him off guard, becoming manipulated and played by her instead.
Tumblr media
Joey King plays an innocent looking schoolgirl who can change her behaviour and mannerism instantly, like faking tears and playing the victim, to throw the assassins off guard before pouncing on them with her ruthlessness. The prime suspect believed to be pulling the strings on board the train until the end.
Tumblr media
Hiroyuki Sanada plays the father of Andrew Koji’s character who came into the picture after learning of his grandson’s assassination attempt and the disappearance of his son. The only one who knew who tried to kill his grandson and the only one he knew who the real mastermind is and is out to get him.
Tumblr media
Michael Shannon plays the mastermind who orchestrated the entire train saga. A Russian gangster who infiltrate the Yakuza that Hiroyuki Sanada’s character once belonged to in his younger days and kill the entire Yakuza including his wife, the flashback scene alone is the better part of the movie with its song.
youtube
Overall, it’s an enjoyable and fun movie to watch if you just want some ass kicking action with some comedy and a little bit of violence. The repetitive snake scene is unnecessary and I wish the flashback scene to the Yakuza takeover by White Death was longer. Other than that, it’s a pretty good movie.

PLEASE tell me more about penny lamb being more like legolands penny lamb that sounds so amazing and could only lead to chaos
Sure!
It would absolutely lead to chaos.
Penny in Legoland is an absolute MENACE, she argues with a lot of people in St. Cassian’s, and has been suspended at least once
And that’s not getting into the actual plot of Legoland where she travels miles, gets into a fight and gets arrested
She’s very nervous but she isn’t shy, she can and will talk for ages about stuff she's passionate about to try to conceal her nerves
This version of Penny probably joined the choir to help make friends and also because she enjoys music, maybe to help her reputation as well considering everything that happened just 2 YEARS prior
She would probably get along best with Noel actually, he would remind her of Ezra, with his flair for the dramatic, and his love for the gloomier side of life, plus I feel like they would both bond over poetry
Penny and Ricky would def be friends, she loves all his cats bc animals and also would like to listen to his stories about Zolar, furthermore, I feel like he’s one of the few who would happily listen to her ramble about animals and conservation, every time they hang out he learns a new fact about an animal
Mischa and Penny I think would be close, I feel like they would bond over having to adjust to a new society, with Mischa coming from Ukraine, and Penny coming from Elysium, they would be in similar situations
Penny would like Constance’s calm energy compared to the rest of the choir but I also think they would have similar tastes in music, tv shows and films! Constance shows her a lot of tv shows, I think they would binge watch together.
Ocean and Penny’s relationship would be tense, I feel like they would butt heads in the classroom a lot, Penny often trying to correct Ocean or vice versa, but they share a similar view on swearing and both take the choir very seriously, so they tolerate each other (I love the duo potential in RTC but Legoland Penny would absolutely hate Ocean I’m sorry)
Overall the choir would be 10x more chaotic than they already are and Penny would create problems both by accident and on purpose, most of the antics in Legoland were her ideas so that would carry over to this
She would absolutely get them in trouble on field trips by finding ways to sneak into places they shouldn’t be, Mischa absolutely encourages her, Ocean tries to stop her, she is just determined to see why they can’t go there, nothing can stop her
But once the choir finds out about the events of Legoland is when the chaos would truly start
They probably found out via someone mentioning it in the hallways or via google
Penny is extremely embarrassed
“I was 15! Young and stupid!”
“You were 15???”
She does tell them what happened in full because she trusts her friends
Mischa, Ricky, and Constance find the story hilarious, Ocean is shocked that PENNY of all people would have a criminal record before anyone else
Noel sympathises with her but also thinks it's kinda funny, he's mostly impressed they managed to pull it off
Overall they don't think any less of Penny, mostly, it's in the past and she hasn't done anything nearly as dumb as that recently and seems remorseful over it
Meeting Ezra would be a DISASTER however
Penny tries to explain to Ezra that these are her friends so he doesn’t need to worry about them
He’s protective of her tho so he’s still suspicious
He hates Ocean so much, like she walks into the room and he immediately knows he’s not going to like her, he finds her condescending, it takes months for him to be able to tolerate her (I love Ocean but the Lamb siblings would hate her)
He absolutely terrifies Constance, he doesn’t do much to scare her but he reminds her of Jane and he also spends a lot of the time just staring at her
Penny tries to explain that that’s just something he does but it doesn’t help
He is suspicious of Mischa’s bad boy persona, but trusts Penny’s judgement, he just watches him from a distance
The only two members of the choir Ezra likes are Noel and Ricky, he likes Ricky’s creativity, and Noel’s shared love of darker aspects of life
He does try to sell them drugs, they refuse, Penny has everyone leave after that
Penny still thinks it went well despite everything, most of the choir are terrified of this intense 14 year old
I just think the Legoland version of the characters would make everything 10x more chaotic and make the choir look sensible for once.

Testimone di Gangster vs Purple Haze Feedback
Just came fresh off of reading the new Squatizi light novel (which I LOVED) and decided to ruminate on why I loved one and hated the other so much.
I want to preface that if anyone is nasty in replies or tags about my views and opinions of PHF, I'll block you, I don't have time to fight over a non canon Fugo centric light novel. And I think it's valid to compare the 2 stories because they're both based around part 5 and in light novel format that supposedly expands upon the part. If you find my thoughts valid and insightful, cool, if you don't, move along, you're not going to convince me to change my mind sadly.
Also this isn't going to have too bad of spoilers. I'm kinda more vague when it comes to talking about the Squatizi story.
............................................................................
Purple Haze Feedback:
Tumblr media
I respect that people needed more Fugo content and it was a genuinely good premise. An aftermath story of Fugo returning to Passione under Giorno and Mista? Yeah I would have loved a story about that. But if you need to warp characters' personalities and throw in a bunch of forgettable stands and their users to do it... I honestly can't bother to care.
If it was much shorter then I could tolerate it, but it wasn't, so here I am. I'll be going point by point with PHF just to organize my thoughts better for such a chaotic story.
1. It warped the pre-established characters.
Mista I think was done the most dirty with that opening scene, but to insinuate that Abbacchio and Fugo killed kids behind Bruno's back felt like absolute whiplash. Also Abbacchio is bisexual obviously, he would have slept with men too, not just women lol.
I don't like that they made Trish become a pop star. Maybe she would have been better as a model, but regardless, not so soon after part 5 when she needed her time to be normal and heal, or at least be under Giorno and Mista's protection.
The whole "Fugio" moment also felt off-putting to me and is part of the reason I don't like the ship. Look, it was absolutely no rain scene or "The only time I feel at ease", let's not try to compare it.
Fugo was okay, but he was just boring and I feel that's not good... you know, considering he's the protagonist of this story. He got better near the end, sure, but by the time I got to the end I was so tired and done with the story. A better writer would have done him and the story more justice.
Tumblr media
2. Uninteresting supporting cast and villains
Cannolo was a fine addition, but I never understood what his stand actually did, same with all of the villains' stands. I think that's just poor writing if people walk away not understanding what just happened. I had to reread scenes and I still didn't get most of what happened. Voodoo Child was a cool stand, reminded me a bit of Moody Blues, but I didn't like Sheila as a character. And I'm sorry, who let's a 14 girl in a skimpy ass outfit be the Don of Mafia's bodyguard? Sheila's whole design was so hyper-sexualized and gave me the ick, especially if she was allegedly supposed to be indigenous coded. I've only seen speculation though so I won't go into it further.
Volpe and Manic Depression are the only villain names I remember. I couldn't even tell you the names and stands of the others or what Manic Depression even did as a stand. None of them felt like an actual threat.
3. Felt like a poorly written fanfic
The random mention of Tonio from DIU as Volpe's brother was also a whiplash "where the fuck did that come from" moment, because it was so unnecessary and felt like a cheap tie in for something that was formally published in a book. It really helped give it an average fanfic feel (and I write cheesy, overly dramatic fanfiction!). I think that was also when I was nearing my breaking point.
I once had someone try to mansplain to me that PHF was a "more realistic look of the mafia"... it is not, I promise you that lol. Mafia had rules about women and children and all other kinds of shit that Passione definitely does not abide by. Real life Mafia has so much more to it. This is camp fictional media, no one should ever take it so seriously.
In short, I just think PHF had a lot of wasted potential and would have done better with an altered story. I just can't convince myself to blindly love it, no matter how much I tried to like it.
Tumblr media
............................................................................
Testimone di Gangster
Tumblr media
I read it last night so it's still so fresh in my mind, but this is how you expand upon a story in my humble opinion. This is also probably going to be shorter just because it was a shorter and more focused story with less characters. I also don't want to spoil it for those who haven't read it yet since it just came out in English.
First off, I think it was a such great idea to take two characters we knew so little about and expand upon them in a way that felt so much more natural. There's less room for warping characters when they didn't have such distinct personalities to begin with and also helps build the world up.
There was no overly complicated plot about drugs and stands and it gave more insight on how the crime world works in Jojo's version of Italy. It even had nods to other real life gangs and how Passione fit into this world with them. It even gave nods to the Cosa Nostra and a real life prosecutor (Falco) who dealt with a lot of gang business in Italy and I think that's just so cool. I love shit like that so much, I adore me some good worldbuilding in general that we didn't necessarily need, but it's just cool to see.
I'll admit, the story was bit hard to follow in the first chapter, but once I picked up that it was from Squalo's perspective, it was such an easy and fun read that didn't make me question what was going on every two paragraphs.
Tumblr media
It really showed us how Tiziano is clever and calculating and can be such a useful stand user and teammate. It solidified why he and Squalo are partners (and most definitely in more than just crime for sure now ahaha). I also just love the idea of him being an attorney, especially with Talking Head as a stand, it was a fantastic concept.
The entire time I was just so entertained and caught up in the story, it was so much more engaging than I thought it was going to be. I was genuinely invested in the trial and how Tiziano was going to win the case for Passione. I'm almost sad that this story was so much shorter and would have loved more in between moments with Squalo and Tiziano, but maybe it was for the best not to drag things out.
The ending was a great nod back to their involvement in part 5 and this was in general a great insight into who they were before joining Diavolo's special guard. Plus it makes so much more sense and is amusing to know that he had a lawyer (Tiziano) apart of his elite team.
Tumblr media
............................................................................
Now look, I don't think I necessarily have a bias because I do like Fugo just as much as I like Squalo and Tiziano. I also normally don't care for light novels when comes to anime/manga so I don't think it could be that either.
Maybe it was simply the Fugo/Fugio lovers had over-hyped and demanded that everyone read PHF that it just soured the novel before I even read it? I couldn't say for sure. All I know is I went into PHF was no expectations and was so dissatisfied where as I went into Testimone di Gangster with some expectations and was thoroughly entertained.
This is by no means a dig at Fugio shippers, like I said, PHF's ending and the hype around it made me personally more uncomfortable with the ship than I already was before reading it. Simple as that.
If I were to recommend additional Jojo content, especially for the part 5 lovers, Testimone di Gangster is the one I would urge people to read if they have an hour or two to spare. It's a short and sweet look at some great side characters and has more of part 5 spirit without getting caught up in a bunch of bland ocs.

Edgy OC ask meme: for your BG 3 character(s) of choice or Valya and Calanthia >:D 4, 6, 14
:D :D :D THANK YOUUUUU (link to questions if anyone's curious)
I'm um. Gonna put this under a cut because we all know I cannot shut up. And also because I'm just gonna do everyone WHEEE~
4. When scared, does your OC fight, flee, freeze or fawn?
Veldrin's instinct is 100% Fight but he also questions his first thoughts because heeding them unquestioningly is, shall we say, inadvisable for a DUrge character who is not Chaotic Evil. That means that practically, he can often end up freezing.
Valeriya is natively a Freeze-er but is now entirely capable of switching to whichever will be most effective, because she has been afraid A WHOLE LOT; after about one second she will Do Something About It. Due to her skill set, this means Flee and Fawn are most likely but that a lot of people would be very surprised by her willingness to Fight if she is in a situation where she thinks she could win the confrontation.
Calanthia is absolutely 100% Fawn. Her mouth opens and things come out and usually they make her listeners well-disposed towards her; it is one of her best skills and it has saved her life multiple times.
6. How easily could your OC be convinced to do something that goes against their moral compass?
Veldrin is, unsurprisingly for a Paladin, not super-flexible on this and canonically requires blackout mind-control to do something he genuinely things is wrong. Edge cases where he's uncomfy but not necessarily staunchly opposed are more difficult - he can be persuaded to tolerate a lot of Uncomfy for people he loves. But the Hard Stop still applies at a certain point because he's a Paladin and encoded the 'some things are Fuck No Not Ever Actually' in his soul and so far that emergency brake actually works pretty well.
Valeriya's moral compass mostly points Lyon-wards. Like. Her own morals will encompass some VERY shady shit and also sometimes murder. It's just that now she can only be made to do things Lyon would disapprove of if the alternative would be letting him die, so it's usually not a problem for people because that LOOKS like having a very strong moral compass 99% of the time. :D
Calanthia is one of nature's cinnamon buns. She feels kind of bad for saying mean things about people who deserve it. She could probably be persuaded to cause property damage, but I think she'd mostly rather die than cause harm to others unless they were really repugnantly horrible people.
14. How does your OC want to be seen by other characters?
Poor Veldrin WANTS to be seen as worthy and good because that’s what he’s trying so hard to be. He thinks he DESERVES to be treated with fear and disgust and suspicion by everyone he likes or admires but it would hurt his feelings VERY MUCH if that actually happened. :D
Valeriya honestly mostly wants people to think she is terrifying and amazing and then be too intimidated to talk to her because people are exhausting.
Calanthia wants to be seen as a competent badass who can be trusted to solve problems. She mostly tries to achieve this by making sure the only person who sees how much WORK her accomplishments are is Jasper.

River's Headcanons ✧ Hellsing ✧˖*°࿐
Context for my head-canons on Hellsing so people know what I'm talking about as I try to be more vocal on tumblr. Pls talk to me about this I'm insane
Tumblr media
Warning this is less of a head-canon and more of... a complete re write. Sorry in advance. There were just so many plot holes and so many pieces of bad alt history. (ノ°∀°)ノ⌒・*:.。. .。.:*・゜゚・*☆
A blanket statement is that all the characters behave more like they do in 2001 - which has superior writing in my opinion
Characters . . • ☆ . ° .• °:. *₊ ° . ☆
Taking a page from 1992 Dracula (and some random people I saw on forums) - Seras is a reincarnation of Mina Harker. The reason Alucard turns her is he instantly knew it was her from the moment he first met - because he lost his lover twice before he turns her quickly. Its romantic and sensual like in 2001. There relationship moves quite fast due to the nature of reincarnation. Alucard is fiercely protective and low-key possessive of Seras, paranoid of losing her again. Seras is absolutely devoted to him, and as her corruption and descent into vampirism continues - she disregards his obvious monstrosity. At one point Alucard regrets turning her, he feels as if it was selfish of him and she didn't truly agree to this life. He talks to her about how he's a monster, and how he's turning her into one for nothing more than his selfish desires - She of course, doesn't care. And wants to be a monster like him.
Alucard in general is a much classier character and his evil nature is less edgy - but still very very violent.
I honestly can't think of a way to fix the plothole regarding why Alucard likes the Hellsings so much? And why he's such a willing servant? Especially in my view - where Integra tolerates Alucard at best. Her ass hates him and is always displeased w/ him "Alucard why are you making young girl companions." "Alcuard why are you starting fights with Anderson" "Alucard why are you so Violent" "Alucard why AREN'T you being violent." etc. etc. This beratement really starts to get to him because she starts bringing Seras into it... GIVE ME IDEAS TO FIX THIS PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
Oh speaking of Integra - she is one cold bitch who is not afraid to kill anyone who stands in her way. Even if it means harming Civilians or non-undead.
Instead of.... Whatever the Dawn was... I imagine Alucard escaped from the Hellsing family for a little bit. Arthur Van Hellsing was employing him and letting him do stuff but rarely sent him out and bitch he got bored! So he floats around Europe killing Nazis and eventually makes it to Warsaw where he meets Jewish Resistance Fighter and Nazi Scalper Extrodannarrie Walter Dornez and THAT'S what the dawn is. Inglorious Bastereds but with Vampires. Fuck you.
Worldbuilding . . • ☆ . ° .• °:. *₊ ° . ☆
The people know about Vampires okay. It just doesn't work if they don't The role of Vampires in society is complicated - lower level vampires exist in clans and generally keep to themselves out of fear of law enforcement and vampire hunting organizations. However select world powers have employed the few extremely powerful vampires within open secret organizations to use in various conflicts. Hellsing is the British government's such organization.
Despite the public knowing about Vampires existing - they don't know everything these organizations do, and there is a lot of smoke and mirrors and deep state secrets around them. Leading to stuff like the two journalists who Alucard killed in the 2001 anime.
Escariot is Italy's equivalent to one of these, however they employ extremely skilled human vampire hunters instead of Vampires. Not the Vatican, however the Vatican is in approval of the Organization fully. This is because, Hirano, the Vatican is a country that's only 100 acres large. It could not have it's own military in the sense Escariot is.
Plotline . . • ☆ . ° .• °:. *₊ ° . ☆
Hellsing still gets completely crippled by the Valentine brothers but in my mind it was a much harder struggle? I mean they really shouldn't have been able to storm a manor full of British govt officials post IRA that easily.... But I digress this is nitpicking.
INSTEAD of a huge scale Nazi invasion in London, a new faction of artificially powerful vampires emerges out of war-torn Yugoslavia lead by a coven of Nazi Vampires from WW2. They are rapidly taking territory and mascaraing Slavs the way Nazi's tend to do. Through the grapevine of SAS soldiers in the war, Hellsing gets word of this and Sends in Alucard (and Seras. And Pip. And some of his mercs.) and basically everything happens as you'd expect except it's a much, much smaller scale and the Nazi's tactics makes far more sense because racism. (the burn, rape and murder tactics they use in Hellsing are accurate, just not in the British theater :-P)
Asides from working for Italy instead of the Vatican - the Escariot stuff is mostly the same except there isn't a full on Crusade in the final arc. It doesn't make sense in the modern world and it bloats the ending w/ characters. Anderson and Alucard still have a rivalry, they still have a territorial spat over Northern Ireland (to them, the Partition of Ireland is still going hot.), etc. etc.
I don't have too much on specifics ironed out because mostly I just care abt Aluseras but that's the jist of it lulz. I don't know how Integra fits in, but I do know I still want Anderson to be there so Alucard can kill him in a big ass battle. Maybe Enrico is secretly funneling money into this Nazi army and sends in Anderson to stop Hellsing? And it's just an Enrico thing and not an Italy thing? Idk.
Walter DOESN'T betray them for the Nazis oh my god that was so pointless and pissed me off so much. Alucard DOESN'T die at the end. Instead he leaves, taking Seras with him to go who knows where. A manhunt ensues and it takes forever because vampires eventually ending with Alucard and Seras re uniting with a retired Integra and spending the last of there days with her.
and that's it! That's the context on this bizarre-o headcanon. Anything I didn't explicitly mention happens as-is in canon :-)

"Ask me about Jordan"
Tumblr media
YES MA'AM
How does she get along with each of the boys? Does she get along with Star and or Laddie? What's her reaction to the Emersons + Frog Bros? If she were canon, would she die in the movie like the boys? (Also the thought of her going into a blind blood boiling rage after Marko’s death has a GRIP on me)
So sorry if it's too much no need to answer em all! Just pick oje to your liking if you want! ^^ 💜💜💜💜
>:D
Starting with David, he's able to tolerate her but she has an attitude like Marko so she can be a bit of a smartass sometimes. Whenever she pulls that shit with him he might snap at her but she could give less of a shit. She doesn't hate him but she really pushes her luck with him a lot just to see what his limits are like. But overall, David treats her the best he can because Marko won't tolerate David being mean to her.
Moving onto Dwayne, he's pretty impassive at first but he soon grows to like her more. While she tends to have a wild side to her compared to most other girls he's met, she's also fairly grounded and isn't completely dense which is a nice change for him. He also admires how well she gets along with Laddie. Also bonus points cuz he has a skating buddy now :)
Paul and Jordan are two halves of a whole moron, Paul loves getting absolutely zonked with her and having really stupid conversations that soon turn existential really fast. And if they aren't doing that they are blasting music on the rock box being an absolute nuisance to everyone else. Sometimes he'll ask her to draw shit on his arms just for the funsies.
Do I even need to say anything about how Marko feels? He was fairly enamored by her at first glance, but after having a few convos with her, he became head over heels for her. He would do anything for her, he would kill anyone who even looks at her wrong. They both have fiery attitudes and can get into very and I mean VERY stupid arguments that end in the occasional fight but it always ends with them making up in the end and then usually laughing about it. She ends up loving him more than she thought she would after he proves that he can be trusted and that he means no harm (poor girl has trust issues after her previous relationship). Basically they are the crazy ass couple you don't fuck with.
Star didn't know what to think of her when she first met her. She was a little wary of her because she almost seemed like bad news going off of first impressions. But she ended up warming up to her as she proved to be a lot nicer than she initially thought. As for Jordan, she was kinda nervous to talk to her because she could tell she wasn't a fan of her being in the cave. (also she was flustered by how pretty she was) They both could bond together having girl talk which soon led to how Jordan ended up getting her ear pierced with the lil rubber ducky.
Laddie sees Jordan as the crazy asf older sister like how Paul is the crazy asf older brother. Whenever Laddie is feeling down, Jordan will do whatever it takes to make him feel better. Jordan sometimes babysits him and they end up watching MTV in her room at her house. Although she gets reckless with him sometimes, like skateboarding through Santa Carla with him holding onto her back for dear life as she weaved through traffic and almost sent hem off a cliff. Dwayne wasn't too happy but by the end, Laddie told Jordan that it was better than any ride he's ever been on at the boardwalk.
(At this point my usual headcanon is that the emersons and frogs had went through the whole incident but it ended in a truce between humans and vamps, so I will be going off of of that for now.)
Jordan met the frogs even before she was a vamp so they had prior interaction, it was mostly just them having stupid back and forths about nonsense, and even when she became a vamp...that didn't really change anything. The frogs are mostly just wary of her and don't completely trust her, especially after hearing she was hanging with the Lost Boys. Jordan will sometimes enter their shop to ask them occasional questions about vampires cuz she knows jack shit about them. And when they aren't in the shop, they are hanging with Sam. This ends in Jordan opening Sam's window unannounced as they are doing god knows what which scares the shit out of all of them.
Speaking of which Sam is fine with her, but hates how unpredictable she can be sometimes. Entering his home unannounced is one example, sometimes she may need to talk to one of the emersons about something so what does she do? Enter through Sam's window... Every. Single. Time. Even with that though, they still are cool with each other. Jordan sometimes brings him a comic he was be looking for just for compensation.
Michael and Jordan are apart of the "Manipulated into drinking blood by an attractive guy" club. So they tend to talk about their frustrations and they seem to relate to each other quite a bit more than they ever thought they would. They are both just losers, but they are losers who have each other.
Lucy reminds Jordan of her own mother a whole lot, so she tries to be nice to her as much as possible. Sometimes for days when she shows up unannounced, she'll talk to Lucy if she senses something wrong with her. Sometimes her kids get distant so it's nice to have Jordan to talk to and vent to.
Grandpa scares the shit out of Jordan, he will say something that comes off as a threat to her, but ends up laughing about it saying he's just messing with her. Jordan doesn't know if he really is though...
--------------------------------------------
Now if she was a canon character, she would die trying to avenge Marko. As for how she would die, it would probably be after she does something impulsive out of blind rage. Like she's goes after Sam but ends up getting caught up in a bunch up wires and cable which she tries to escape from by biting them. Sam tries to warn her not to do that but it's too late and she suffers a similar fate to Dwayne. Sam almost feels bad because she was only trying to avenge her lover who they took away from her, and her own death wasn't even his own doing.
Hope that answers ur questions :3
