Lunch-Cottage Cheese, Green Beans, Nuts/Berries mix, Carrots, Pumpkin muffin.

I was hoping to have gotten off work early today to go ahead to the gym but I'm not able to leave yet. I ran home for lunch and found some quick things to eat. Not much in the fridge and like no protein that would have been quick to make so I ate some nuts/dried cherries/berries mix. Not the best i guess but better than grabbing fast food like usual. I am going to figure out meal prepping. I do not have a microwave at work by I am about to live close to work so I can run home then. (literally I could run).
I also just realized that I have not had any caffeine today which is a feat because usually I start my morning with a coke zero. Would like to kick that habit as well.
