Dicas !

Pelo amor de deus, comece devagar. Não comece um NF de 78 horas nos seus primeiros dias. Comece com uma dieta básica e fácil (exemplo: 1000kcals), então vá diminuindo até você se acostumar.

Evite ver fotos de comida! Elas só causam mais descontrole.

Procure saber seu peso ideal e seu bmi, não vá perdendo peso aleatoriamente.

Não se force mais do que você consegue aguentar. Se você fez um NF de 5 horas e comeu, está tudo bem. Você vai se acostumar aos poucos, não apresse o tempo.

Ao invés de no foods, tente o OMAD. Na minha opinião, ele é bem melhor. Diminui o descontrole bastante.

Porém, não seja idiota. Não faça um OMAD tipo, pipoca ou junkfoods. Coma algo saudável e nutritivo que te ajude a manter o foco e não comer mais.

Dicionário !!!

Ana: a Ana é o apelido de anorexia/anorexica. Exemplo: você é uma Ana. Eu sou uma Ana.

Junkfood: besteira/bobagem. Comidas tipo pipoca, chocolate, pizza, hamburger e etc.

OMAD: one meal a day. Uma comida em um dia. Nessa dieta, você só pode almoçar/jantar. Só se pode comer uma coisa.

NF: No food. É uma dieta onde você não come absolutamente nada.

BMI/IMC: É o chamado Índice de Massa Corpórea (IMC). O IMC é uma classificação adotada pela Organização Mundial da Saúde para avaliar o estado nutricional de um indivíduo, e por meio dele é possível identificar situações de risco para a saúde.

Edtwt: Ed twitter. As Anas do twitter.

Ed: eating disorder. Transtorno alimentar. (Também chamado de T.A)

edtumblr: comunidade anoréxica do tumblr.

Thread: fio. É tipo isso que eu estou escrevendo agora. Um fio te dando dicas/te explicando. Existem vários tipos de fios. Maioria pode ser achada no edtwt.

UGW: ultimate goal weight. O melhor peso que você quer/poderia chegar.

GW: basicamente a mesma coisa. Exemplo: meu GW é pesar 38, mas meu UGW é pesar 36.

SW: start weight. O peso que você começou.

HW: highest weight. Seu maior peso.

CW: current weight. O peso que você está agora.

Exemplo ; meu UGW é 36. Meu HW foi 49. meu SW foi 49. Meu CW é 43. meu GW é 40.

Who is the worst? Round 1: John Marshall vs Paul Revere

John Marshall (September 24, 1755 – July 6, 1835) was an American politician, lawyer, and Founding Father who served as the fourth chief justice of the United States from 1801 until his death in 1835. He remains the longest-serving chief justice and fourth-longest serving justice in the history of the U.S. Supreme Court, and is widely regarded as one of the most influential justices ever to serve. Prior to joining the court, Marshall briefly served as both the U.S. secretary of state under President John Adams, and a representative, in the U.S. House of Representatives from Virginia, thereby making him one of the few Americans to serve on all three branches of the United States federal government.

After 1803, many of the major decisions issued by the Marshall Court confirmed the supremacy of the federal government and the federal Constitution over the states.

In the early 1790s, the Federalist Party and the Democratic-Republican Party emerged as the country was polarized by issues such as the French Revolutionary Wars and the power of the presidency and the federal government. Marshall aligned with the Federalists, and at Alexander Hamilton's request, he organized a Federalist movement in Virginia to counter the influence of Thomas Jefferson's Democratic-Republicans. Like most other Federalists, Marshall favored neutrality in foreign affairs, high tariffs, a strong executive, and a standing military.

Marshall believed that slavery was an evil, opposed the Atlantic slave trade, and feared increasing Southern focus on slavery would fracture the Union, as ultimately occurred; however, he owned slaves for most of his life. In 1783, his father Thomas Marshall as a wedding present gave John Marshall his first slave, Robin Spurlock, who would remain Marshall's manservant as well as run Marshall's Richmond household and upon Marshall's death receive a now-seemingly cruel choice of accepting manumission on the condition of emigrating to another state or to Africa (at age 78 and leaving his still-enslaved daughter Agnes) or choosing his master/mistress from among Marshall's children.

Paul Revere (December 21, 1734 O.S. (January 1, 1735 N.S.) – May 10, 1818) was an American silversmith, engraver, early industrialist, Sons of Liberty member, and Patriot. He is best known for his midnight ride to alert the colonial militia in April 1775 to the approach of British forces before the battles of Lexington and Concord, as dramatized in Henry Wadsworth Longfellow's 1861 poem, "Paul Revere's Ride".

From 1765 on, in support of the dissident cause, he produced engravings and other artifacts with political themes. Among these engravings are a depiction of the arrival of British troops in 1768 (which he termed "an insolent parade") and a famous depiction of the March 1770 Boston Massacre (see illustration). Although the latter was engraved by Revere and he included the inscription, "Engraved, Printed, & Sold by Paul Revere Boston", it was modeled on a drawing by Henry Pelham, and Revere's engraving of the drawing was colored by a third man and printed by a fourth.

[During the famous midnight ride] Revere, Dawes, and Prescott were detained by a British Army patrol in Lincoln at a roadblock on the way to Concord. Prescott jumped his horse over a wall and escaped into the woods; he eventually reached Concord. Dawes also escaped, though he fell off his horse not long after and did not complete the ride.

Revere was captured and questioned by the British soldiers at gunpoint. He told them of the army's movement from Boston, and that British army troops would be in some danger if they approached Lexington, because of a large number of hostile militia gathered there.

Contrary to popular belief, Revere and Dawes were not the only riders; however, they were the only two to be noted in poetry. Samuel Prescott and Israel Bissell were also tasked to undertake the mission, Bissell being the person to ride the farthest distance of all.

Alright, so time for the last poll! Only two fic choices remain. It was a close battle, but eventually the Byakuya found out who the mastermind was AU, lost. While it looks like it was a tie with Crazier Byakuya AU, it actually wasn't since I voted for the first so I could keep an eye on the votes.

But, onto the last poll and extra info!

Crazier Byakuya AU

With this I mean he's less nice, if that could even be said about him. He becomes much more of a real antagonist. He'll go against everybody, enjoy the killing game a lot and will use and manipulate people as he sees fit. Everything else is more or less the same, though that might change.

+ So, the POV will be from both Makoto and Byakuya. This will let you guys see some of Byakuya's actions, though if I'd like to things a bit more secret, I'll cut the scene off. As for Byakuya, he might just help Monokuma/ the mastermind a bit, though that doesn't neccesairily mean he'll be a spy.

+2 The POV will mostly have Byakuya and Makoto, though a bit of Kyoko too. The main cast will then be Byakuya, Makoto, Kyoko and some Chihiro too (he's a prime target to br manipulated) Kyoko doesn't know her talent still which makes her interesting to Byakuya (not in a romantic sense). It will follow though the whole killing game and there will be different deaths. I might also do a chapter or two with Junko's POV!

Forced outside AU

In this AU, instead of hosting the killing game, Junko forces her class out into the outside world. Class 78, for the most part, tries to form a resistance against her, which is lead by Makoto and Kyoko. The world is still a mess with Junko being the 'ruler'. Some betrayals might just happen. Also, I might include the Remnants, but I'm not sure yet.

+, just like in the other fic Byakuya will have a big role. Probably not the biggest, but still a big one. The Togami Corporation also still exists and is as big as ever and Byakuya's father is still alive (I wonder why...?) Jin is missing, but not confirmed dead. The remnants do exist, but will probably only show up once or twice.

+2 So the main cast for this will be Makoto, Kyoko and Byakuya. All three of their POV's will be regular. I will also do a bit of Junko POV so we know what she's doing. Since they still have their school memories, there will be friendships and relationships. Some of those are Naegiri, Leosaya, Ishimondo and Sakuraoi. As for friendships, Byakuya is friends with Chihiro and Kyoko, and good enough terms with Makoto. Most characters will have the friendships we see in the game, though Toko is also friends with Sayaka in this. Those are just my headcanons, so yeah!

Olá, pessoas! Cá estamos para mais uma postagem!

Hoje vos trago estas raridades (fictícias, mas ainda sim baseadas em logos reais) diretamente do final dos anos 70, de 1978 e '79, para ser mais exato.

Os dois primeiros slides são reais, eles de fato existiram em suas respectivas versões Globais e agradeço aqui aos canais do Vinícius Andrade (por compartilhar conosco um vídeo onde podemos ver a tal versão Global do slide aqui por mim parodiado do Festival de Sucessos -datado de 30/01/1978-) e também ao canal "PlayFred BR", onde encontramos um vídeo em que, nos primeiros segundos, é possível ver um slide do Globo Repórter aos mesmos moldes da minha criação que vocês acabaram de ver (esse datado de 30/10/1979).

Por fim, o slide em destaque, "Ora Serta" datado ficticiamente entre os anos de '78 e '79, é uma criação própria usando como base o slide da chamado do Festival de Sucessos (para nós da Lodo, "Bestial de Sucessos" e detalhe, ele ainda foi levemente adaptado em relação à versão original).

O terceiro exemplo de um slide que segue esse mesmo "padrão" (acho melhor chamarmos de "estilo") já foi satirizado aqui no nosso blog. Me refiro àqueles slides que os mostrei há algumas postagens atrás, da Introspectiva Lodal, duarante a virada do ano de 1978.

Com tudo isso, podemos até dizer que o uso desses slides (seguindo o mesmo estilo, mas com algumas variações em orientações diferentes) era comum durante esse período do final dos anos 70 pela emissora. Os famigerados "encerramentos de programação" (entrando no ar/saindo do ar) só, de fato, começaram a ser vinculados em 1981, mas será que esses slides de 1978-79 servem como uma prévia do que estava por vir na década seguinte? Ai, são tantas perguntas... mas, bom, era isso por hoje! Voltamos no sábado com mais uma postagem aqui, neste mesmo endereço e neste mesmo horário, para vocês. Até lá! =)

Purpled is a pathetic wet animal. Not only does he speak like he got vomited out of the 18th century, because not even they want him around, he’s also deeply stupid and no one loves him. He is a perfect example of wasted potential, a phenomenal tennis player who sweats Hypixel Bedwars. He also tryhards Valorant, and has no space for anything funny in tournaments. Instead of celebrating his graduation he went home and streamed Valorant.

All the elements of the periodic table in the Kichwa language

Jose E. Andino-Enríquez, Manuel A. Andino-Enríquez, Francis E. Hidalgo-Báez, Sisa P. Chalán-Gualán, Santiago D. Gualapuro-Gualapuro, Simone Belli and Michelle B. Chicaiza-Lema recently published in the Journal of Chemical Education a proposal to adapt the names of the 118 elements of the periodic table to Kichwa (Adaptation of the Periodic Table to Kichwa: An Ecuadorian Native Language; J. Chem. Ed., 2022 99 (1), 211-218, DOI: 10.1021/acs.jchemed.1c00383).

The authors explain that the Kichwa lacks scientific tools to respond to educational needs, triggering the gradual loss of intercultural diversity. To adapt the periodic table to Kichwa, they took into account the different linguistic variations of the language and the opinion of the speakers. This is the adaptation compared to the Spanish version, the language most widely spoken in Ecuador:

The Jigsaw Museum Part 1

Fendi stares at the envelope in his hands, the garish red puzzles bordered the pink background. It was an eyesore to say the least. An eyesore he would only be expecting to be holding if he’d found it on the scene of some crime not posted through his letterbox, without a stamp, without anything to identify it but his name.

“Dear Detective Layton and his assistant,

You are formally invited to the grand opening of the Jigsaw Museum. As one of the leading detectives on the case and the detective that figured the whole case out, we’d be delighted if you could grace us with your appearance.

The museum was curated to honour those who were lost by the puzzle murders, to commemorate them and so that the general public can understand that these deaths were not in vain but each one lead the famous detective Layton to the killer. Then, at the end of the experience we commemorate the final case, the one was Alfendi Layton proves himself innocent for the crime he accused himself of a few years prior.

Doors open at 18:00 the Sunday coming up. Tickets for opening are £50 but of course you go free as a VIP. The museum curator would love to talk to you one on one.

The letter was garishly perfumed, as if to make up for the fact it was black ink on white paper, as if this too had to be garish. The puzzle they sent him was bad enough, poorly phrased and lacking a certain understanding of what a puzzle should be. Hershel had always taught him about this and that alone put him in a bad mood. So did the fact they seemed to have forgotten Lucy unless you counted the first line, where they seemed to have forgotten her name.

Nothing about this was right. At all.

No shit. We have to go there. Al advises, Fendi doesn’t bother answering, too busy focused on the puzzle. Maybe it was poorly phrased or maybe he was just rusty, but he couldn’t seem to get it. Oh really, you really can’t do it? I thought you were meant to be as smart as me. Al taunts, not exactly meanly. He didn’t seem to be able to communicate any other way. He was making an effort though, which was usually nice but also, at this particular time, was really frustrating as now he was so frustrated, he couldn’t solve the puzzle.

Puzzles are stupid. I can solve a murder in just a few minutes, how is this useful?” laughing echoes. You know the answer don’t you? Smug silence. Okay please, please tell me.

The hesitation was actually worrying, Promise you won’t freak out? Fendi just glares at the puzzle, pencilling out prospective answers, it doesn’t matter. Just try not to freak out too much. The puzzle is an address and it leads to Forbodium Castle.

The world sort of blanked out then. Al taking charge and Fendi finding himself in the backseat, once again, Okay, so you know we can’t go back there, nothing good ever happens there.

I didn’t realise you were superstitious like you are, the location means nothing. It; just to commemorate Lucy’s biggest accomplishment yet! Clearing us of murder.

I just don’t want anyone getting hurt, again! You remember the whole reason we can even talk now, and you know our chest hurts whenever it’s cold because we got fucking shot and could have gone the same way last time we were there. Lucy almost went the same way! Hilda could have died and thank god for Lucy. We should be DEAD…

Well, they’ll probably commemorate her! Why else would they have avoided her name? How else? Anyone who’s spent two minutes researching that case would know she’s associated with us!

Liar.

You can’t stop me, well, maybe you can but you shouldn’t. This is big, we need to know what’s happening, what people are saying about us, and Lucy. If they somehow don’t mention her, we can make sure she gets credit. Now, I’m going to go tell her.

There’s an 78% chance that this will go wrong.

Breaking the news to Lucy went perfectly fine, she was her usual; chipper self and things hadn’t been busy. The rest of the force actually being competent for once (and also, extremely busy. Something both Alfendi and Lucy were avoiding for fear of being put on something that involved talking to people who weren’t suspects.

After hearing the news Lucy considers a moment pretending to be reading an old case file, a file she hadn’t read before they solved that particular case, “So it’s a museum about your cases? And you’re the VIP?”

“Yes, mostly, but it’ll feature our cases, the jigsaw killings you helped solve! What idiot wouldn’t want to see their name in lights. They may not have specified that they’re including you, but your name is on the invite and who couldn’t include you!” he was twisting the truth slightly but they had at least mentioned her. It wasn’t a lie that Lucy would really get hurt over.

You should at least let her know what she’s getting into. Fendi yells, hearing Al’s thoughts, Al ignores him. He did that a lot when they were talking to other people.

“I don’t know Prof… It sounds kind of, intrusive.” She bats the page she’s been looking at back and forth giving up even the pretence of reading. She wasn’t looking directly at Al either, pretending like she didn’t care as much about this as she did.

“Lucy, I know you’ve been reading news reports about my father, you’ve been using the news to spy on my family for a while but Hershel has never had a museum built in his name!” Al moves his hand out in a flourish, as if underlining his illuminated name. Lucy smiles slightly.

That’s why you want to go?

“Actually…” the doubt and the worry was clear to see but she didn’t get a chance to finish that sentence as Al continues, ignoring Fendi’s next statement.

And it’s the KILLER’S name in lights. And you call me the idiot Fendi mutters.

“And we’ll be guests of honour, well I am but I won’t let you leave my side, you are after all the Watson to my Holmes.” That got her going, Lucy finally looks at Alfendi in mock anger.

“Oi! I’ve solved plenty without you. I’ve outsmarted you too!” she had, solving the Forbodium case and apparently hiding case files in places so he’d go home and rest. Another way she managed to outsmart him. It really wasn’t so fair of Barton to pick someone who could show him up so much.

“Indeed, you have, and yet I am still your superior!”

“Equal!”

“Superior!”

Their bickering continued for a while, like a long while before. An actual case was deposited on Lucy’s desk and the matter was resolved by Lucy agreeing to go as long as she got to head this case.

“So I’ve been told about this museum about the Jigsaw killings,” Barton sighs, leaning back in his chair, the leaflet on his desk.

“Oh -ACHOO- no,” Florence grabs it, “he does not need a bigger ego, y- -ACH00- you know last week he would not shut up about this mistake I made.”

“It’s not that I’m most concerned about, I’m told someone has been interviewing Justin.”

“You do- don- -ACHOO- don’t think… Oh he’s going to lose it. It’ll be a shitshow!”

“or a bloodbath,” Barton sighs, “so you need to go.”

“Why -ACHOO- me?”

“Alfendi is quite…”

“Aggressive?” Florence offers, “angry with occasionally violent tendencies?” she raises an eyebrow.

“Quiet. So, as his friend he’ll be less of… that, towards you.”

“Oh, so I have to deal with his explosive temper!” she glares at him “-ACHOO-, no, I’m not taking this heat, you do it!”

Barton sighs, “I can’t risk being recognised, please.”

Florence pockets the leaflet, glaring at Barton. He raises an eyebrow, and she sighs nodding, “fine, I’ll babysit your favourite detective and when he catches me you’ll owe me, big time.”

RGM-79SP GM Sniper II

TECHNOLOGY AND DEVELOPMENT

A variant of the RGM-79G GM Command, the Sniper II is a specialized unit capable of using ultra-long range equipment at maximum capacity. It can do this in large part thanks to its specialized head visor; it has built-in compound sensors, powerful zoom cameras and image stabilizers for precision, long range targeting. The visor covers the main camera and pairs together with the head unit coolers to physically eliminate noise interference and enhance long range sniping capabilities. This suit is also one of the few capable of accurately firing MS-sized sniper rifles that use physical projectiles; unlike beam weapons, these rifles aren't affected by magnetic forces or solar winds, but only a few were ever made.

During operations, the Sniper II was used to eliminate priority targets from beyond the range of conventional weapons; that being said, its not ONLY a long-range specialist. Its a high-performance machine that maintains versatility, capable of serving as a mid-range support or even for close combat, and can use most existing MS weaponry. It was one of the few machines to match the RX-78-2, and in fact, its specifications were superior to the Gundam's on paper.

Its armor was reinforced with pieces of Luna Titanium alloy, and its mobility was improved via sub-thrusters in various locations and a total of six large verniers, two in the backpack and four on the legs.

EQUIPMENT

The Sniper II had a long list of weaponry available, as it was capable of utilizing almost any mobile suit weapon. Its "main" weapon was the Franz EF-KAR98k 75mm Sniper Rifle, a 5-round magazine bolt-action rifle with a scope that functioned in conjuction with the computer of the Sniper II. It was developed near the end of the One Year War and only a few were ever made.

Another notable weapon was the HWF GMG-MG79-90mm Bullpup Machine Gun, a compact anti-MS weapon that also interfaced with the Sniper II's targeting system.

It was also equipped with a pair of standard beam sabers and a shield, and it had a vulcan gun pod mounted on the right side of its head for restricting enemy movement.

The rest of its weaponry is composed of various different kinds of rifles, including:

HISTORY

The last and most advanced of the Federation's line of GM Sniper mobile suits during the OYW, and also one of the last GM-type units to be developed during it. Only a small number were ever deployed due to its production beginning near the end of the war and its high cost. It was assigned to various teams throughout the war, including the "Delta Team", the "Deep Blue Team" and the "White Dingo Team".

One unit was assigned to ace pilot Lydo Wolf and painted in his trademark black colors, and after the war, the Titans deployed a modernized version of the Sniper II in U.C. 0084 against Zeon remnants.

Personal Opinion: 0080 had some of the best damn GM designs ever and this is definitely one of them. I love the Franz EF-KAR98k, bolt-action rifles are so damn cool.

London, Brighton & South Coast Railway – A1X 0-6-0T No.78 ‘Knowle, (678, B678, 2678, BR.32678), just departing Langston Station on a down service to Hayling Island Station c1890 by Peter Heelas Via Flickr: The London, Brighton and South Coast Railway (LB&SCR) A1 Class is an English class of 0-6-0T steam locomotive. Designed by William Stroudley, 50 members of the class were built in 1872 and between 1874 and 1880, all at Brighton Works. The class has received several nicknames, initially being known as "Rooters" by their south London crews. However, the engines were more famously known as "Terriers" on account of the distinctive 'bark' of the exhaust beat. Originally known as "A" class, these diminutive tank locomotives were designed in 1870 to haul commuter trains on the heavily congested lines in South and South-East London. These included routes from London Bridge to both East and West Croydon, London Victoria to Sutton and the line from Victoria to London Bridge via. Peckham Rye and Denmark Hill, as well as operating on the East London Railway under the Thames through the Thames Tunnel designed by Marc Isambard Brunel. Six locomotives were built for these services during 1872 and were successful due to their high acceleration between the closely spaced station stops and ability to haul reasonably heavy trains. A further 44 were thus built between June 1874 and September 1880 to complement the original six. A1X (Terrier) Class 0-6-0T No. 32678 (678) (78 Knowle) designed by William Stroudley, built in 1880 at Brighton Works. Rebuilt to A1X in 1911. Withdrawn by SR in 1925. Stored at Preston Park from 1926 until 1929. Transferred to IOW Jul 1929 as No. W4 (W14 from 1932) Bembridge. Returned to Mainland May 1936. Hired to K&ESR May 1940. Withdrawn October 1963. Sold to Butlin's, initially displayed at Minehead. Sold to West Somerset Railway in 1975. Sold to Resco (Railways) Ltd in April 1983. Preserved at Kent and East Sussex Railway. Brazil sees growth in Internet use in rural areas

But access to fiber-optic connections and PCs is still lacking.

The proportion of Internet users in rural areas grew in Brazil compared to the period before the pandemic, but fast connections and computers are still lacking, according to a new survey published by the Brazilian Internet Steering Committee (CGI.br).

Conducted by the Regional Center for Studies for the Development of the Information Society (Cetic.br) of the Information and Coordination Center of Ponto BR (NIC.br), the survey presents the latest indicators on the access and use of information technologies and communication (ICT) in the country. According to the research, the use of the Internet in remote locations in Brazil grew from 53% of individuals aged 10 years and over in 2019 to 73% in 2021.

The research estimates that, in 2021, 81% of the population aged 10 and over used the Internet in the last three months -- which corresponds to 148 million individuals. There was also a significant increase in the proportion of network users in the North (83%), South (83%), and Northeast (78%) regions compared to 2019.
