Finally figured out how to get the damn gifs small enough so we can FINALLY finally finish up An Ideal Brother over here x3
Yes, yeeees, I'm a tech noob, tell me something I don't know yet <P
And thus we not only get our culprit responsible for this jolly scenario - surprise, surprise, it's Goop-Daddy :P - but also eventually our reveal of the Elder God.
And now that I figured out how to manage the gif-thingy, I also gonna have the opportunity to upload the other part of Tales of the Underverse that I finished up so far x3

Linkers
A "fantasy drug" that always comes in pairs. When two people take one half of the pair, they share part of their impression for 30 to 90 minutes. The different strengths are named after degrees of relation:
Cousins - Vague impressions of strong emotions and barely coherent sensory touch inputs.
Siblings - Relatively good impression of emotions, sensory inputs can now be closer determined where on the body it is touched and smell can be transmitted too..
Twins - Clear impression of the other's emotional status and high fidelity sensory inputs from all senses.
Fred/George - Synchronizes brains temporarily. Using this one will render both users completely helpless for 2-5 hours (generally 3 times the activation time but varies) afterwards

Diver!Frisk, the prime mover Player Character of SCUBATale, is a Human Junior SCUBA Diver themselves (a little like Deeptale and Undersail Frisk), the newest SCUBA Club cadet in their school back at Home City, complete with their own SCUBA gear and swimwear, going on a solo SCUBA dive at the nearest, biggest convenient body of aqua they can test their skills learned so far... when they made a wrong turn to the Flooded Mount and ending up taking a splash into the Underwater. Good thing they fully geared up and have the reg in their mouth when this happened. For more info on Diver!Frisk's SCUBA Gear, see blikakis' Diver!Frisk: UltimateOptimus' Version artwork.
My version of Diver!Chara, the First Human SCUBA Diver, is the Veteran Human Junior SCUBA Diver SCUBAKid they are befitting their status as the First Human Child to fall into the Flooded Underworld suited up in their one-piece front zipper beachbody swimsuit and geared up in their retro-style SCUBA rig for the Veteran Vintage SCUBAKid look and feel: fully functional replicas of vintage retro SCUBA gear.
Diver!Chara's SCUBA Gear in Detail
Swimsuit: One-piece sleeveless front zipper beach body swimsuit and swim gloves and swim socks in their clothes' colors, handmade by Toriel, like Frisk's one-piece front zipper swimwear after Chara.
Mask, Snorkel and Fins: Retro Oval Mask, Retro Snorkel and Retro Fins ABC Kit all in their clothes' colors.Tank, Dive Jacket and Utility Weight Belt: Custom made, Royal Guard special air tank featuring 2 personal custom regulators (one main and one integrated octopus jacket inflator) and simple Retro Air Gauge, Retro Hardshell Buoyancy Compensator and Scubapro Style Retro Self-Inflating Stab Jacket with Breathable Air Tank turned on by manually opening the tank valve and pulling the Breathable Air Auto-Inflator Detonator (Think a more breathable version of the CO2 cartridge inflator for Diver!Chara - any SCUBified character in my universe and Blikakis' - to breathe through the jacket inflator, be it basic oral or integrated octopus, just in case they are still stuck underwater. "It gives you a little more wiggle room in air terms" in Blik's own words.) and utility wieght belt all in their clothes' colors.
Regulator and Integrated Jacket Octopus: Customized personal Retro Regulators, the Air 1 Regulator AKA The Darth Vader Regulator and Air 2 Octopus in their clothes' colors and with the Red SOUL Heart printed on them.
Snorkair SCUBA System: Customized personal proto-Spare Air with Air 1 Snorkelator in case of out-of-air emergencies.
Accessories: Retro Dive Watch and Knife Holster for their Real Knife.
Diver!Frisk holds The Heart Locket (The Locket in Genocide) and Diver!Chara wields The Real Knife (The Worn Dagger in Pacifist and Neutral), both Red SOUL Artifacts.

For 13 we have an odd one again. Simply went with the first thing coming to my mind when I hear "rise" together with Tales of the Underverse. Thus ended up with the Elder Greeneyed himself. Sadly effed up the window again. Hhhh, symetric my old Nemesis :P

Artifacts of true power usually require... questionable ingredients. Magic is usually powered by emotions, which makes ingredients with "history" more potent.
