Iruka Umino - Quality Time
Iruka prioritises quality time together more than anything. He knows what it feels like to be alone, and with Naruto he understood it even more. So he never wants you to ever feel like you're alone or abandoned. When you started dating he tried to see you at least once a day even for just a quick chat. And if you live together he is always ready to come right back home if you need him. It doesn't matter what he's doing, Iruka will make sure you know he's here for you no matter what. Expect a LOT of nice casual date nights throughout your relationship
Kakashi Hatake - Gift Giving
No matter how long you've been together, Kakashi can be a pain. His tardiness has stayed with him, being late to pretty much all your dates. It's gotten to the point where you tell him the date is happening an hour early so he's technically on time. And he ain't big on chores. But he makes up for it with his excellent gift giving skills. Pretty much every gift he gives you is perfection. Even though he's late a lot, he always brings you a small gift to make up for it (flowers, your favorite candy, charms, etc). Also, the moment you get into a new hobby or interest, expect related gifts falling in your lap for the next month. Kakashi wants to encourage your interests, he loves seeing the joy on your face as you experiment and try new things! And don't worry about money, he's doesn't mind spending it if it's on you
Might Guy - All of Them
Come on, he is literally Lee's clone. Of COURSE he's gonna be just as enthusastic with his partner. This man will literally do anything for you, if you need something done fast and perfect, he's your man. And be careful talking about things you show interest in. If you even imply you want that tea set from the store, you are gonna wake up with it on your nightstand. And god is he great at talking you up. Every morning is started with a speech about how amazing you are and how you'll face the day with power and youth together! Guy won't accept any negative comments you make about yourself, either. He shuts that shit down immedietely, and talks to you seriously and genuinely. Guy will always make you feel loved and beautiful, never forget that (don't worry you can't, god this man is loud)

Kurenai is incredibly caring and emotionally connected with you. She is a naturally empathetic person and with you it's clear. He is similar to Shikamaru of being a bit sluggish, just not on the level of his prodigy. Your love life is on the lowdown, but that isn't a bad thing! You like just spending time calmly with him without all the fuss. No pressure inducing grand gestures or giant surprises, with Asuma it's easy and stress free. His favorite way to spend time is just sitting and talking with you, and if you smoke, taking smoke breaks are a definite couple's activity. Anko is an independent woman who knows how to take care of herself. She doesn't require you to do anything for her, if you want to it's cool but she doesn't expected. On the other hand though she shows a lot of loyalty to you and always stands by your side. She respects your independence and autonomy and tries to not push too hard, but if you ever need anything she is right there in a heartbeat. Honestly, whenever you do anything she is watching intently for any sign of you needing help. You can't grab a cereal box from the top of the fridge without her already making a game plan if you fall

With most people Tsunade isn't too fond of physical contact (well, when sober at least). So yes, physical touch is a BIIIIIG part of his relationships. But surprisingly, most people don't know that when he's in a serious relationship, he gets very sincere and sweet. He always is there to life you up, and pretty much compliments you all the time. Even when you feel like you look like shit, this man finds a way to make you feel like a supermodel. Jiraya isn't afraid to show his affection in public either, and proudly says "I love you" and calls you pet names anywhere you go (no matter how embarassing). Hashirama Senju - Words of Affirmation
Hashirama is such a bright person and just a joy to date. He is basically a ray of sunshine no matter the weather or situation. Optimism is his religion and follows it closely. His main goal in life is to make you feel happy and loved. And you're gonna feel it god dammit. Every morning you are awoken with a sweet kiss and "good morning". He likes to tease you by saying you look better than ever, even though you clearly look like you woke up from a 3 year coma. Your pouting and annoyed face always makes him giggle like a kid, it's so cute! Throughout your relationship Hashirama will always find a way to convince you to look on the bright side of life, especially if it has to do with you. No matter how you perceive yourself or your skills, he compliments you with full genuineness. This man loves you so much, just... so much
Tobirama Senju - Words of Affirmation
Unlike his brother, Tobirama is muuuuch more tight lipped. He's stern and sharp with his words, even with you. It was a bit off-putting at first, and you used to wonder if he even liked you. One day it came to a head and you approached him and asked him outright if he hated you. This is one of the few times his composure broke, and he instantly shot the notion down. After a heartfelt conversation, from that day forward you payed more attention and noticed little things about him. You notice that when he talks to you his voice softens ever so slightly and he tries to use less intense wording. Occasionally when he walks by you'll hear a quiet compliment in your ear. He never forgets to thank you for every little that you do. And when you're alone he'll even soften up just a tad and admire your beauty. Tobirama doesn't show his affection outright and openly, but if you connect with him and noticed the little things he does, you'll truly understand his feelings
Minato Namikaze - Acts of Service
Minato is a gentleman through and through. He's gonna treat you like royalty, I'm talking laying his coat over a puddle so you can walk over it (don't worry, you eventually convince him to just let you go around the puddle instead). Obviously he is verbally respectful and sweet, but he really shows off with his usefulness. He loves to do chores with you or cook together and just talk for hours on end. If you're craving a certain food he is ready to take a stroll to the store and get it for you no questions asked. And when you're in public you can bet he's using his reputation to get you guys some special benefits. Every restaurant has a table for you guys set and ready, and store venders give you great prices. Plus NOT A SOUL will even try to bother you. They know who your love his, and they know what he will do to them. So enjoy those privileges~

Genma x Reader x Anko Friendship Headcanons

𓆃 It's a weird balance of effort, given that Genma and Anko aren't really ones to take themselves too seriously. It can make for a really weird friendship that's laid back and welcoming, but also absolutely infuriating.
𓆃 Compared to most of their peers who are dedicated to their shinobi work on another level, Anko and Genma have more of a realistic outlook on things.
𓆃 But overall, fitting in which shinobi that have different ambitions can come off more than a bit cliquey, but that doesn't mean much to either Anko or Genma so they're more than willing to spend casual time with you.
𓆃 Genma has never been one to overachieve, and Anko has been burned getting involved in Orochimaru's manipulation and doesn't like to stick her nose in bigger things.
𓆃 Ironically, Genma is also one to get the biggest promotions out of the three of you and the moment Anko smells trouble, she's setting off by herself to tackle it.
𓆃 They've achieved an almost god-like work-life balance, which means that you can spend meaningful time together as professionals, but also shed your jobs to just have fun at dinner together.
𓆃 Horrible influences who basically tell you to do whatever you want, and if the detriment isn't your death, it's fair game.
𓆃 Genma would tell you to stick it out for that piece of shit you met at the bar and completely love-bombed you and Anko would tell you to just murder him.
𓆃 But whether you over-do it trying to master some stupid, flashy move during training or you drank the most toxic combination of liquor known to man, Genma won't hesitate to scale a mountain with your passed-out dumbass—his words— on his shoulders; and you already know Anko is giving you every drinking and hangover tip known to man.
𓆃 In encouraging you to do everything, they'll be there for you for everything.
𓆃 Anko isn't afraid to tell you that your outfit is sexy and Genma will bring an extra lunch for you after you complain that about your failed meal-prep.
𓆃 Both of them are terrible at giving advice, though because Genma doesn't like to apply himself and Anko is just kinda stupid when it comes to interpersonal matters.
𓆃 And when Genma actually tries to give you real advice, he misses the point completely and only answers half your question or oversimplifies it.
𓆃 They're also petty bitches— Anko's words. While they can do confrontation, they don't take that as their first option.
𓆃 Ever year you'll have "your fight for the year" where it's very stressful, none of you are speaking, and everything is insanely passive aggressive.
𓆃 Anko will scream at you and Genma. Genma will tell you he couldn't care less about XYZ, and everyone will cry.
𓆃 But then you bounce back within a week, and you completely forget all of it ever happened. You exchange some simple apologies and eat food.
𓆃 Ride or die friends who are actually kind of insufferable.

What does Orochimaru see in a woman? Inteligence? Hair? Smile?
And what does Anko see in Orochimaru? ♡
What Orochimaru looks for in a woman (and possibly in a man, to an extent, as what he likes in a man can differ a bit) is kind of complicated. He likes strength, but he is also really drawn to vulnerability, as he likes to feel needed. It's not something he'd admit to easily, but he likes being able to take care of someone, specifically in an emotional sense. Similarly, he likes intelligence, but what really appeals to him is a thirst for even greater knowledge. He likes pretty faces, too, but his definition of pretty varies from person to person. Not to mention, the more you appeal to him on other levels, the prettier you become to him.
As for more straightforward traits; complete devotion, subservience, some blood lust, playfulness, and a high pain tolerance (because he gets rough). He likes curves, too, but he's nowhere as obsessed with them as Jiraiya is.
Anko thinks he's drop-dead gorgeous in every possible way. His eyes, hair, and skin are probably her favourite physical traits. His wisdom, strength and power, his dreams and ambitions, his cruelty, the way he teases her, and his voice round out the more intangible things about him she's very attracted to. And let's not forget his tongue! That drives her crazy!

Konoha police department AU
Ok listen I just like the idea of them being in a tiny town where everyone knows each other, and somehow the police station is the hub, the one place where everyone seems to meet.
First of all, whoever is Hokage has to be the chief of police/Sheriff. I can see the third Hokage being the kind of Chief that saw everyone grow up and takes it easy on the kids, because he's just nice like that. The kind that knows your name and that alone makes you flinch because you didn't know he kept a close eye on everyone.
Kakashi would be the typical detective that is always smoking, a certified sleazy looking man that is actually just very tired thank you very much. Doesn't sleep ever because he needs to close these cases. (I love the idea of Guy being a detective as well, trying to help Kakashi manage his relationship with his work. Because detectives may not always work in duos but I love when they do).
Lol Jiraiya being that one guy that is somehow always spending the night in a jail cell. Nobody knows what he did this time, perhaps nothing, why is he here again?? (Tsunade won't pick him up because she is also sick of his shit)
Kotetsu and Izumo would be the cop duo, you know the one, they're always having donuts and doing nothing in their cars. They stop every so often at the station though, just to refill their coffee and make fun of Jiraiya because how did he get in there again? honestly.
There's also officers, of course. Aaaaah the whole jounin gang being officers and bullying each other through the walkie talkies. It's mostly Anko. Someone please take away Anko's walkie talkie.
You gotta have the tired office clerk who's tired of everyone's bullshit and doesn't get paid enough honestly. I feel like that would be Iruka, someone dependable but that also is kind and always manages to fix everything somehow. They just don't know how being the station's office clerk also includes helping everyone with their problems.
Naruto wants to be the Sheriff one day, and he's always hanging around because he likes to "learn" from all of the officers. In reality he's just annoying Iruka while hanging out with his friends.
(Obito is a PI that desperately wants to be a detective, but he is just not allowed in) (he keeps messing up all of Kakahi's cases)

How did you start working for T&I?
it was all Shikaku's idea. when i returned to Konoha after abandoning my sensei, T&I put me through the wringer gathering every drop of intel i had on Orochimaru. Hiruzen naturally felt uneasy about my conditioning and saw me as a potential threat to the village. that's when Shikaku stepped in with his proposition that my fortitude and skillset would be a great fit for T&I.
... next thing you know i was thrown at Ibiki to be micromanaged train alongside him. i've been with T&I ever since.

Genma and Anko Roommate Headcanons (Reader Insert)
💕Why you would choose these two to live with is beyond me. Well, you can’t say that you didn’t choose lively roommates
💕Anko is messy and there’s no two ways about it. Her stuff will be scattered around your shared home and oftentimes, her way of “cleaning” is gathering her things into piles
💕Clothes clothes clothes clothes EVERYWHERE. She’ll come out of her room just to throw on a pair of sweatpants that have been hanging over the back of the living room couch for the past week
💕Queen of leaving the dishes to “soak”
💕Genma is actually much cleaner than you expected. His space is typically pretty neat with a few pieces of simple decor that he probably picked up from one previous partner or another
💕Has the weirdest sleep schedule in the world. It’s unlikely that you’ll see him during the day, so the first time you see him on any given day will probably be when he comes in from work at night
💕If you find yourself waking up in the middle of the night, you might find him cooking a midnight snack in the kitchen. He’ll share which leads to deep kitchen talks that span a few hours and mess up both your sleep schedules
💕He’s capable of making really good food. At the most random times he’ll make something amazing, but instant, cheap meals are his go-to
💕You’ll see Anko the least, but sometimes you’ll all end up having these impromptu roommate meetings (usually again in the kitchen)
💕Between Genma’s after work meals and Anko’s general antics, you’ll all need a night a week to rant about everything going on in your lives
💕Both know how to party and will go out often. Have fun taking care of Anko them while they’re drunk
💕Genma almost exclusively drinks out of those soup to-go containers from restaurants. You saw Anko eat off of a frisbee once

SICK JONINS + CARETAKER S/O:
Kakashi is so, so pathetic. You'll simply have to try to keep in mind it's a wild show of trust that he turns into a big baby about being sick, considering his hospital routine is well-known to be "escape at all costs and lick wounds in private," no matter how battered he is. But with his sweet, sweet s/o, he wants to be taken care of. He wants to be pet nicely and have his s/o make nice, consoling noises agreeing that he's very sick and very brave. And he won't say it, but he'd like to be held.
Gai is a model patient, but only after his s/o has beaten it into his thick skull that he's only making it worse for himself in the long run by refusing the rest he needs to heal, and, most unyouthfully of all, it hurts their feelings terribly when he won't let them help. He cries big, shiny tears.
Kurenai is kind of like a wounded beast when she's in pain or discomfort. She'd rather be left alone for the most part, so she's very low-maintenance. Her s/o can leave her offerings of soft, warm foods and maybe even braid her hair back so it isn't sticking to her sweaty face, but she'd rather not be touched or spoken to. They may, however, read quietly in the corner in the same room as her.
Asuma, like Kakashi, is also kind of a baby about it. He'd like to be doted on. As the Hokage's son, he expects it, even. He's even worse to deal with than Kakashi, though, because when he's sick or injured and recuperating, his s/o won't let him smoke. So he's rude because he's going through some light withdrawals and whiny because he's not feeling well. He's...lucky they love him a lot.
Bonus:
Genma is easy. When he's not feeling well or in pain, he just wants to hibernate with his s/o by his side. Considering he even purchased a bed larger than the twin-sized one he used until he met them just so they could sleep with him, it'd be pretty rude to refuse. The s/o will inevitably get sick.
Anko pretends she's fine and gruffly turns away any doting unless she absolutely can't refuse. She likes it, secretly, but being taken care of used to make her sniffly and strange until she got used to it.
