“Batwheels” Announces Rogue Gallery Cast
Warner Bros.’ preschool animated series Batwheels has announced the voice cast for the rogue’s gallery - vehicle and human.
The Legion of Zoom will be voiced by Griffin Burns (Prank - the Joker’s van), Alexandra Novelle (Jetstah - Harley Quinn’s ATV), Josey Montana McCoy (Quizz - Riddler’s helicopter), Ariyan Kassan (Ducky - The Penguin’s amphibious duck boat), Xolo Maridueña (Snowy - Mr. Freeze’s snowcrawler), SungWon Cho (Badcomputer), and Tom Kenny (Crash - Badcomputer’s robot minion and test dummy).
The human rogues gallery is voiced by Mick Wingert (The Joker), Chandni Parekh (Harley Quinn), Gina Rodriguez (Catwoman), Regi Davis (Mr. Freeze), James Arnold Taylor (Toyman), SungWon Cho (The Riddler), and Jess Harnell (Penguin).
They join the previously cast Ethan Hawke (Batman), AJ Hudson (Duke Thomas / Robin), Leah Lewis (Cassandra Cain / Batgirl), Jacob Bertrand (Bam - The Batmobile), Madigan Kacmar (Bibi - Batgirl Cycle), Jordan Reed *Redbird - Robin’s Sports Car), Lilimar (The Batwing), Noah Bentley (Buff - The Bat Truck), Kimberly D. Brooks (Batcomputer), and Mick Wingert (Mo - Batman’s robot repairman).
Batwheels follows sentient super-powered vehicles as they defend Gotham City alongside Batman, Robin, Batgirl, and other super heroes. Newly created by the Batcomputer, the vehicles are like kids with little life experience. They will have to navigate being a new super team as well as all the growing pains of being a kid. The Badcomputer will not rest until it is the most advanced computer intelligence in Gotham. The Badcomputer guides the Legion of Zoom, who don’t always make the best decisions.
Batwheels hits Cartroonito on HBO Max and Cartoon Network in Fall 2022.

CHAPTER 3 - WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON?
Recap: after jack static and his friends' home was destroyed, they decided to escape and hide.
Sage: So M.O.E, what the hell is going on?
M.O.E: well you see sage I-
Charlie's mom: CHARLIE! WHY THE FUCK ARE WE IN A SPACE CITY?
Charlie: hold up guys, I gotta deal with this.
As Charlie briefly explains what the hell happened, Ron, her stepdad, decides to buy the $1 house next door.
Charlie's mom: you can keep the house and the car.
Boxstritch: thanks Mrs Watson!
Sage: anyways...
M.O.E: those dummies are controlled by badcomputer, an evil supercomputer who wants to dominate the entire galaxy!
Jack: and in the process, he Destroyed my home, and I'm fucking mad at him.
M.O.E: his base is really far off, and we need a portal door to travel across the galaxy, luckily, I'm ordering one right now!
Arielle: thanks for the exposition dump.
Boxstritch: wait, what about that Bumblebee guy you told us about?
Charlie: you have to be in the garage to see this.
Jack: okay friendo.
Charlie: okay bee, it's safe to come out now.
Bumblebee: *transforms and waves anxiously*
Arielle: aw, isn't he a cutie!
Bumblebee: *gets angry*
Arielle: or not...
As our heroes get to know eachother and renovate the house for their likings, something evil is brewing in badcomputer's lair...
Badcomputer: manipulens, where is M.O.E...
Manipulens: lord badcomputer, I have no fucking clue.
Badcomputer: and what about his newfound friends?
Manipulens: again, I have no clue.
Badcomputer: hmm... I See.... Well deploy all the troops across the galaxy and fund them now!
Manipulens: yes shift- I mean badcomputer!
Badcomputer: (you nearly blew my cover Infront of my goons...)

// Random Batwheels and Legion of Zoom headcanons below the cut.
The only people who know that the Batwheels and the Legion of Zoom are alive are the Bat-family, the villains of Gotham, and maaaaybe Green Arrow and Black Canary. Civilians and others don't know, and the Batwheels try not to reveal their intelligence unless the situation calls for it or until their buttons are pushed enough by someone or something. The Legion of Zoom, however, are all for revealing their aliveness to others purely to scare them or for whatever other reason.
IN TERMS OF THE BATWHEELS' AGES: Bam is the oldest, Bibi is the second oldest, Batwing and Buff are twins, and Redbird is the youngest.
Despite being close to their human siblings, the Batwheels don't know who Jason Todd/Red Hood is, and haven't been told about him by any of them yet. Redbird is especially kept in the dark about Jason for obvious reasons.
The Batwheels have surprisingly evolved and gotten more smart and skilled since their first awakening. However, there are locks and systems in their programming that keeps them from evolving too fast. And if they were to rebel/turn evil, they all have a failsafe in place that would deactivate them and wipe their memories of what caused them to turn.
In addition to the above headcanon, the Legion of Zoom have similar locks and firewalls, due to them having the same motherboards as well. But unlike the Batwheels who have built-in failsafes to prevent bad behaviour, the only reason they are still (even somewhat) loyal to the Badcomputer and haven’t had their systems bricked yet is because their chips are infected with Badcomputer's coding; this gives the former some degree of control over the Zoomers and their actions. Unfortunately for Badcomputer, Quizz is building up a resistance to his influence, which tends to force the AI to use a lot of his power when it comes to controlling the tricky chopper.
Snowy tends to only join up with the Legion of Zoom when he has nothing better to do, which tends to be rarely. A lot of the time, he's with Mr. Freeze trying to save Nora from her disease (with less-than-ethical methods sometimes, obviously). Snowy is very protective of them both-- Nora especially-- and so much as laying a finger on Nora's chamber is enough to send the Snowcrawler into an almost out-of-character fury.
His reasons for helping them comes from a desire for the three of them to be a complete family (as he views Freeze and Nora as his parental figures) once it's all over. Kind of like what Buff has.

Welcome back, the last part was all about introducing some characters, so in this part, I'm introducing the plot and some more characters along the way, so let's continue with characters!
M.O.E (the mechanical operations expert), is the penultimate member of the heroic rebels and the core engineer, he is determined to stop badcomputer and be recognised as a hero in his dimension.
Otis Watson is pretty much the same as Bumblebee (2018)'s version, and is only there for jack to throw him at doors.
These guys are the other antagonists, rev is jack's arch nemesis from his universe, and wants revenge on jack for blowing up his secret base.
big moe ruto is from the droners universe, and after being told lies by badcomputer, wants to destroy terraqua.
Ada is form the annedroids universe, her goal is simple, to become the most well-known scientist ever.
Ward is from the akédo universe, and wants to become the main source of control of the game Akédo that's in-universe.
There's also sector seven from transformers but they were told lies by badcomputer and want to kill the heroes.
The plot: when Jack's home (the heap), gets attacked by badcomputer's army, he and his friends get enraged, and soon they meet M.O.E, they join forces to fight their common for, badcomputer, the team only have one mission - to kill badcomputer and save the galaxy, there's also a family of humans and 2 Cybertronians along the way, so they're just gonna kick some ass.
That's pretty much what the AU and characters are about, I'll update you with locations, other not-so important characters and plotlines later on down the line, so enjoy this scene from Bumblebee (2018) for no reason.

Pure Evil
You are unapologetically evil, you are likely just here for the drama and the theater of it all. You are selfish and cruel because you want to be, not because you had no other choice, but because you revel in the opportunity to do what is wrong. That's not to say you will commit every unspeakable act, perhaps you have standards and your own moral code, but by no means are you the good guy in your own mind. Those who have wronged you, no matter how trivial or petty the slight against you, will be treated without mercy and you will be cackling the entire time without a hint of remorse.
