#Anyway I also think Casey did Leo a little dirty

Fuck it deranged "I just woke up" character analysis
I think it's interesting that in the movie it feels like Leo is more determined to NOT be serious whereas in the series, despite being lazy, he was also (mostly) the most reasonable
A lot of ppl believe Leo was doing this to shirk responsibilities of being a leader (which while I do think is VERY possible, don't think was what was happening)
Considering how much at the beginning Leo pushes "we defeated the Shredder" I believe it was moreso "We just underwent a very traumatic event the last thing I wanna do is start training and getting strict with things"
Rise Leo shirking responsibility? Possibly, but with how much he prevents his brothers from biting off more then they can chew and how integral "why does nobody trust me?" is apart of his character? Harder for me to believe
Him avoiding serious "hero" work bc he went through a traumatic event and as he does so it's repeated "its not about you" when he decides to be selfish and tries to just have fun instead? Far more likely, it's also interesting that Raph never tells Leo "when are you going to be a leader" leadership isn't really ever mentioned in the movie
Just Raph saying "when are you going to take things seriously", I also think Mikey and Donnie aren't really on anyone's side, afterall they're participating in Leo's shenanigans at the beginning, they're the ones participating in the "you said heroes" game, breaking the pizza record
But at the same time now Donnie has Donnie Pods, which is assumably after Shredder's attack (unfortunately we don't have a clue what Mikey might've been doing before the Kraang, but I'm assuming since Leo is the one getting bitched at the most, Mikey was doing some training as well), they have taken some things seriously, more then Leo, but not to the degree Raph is
Anyway but imagine trying to avoid thinking about how everyone you love nearly died and trying to just enjoy time with them while you can and prove that things are going to be okay, there won't be another Shredder only to fuck up so badly that there's something worse then Shredder, and so you go "I can fix it look this future guy says I can fix it he's supporting me" *falls in a hole* *gets told he sucks* "Nvm I guess I don't got this!"
I think this also supported by how Raph mentions trying to prevent your team from getting hurt and the change of Leo's face only to IMMEDIATELY goad Raph into a fight

Why I Don’t Like 2012 Apritello
A TMNT 2012 Rant
Tumblr media
Before I start and the 2012 Apritello fans/shippers come at me with their pitchforks and torches, I want to clarify that I DO think that the ship is cute and it has a lot of potential. S1 Apritello is adorable! But after that it goes downhill and becomes very problematic, which sucks because I see the potential for it to be a good ship, but the 2012 writers just did them so dirty which lead me to dislike this ship over time.
So with that said. Enjoy my rant!
As I said before, season 1 Apritello was perfectly fine. The only minor problems I had with them in the first season was the fact that Donnie has taken pictures of her obviously without her knowledge or consent and has them as his computer wallpaper. That doesn't sit right with me. This is coming from personal experience, a guy I knew in middle school had a crush on me and he used to do that, taking my picture without my knowledge or consent and using them as his phone background and it made me really uncomfortable. If the writers just switch it to him having his background be a selfie him and her took together them that would’ve been better. Other than that, their relationship and dynamic in season 1 was fine and even cute at times.
Then season 2 comes around and the ship just gets worse from there...
I’m probably not the first to say that I don't like how creepy Donnie gets during S2 and onward. He becomes very possessive of April, looking at her like she’s an object or a trophy he has to win, instead of seeing her like she's her own person. Casey is also guilty of this, but this rant post isn’t about him.
Side Note:
April being Donnie’s love interest ruined her character. Most of her interactions with the turtles were mostly just with Donnie, because she was his love interest and she HAD to have “moments” with him. Whenever she did talk to or have genuine sweet moment with any turtle that wasn’t Donnie it felt fresh, rare, and new, but then shippers would ruin it cause they’d start calling April a wh0re for “cheating” on Donnie just from her hugging Leo or Raph, and say his brother’s are “stealing” Donnie’s girl. Like, guys, chill. Leave April alone. It’s a freaking hug. She’s allowed to be friends with Donnie’s brothers.
I always appreciate the little short moments in the show of April interacting with Leo, Raph or Mikey. It’s one of the reasons I like the episode Eyes of the Chimera in season 3 so much becasue it focuses on Leo and April bonding! It made me wish April had more duo episodes with each of the turtles, but sadly most of her episodes were either about her and Donnie (in some way), her ninja training (which now that I think about it, we saw very little of) or her connection to the Kraang, and even that was dumped and no longer explored by like the 3rd season.
Maybe that’s just me. Let me know what you all think.
Anyways, back to the rant!
The very first time Donnie sees April with Casey, he immediately jumps to conclusions and assumes she’s on a date and gets mad. Like, dude, you don’t own her! We, the audience, know she wasn’t on a date, she was just tutoring Casey, but imagine for a moment if she was. Donnie has no right to decide who she gets to be with and has no excuse to be mad if she decides not to date him but someone else, because, again, she is a human being not an object! Does he have a right to feel heartbroken? Yes, it's sad seeing your crush with someone else, I and I’m sure many of you can relate. But should he be mad? NO!
The whole love triangle between Donnie, April and Casey was its own dumpster fire and that’s a rant for another post.
I also don't like how it is hinted during the S2 finale that April is aware of Donnie's feelings for her. Now, we could argue (and I agree) that April was not ready for Donnie to confess his feelings, most likely wanting to sort out her own feelings and I respect that, but I wish April was more honest with Donnie later on. I wish she told him to give her time and space instead of letting him think he has a chance, leading him on, and having him continue to obsess over her for 5 freaking seasons! She had many chances to have that conversation with him. Like in season 3...
Oh god, I hate Apritello in season 3, specfically I hate the Big Foot episode. That music box Donnie gave April in the beginning of the epsiode was extremely inappropriate given what those two have been through so far by that point in the show. Donnie, sweetie, you've literally lost the greatest battle of your life, you and your brothers were chased out of your own home and had to leave the city with Leo badly injured and in a coma, and you also witnessed your father's "death" by the hands of your greatest enemy, and you think NOW is the best time to make a move on your crush and give her a gift, who, may I remind you, went through the same exact sh!t you went through?!
THE POOR GIRL DOESNT NEED TO BE HIT ON RIGHT NOW!!
And don't get me started on the farmhouse kiss later in the episode. What a load of bullsh!t! The writers really had me fooled. They really had me think they were going to give Donnie and April actual development in their relationship. They could've had Donnie finally understand and end his inappropriate behavior and obsession towards her and April could finally tell Donnie that she's aware of his feelings and tells him that she does care for him but needs time and space to think her feelings through. This conversation could have helped them grow together and they would eventually get together when both of them are comfortable and ready to start a relationship with one another.
But NOOOO! Let's just have April take all of Donnie's development in that episode and throw it away by freaking kissing him!! Like, what?! Girl, weren't you literally uncomfortable earlier that episode when he was trying to make a move on you with the freaking music box???
It was at that moment I started to hate Apritello, and it makes it come off that April is just playing a game with Donnie, throwing him away and reeling him back in, repeating the action over and over again. Which sucks, because I really wanna like this ship and at times I can see the good qualities. I like April! She has some great moments (both badass and funny) that makes me appreciate her or be happy for her, but her being shipped with Donnie ruined her character for me. I blame the writers.
After the farmhouse kiss, you know what I realized? I realized that the 2012 writers didn't know what they were doing with this relationship and it pissed me off because, again, they had so much potential!
Also the many times April kisses Donnie on the cheek was so random almost ALL of the time.
Her kissing him after she rekindles her friendship with the turtles, pointless but it’s fine.
Her kissing him after he finished creating a retromutagen for her dad, understandable. Could just be a heat of the moment excitement that she probably forgot about later on, but...
The second time in the same episode, the writers were just forcing it at that point/April did that in front of Casey on purpose to make him jealous and you can’t change my mind.
Her kissing him after Fugitoid fixed his bug sting, very random and very pointless. Like, why? What was the point of that happening??
I need to remind everyone who has come this far in reading my rant that I do think the concept of April x Donnie could work. Though I’m not a big fan of shipping April with ANY of the turtles, it can still work, but only if it’s done properly.
Again, 2012 Apritello had great potential, it’s just the writers handle it so poorly. Honestly, Rise Apritello has more chemistry and potential to be the friends to lovers trope in a version where it is intended for them to only be best friends MORE than their 2012 counterpart where they are intended to be friends to lovers.
You know what I wish the 2012 writers did? I wish the writers did a slow burn mixed with the friends to lovers trope. Basically, make them friends first, build from that, and have them slowly fall in love with each other over the course of the series.
For me, I’d make it go like this:
S1 - Donnie and April are friends, but over the course of the season Donnie slowly begins to fall in love with April.
S2 - Donnie now has feelings for April, but he doens’t want to ruin his friendship with her. Also April is dating Casey.
S3 - Everyone knows Donnie likes April. Her and Casey eventually break up but stay friends. April finds out Donnie likes her and now it’s awkward between them.
S4 - Donnie and April both like each other now. They try hard to rekindle their friendship and try to go back to being just friends, but their hearts want something different.
S5 - They finally confess and become a couple! Yay! Happy ending!
If you want to read the longer version of how I’d rewrite 2012 Apritello, you can check it out HERE
I want to thank everyone who has made it this far and has read my entire rant. Feel free to share your own thoughts on 2012 Apritello, but remember to be kind and respecful towards everyones opinion.

On the Shredder Raphael subject, what do you think 2003 Raphael would be like he gave into his demons and became the next Shredder? What do you think Shredder Rah’s goals be ?
Ooh, that's a deep question. (Long post warning, I got carried away ahaha)
I think first (personally) it would take a LOT to push Raph over the edge. I trust Raph with my life so he would have to go through something really traumatic, have little to no support for it, and then grow callous and cold toward everyone around him before I'd be able to believe he'd turn. (Again, this is for me personally)
The first thing that came to my mind is (you probably could guess) the death of either Mikey or Donnie. Both of them are innocent babies that Raph fiercely protects, and their death would send him spiraling downward into a deep depression, especially if he was there and couldn't do anything about it. Plus, it would leave him with less support for said trauma and depression.
In my head it's sort of a Raph-centric Same As It Never Was AU. (Also, I'm gonna go with Mikey's death for this since it 1) adds more differences, and 2) i feel like Raph and Mikey were really close and it would affect him differently than if it was Donnie).
Anyway, then he would go through the stages of grief, without his little clowning brother to lighten the mood or crack a joke to make him smile. There would also be a lot of remorse since their brotherhood centered on roasting one another and poking fun at each other. I do think Raph could get by without going to the dark side with Splinter, Leo, Donnie, Casey, and April supporting him, but if he couldn't and he did go to the dark side...
He'd start by pushing them away. Working out more. Ignoring the sickening ache in his stomach. Maybe he'd go out as an alter ego vigilante like his little brother loved doing (and like the Nightwatcher from the '07 movie). He'd ignore any pleas for him to get help and get defensive if they asked if he wanted to talk. He'd grow cold.
The tragedy with Mikey would probably have been at the hands of the Shredder, so Raph would definitely be judge, jury, and executioner for any and all poor Foot soldiers within his sight. He'd target them specifically, rage building up in his bones for the day he meets Shredder face to face.
And then it would happen. Raph feels unprepared, Shredder's laughing his evil laugh, they fight and Raph knows he can't beat him.
...honorably.
So he doesn't. He uses dirty tricks and unfair circumstances. Shredder's been defeated somehow, and Raph picks up the helmet that fell off Shredder's head, staring at his own reflection.
He puts it on.
It doesn't fit.
So he takes it home as a trophy to show his family. And they're... not nearly as supportive of him murdering Shredder as he thought they'd be. Aren't they just as angry? Didn't they care about Mikey? Why can't they accept the victory and join him in celebration?
So he locks it away. They don't like it, fine. He won't let them see it.
The Foot and Purple Dragons, without a leader, would of course fight amongst themselves and make things worse for the city in general. (Similar to what happened in the show).
Raph's opinion of the matter isn't "should I have killed him or should I have let him live?" Instead, it's "they're a gang without a leader. They need a leader." And then it becomes "wouldn't it be helpful if we had an army of our own?"
So he pulls out the Shredder helmet. He puts it on.
It fits this time.
He goes to the centers of the action, helmet and armor on. The Foot, the Dragons, everyone looks like they've seen a ghost.
Good.
He takes over, still not nearly as cruel as the Utrom Shredder or Demon Shredder. He starts by telling them to only hunt down and hurt the really bad people.
Then it becomes "kill them."
Then again, who's to define which is worse between crimes? Criminals deserve justice. Raph has the power to deal out justice.
So he does. He thinks it's justice. One step out of line, bam! You're kaput.
His family is worried, terrified for Raph. Leo tried talking to him. But Leo was the one who questioned killing the original Shredder in the first place. Raph won't hear him. Maybe they fight, maybe Raph simply tells him to get out.
Their worry increases.
It's been years since Mikey's funeral. Raph is a completely different person now. April and Casey are caught committing a crime of some kind, Raph waves a hand and says "they chose to do it." With a swipe of a sword, they're gone too. Raph feels something inside him, something he hasn't felt in a long time.
He buries it under more anger. More hate. More justice.
One by one, his armies pick off more and more people. Some days it's better, some days it's worse.
Donnie manages to sneak into his throne room.
"Is this what Mikey would've wanted?"
The words soak into his skin like an antibiotic. Healing hurts too much.
So he won't.
He fights Donatello, doing the unthinkable.
He's become the Shredder.

Procession of Gifts
What I think would happen the turtle's first Father's Day without a father. :')
∆•∆
The four brothers stood at the entrance of the lair quietly, shoulder by shoulder, moving only some and talking none. Around each neck dawned either a black bow tie or tie. The silence was heavy and dark with sadness, which each turtle held equally upon their shoulders and in their eyes. Each held an item in their hands.
Michelangelo, holding a card in both his hands ever so gently, it's back facing the sewer.
Raphael, a bouquet of flowers resting against one shoulder loosely while Chompy napped on his other.
Donatello, a ring he had found a while ago, and upon learning who it belonged to, had immediately welled it back together, working hard at it for days on end for this moment.
Leonardo, the picture of human Splinter and his daughter and wife, smiling happily at whoever may lay their eyes upon the image.
Their heads moved in sync as they turned towards the sound of a car coming down the railroad. The Party Wagon stopped ever so softly upon reaching where the turtles stood, the engine still roaring with life. April poked her head out of the window, seeming to have changed into a black dress. Karai sat in the passenger seat, avoiding any eye contact at the moment and staring at the ground below. She too had changed, wearing a nice black shirt and slacks with black lipstick instead of her usual red.
"Are we ready?" April asked softly, offering a small, sad smile she knew they wouldn't return.
"No." Leo admitted quietly after swallowing down a lump in his throat. It had been the first word any of the turtles had spoken all morning. "But, let's go anyway."
One by one, they filed into the back slowly, Donnie in the lead, making sure their possessions didn't get ruined. They squished themselves together, and while it was necessary, it was also somewhat on purpose. A silent form of comfort to each other as the Party Wagon pulled out of the entrance. Karai briefly glanced behind her at Leo, who met her gaze for a second before she looked back. Leo caught the red rimmed around her eyes in that short moment, and blinked rapidly as he brought his attention to the window next to him.
"Where's Casey?" Donnie asked hesitantly.
April looked up at him in the rear view mirror. "He… He and his family are going out to celebrate. He sends his condolences and prayers, and wishes he could be here with us, and apologises for not doing so."
"Lucky." Raph muttered under his breath sullenly.
"What about you and your dad?"
April smiled sadly. "We are too, but not until tonight. I wouldn't miss this for the world, or in a million years. I want to be there for you guys, like you've done for me."
Leo's eyes softened at the back of her head, heart warmed by her words. "Thank you, April." He said softly.
"No 'thank you's, Leo. Just good friends being good friends. That's all this is."
They all fell silent again. Mikey laid his head against Leo's shoulder gently, eyes downcast as the ride went on.
~∆•∆~
It was as if they had planned how they were to present their belongings once they reached the grave. Maybe they might have, but nonetheless, it was a slow, sad procession. The Wagon stopped in the driveway of the farm house, giving one last sputter before it was shut off. The door opened, and out stepped Leo, slowly and carefully, stepping aside to wait for his brothers. Raph came out next, with Mikey following after and Donnie last. Karai stepped out and aways with April, following only mere inches from them as they began to walk, albeit slowly, a far off look on her face.
One step after another, they marched towards the lone grave at the edge of the forest. The wind greeted them softly, brushing their faces and branches creaking like voices welcoming them back joyfully. But there was no joy in their motives as they neared the stone. Only pain that showed in their eyes, and it seemed to grow with each step they took.
Mikey suddenly stopped abruptly, forcing the other three behind him to do the same as he shut his eyes and turned away with a choked sob. "I can't do this..!"
Leo walked up to him after a moment as his little brother's shoulders began to shake. "Mikey," He muttered softly, placing a hand on his shoulder.
He had yet another lump in his throat, and it only grew when he heard Mikey's quiet sobs. He had opened his mouth to encourage him, but upon realizing he had no courage for this himself, he was left empty worded. All he managed to do was gently take Mikey's arm as Raph slung an arm around his shoulders and whisper, "C'mon. We're here. Do it for us, okay?"
Leo whispered a few more things as he led him forward, and though the orange clad turtle nodded slightly in understanding, his tears didn't stop. Though it couldn't be helped, Leo knew this, and wasn't at all surprised when he heard Donnie give a small sniff of his own. He felt his eyes burn and water with his throat, but he didn't let the tears fall.
Not yet.
Within a few steps, they reached the grave, and it seemed as if they all held their breaths when their eyes landed on their family name and crest. They stood almost as still as the statue of their father that was embedded into the stone, like they had while waiting for the Party Wagon.
"... Raph." Leo whispered hoarsely.
Heavily, the indicated turtle moved, hands shaking ever so slightly as he bent and reached for the long dead bouquet of flowers wilted over the bed. April moved to his side to take them with Karai in tow, and they watched as he placed the flowers delicately where the previous ones had been.
Raph gulped before he took a breath to speak. "Hey, father. It's… It's Raph. I'm not sure if you know this, but today's Father's Day. We came to visit s-so we could.." His breath hitched, and when he bowed his head April placed her hand on his shoulder with a comforting squeeze. He stayed like that for a few more seconds before he continued, voice cracking with incomplete sobs. "So we could say Happy Father's Day. Even though you're not here physically. I just… Hope you can hear us." Raph looked back up, tear stains glistening against his cheeks. He gave a sniff and wiped his face quickly. "So yeah. W-we brought you gifts, and stuff." He paused solemnly. "Hope you like them."
He rose and stepped aside. Mikey went forward shakily, still shedding unsilenced and uncontrolled tears as he bent down on his knee. He barely whispered "Happy Fathers Day" as he set the card down. The front had the words he just spoke in a green, shiny color with a fancy font. The background was decorated elegantly with many shapes. Mikey rose just as quickly as he kneeled, trying to pull himself together as he stood next to Raph.
Leo came next, and he set the picture in between the bouquet and card, bowing his head and closing his eyes as he placed a hand on the stone. "Happy Fathers Day, father." He whispered. "We miss you. A lot. More than you probably will ever know. I'm not sure if we've ever thanked you for what you did for us, and I know we took you for granted. I wish we didn't, because here we are, and.. And there you are." He paused, and the next words were said through gritted teeth. ".. Beneath our feet. 'M sorry… I'm sorry we couldn't do more. I hope you understand one day, and I hope you know our gratitude.. And our love." He finally let his tears fall, though he mourned silently, and only for a few minutes. He knew there were others still waiting, and he didn't want to take away their time. Leo looked up at Donnie with a nod after finishing, and moved for him.
"Ahem…" Donnie cleared his throat as he knelt, taking the ring in two large fingers and holding it up for the others to see. "I'm not sure if you'd recognize this if you were still.. Here, since it's been a while, but, this is your wedding ring. I found it on patrol one day sitting in a corner, broken and dirty." He smiled ever so slightly. "I wasn't sure why, but I knew I had to take it home and fix it up, find who it had belonged to. Never would've thought it'd be yours, father." He placed it in front of the picture slowly, as if not wanting to let it go. "I did my best to make it look brand new. Happy Father's Day."
Karai stepped up after Donnie moved away, placing a hand on the mound of dirt and kissing the stone before looking down at the ground. She opened her mouth to say something, but nothing came to mind, and pressed her head to the stone with her eyes shut tightly. April went to the other side of the grave, whispering a "thank you" past the lump in her throat. The two stayed there for a while, the turtles watching them. April rose first, and placed a hand on Karai's shoulder. Karai looked up at her, then sighed and stood with her. All six stared down at the grave for the last few hesitating moments they had, not wanting to leave.
It had been at least ten more minutes before Leo sighed heavily, and said, "Come on guys. Let's go home."
He turned and walked towards the farm house. The rest followed hesitantly, Mikey looking back one last time at the grave.
The Party Wagon whirred to life yet again, and with their last goodbyes, it turned and left the old farm house and the gifts behind.

TMNT: Drifters of the Dead
A zombie apocalypse had broken out in New York and everyone was either dying or turning into zombies. The Turtles, Casey, April, and her cousins Shari & Xena had to make a break for it in the Shellraiser and brave their way to the outskirts of New York. Realizing nowhere was safe, they were had to leave the country taking a boat out to sea. Eventually, landing on an uncharted luxurious island just off the coast. Will they be able to survive on this island?
One-shot Plot
Warning: Mild sexual themes
Words: 4,444
Shari and Xena belong to me
--
Shari: *The dead resurrect and attack the live ones. Humans and mutants that are bitten become “Them” themselves. Their numbers continue to rise rapidly, and the end of our world began. As everything was destroyed, we ran. Ran and kept on running in order to survive. Fought, ran, ran some more, and fought again and again and again. In the bath-oh, anyway. We ran and ran as we kept on fighting and all kinds of shit happened. And…eventually, ended up on an island in the middle of nowhere*
Not long ago, the Turtles and company had to abandon their stronghold after the zombies found their way in and overwhelmed the place. They had no choice but to leave everything behind and taking only what they need to survive. After days and days of hiding and fighting many zombie hordes, they managed to grab a boat out to sea and somehow docked on an uncharted island which left everyone (especially Donnie) confused.
Donnie: (stunned) How did we end up in a place like this?
Casey: (nudges Donnie) Oh, stop it. Don’t tell me you’ve already forgotten about it, Donnie.
Donnie: (perplexingly annoyed) Hmm?
Casey: (explained rather dramatically) We set out to sea with a boat we luckily found in order to escape from “Them”. But we got lazy and came to this remote island, remember?
Donnie: (shouts irritated) Yeah, I know that much, Johnny Law!!! And what’s with this random commentary?
Leo: (calmly reassures Donnie, admiring the island’s natural beauty) Wait. Will you guys just look around at this place? It’s nice.
Raph: (shrugs, slightly smiling) You’re right, Leo. They can’t cross the sea anyway.
Mikey: (ecstatically) So that means we’ve finally found a peaceful place!!
Donnie: (points out the credential flaws) What are you talking about, Mikey? There’s nothing on this island except sand, not a single thing to block the sunlight, there’s no way we can live in a place like this.
Xena: Yes, we can, Donnie! (points up ahead) Look! Look over there
All: Huh? (looks ahead becoming coming completely wide-eyed at the sight before them)
Just some feet away was a random beach house just off the edge of the jungle. Seeing how convenient this was shocked everyone.
Donnie: (shocked) I-is that a beach house!?
Mikey: (happily) It certainly is. IT IS A BEACH HOUSE!!!
Xena: (smiles cheekily) Good for us, huh?
Checking the place out, they managed to find some decent provisions such as the beach house making for good shelter and good drinking water. Among everything else, they also found some rather “enticing” swimsuits. While the girls were busy changing, the Turtles and Casey sat outside patiently.
Raph: (proudly) Who cares where we are? We’re safe!
Casey: (smiles profoundly) I guess we are.
Donnie: We couldn’t find any food since they were closed, but we could use it as a shelter. And also found lots of water for emergency use. And besides, the merchandise is pretty sexy here.
Leo: You’re right, Donnie. But look at this. (looks down at his down at his swim trunks [black with 3D blue flames], then Raph’s [red trunks with black & white tribal pattern on the side] and finally Donnie’s [purple trunks with a prism-scaled pattern] feeling rather disappointed with the limited selection for male swimwear) These bizarre-looking swimming trunks are the only thing you can find for guys of our size?
Mikey: You’ve got no problem, you guys!! Look at me!! (proudly shows off sporting orange speedos with white/multi-colored Hawaiian flower theme) This is more my style!
Leo: (slightly weirded out) You seem awfully happy though.
Soon the girls started walking out one by one, each one looking incredibly sexy in their swimsuits. Xena comes up right behind the guys sporting a shimmering, neon green-scaled swimsuit. It had a one-sided, bright orange shoulder-strap that connected to a Hawaiian flower showing off at the shoulder while sides of the swimsuit showed off her bare waistline. Her wild brown hair was done to one side and held together by blue-beaded ornamental hairpin. She was also adorned with silver double-hooped earrings, a tribal armband, and wearing white ankle-strapped sandals.
Xena: Ooh, it looks good on you. Kinda. (struts out the beach house, looking at Mikey in a predictable manner) I’d expect nothing less from a dork that you. Definitely owning the cocksuck.
Mikey: (becomes stunned by Xena’s rather alluring swimsuit, smiling like a dork and blushing while trying hide an oncoming boner) X-X-X-Xeeeenaaaa
Leo: (brows raised at Mikey’s strange behavior) So why are you so unnervingly happy anyway?
Shortly after, Shari walks out the beach house sporting a rather revealing, sparkling, red/white strip-patterned bikini with a black trim showing off a lot of her muscle-line and her shadow serpent tattoo. The bikini barely covered much of her large breasts as well as her butt showing a lot of skin. The triple-straps on the bikini pieces were connected by golden beads while the bikini top was connected by a bright green jewel at the center of her cleavage. Her long, wavy and flowing raven hair was done up in a ponytail while the bottom-half was tied/braided off with a light-brown hair strap adorned with beads and her bangs to one side of her face. She was also wearing black-strapped tribal bracelets and a necklace (with a silver turtle ornament that had a matching green-jeweled shell) with silver and red beads and wearing black-strapped, mid-high heel sandals.
Shari: (walks out into the sunlight casually in relief) It was great to be able to get out of those dirty clothes.
Raph: (looks up at Shari revealing swimsuit with amazement while blushing and trying to hold back an incoming nosebleed, thinking she couldn’t look anymore sexier than she did now) Uh-Uuuhh!! Shari…
April comes out too sporting a golden-yellow one-piece suit with a light blue tribal strip on one side and a black jersey number-logo on the top-left side. The ribbon straps were tied off around her neck as well as the back-center ribbon straps showing off her whole backside. Her auburn red hair flowed out naturally with an ornamental Japanese-lily hair clip on the side. She also wore blue-jeaned short shorts unbuttoned and still showed off her immaculate legs, aqua-green open-toed sandals, a black and white jersey wristband, diamond-stud earrings.
April: (walks out looking around before pointing out something crucial) But the problem is that there’s nothing to eat around here.
Donnie: (blushes, amazed at April’s non-stop surprising beauty even in her swimsuit)
Mikey: (groans) Ooooh, and I’m..I’m so hungrrryy.
Casey: (comes out too after changing into an orchid and aqua-green splatter-patterned trunks while holding a striped-beach ball) I’m hungry too
Shari: (fiddles and jiggles with her boobs with a mild worried look) If I don’t eat soon, they’re going to shrink down….to Double-D!!!
Xena: (eye twitches in jealous irritation) Double-D?
The guys were so mesmerized at the sight of Shari’s large bouncing breasts. It was like a dream come true to see such a phenomenon in real life than what they saw on websites. Raph was feeling especially lucky since such a sexy female was practically his already. Seeing the guys drool over Shari was making Xena rather irritable. Knowing what was going on their dirty little minds, she quickly hatched a sneaky scheme to keep the guys at bay.
The Turtles & Casey: Wooooow, it’s absolutely blissful
Xena: (irritated, thinks up a scheme walking over to April) Buuut, we have no foooood. That’s a serious problem. Too bad you’re a reporter and not a chef.
April: (catches on to her younger cousin’s scheme and immediately plays along) Oh yeah, that is a serious problem.
The Turtles & Casey: (sits there perplexed at what was happening right now)
Shari: (her survival instincts kick in, suggesting that she go gather the food) You’re right. I’ll go to the ocean and I’ll try to-huh?
April: (interrupts pushing Shari with them to go along the plan) But we’re delicate girls, remember? We should have someone else go for us.
Casey: I can swim, girls-WHOA!!! (suddenly cut off and grabbed by Xena into the group knowing he would screw things up somehow)
Shari: (confused as much as the guys were while being smooched in by the girls with Casey trapped under her cleavage)
April, Shari, & Xena: ♫ We’ve gotta a probleeeeeem ♫
Casey: (blushes while flustered by what was going on)
Turtles: Uuuuuuh…..NO PROBLEM!!! (practically painted into a corner, they snapped up to the challenge) We’ll go get some food!!
Xena: (cheekily at Mikey) That’s my Mikey!! You’re so reliable!
Shari: (unenthusiastically towards Raph) That’s my boy.
April: (snidely to the Turtles) Okay! Good luck! Don’t get shark-bit.
Turtles: (nervously) ‘Kay.
While the Turtles went searching for food, the girls had some fun on the beach with Casey guarding them. The Turtles were immense with jealousy that Casey got to stay behind to revel in a man’s dream of watching beautiful girls have fun in all their sexy swimsuit-glory. Soft and large breasts bounced in excitement and perfect asses jiggled teasingly as the girls and Casey splashed around in the ocean. Casey splashed the girls playfully as they screamed out excitedly from the cold water. They played around with a beach ball which resulted in April smacking it down hard enough to bounce off Shari’s breasts upon impact, making her moan embarrassingly. Shari and Xena would then relax on an inflatable body board, soaking up the sun while catching up. April would then spend time laid out on the beach with her swimsuit undone to soak up the rays while Casey rubbed sunblock on her back. April later hanged with Shari by burying her body in the sand, leaving her head and breasts poking out. It was a fun day for them and the best they could hope for in such a long time as the sun set on the horizon. Meanwhile, the Turtles separately searched throughout the island for food. Unfortunately, they were not having much luck. Leo had searched the jungle grounds only to come across a praying mantis much to his disappointment while Raph and Mikey had searched through the trees to no avail. Donnie spent his time searching the ocean. By the end of the day, Leo, Raph, & Mikey returned to the group at the beach house empty-handed.
April: (shocked) WHAT!? NO WAY!! You couldn’t find any food on this whole island!?
Leo: We went all over the island but couldn’t find anything.
Raph: (reassuringly) But we got some dry leaves so that we could start a fire. Mikey helped.
Casey: (points out the painfully obvious) Even if we could start a fire, it’s pointless if we don’t have any food to cook.
Shari: (laid sprawled out from her hunger, groaning) Oh my God, I’m starving!!
Xena: (eyes her breasts out of half-hearted hopefulness due to her hunger) Have they shrunken?
Leo, Raph, & Mikey: (feeling utterly useless and embarrassed that they as ninjas were unable to provide)
Donnie: Sorry it took me a long time! (shows up suddenly with a huge netted-catch of assorted sea food) I’ve got FOOD!!!
Xena: (enthusiastically relieved) THAT’S GREAT!!!
All the girls including Casey and the other Turtles were shocked at Donnie’s abundant haul. To think that the three strongest of the Turtles would one day be showed up by their nerdy brother. This made them feel even more inadequate, especially to the girls who were astounded by the turn of events.
Donnie: (boasted about his success) I learned how to survive using my masculine nerve, primeval will to live, and sheer mutant guts!!
Xena: I didn’t know what that meant, but it’s awesome!!
Donnie: (laughed gleefully in personal victory) HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!
April: (turns to her cousins) So, which you choose? A normal handsome man or some goofy mutant turtle nerd?
Leo, Raph, & Mikey: (groaned in defeat)
Night had fallen and they had set up a fire using the dried leaves they found. They then began to cook Donnie’s catch of the day, eagerly waiting to eat.
Mikey: (drools eagerly) Ooooh, they look so good!!!
Casey: Hey, where are April and Xena?
Leo: They went to get some water
Mikey: (grows impatient) I wonder if they’re ready to eat
Raph: (warns him) If I get food poisoning, I am going to kill you, Donnie.
Casey: I have to admit, I’m actually pretty impressed with Four-Eyes
Shari: (smiles) Yeah, I agree
Donnie: (chuckles, snorting) Heh, don’t mention it
Shari: (looks to Raphael, sighs disappointed) On the other hand…
Hearing that while still dealing with the fact that he was outsmarted by a nerd, Raphael felt even worse than before. But that became irrelevant when they started to feel something strange in the air.
Mikey: (starts feeling tired) I wonder if I’m too hungry? I don’t know why but I feel sleepy now.
Raph: (starts feeling weary) Now that you say that, I feel dizzy.
Leo: (smells something weird in the air) Yeah, what’s going on, you guys?
Raph: (smells it too) I smell something strange.
Donnie: This smell… (suddenly cues in to the smoke from the fire) HYDRANGEA!!!
All: (shout out worried) HYDRANGEA!?
Donnie: (warns them before suddenly going into a delirious state) Don’t inhale the smoke!! Its hallucinatory effect will-uh-muh-bleblaaa…it wiiill trigger…
Shari: (stands up immediately, barely making sense of Donnie’s warning) WHAT!? What did you just say?
Casey: (becomes effected by the smoke, imagining he’s in the Vietnam War with his grandfather fighting for peace while dancing like an idiot) Oh yeah! Love and Peace!! Peace for Vietnam!!! HAHAA!!
Leo: (clues in to the beach house) Do you think that little beach house was just a cover-up for drug-dealing degenerates?
Mikey: (remembers an old TV show with that scenario) It’s like Breaking Bad!!!
Shari: (warns the guys to leave immediately) Hurry up and get away from this place! Come on, guys!!
Unfortunately, they had already been exposed to the smoke and became either delirious or idiotic in some way. And if that didn’t make matters worse, the smoke from the hydrangea began to ensnare itself around the Turtles’ hormones. Their predatory/sexual instincts were soaring more than usual, and they needed to be satisfied immediately. And that made matters worse for Shari since she was the only captivating female around what with April and Xena still up in the beach house. And her swimsuit was definitely becoming an accomplice to the situation as Leo and Mikey began crawling towards her in a rather needy fashion.
Leo: (in deep sexy tone) Miss Vayle
Mikey: (in cute suave tone) Shari
Shari: (confused by their sudden strange behavior) Uuh, guys?
Leo & Mikey: (puckered their lips as they suddenly pounced on her)
Shari: (panicked at the sudden ambush) Huh? WHAT?
Leo and Mikey were suddenly hovering over her, drinking in her barely-covered tanned and toned body. They were craving for her like they would the last slice of pizza, ready to “dig in”. They held her down looming over her with Leo sliding his hand up and down her waist and Mikey hugging his face to her thigh. Shari was in a huge snag here like whenever it came to the zombie hordes. She couldn’t tell which was worse: becoming carnage to the zombies or prey to the sexual urges of massively strong mutant turtles. What she did know was that she had to escape somehow less they would eat her alive.
Mikey: (drooling) Shari
Leo: (licks his lips) Miss Vayle
Shari: (becomes increasingly nervous) What are you guys doing!?
Mikey: (starts getting a boner and rubs it against her thigh) My shell is getting tighter by the minute and my bod’s gettin’ sooo hot
Leo: (gets a boner too and rubs it against her stomach) Do something about it, Miss Vayle
Shari: (starts sweating as they hovered over her with their massive boners at attention, unsure of what to do) What do ya’ mean do somethin’?
Donnie: (pulls Shari head-first real close to him with between his legs) MISS VAYLE!!!
Shari: MMMGH!!! (couldn’t breathe at first, then looks up to see the same look on Donnie’s face that Leo and Mikey had) DONNIE!?
Donnie: (blushing, makes a move by pulling her closer to his lips while sounding smooth) My body is hot. The core of my body is burning
Shari: (snaps out of before he kisses her, jerks back slapping him across the face hoping to knock some sense back into him) WAKE UP, DONNIE!!!
Donnie: (instead reacting accordingly jumps into a masochistic mode begging her to do it again) HIT ME MORE!!!
Shari: (smacks him again, completely at a loss) ARE YOU SERIOUS!?
Casey: (screams and cries randomly like a wild banshee) PEACE AND LOVE AND NAM!!!
Raphael: (grabs Shari’s wrist, pulling her away from them) COME THIS WAY!!!
Shari: (looks up) Huh? Raphael?
Raph: Getting away from here is the top priority right now. The effect, it should wear off as time passes (leads her away into the jungle)
Shari: (follows behind him) O-okay
Mikey: (cries out in vain, having lost a score) Waaaaiit!! Aww, Angel Cakes!!! (feels a hand touch his shoulder, turns around to see what appears to be April) Whoa! Hey, April!!
Donnie: (comes face-to-face at what appears to be Splinter) What are you doing here, Master Splinter? I thought you were dead!
Raphael and Shari had run a good distance away from the campfire to a nearby cave, hoping for the time being they would safe from the effects of the hydrangea. For now, they were out of danger. But it would soon appear that Shari was not out of danger. Raphael suddenly came closer to Shari, enclosing her against the rocky wall and pressing himself against her body with his knee between her legs to prevent her from escaping. Apparently, the smoke had somehow gotten to him too but it wasn’t just the smoke. He had been holding back his feelings for Shari for some time now. And with them finally alone together, he couldn’t hold back anymore. He wanted her so badly that it burned to the point of him shaking and sweating like a nervous wreck. But will she be to avoid Raphael’s temptations despite the feelings she has for him?
Shari: (heaves heavily from running) We should be safe here now. We should go check on them around the time the fire should be out
Raph: (closes in on her looking down into her beautiful aqua green eyes with his needy amber-like eyes, blushing and sweating while breathing rather heavily) Shari, I can’t stop myself. The throbbing inside my body…
Shari: (worried the smoke affected him too) Raphael? What are yo-?
Back at the campfire, the hallucinations everyone was suffering had gotten worse. Mikey was holding April in a steamy bedroom believing he was finally gonna score with his original dream girl. Meanwhile, Donnie was hugging Master Splinter in a bath house thinking he and his brothers had gotten their father back after believing he perished in the apocalypse.
Mikey: (confused by April’s growth in height) Angel Cakes, you look a lot taller now. (hugs April happily) What does it matter? I’m so happy you’re here!!!
Donnie: (looks over Splinter noticing the increase in muscle size) Look at you, Dad!! If I didn’t know any better, I’d swear you put on some muscle. Have you been getting into Raph’s protein powder?
Mikey: (surprised at April’s bold move in slipping off his speedos, going along with it) Whoa!! April, how bold of you!!
Donnie: (relaxes with Splinter in the hot spring at the bath house) Oh, my goodness. This reminds of times when me and the guys were little. You’d sneak us into the baths at the bathhouses after hours.
Back at the cave, Raphael’s urges were going wild as he suddenly caressed Shari’s face, slowly inching his lips closer. Shari looked like a deer caught in the headlights, unsure of how to react to all this.
Raph: (holds her face in his hands, expressing his deep burning desire) The distress…makes me crazy. I want all of you (kisses her deeply and more passionately than ever)
Shari: (shocked) UMMGH!?
Raphael, unable to hold back any longer, decided to tempt fate as he suddenly pressed his lips deep into Shari’s in a passionate kiss. Shari wanted to pull away but found herself unable to fight back. She became entranced completely by Raphael’s affectionate forwardness since he was never this open about his feelings before. After what seemed like forever, Raphael finally pulled his lips from Shari seeming rather embarrassed by his sudden actions.
Shari: (stunned with what had just transpired) Raphael. Raphael.
Raph: (blushes nervously, expressing his longing desire to be with her) I don’t mean to be so forward. Don’t think I’m sleazy. But I’ve… I’ve wanted to be with you for so long it’s killing me that I’m not with you! I want to be you’re one and only!!
Shari: (immediately wraps her arms around his neck, kissing him deeply, knocking him to ground) RAPHAEL!!!
Raph: (surprised by the sudden move as he was knocked to the ground but doesn’t fight it) UMMGH!?
Things heated up instantly as Raphael and Shari made out in a blaze of passion. Soon, Raphael rolled over until he was hovering over her. He slid his giant hand under her bikini and massaged her large breasts rather roughly. Shari gasped at the feeling since she never felt anything like it before. While she was scared at first, it somehow felt right with Raphael and decided to let things happen naturally. They then proceeded to have sex that night finally giving in one another. By morning, the fire had already died out, the food was burned, and everyone was still hallucinating the person they were with. But as the effects were starting wear off, they were all in for a rude awakening.
Donnie: (hugs Splinter from above) Splinter
Mikey: (hugs April from below) April
Donnie: Daddyyyy (finally wakes up, only to find himself full-on naked n top of a naked Mikey in a state of shock and panic) O-o-oooh my Go-o-od. Whatareyoudoinghere?Where’sMasterSplinter?Whatareyoudoinghere?Where’sMasterSplinter?Whatareyoudoinghere?Where’sMasterSplinter?
Mikey: (wakes up coming out of his hallucination, but couldn’t make heads or tails of it) I’m feel a little…kinda like I was really high or something…
Casey: (grunts while dry-humping a broom) REVOLUTION!! REVOLUTION!! REVOLUTION!!
Donnie: (screams at the shocking display) AAAAAAAAAHHH!!! (looks away into the distance only to see Leo and Raph making out in the nude)
Leo & Raph: Shari (both calling out her name lovingly while kissing each other deeply, both believing each other was Shari)
Donnie: (stares in shock as everything that transpired all night came flooding back [Him thinking Mikey was Splinter, Mikey thinking Donnie was April, Casey thinking he’s getting tail on the battlefield while screaming “REVOLUTION” over and over, and Raph and Leo thinking they were having sex with Shari], finally screams in terror for the whole world to hear unable to take anymore of craziness in front of him) GAAAAHHH-NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
The hallucinatory effects had worn off and everyone was soon aware of what they did. They were all secretly horrified with what had really happened as opposed to what they thought they saw and did. Given it was the hydrangea that caused their behavior, it was best to write the incident off as an unfortunate accident and never speak of it again.
Leo: (insistently) We were all hallucinating. That was all a hallucination. That’s right, everything was a hallucination
Raph: (creeped out) Yeah, you’re right. That was an accident.
Donnie: (concurred) Right. An unfortunate accident. All it was.
Casey: (points out the logic of the incident) It’s true that we hallucinated. But what we did, it was actually reality. Revolution, baby.
Donnie: (shivers at the memory) Guh-don’t say that!
April: (calls out suddenly, running with Xai to the group unaware of what happened) WE’VE GOT A PROBLEM!!!
All: (look up suddenly)
Xena: (panicked, alerting the others) SHARI IS OVER THERE AND-!!!
The Turtles and Casey followed April and Xena to where Shari was. They found her by the nearby cave she was at before, only to find she was fighting off four swimsuit-wearing male zombies in her sleep. She dreamt she was still fighting of the Turtles’ earlier sexual advances while shouting in her sleep. Everyone stared in shock, repulsed by what was happening while Casey covered Xena’s eyes thinking she shouldn’t see her older sister such a state.
Shari: (struggles against four male zombies in her sleep, feeling her virginal prowess brimming to the edge as she shouted) Stop it, Donnie!! OH! Come on, Mikey, quit that!! Raph, NO!! It’s not like that!! We’re just friends!! That’s all!! Come on, guys!! We shouldn’t be doing this!! I-it’s CRAZY!! Don’t-OH!! THAT TICKLES!! Leo, you of all of them should know better than this!! You’re a sensei, a-a MASTER!!! But still this is wrong!! But it sort of feels too right to be wrong!! OH-really, REALLY RIGHT!!! No! No! Ungh!
Zombie #1: (groans, struggling above Shari with her right hand pushing off “Leo”)
Zombie #2: (groans, struggling to the side of Shari with her left hand pushing off “Mikey”)
Zombie #3: (groans, struggling from the bottom of Shari with her right foot pushing off “Donnie”)
Zombie #4: (groans, struggling from the bottom of Shari with her left foot pushing off “Raph”)
The scene continued on for a while as Shari talked out loud in her sleep-like state. How long before she woke up and realized what was going on? How much longer could she hold out before finally coming to her explosive conclusion? Action needed to be taken before things got even more out of hand.
Leo: (twitches in disgust)
Raph: (covers his mouth, blushing while trying not to throw up at the scene)
Donnie: (rubs the temple of his brow, embarrassed and annoyed at the scene)
Mikey: (nervously stares, slightly drooling)
Casey: (sits there in a wide-eyed gaze, still covering Xena’s eyes)
Xena: (unable to see what was going)
Casey: (raises his gun ready to fire)
Shari: (at the edge of her virginal sanity, unable to hold back anymore) No! No! NO!! NO!! NONONONONONONO!!!
Zombie #4: (slips off her left foot landing head-first in Shari’s womanhood)
All: (shouts for her to wake up before Casey opens fire on the zombies) SHARI!!!
Shari: (screams in utter ecstasy before crashing with a satisfied smile on her face) AAAAAAAAAAHH!!!
--
Xena: Yo, Xena here. On this uncharted island, there’s a secret secluded cave that’s actually connected to the docks of New York City. Therefore, this not a peaceful place. The battle of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles & co. will continue so don’t miss a thing!! See you soon!

Tumblr media
I recently saw a post about someone asking why some of us find the TMNT characters attractive. I’m sorry, I can’t remember who it was.
For me it’s Raphael. 99% holy fucking shit he floats my boat. Sure, he’s a mutant, he’s a turtle, and yes he has green skin. Don’t forget that he’s absolutely fucking huge. Swoon.
The reason I say 99% is because there is a part of me that is drawn to Leo. The control he exudes, those blue eyes, how each of his movements seem perfectly executed, and that strut! He looks like he is as almost as strong as Raph, just in a more compact form. And talk about kinky vibe, yum. The submissive part of me screams “YES!” to his persona. The scene in the first movie when he yells “Enough!” Leo flips in the air and tells Raph to back off after landing on the buildings edge, Katana singing and dust and rubble exploding away from his impact (Woah). April is backing up, hell, I would too with that gaze focussed on me. But part of me would be tempted to not move. Anyways…
I found myself wondering why I was attracted to fictional characters that weren’t even human (I eluded to this in my first post “Why?”) I’ll expand on that post. I’ve always been drawn to the big, strong and or burly type. The ones that you know could pick you up and carry you away. Vin Diesel makes my heart pound and I really wouldn’t mind ending up in a dark corner with him. I am not afraid of the dark. *grin*
So, here’s my explanation as to why my body sings at the thought of Raphael. Leo, I summed up above because this is going to already be a long enough post.
Raphael:
1. His size. I’m pretty tall for a woman and I am not delicate. Being 5’11 and not small statured (have a curvy figure and a little bit of extra weight that I am working my ass off trying to lose), I have a 36” inseam (impossible to find jeans at a reasonable price) I have always, ALWAYS felt like the “big” girl. I tower over all of my girlfriends, have been called an Amazon by friends and boyfriends (hence the idea for my OC Immogene) and have found that the majority of my relationships have been with guys that were shorter than me. I have confidence in myself most of the time, I just feel awkward in certain situations. I would be rich if I’d gotten a dollar for every time a guy would come up to me, compliment me, and then walk away. There were a few guys that I was with that I felt like that if I went on top, there was a small chance that I could crush them (yes I know, probably not gonna happen, but my head would go there) I love doggy style, but if the guys a little short, I’d have to kneel on the edge of the bed while more time is spent adjusting the height that my ass is at, than the actual fucking (“Shit, hun lower your ass, I can’t stand on my tip toes this long.”) Meanwhile, I’m waiting to be pounded into the mattress… I’m pretty strong. I lift weights a few times a week and do not shy away from heavy work.
I’m the one in the grocery store with the little old lady beside me who looks at me and then looks at the top shelf. I know she wants to ask me to grab something up there, but she’s afraid. Sighing, I will turn and gently ask “Is there something I can grab for you mam?” Crisis averted, she realizes I won’t pounce and I finally get a smile “O yes dear, could you grab me the olive oil? Thank you. Wow, such a tall girl, pretty though.” I’m the girl that guys get intimidated by. Have you read my fanfic “Two Shades of Green”? Immogene resembles me in so many ways and Brian’s character is actually based upon a few guys that I dated.
With Raphael, well lol, there would be NO worries about me crushing him. In fact, it would be the opposite. I would love the feeling of being utterly surrounded by his massive form. Don’t get me started on his thick fingers. Mmmm. Not many people can manhandle me (one guy I dated was 6’5” and could lift me with one arm…for the first time in my life, my mouth actually went dry. Too bad I found out he already had a fiancee *rolls eyes*…asshole) and the thought of being swept up and held by those gorgeous biceps draws an interesting tingle. For me to have to reach up to kiss him, for him to be able to put me where he wanted me to be? Bring. It. On.
2. His personality. Raph is so passionate. He has an internal fire. He has an attitude. He’s full of testosterone. He’s protective of April. He love’s his brothers. Raph and Leo may fight (a lot) but there are scenes in the where you can see the brotherly love. Like most Raph fans out there, I feel he is the type that is hard as nails on the exterior, but on the interior he’s a big pile of goo. I would love to be the one that could cool his jets (and then heat them up in different ways ;)). I get the feeling that if Raph’s character found someone, she would be his entire world (yes I know I am a romantic and a sap, but I try to let slowly ooze out, not flow over you like Niagara Falls).
Raphael speaks from the heart. The expressions on his face convey such raw emotion (thank you movie magic!). He’s a rebel. One of my favourite lines in the 2016 movie was “Normal, what fun is that?” Total high three for that one. I went to University and did two degrees at the same time. I target shoot, I can rough it in the bush for a few days (as long as there is a nearby water source), I fish, I can throw a baseball further than most guys I know, I love getting my hands dirty and am not afraid to open up a DIY book when my fridge stops working. I also love star gazing, wearing makeup occasionally to make my eyes pop and wearing skirts. Don’t get me wrong I know there are other woman that do these things…it just seems to be rare where I come from. Or, at least I’ve been told it’s rare. In the past those hobbies, skills and habits made me intimidating. I actually had one guy take me camping and who broke up with me shortly after (I found out the reason why from a mutual friend) because I could actually do what I said I could - start a fire, paddle a canoe for hours (I actually dragged him and that damn canoe over a beaver dam because he was scared), set up a tent, etc. He didn’t believe me when I told him I was ok to go camping a little off the beaten path (yes, I know, good riddance). I was raised by my father. He brought me up to believe that a woman could do anything she wanted to (my dad was actually a mentor for young woman in his field who were just starting their careers. He helped so many gain confidence and be proud in a male dominated career choice) I feel that Raph’s (and have personal experience with “Raph” types) personality would be drawn to someone who was sweet, caring and kind, but had a backbone. He would be the type to encourage you to be who you were (girlfriend or not). Reading a fair number of blogs I am not the only one that feels this way about this characters personality. I can see him really shy and afraid of rejection at first but not being able to resist testing the waters with an occasional dirty comment just to see the reaction. When he finds out that she’s interested. There would be no going back.
Referring to the quote about “Normal” again, Raph himself realizes he likes who he is at the end of the movie. Love that ending.
A violent teddy bear suits Raph to the T. Yes he can crush you, yes he would enjoy it (if you were the bad guy), but if you were someone he loved…those same actions would be expressed in an ENTIRELY different way. He would crush you to him and enjoy it just as much. Even though I don’t think he would admit it, Raph wants acceptance. Most of the time he expects the worst from someone. I often ended up in a not so great relationship because the guy accepted most of me (that didn’t take long to piss me off. I would move on to try again). I still struggle some days, but most of the time I am good with who I am now.
3. His voice. The timbre of it, the batman voice, the accent, and that chuckle. He can convey so much emotion in that voice. Good choice on the actor they chose to play him! One Raph Imagine even mentioned him singing to you! I can totally see that. I could listen to that voice for hours.
4. How he moves. Raph has a rolling walk. Shoulders moving with each step. It’s predatory. It’s fucking delicious. Combine how he moves with his never failing focus on his target makes me want to run and hide, but, in a place I know he will find me. The sit-ups on the pipes in the 2016 TMNT movie. His Sai piercing the metal in front of Casey’s face, when Raph doesn’t want him getting any closer to April. The motorcycle scene. I could go on. He moves instinctively. He doesn’t have to plan his next move, his body just does it. Imagining him doing that rolling walk, with me as his target. Hella yes.
For these reasons and a few more I haven’t listed here are why I found myself thinking of a mutant turtle as a partner to bump in the night with. There is absolutely nothing wrong with you or me for feeling this way. We each have things that turn us on, grind our gears, lift us up or put us down. The creators of TMNT just happened to be very good in making Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello and Michelangelo each exhibit a typical male stereotype. We are bound to find one (or more than one, or even bits and pieces of each) of those personalities striking a chord with our own.
There are so many fandoms out there. If you find one that rubs you the right way. Close your eyes and let your imagination run wild. Your thoughts are yours and yours alone.
Thanks for reading.

... do you have an avengers/marvel au?
I sadly cannot reply that I don’t. will the AU’s ever stop? my intuition says no.
So I made this AU a while back, and only ever spoke to mypartner about it, but well-
Y’all are asking, so here we go.
Now I know you’re all expecting my to name each of the kidsoff as already canon characters in the Marvel universe, but what would thefun be in that?
Basically, I made a whole new branch of origins for thekids, relating to the weapon-X program. The four boys + April were made/raisedas subjects there until they were about thirteen, and April grew powerfulenough to bust them out. The five of them are all artificially created mutants, designed to be future super soldiers. The specific designs of the boys weremore so aimed at becoming black-ops/assassins, while April was designed formass destruction.
Of course, what sort of plan like that doesn’t goawry? Especially when you load up a bunch of severely abused kids with superpowers, and think you can keep them locked up forever.
I lost my notes I made for this AU, but essentially each kidwas given a specialty power, in addition to their base abilities of enhancedstrength/speed/endurance/etc.
And, because I love all my followers, I spent a bunch of time typing up everything I could remember, and then expanded on it to make a semi-coherent response to this ask.
(read more below, because this gets long.)
Leo had something akin to super speed, but itsince he was the prototype of the batch, so to speak, the speed came at aprice. His whole body speeds up when he uses the ability, (mind, heart, lungs, etc), and it’s really taxing to use for long periods of time.Using it too long results in him passing out, and he has the weakest immunesystem out of the five since he burns through calories/energy so quickly.
If he pushed himself to hard, there’s a good chance he’dcrash from heart failure. Which is why they created more subjects, since thefirst one was a success only in some areas.
Raph was the next one, and he was givensomething close to super strength. He’s crazy strong, and pretty much nearindestructible to most attacks. Of course, draw back to messing so much withhis body chemistry to mesh the foreign DNA of some mutant, is that he’s got anuncontrollable rage mode.
A super strong, nearly unstoppable ball of rage is nogood if you can’t control him; and once Raph gets past a certain point, noteven the shock collar/ingrained command codes from their handlers can getthrough to him, and he’ll keep going until he burns out. He’s nearindestructible, but not completely. Without the ability to control hisemotions, he’s an easy target if you know how to get past his defenses in afight. Another failure in a number of ways.
Donnie came into the project third, and wasgiven electrical powers. In this story, it’s not really testable to see if hisgenius is innate, or a side effect of his specialty powers, but it’s there andthe scientists use it to their advantage. Donnie has the most implants in himtoo, in his brain and body both, so he can mentally/physically hook himselfinto power grids and computers through his internally generated electricalfield. (He also has the ability to shoot ranged electricity attacks at people, but it has drawbacks that are listed below.)
It’s handy, but tricky to use, since it leaves his bodyunguarded while he goes into the system. Another trick to his powers is thatDonnie both generates his own electricity and draws in ambient energy, and whenhe doesn’t have an outlet to discharge at… well, there’s a lot of boom involved. When an overcharge happens, it knocks Donnie flat on his back until his bodyrecharges to the right levels, and leaves him completely useless until then. Itdoesn’t help either that the way they’ve messed with his brain futzes hischemical balances, plus the added abuse and all that, and has resulted in himbeing a sparky, highly anxious snarl of paranoia. He’s too unstable to beproperly used in the field, and thus, another failure.
Mikey is unfortunately the only one they gotright, out of the specific designs for him and his brothers. Instead of goingfor hyper specialisation, the scientists decided to give Mikey an even mix ofeverything they’d tried (and failed) to create in the other boys. Thus, he isthe perfect super soldier, created from trial and error. Strong, fast, andsmart.
Best yet, he’s the only one with complete programming. Theysay jump, and he’ll already know exactly how high. It’s quite fucked up, andaround the time they escaped, Mikey was slated for a final procedure that wouldremove his access to his full personality; which would have left him thesoulless killer he’d been designed to be. Had Mikey’s procedure been completed,he would have likely become the most efficient, and terrifying, assassin thatmoney could buy. Very few people or heroes would have stood a chance ofstopping him. That world is very, very lucky they busted out when they did.
April was a different branch of experimentation, seeing as she was designed for widespread destruction and not killing specifictargets. Her abilities are basically of those in TMNT 2012, though with theaddition of telepathic abilities closer in nature to Jean Grey (Gray??) becauseshe may or may not be where they got the DNA from.
April is by far the most powerful mutant the programcreated, and thus the one with the most suppressants put on her. Not enoughsuppressants, it seems, or isolation from the other subjects; since she bondswith the four boys, plus another subject, and plots to escape with them. Whenthey do, it’s because April knocks out every guard and scientist in thefacility, and the boys plus the much older subject named Leatherhead bust outof their containment, and retrieve April as they go.
Now, Leatherheadin this AU was a grown man when he entered the program, following promises thatwere similar to what Deadpool was given. He’s former military too. He ends up asa crocodile mutant too in this AU; basically an advancement of the minormutation he had prior to the program, which had only made his skin tougher andhis teeth a little snaggly.
He’s hecka durable, and can take/deal more than a littledamage, and was basically used as a test dummy for how the five kids wouldreact to social-ish situations. Leatherhead is a kind soul, despite being avery violent person, and essentially tried to act as much of a parental figureas he could for these heavily damaged kids. In turn, Leatherhead is the onlyadult the five of them have ever trusted, and love him quite dearly. (I shouldwrite something for this AU, if only for papadile snuggles with his five kids.)
And from here on out Iproceed to babble a lot about my AU’s plotline, because I can and I feel likesharing it. Prepare for info dumping.
So following them attempting/succeeding to escape, shit goeswrong, and April + Leatherhead get separated from the boys. Since none of themcan risk hanging around, what with military crawling everywhere, they have tocut their losses and hope that they all make it out safely. Around that time, two individual plot lines form for the two groups. The boys end up strugglingto make their way to- somewhere, they don’t know where but anywhere but here- while Leatherhead and April do the same. April’spowers aren’t used to being unsuppressed, and she’s struggling to hold ittogether, and Leatherhead is a highly visible mutant. They go into hiding, andtry to lay low until they can figure things out.
Around that time, they end up picking a hiding place thathappens to be close to a certain plucky puck-head’s home, and because April can’tstay inside all day, she ends upmeeting Casey at a playground. April doesn’t look like a normal kid; dirty, pale, and has a shaved head, but Casey takes to her anyways, because she’s totally metal, and can levitate stuffall around the playground.
He convinces her to let him meet her ‘dad’ (which isbasically what Leatherhead is to her at this point) and it goes… interestingly. After a lot of headache on LH’s part, Casey is accepted into their small groupand makes himself as home. Better to be hanging in April’s sewer home than hisown, since the Jones’ household isn’t exactly a happy one in this AU.
It takes a bit, but once Leatherhead and April figure outwhy Casey has so many bruises all the time, they’re not exactly okay aboutletting him go home. In the end, when LH is anxious to move them again, sinceauthority in the area is getting suspicious of the grocery store break-ins,they offer to take Casey with them. Leatherhead knows he won’t be able toprovide exactly the best for Casey, but he doesn’t want to leave the kid withhis dad anymore.
(Casey’s little sister was born just before the divorce hisparents went through, and he lives alone with his dad. His mom doesn’t know howthings have degraded in the Jones home, and LH isn’t even sure how he’d tellher. He’s a giant crocodile, wanted by the government. There isn’t much he cando other than offer this.)
Casey is very close with LH and April by this point, andwith a choice between staying in an unloving, abusive home, or going with hisawesome mutant friends- it’s not even a hard decision. Casey joins their merryband, and because April has recovered/learned to control her abilities better, theystart heading towards the United States. Following the feeling that April has, saying that that’s where the boys are.
Back to the other half of the story line, the four boys wentthrough a long series of tumultuous adventures before they ended up in America. The smartest move they could make was to get out of the jurisdiction of the Canadiangovernment, and so off they went. It was hard, since they were A) completelynew to being outside, B) hyper paranoid, and rightly so, about someone findingthem as they hitchhiked along train lines, and C) really, really scared aboutwhat they were supposed to do now.
Also, because they have no immune system at all, and no cluehow to feed themselves properly, they got sick on and off as they went. EspeciallyLeo. By the time they reached New York City, Leo was pretty much incoherent andunresponsive; burning up and delirious as anything. It’s basically the scariestthing any of them have ever had to deal with, and none of them know what to do. Medical training wasn’t exactly apriority during their programming, and they can’t exactly go to a hospital; someonewill find them if they do, and they are nevergoing back to the program. It’s a unanimous decision that no matter whathappens, they’d rather die than go back to that.
Thankfully, as they’re fumbling their way through thestreets of New York with a very sick kid, a passing telepath hears the franticdesperation of their thoughts, and decides they should check things out. RachelSummers is with a group of older students from the Jean Grey School for higherlearning, and she and some of the other chaperones break off from the group tofollow the distressed thoughts of the young mutants she’s sensing.
It’s a big mess, trying to corral and convince the fourboys, but after a brief fight and some telepathic communicating, the X-men talkthe boys down, and get them to come back to the school with them. Leo is inneed of some serious medical attention, and it’s either let him possibly die ortrust these adults who have powers like them. (They liken the X-men toLeatherhead, who they miss very deeply, and figure if LH was safe… maybe thesepeople are too?)
After that, it’s a lot of them healing and trying to figureout how to function outside a lab. And, the adults of the school trying to helpthem do that, as bumpy as that journey ends up being. The boys have a lot oftriggers, a lot of trauma, and very little trust in anyone other than eachother. It’s a long, long time before they’re comfortable with anyone at theschool, but they get there slowly.
Sometime later, after trekking across a whole continent tofind them, Leatherhead and his two rambunctious kids (Casey helped draw out April’shumor and mischievousness) manage to arrive at the school, and it’s a verytouching reunion as the groups come together again. The boys were fairlycertain Leatherhead and April were dead, and it’s pretty much the most amazing revelationever to find out that they aren’t. Casey is treated with suspicion for a bit-and with jealousy, because April and Leatherhead were theirs first not Casey’s-but that’s resolved fairly quickly, and the group settles together again.
Somewhere in here, we have Yoshi, a martial arts instructorat the school, (yes he is a giant rat mutant), and Karai, his daughter, who isa bit older than the six kids. (She is a snake mutant, and stubbornly proud ofher early mutation.) As the boys + April become accustomed to the school, Karaibefriends them through steady effort and teasing, and joins their tightly knitsocial group. Somewhere in here as well is Shinigami, probably with the abilityto hypnotise people as well as shapeshift, and she is best friends with Karai.(This is one big found family/friends as family AU, if I’m honest.)
And then they all grow up, adjust to life outside of alaboratory, face all the fuckos who come looking to take them back there, andsomehow figure out how to live as people and not objects. The end and stuff.
….and that’s about it.
I should write one-shots on and off for this thing. I have alot more details to it, like the kids’ individual friendships with staff at theschool, and what their futures as X-men are like. But that is a lot of writingand I won’t do it here.
If anyone’s wondering why I went with the X-men instead ofthe Avengers- basically? While I love the Avengers to pieces, I love the X-menso, so much more. The amount of diversity in that part of the Marvel universeis stunning, and there’s a characterfor everyone. Man? Woman? Neither? Black? White? Asian? Bi-racial/multiracial? Physicallydisabled? Mentally disabled? Gay? Lesbian? Bi? Pan? Asexual? Trans? Religious? Atheist?PSTD? Traumatic background of any kind? Literally all of these things and moreare a part of the X-men comics, and the struggle they face as an unwanted, verysmall race is something I relate deeply with. Not to mention that the defactoleader in any disaster situation is the strongest woman in the room and I don’tmind admitting that I adore that partof things.
The whole of the X-men universe is amazing and so, so amazing, and the series of comics specifically about Wolverine’s school are definitelymy favorite ones. (I have the whole collection, organized and well cared for
Ask me more about this AU if you guys want, I’ve neveractually shared it before, and this was fun!
