SO!

trolls got me REALLY good, the ppl in the fandom are so talented!!! the stories are so cool and the potential for more to be created is so strong i couldn't resist it jssjjsneje, so here's my piece of the cake.

this is an au I've been thinking of, idk what sparked it specifically, it was 4 am and i was doing the dishes bsjsj.

the general idea of it:

branch couldn't run away in time during the trollstice, he didn't want to leave his childhood home, he tried to bring everything he could but what can a little troll do exactly??

so in the struggle he was caught and was abt to get eaten by prince gristle when he convinced him not to

how? weeeell...

logic, simple as that, he argued that he can make him happy, without eating him idk what he did to prove it yet, but he did it.

he said "I can guarantee you that I can make you happy just like I did right now, so here's the deal, I stayed here so I can give you the happiness that you want but you are leaving the other trolls alone in return

besides, what's better? feeling happy for a brief time and then having to wait until you can find the trolls again, which who knows how much time that will take .

ooooor feeling it everyday all the time and not just you but your whole ppl too! so leave them alone, I can be your friend instead of feasting on me".

so ya

don't ask me how a child can think rationally like that, idk I did it cuz it's fun.

so he kind of becomes some kind of a jester/celebrity to the bergen's?

and his time in a boy band really helped him, ya he doesn't sing yet but he can take a grumpy audience!

and that really works for a few couple of years! until he arson the whole town... (won't stick to that but he will run away)

now from that point on I don't know what to do

I'm thinking that maybe he won't arson the town and stays in the castle.

maybe he stays in the wilderness and pulls a feral JD au but branch edition.

or maybe he'll find the trolls village!

I love the idea of Noah hating physical touch because I hate physical touch but you know what I love more?

Noah unknowing that he loves physical touch.

He’s always nudging people with his elbow, standing super close to them, sleep cuddling them, and he doesn’t even realize it.

Some examples: He nudges Owen a lot and that one time he nudged Tyler. Not to mention he hugged Bridgette and literally cuddled Cody kissing his ear. He doesn’t recoil when Duncan grabs his lip he just stands there. Him letting Izzy hold him. Etc, he just likes when it’s on his accord, hates when people hug him without him expecting it.

But one person does realize it.

Owen is talking about Noah to Alejandro, since he asked to get more information about him.

“And he hates physical touch! Sometimes he lets me hug him though! Man Noah is great!”

Alejandro tilts his head to the side curiously. “Excuse me for asking but are you sure he hates physical contact?”

“Uh yeah I’m pretty sure.”

Alejandro scratched his chin as he looked over at the sleeping Noah who was holding a jacket, probably Owen’s, like it was a person. ‘Interesting.’

In Newland Alejandro tests his theory as he reaches his hand out to Noah to help him on the boat. “Well done my little porpoises, here allow me.” Without really thinking Noah takes it and climbs up. Noah doesn’t really register the fact that he held grabbed Alejandro’s hand, or the fact that he stumbled so his hand rested on his chest, or that Alejandro’s hand hovered over his hip to secure him if needed. Noah didn’t think twice before chuckling slightly.

“Sorry, I think my boot got stuck on something.” Noah looked up nonchalantly at the other to see his face was slightly red. “Why are you looking at me like that?” Noah mocked him slightly before walking to one of the paddles.

Alejandro had his theory proven right as Noah held onto him longer then he needed too. The only problem was Alejandro didn’t want him to let go. He was right so why did he feel almost anxious, like his stomach was going flips.
