Somebody theorized that the dream guardian was Ansur-inspired that I thought was cool, but what REALLY had me go 'WELL SHIT NOW I CAN'T NOT DRAW THIS' was realizing- you know those big beautiful glowy green eyes I gave my guardian (that totally made no sense besides looking really cool)? Same color as Ansur's.... Emps. Buddy. why you gotta be so extra tragic????

Why wish your guardian to have purple eyes when your guardian could have ANSUR'S EYES FOR ANGST REASONS HUAH!

+~So that's what I was hyped to share~+ Besides that, I think Ansur's story helped Greygold realize that the Emperor is just as much a messy mess as everybody else in this feral fiasco of a team.

And even though "There's always another way" Greygold can't fathom the idea that death was the "only choice" to stop Ansur, Greygold can't judge for trying to survive.

But it's fine now. Greygold is here. Gonna have so many more choices to choice now. Gonna sort out this 'no choice' nonsense after saving the world.

I think I have to clarify because I've seen some people misunderstand: I'm not working on a visual game, I can barely write fanfictions lol. I don’t work for Beemoov, and I'm doing nothing with or on behalf of the company. Chino and I are friends, we've been for two years now, she is well aware of how much of an Eldarya fan I am and how disappointed I have been in seeing the characters I love being twisted into something they are not since she stopped working on the game (she hasn’t been involved in ANE at all, except for the events).

I have been pestering her about making Alternate of Eldarya because I'm sure the whole fandom would be happy to have good quality content once the current season is over. However, because currently this doesn't seem possible, she told me the plot of what she would've done with a Lance and Valkyon Alternate. I am writing it on my AO3 in a fanfic/novel kind of format so it can be expanded into something pretty to read and not just a bullet point list, and I will also share it with you. If one day, by a miracle, the company decides to make Alternate Eldarya games, I will delete my writing because it would be the same story.

At the moment I haven't written a single line because my real life work keeps me busy and tired, I'm just making pinterest boards and playlists to give me inspiration (writer procrastination 101 lol I'll start during the weekend).

So yes, it's Chino's story, I am writing it and putting my spin to it, but I always check with her if what I have in mind is also something she has in mind. Luckily we have very similar tastes so our brains work in tandem.

Tribute to Barcus' multi-exlodey arrow glitch before it got fixed. Greygold wouldn't have been able to look badass blowing up all the near-impenetrably questionable glowey pillars in one turn without them.

I think Raphael's song ended in the me-trying-to-aim wait-time-mode by then but in-reality 6-second-turn-wise, I like to think the song stopped because he was dumbfounded.

Greygold respects all forms of art, especially when it allows them the opportunity to wreck your shit.

The summons were behind the door the whole time Because Greygold is always prepared for a battle (unlike me)
