Was doin' a color palette challenge and finally had an excuse to draw @madame-mongoose 's GhostBusters AU!! It's a really interesting palette to work with, so I definitely recommend playing with it. ^^
I liked the sketch I did so much that I really wanted to use the original palette too, so I did (obviously).
I will definitely draw more of this AU, once I get around to drawing literally every other amazingly awesome asf Sunnmoon AUs because so many people have so many good ideas. These ghost boys are definitely ready to mess with Y/N and the rest of the team. mf goblin ghost weirdos; Sun the playful ghost friend and Moon the spirit guide.

Lurking
The only audible noise you're able to catch is the loud thumping of your own heart against your chest, traveling all the way up to your eardrums. You don't move an inch as the apparition in front of you starts to emerge from the wooden floor, slowly and quietly taking shape in the depts of the darkness that plagues the room.
Two pale blue tinted eyes stare right at you as the entity continues to slither into a discernable contorted shape, it feels as if they've been staring at you even before it started to appear in front of you. The simple thought of it makes you shudder but you are unable to move a muscle, what should you do? what can you do? If you were to use your proton gun to try to catch it in such an enclosed space you could cause the whole room to colapse and not even catch it. If you tried to run and try to attract it nothing ensures it would follow you.
Maybe... Maybe you could... talk to it?
The entity's newly formed arm starts to snake it's way to your direction, you have to think fast on something to say. It's now or never. You swallow a bit and prepare to blurt out something but before you can articulate a single syllable...
A pair of hands take a hold of your feet an pull you hard into the dark room, the old wooden floor creaks as you're being dragged into the dark room your proton gun hits the floor in just a split second slipping away from your grasp.
In just a quick instant you're inches away from those bright deep eyes, you're so focused on the sudden movements of the entity that you're completely taken by surprise by the sound of the door slamming behind you. it closes so harshly that for a moment you thought it would fall off it's hinges giving you of a brief moment the hope of running off to get your gun back.
The thought of your freedom is quickly taken away from you as you can feel the floor where you're being held down to start to bend and sink into itself as if the hard wood was just turned into quicksand.
Instinctively you try to move, to thrash around to free yourself but you find yourself unable to even blink. Is this some sort of ghost hypnosis?! Paralysis?! Hell if you know or care you just NEED TO GET OUT RIGHT NOW. And just as you were about to let out the loudest blood curling scream...
"Hello".
A low lazy voice echoes inside of your head as your panic is drown out by confusion, as if a switch was flipped your heart beat starts to slow down bit my bit as you start to pass out.
This was so much fun to draw and write! ghost stuff is so cool, that's just a fact.

Dan's the overworked, overstressed newbie at the law firm who's spent one too many nights working late at the office. Enter Phil; videographer, psychic, ghost hunter, and tresspasser urban explorer who quite literally crashes into Dan's life as he bursts through the definitely-not-to-code drywall. He claims he was running from a malevolent phantom. Dan's opinion? Probably a wayward possum. Either way, it's preferable to overtime.

[ Open AU starter for the GB Afterlife rpers ] (He's alive! Somehow. He came back or something, don't worry about it. This takes place at a nonspecific time after Ghostbusters Afterlife.)
A faint sound was coming from Egon's home workshop; amongst the clanking produced by his work there was a noticable hum that almost sounded like... Music?
As (reader) approached it became more clear, an up-beat tune accompanied by the humming and occasional low effort singing of an old man focused on his task.
His attention was pulled from the busted trap in his hands when he heard them enter, eliciting a weak smile from him as he reached to turn the radio off.
"Hello. There's an extra stool there, if you can find it under those papers."

I've been thinking about a Stardust Crusaders Ghostbusters AU where Holly divorces Sadao and moves back to New York with Jotaro to live with Joseph and Suzi, Joseph and Jotaro discover that there are a ton of ghosts around and start their own ghost hunting agency because stands are one of the only things that can physically fight ghosts. Suzi is the receptionist
All of the ghosts are based off of the classic ghosts from the original Ghostbusters like Slimer and Marshmallow Man as well as Jojo villains from parts 1-3 (both side villains and main villains) and the big "boss" villain is Dio who came back from the dead
Kakyoin's parents are Joseph and Jotaro's first clients as they feel their son has been possessed, after a few cheesy exorcist parodies turns out the ghost who possessed Kakyoin is Rubber Soul (referencing how in the original manga/anime Rubber Soul used his stand to pretend to be Kakyoin)
After finding out Kakyoin also has a stand Joseph and Jotaro let him join.
It takes a while for the trio to have their 2nd client but soon 2 roommates living together in a small house call up, surprisingly its Joseph's friend Avdol and his new friend Polnareff who have been living together as roommates and suspect the small house they live in has been inhabited by a poltergeist
The poltergeist turns out to be Centerfold, the ghost of the man who killed Polnareff's sister and was caught and executed but had now come back as a ghost as revenge since Polnareff was the one who caught him and got him arrested
Centerfold attacks them, they manage to fight back but unlike Rubber Soul they do not manage to capture him and he escapes the house.
Avdol and Polnareff join the ghostbusting crusaders and a parody of the hotel scene from the original 1984 movie begins. The 4 are called over to a hotel where they meet Slimer, Kakyoin gets slimed
Unlike the movie they chase Slimer out of the hotel where the ghost eats all of the hotdogs from a hotdog stand as well as chase Polnareff around trying to slime him too, and we sll know Polnareff is not up for that. Luckily for him, he is saved by a hungry dog who also wanted those hotdogs, the dog uses his stand to fight Slimer, he then hogs all the hot dogs for himself
The team names this dog Iggy and he officially becomes the pet as well as the new members of the ghostbusting crusaders
So you get the basic idea of what I'm thinking here, I haven't watched ghostbusters in a few years so I don't remember a few parts of the basic story but I just adore the idea of a Jojos AU of it

Based on the beloved movie Ghostbusters, but with a yugioh twist👻
Halloween approaches, and so does a new yugioh AU >:) For a long time I’ve dreamed of a ghostbusters AU, and now you should also dream of one because a fic (loaded with chapter art) is coming TO THE INTERNET!!!

Ghostbusters au finally here!!
Sun and Moon are Class V spirits. Which basically means they manifested from strong emotions surrounding a traumatic event. They manifest in one of the original pizzerias. The missing children and deep seeded community fear of the place causing them to appear. First forming as one spirit, Eclipse, but splitting into two due to differing opinions and wants.
Sun brings joy and fun through his haunting. A kind face and playful spirit, he's more active when it comes to haunting. Mostly being spotted by children who tell their parents.
Moon acts more as a watchful protector. He leads children away from dangerous areas. He also likes to torment and prank trespassers as well as staff and really any other adult that bothers him. Moon being the original reason the ghostbusters are called.
Y/n is one of three ghostbusters on their team!! Being a huge fan of the ghostbusters, they jumped at the job opportunity when the company was reopened and branches were opened across America. Being quite new they're fairly clumsy with equipment and proper protocol. But they make up for in in their vast knowledge and want to learn more about spirits. Sun and Moon being the most complicated and alluring ghosts they've ever encountered
