"You're not going to relent, are you?" you sighed as he kissed your shoulder and down your arm.

"Hmm, I just felt like pampering you a little is all," he said against your skin. "Can you blame me?"

You didn't really want him to stop, but you knew you had to be responsible and take care of your tasks. Otherwise, it would torment you until you finally got it done. Usually, it was hard for you to take breaks, but at that moment, all you wanted was to succumb to his wiles and his teasing touch.

But you felt like teasing him back a little.

"Any particular reason why?" You asked, gazing at him through your lashes.

"Well, other than the fact that you deserve it... I just want to."

He knelt at your side, pulling out your chair so he could have better access to you. Your hands came down to rest on his shoulders, and you quirked an eyebrow at him.

“Maybe you’re right about me having to take my mind off things sometimes,” you said. “I’m guessing you might have an idea or two to help me achieve that?”

His fingers caressed your calves, and he bent down kiss your knees. He nudged them apart, pulling you forward a little.

“I do, actually. You’re just gonna have to put your legs on my shoulders first.”

Today you were surprising Harry at the studio.

You hadn't been able to see him much because he was hard at work making One Direction's third album. The last two had a lot of success, and Harry had expressed how he and the other boys were feeling the pressure to perform well. You knew he liked his space, so you'd given it to him, but you thought after a whole week of not seeing each other, he could benefit from seeing a friendly face.

Harry had been something of a pleasant surprise. You were a uni student studying in London when you bumped into him at a party that you'd been invited to by some of your more well-connected friends. You talked for hours about music, books, dreams, everything really. When you eventually had to leave, he wouldn't let go until you promised to see him again, and you'd been an item ever since.

Things were good. You saw each other when you could and talked on the phone and video chatted when you couldn't. He made sure he made time in his busy schedule for you, never once missing a virtual or in-person date. He gave you gifts, he listened to you rant about professors and exams and friend problems while you did the same, but mostly he just made you happy. Whenever you saw him, you got this giddy feeling that started at the top of your head and spread all the way down to your toes. The two of you were absolutely smitten, anyone with eyes could see it.

Except Isabella.

Isabella was some heiress turned model or something like that and a friend of Harry's. At the beginning of your relationship, you didn't see anything wrong with their friendship, but a few months in and you started to notice things.

Like how she always seemed to be in town whenever you and Harry went on dates, or how she touched Harry a little too much for your liking, or how she claimed she was just "one of the guys" but only hung out with your boyfriend. She went to multiple concerts around the world because she could, claiming, "Harry's my best friend, why wouldn't I?"

That stung. You wanted to go to all of Harry's shows too, but you couldn't hop on a private jet and fly to wherever he was, and even if you could, you were still in school, you didn't have the time. Harry never faulted you for that, so you didn't understand why Isabella felt the need to throw it in your face that you weren't there for him as much as she was.

But you could've put up with all of that. You could've dealt with Isabella and chalked her behavior up to her snobbish upbringing, yet when you brought your concerns up to Harry, he did the oddest thing. He defended her.

"She's not into me like that, we've just been friends a long time, Y/n."

That stung. Not only did he not see what you saw, but he also just brushed off your concerns as if they didn't exist. But you weren't an idiot. Quite the opposite if your enrollment in your uni's nursing program had anything to say about it. Isabella at the very least had feelings for Harry that extended past friendship.

So you started stepping up your game a little. Nothing major, just making sure you didn't wear your scrubs during video chats and wore the things you knew he liked best on you. You did surprise pop-ins at the studio, bringing baked goods for Harry and the other boys. You couldn't swat away Isabella like a gnat, but you could pretend she wasn't there as much as humanly possible. Your next step if things went on—say, showing up on another one of your dates with Harry and he just let her stay—you would finally confront him about it. But you hoped this would be enough.

You stepped through the fancy glass doors of the recording studio, following the familiar path to what had become One Direction's room for this album. There was a slight skip to your step as you walked the halls lined with famous artists signed to the label. You were having an excellent hair day, you were in your favorite pair of jeans, and you managed to get your winged eyeliner to match.

When you opened the door to the recording room, that good feeling was gone in an instant. She was there, leaning in close to him as they shared a pair of headphones and listened to a song together, most likely one he'd recorded recently. So wrapped up in each other, they didn't even notice you come in until the door swung closed.

"You two look busy. I guess I'll come back later," you said, though how you did it was a mystery. There was a lump the size of a golfball stuck in your throat.

Turning on your heel, you left before either of them could say anything. On your way out, you ran into Zayn and Niall, who had smiled upon seeing you, but their expressions immediately morphed into ones of concern when they saw you wiping tears from your eyes. You tried to step past them, but Zayn caught your elbow.

"Is everything alright?" he asked, his voice soft and soothing.

"I'm fine," you said, but even you could tell that you didn't sound very convincing. Before you knew it, tears were falling faster than you could wipe them away and you struggled to catch your breath.

"Hey, it's okay," Zayn said, bringing you in for a hug. You let him, relaxing a little as Niall rubbed your arm affectionately.

It was at that moment that Harry and Isabella decided to come out. He looked concerned, but she looked utterly unbothered, even when she saw you crying.

"What's wrong, love?" Harry asked, but when you stepped out of Zayn's arms, you bypassed your boyfriend and rounded on Isabella.

"You need to back off."

"Back off? Back off of what?" she asked, feigning innocence.

You kept your breathing as steady as you could, trying your best to ignore the fact that you probably looked a mess. "Harry is my boyfriend, and I'm uncomfortable with the way you act around him. It's disrespectful."

"Disrespectful? I'm his best friend. If you have a problem with that, that's not my problem, it's yours."

The hallway was dead silent despite there being five people in it. You didn't know what to say, which seemed to satisfy Isabella. In a desperate attempt for backup, you turned to the one person who should've been on your side without any questions asked. "Harry?"

You knew he hated confrontation, but you needed him. You always defended him when the boys teased him a little too much, you were always there for him when he was frustrated with a bad day of writing. You were always on his side, now you needed him on yours.

"I, um," he struggled with finding something to say. You felt Zayn and Niall watching this whole exchange like you were some teen drama, but you tried not to pay attention to them.

"This is ridiculous, Harry. Your girlfriend's jealous and insecure. We shouldn't have to change our friendship for her."

Harry took his time responding again, and each second that passed filled you more and more with dread. Finally, he said, "I—I've told you that nothing's going on with her, Y/n. I need you to trust me."

It would've hurt less if you'd been slapped. If you couldn't make him see it now, you never would. Bracing yourself for something you never thought you had to do, you loosed a breath and looked Isabella in the eye.

"Right. Well, you don't have to worry about stepping on any toes or crossing any lines, not that you ever did. He's all yours. I'm done."

You left without another word, feeling like your heart was trying to make a hasty escape through your throat. As you walked away, you heard Isabella say, "Did you hear the way she talked about him? He's not a piece of meat."

"Oh shut up, Isabella." That was Niall. His comment made a smile flicker on your lips, but it only reminded you of the fact that it was still someone else defending you and not the person it should've been.

Before you made it to the elevators, you heard soft footfalls behind you. Harry was there, lightly gripping your elbow and spinning you around. "Really, that's it? You break up with me just like that?"

"You couldn't even stick up for me in front of her, Harry! If you're not on my side, then what's the point?"

"There are no sides, Y/n! We're just friends! Why don't you believe me when I've already told you countless times?"

"She doesn't want to be just your friend! How many dates has she crashed? How many times have you cancelled or left early because she needed you? She was practically on top of you in the studio just now! I've let it all slide, but I'm not gonna do it anymore, Harry. She may not see it that way, and you might not either, but it is disrespectful. She doesn't respect me, and she certainly doesn't respect our relationship.

"I've kept my mouth shut, I've pretended like what she was doing wasn't driving a wedge between us, but all that did was bring us to this point. There's not a wedge between us, Harry. We'd have to be on the same plane of existence for that."

You hated how much your words seemed to hurt Harry. At least it meant that he really did care for you, but it wasn't enough.

"I don't know what you want me to do," he said quietly.

"Stop hanging out with her, admit that how she acts around you isn't normal 'best friend' behavior. Do anything but just stand there and look at me like I'm crazy."

When he still couldn't at least admit that Isabella was out of line, that was all you needed. Looking back on that moment, you remembered not feeling sad that your relationship had come crashing down in a matter of minutes, you only felt angered by his choice, and maybe a little resigned, like some part of you knew it was coming.

Nodding, you said, "Right. Guess that answers that then. When she finally does make her move, I hope someone is there to say 'I told you so.' Goodbye, Harry."

Two weeks later and you were still devastated. Everything still felt so fresh, and it took just about everything in you to get up in the morning and go to school.

You hoped that Harry was feeling similar. Part of you thought that he would call or come visit you, but he hadn't and you were starting to lose faith in that particular fantasy.

At the very least, you hoped you inspired a song on One Direction's upcoming album.

Speaking of, as you were getting ready for school one morning, you got a phone call from Zayn.

"Hey, what's up?"

"Hi. How've you been?"

"Alright considering, I suppose. I've just enough strength to get me through classes, but that's about it. Is that pathetic?"

You were partially joking, but mostly not. When Zayn didn't answer right away, though, you began to worry. "Zayn? What is it?"

"I just wanted to give you a heads up. It'll probably be all over the Internet, but I thought you deserved to hear it from a friend."

Your stomach dropped. You knew it was coming, but you wanted to believe that Harry really did love you. "At least he didn't cheat, right?"

"Y/n—"

"It's fine, Zayn, really. I, um, I should be getting to school. I don't want to miss my bus."

You didn't take the bus, and you definitely weren't going to school, but you needed to get off the phone as quickly as possible.

"Do you need anything? The boys and I are all planning to egg his place while he records some solos," he said. An attempt to make you smile. It would've worked if you didn't just lose the ability to feel anything.

"No, I don't need anything, but thank you. For asking and for calling." It was certainly more than Harry did.

"I have to get going, but call any of us if you need anything. You may have broken up with him, but we're still friends, yeah? Don't be a stranger."

You hung up soon after, and then you were left to stew in your misery. Sobs wracked your body as you blindly made your way back to your room. Your heart physically ached, despite having braced yourself for this possibility even before you'd broken up with him

The hardest part was accepting the fact that you and Harry were truly finished because when you were good, you were really good. He loved you, you believed that, but somewhere down the line, he found it in him to like someone else. You could only hope that one day you'd be able to move on, because right now you felt like your apartment was crushing your chest.

"You didn't cheat, but you're still a traitor," you mumbled to yourself as you got into bed. Now that was a song lyric. Shutting your eyes, you hoped that the face you were still in love with despite everything didn't haunt you in your dreams the way he was about to haunt you in real life.

A/n: 🥺 I love this. I have written a similar one but that was before they dated. I would love the write this version for you anon!

Maverick and Iceman barreled through the doors of the hospital on base. Tom went to the desk, "Lt. L/n, where is she?" He asked. The nurse looked over her papers, "Currently in Room 706 being stitched up. As soon as she is able to be visited you'll be able to see her Lieutenant" she told him. He nodded and thanked her despite the tight feeling in his chest, everything in him told him to run to your room and hold you.

Maverick and Iceman had both been in the middle of a lecture while you were in training. It was supposed to be okay today, all three of you woke up feeling great and hopeful. Today was also your birthday so they were going to be taking you out somewhere nice, they just didn't realize how close to losing you they would get today. They didn't even know why you had to eject yet but they knew when you did, you got a deep cut in your right arm. They were also told you landed rough with the parachute so you were covered in bruises and in a lot of pain.

Suddenly, there was yelling, “Lt. L/n! You have not been dismissed! Dr. Davis! You can not just walk out with her!” an angry voice broke through the quiet hospital. You were limping rather then walking with the help of Dr. Davis as he brought you to a different room “Well Admiral, you’ll be able to speak with her after she is completely looked at. As Lt. L/n already gave you a full report so there is no need to continue to question my patient and continue to stress her out in an already fragile state! No pilot should have to think straight after something as traumatic as that! Now leave me to take care of her to get her back in the air!” he snapped.

You looked over and saw Iceman and Maverick, you gave them a little wave. They gave you smiles, trying to calm you which it worked because you visibly relaxed a little as the doctor brought you into the new room to finish the exam.

Ten minutes later, your boyfriends were walking into your room and moved to your bed. “Hey sweetheart, you feeling okay?” Maverick asked, gently touching your cheek to avoid causing you any harm. You closed your eyes and took a deep breath, clenching the sheet on the bed, you were trying to not cry, “No, but I will be eventually” you told him. “What happened?” Iceman asked you, studying your face. You started to shake a little as silent tears fell down your face, “Bluejay is in surgery” you whispered, telling them about your RIO’s injuries, “It was a simple training. We moved and suddenly he was yelling, all of our systems failed. It was over terrain with trees and we had to eject, it wasn’t a pleasant landing and the force....” you mumbled. You were shaking your head, “I don’t know what happened... I just don’t know” you whispered. You were obviously wracked with guilt as you tried to play it over and over in your head, “I’m grounded for now... there is a full investigation. That Admiral is trying to permanently ground me” you mumbled.

They both shared looks before carefully climbing onto your bed and pulling you into their arms. They held you as you cried, they were currently more worried about you at the moment because of how shaken up you were, you wanted to make sure your RIO was okay and safe. They held you as you fell into a deep sleep finally, the pain on your face going away as you slept.

Neither moved, wanting to make sure you were okay and safe in their arms. They only realized now that their hearts weren’t feeling as tight any more. You were okay and safe in their arms, they would deal with everything to come later, you were their main priority.

hello. just wanted to say that I love all your works.

funny story, your fic was actually the first ever fanfic that I read. it was a little over a year back, I was in a not-so-good headspace. and just searched up 'yeonjun fanfic' on google lmao just for the heck of it. tried wattpad, was scarred💀 twt was just not for me. and then tried tmblr and was greeted by one of your yeonjun drabbles. ngl, I was a little taken aback at the liberal use of the obscene words lmao. and then since I didn't know how to actually use tmblr, I just read all of your works. and I mean all. so the works that literally don't even exist anymore, I've read them too!

so I've been with your works way back when you were cupidchois. and my tmblr journey began with you so you're like the OG for me lol.

also, the not-so-good-headspace was due to this huge huge life changing entrance exam I had and your fics provided comfort. but when the exam date was too near, I stopped using tmblr for like 3 months.

but before going, I read whatever little part of bewitched you had written and remember thinking that okay when I come back after all this time, it might be a completed series. also, the release date for the yj sugarpapi fic was 14 feb but you said you needed more time. and I thought yeah I'm gonna be gone a long long time. it'll be there when I come back.

if only I knew lol. when I came back you had a brand new blog, half of your fics were missing, sugarpapi never came out, and get this, bewitched had actually gone BACKWARDS because you decided to rewrite it! lmfao, I'm not tryna sound rude or pushy at all. please dont take it the wrong way. the situation was just sooo funny.

I’m pretty sure a lot of us here actually started out with just searching up fanfics on google and then finding tumblr in the search results. Because same! I did not know something like tumblr existed and my experience with wattpad was equally traumatising 😵; thank god for the hellsite. It sure is very annoying at times but it’s also nice that we can have our own little bubble here!

Ah yes... Bewitched. Sigh. I have a love-hate relationship with that kid. I think I have mentioned this before in some random rant post, but god, rewriting is so hard. Because I spend most of the time regretting how I wrote it instead of the actual fixing and editing and rewriting. I won’t abandon it, but at this rate I’m not sure when I’ll be able to invest myself completely in rewriting either. It’s only harder because my daydreams have no ends and the amount of newer wips that I want to finish and post keeps increasing. And to top it off, there’s ✨real life✨, being an absolute pain in the ass constantly.

Also Sugarpapi 😭! It’s honestly me vs. the unrealistic high standards I’ve set for myself at this point. But you know what? I’ll take my time with it. Because I think taking it slow is better in all aspects. Like yeah, I could just half-ass it and put all the pressure in the world on myself to finish it sometime soon, but we all know that’ll be a mess itself, and will make me one too. It’s coming. I promise. Maybe in another year 💀

Open letter to my crush

I want to start with, "hi!" I don't know how many letters I wrote for you, stories, messages, etc. that didn't pass through my phone. I was confident that you wouldn't read it, or somehow in between, my words would reach you. I've been admiring you since I was a little girl. 13 years old is not little either. I met you in the hallway. You were wearing grey long sleeves, if I'm not mistaken, and you were near room 1. Or somewhere in between the rooms of Laboratory high school waiting to be interviewed or getting ready for an exam, I don't know. It's just your clothes that I can't forget. I also know that it's you because way back when my crush, Kiahl, would get teased by our friends that he had some rival or enemy, which is you. Imagine. I've known you before you even knew me, and some days when I go to school I see you waiting for a ride to your school, which is in the opposite direction to mine, and your eyebrows are always facing each other. I thought, "o masungit to," and that made me fall for you more.

I don't even know why I'm writing this late at night and if you will even get the chance to read this or if my words are enough to describe what I'm feeling and what I've felt knowing you.

I was and still am a hopeless romantic, and somewhere in between, I was hoping you would fall for me, hard. That you would court me and that we would be one of the high school couples who made it through college and will be happily married in the future. Trust me, that's how I picture being yours.

Hindi ko ba alam anong kamandang meron ko pero uto uto ako pagdating sayo, remember when your mom left? Pumuntang dubai kasi to take care of your sister in law na bagong panganak and you asked me to accompany you na magshopping sa robinson and swear to god, its a yes for me. I rushed cleaning myself para mareplyan ka agad and my heart always flutters kapag naiisip ko na nag assume sila na mu tayo way back jhs, pero hindi ba? Or one sided lang yun kasi you even gifted me snacks non and u asked your mom to buy them for you. Alam mo? One thing bat sinusulat ko din to? Im afraid makakalimutan ko. One day, when I'm settled down and happily married, I want to remember na nagkaroon ako ng crush na sobrang tagal na tipong may boyfriend nako ikaw parin ang pipiliin ko.

Chapter 4: His crush

Synopsis: Niki comes across a girl and becomes friend with her because he loved her company. Niki thinks he only likes her as a friend and likes someone else romantically and gets into a relationship with his 'crush'. But does he actually just see Y/N platonically?

Y/N : You look really pretty today

Niki: (gets shy but tries to hide it) I'm not pretty, I'm *handsome*

Y/N: Nah, you look specifically *pretty* today

Niki: *Sticks his tongue out*

Y/N: I'm literally dealing with a kid rn lol, are you nervous about your performance

Niki: Not really, more like relaxed because it's our last performance

Kyujin: OMG HI NI-KI I CAME TO SUPPORT YOUR LAST PERFORMANCE!!

Ni-Ki- Kyujinnnnnnnn!! Hiiiiiiiiii! Awww you came to see our performance 🥺🥺🥺🥺, you must have been so busy with your debut currently already 🥺🥺🥺

Y/N was confused and jealous , Who was she? And why did Ni-Ki go 🥺🥺🥺 as soon as she arrived? But Y/N felt like she had seen her somewhere...

Ni-Ki: Y/N meet Kyujin! Kyujin Y/N is my friend and Y/N, Kyujin is my childhood bestfriend. She just debuted in NMIXX, you must know her

Y/N: (awkwarddddly) O... Yeah... Ofc I know her... Nice to meet you hyunjin

Kyujin: it's Kyujin... Nice to meet you too Y/N

Ni-Ki pov

He was happy as hell when Kyujin came because he had a HUGE crush on her for like, as long as he remembers, but they were barely able to meet because both were busy most of the time.

Enhypen were soon called for their performance, and it was amazing.

Kyujin: OMG niki you did amazing!!! Sunoo you also rocked today, damn pink hair was made for you

Sunoo: Thanks Kyujin! Btw congratulations on your debut!! The song is a blast!!

Y/N kept quiet because she felt her insecurities pop up again she didn't want to interrupt their conversation.

Ni-Ki: Mannnn! Finally in going to have some time to relax!! Kyujin, why don't you come with me to an amusement park a day after tomorrow??

Kyujin: I'm sorry Riki... I have a packed schedule this week :(

Ni-Ki: Awwh it's okiee jinnie, but don't over work yourself, ok? (He said with a giddy smile that almost Y/N punch him)

Ni-Ki: but hey Y/N, then why don't you come with me and Jungwon, also bring Wonyoung if she's free. We can have alot of fun together in the park!

Ok. Now Y/N was actually hurt. Ni-Ki just unknowingly indicate that Y/N was his second choice? But she said yes because she saw it as a chance for Wonyoung to hang out with Jungwon

Later that evening, Y/N told everything that happened to Wonyoung. However, rather than being happy that now she could hang out with her crush, she was mad. Mad as hell because Ni-Ki just hurt her Y/N. However, she didn't blame Niki because, she had met Kyujin , she was pretty and also so sweet. So Wonyoung decided to tell Y/N to not be bothered and that he would catching feelings for her if he hung out with her because she was the best person to be around. But Y/N just felt as if Wonyoung was fake flattering her to keep her heart.

Next day, Niki texted Y/N telling her that if it was possible then, could they hang out some other time because Kyujin specially took time out of her busy schedule to hang out with him. Now Y/N was actually kinda mad. Why would she take out time at the exact same date and time, the day when they were supposed to hang out. I mean they made plans right in front of her, she knew that he would be busy at that time. Wonyoung said it was probably because she was jealous that niki was about to hang out with her, but Y/N knew a girl almost perfect like her wouldn't be jealous of someone like her.

Niki didn't text Y/N for four days and Y/N didn't text him because she didn't want to come off as clingy to him. Wonyoung told her to leave a simple text telling him that she had exams coming up and how she thinks the next would be very busy and she felt stressed lately , and if he genuinely wanted to hang out he'd ask to hang out with her within the week.

Thankfully, niki did invite Y/N over to play video games with him because that would help her feel stress-free and he was alone in the dorm that evening.

But that simply meant another moment of panic for Y/N, he invited her to his dorm, and he invited her that very evening, what was she supposed to wear? What if she embarasses herself because she is bad at video games? And why did he specify *he was alone in the dorm* ?

( btw niki just said so because he thought she might feel uncomfortable being in a dorm where there were 7 boys, she'd be the only girl, so he just thought he'd specify that lol)

Wonyoung suggested to wear a simple hoodie because she was going to his dorm only.

At his dorm, they had alot of fun playing video games. Y/N wasn't the best so Ni-Ki even taught her how to play his battleground video games. They spent the entire evening giggling and having fun playing video games.

It was dinner time and unlike niki who usually dieted , Y/N started feeling hungry because she never skipped meals, her tummy was accustomed to being stuffed around 9 pm.

Another embarrassing moment, her tummy grumbled in front of her idol again. She hoped he didn't hear it but-

Ni-ki: The last time I cooked , i set the kitchen on fire, but i can try to cook something easy hehe

Y/N wanted to disappear.

Ni-Ki: let's have ramen, I've seen heeseung hyung make it a few times, i think I can cook something edible.

Y/N: let me help you I know how to cook Ramen.

Niki: NICEEE, the ramen is kept in the cabinet right above the glass jars. I'll be back in two minutes I need to go pee.

Y/N was in the kitchen. However she forgot she was in the dorm of 7 *tall* boys. She wasnt able to open the cabinet. (T-T it's hard being short)

Soon she felt someone almost back hugging her, trying to open the cabinet for her. When she heard that same deep pitched giggle, she knew it was Ni-Ki. Her heart almost stopped beating for a hot second.

Ni-Ki: oops I think i forgot I'm dealing with a midget rn hehehehhehhe

Y/N: YAHH YOU ARE A GIANT IM NOT SHORT

Niki- we are 30 cm apart lol

Y/N: WTF NO? IM 166 THAT IS LIKE TALL FOR GIRLS , YOU ARE A GIANT

Niki: Sorry can't hear you from up here hehehehhehe (bends down to Y/Ns level)

It was supposed to be just a joke, niki teasing Y/N as usual, but when Niki bent down, they both stopped and got lost in each other's eyes because of the close proximity.

Jay: yah go have your lovey dovey moments in your bedroom, leave my kitchen

Heeseung: AYO WTF IS NIKI DOING IN THE KITCHEN WE PUT A KITCHEN BAN ON YOU, YOU SET THE KITCHEN ON FIRE LAST TIME

Ni-Ki: (shocked and embarrassed) noo you are misunderstanding we weren't doing something... I mean we were doing something... But i mean that something was cooking... And ik I was banned from kitchen but Y/N was hungry... And when did you come here?

Jake: We came when you were back hugging Y/N

Ni-Ki: NOOO I WASN'T BACK HUGGING HER I WAS HELPING HER TO GET RAMEN OUT OF THE CABINET

Heeseung: you could have simply asked her to move? Don't lie, you wanted to tower her lol

Niki: NOOO ( he was denying it the way he deined in the one episode that he didn't like sunoo the most lol)

Jake: you guys were literally about to have ramen, that's like the Korean version of Netflix and chill, don't know what else would y'all have been doing if we arrived a little later

Jay: Don't care about whatever tf they would have been doing, but the kitchen would have been on fire for sure

Heeseung then cooked everyone ramen and they watched a short film. It was late so Niki suggested to walk Y/N home.

Y/N: i don't need you to walk me home. Remember what I told you the first day we met

Niki: lol ok but still, I'm walking you home

Y/N: you really don't have to, I'll be fine.

Jay: Y/N let him walk you home, he wants to feel like a *big boy* now

Jake and heeseung started laughing

Niki was blushing and again, denying that It wasnt true

Y/N: Awh if that's so, then you can walk me home.

Niki just grabbed Y/Ns wrist and dragged her out of the dorm because he didn't want to stand his hyungs teasing him even one more second. He was unconsciously holding Y/Ns hand and walking out of the dorm.

When they were almost out of their apartment, Ni-Ki noticed how awfully quiet you have been. He was about to ask you if something was wrong but then he noticed your red cheeks and the fact that you two were holding hands. It's not like he hated holding your hand, you hand was cold and his was warm so it felt pretty nice, but he thought what if you don't like it? But it would be very awkward if he abruptly left your hand now. He didn't even have the courage to break the silence.

On their way out, Ni-Ki and Y/N met Jungwon, Sunghoon and Sunoo.

Sunoo: OMG Y/N AND NIKI ARE WALKING HOLDING HANDS TOGETHER OMG OMG OMG

Sunghoon: OOLALA NIKI HAS GROWN UP

Niki immediately left your hand and started denying it again. He looked so cute you decided to tease him more. You put in a serious face.

Y/N: Why do you keep denying holding hands or being nice towards me? Am i an embarrassment to you?

Ni-Ki: YOO WHAT NOOO ITS NOT LIKE THA-

Y/N: it's alright i understand you don't have to make excuses Niki, I'll walk myself home alone you can leave with Sunoo and Jungwon.

Ni-Ki- AAA WHAT NOOOO-

Sunghoon: Aww Y/N you don't deserve this, I'll walk you home

Sunghoon reached to hold Y/Ns hand. But before that Niki quite harshly pulled Y/N towards her putting his hand over her shoulder

Ni-Ki: YAH ITS NOT LIKE THAT YOU ARE MISUNDERSTANDING ME ITS NOT LIKE YOU ARE AN EMBARRASSMENT OR SOMETHING, YOU DONT UNDERSTAND HOW MUCH SUNOO AND SUNGHOON TEASE ME FOR EVERY LI-

Y/N started giggling

Y/N: i was just kidding pabo

Jungwon: Aww the prankster got prankeddd

Niki just took your hand and started running, he hated how he couldn't stop blushing whenever they mentioned you. He was certain his crush was Kyujin and he wanted to stay loyal to a crush who probably didn't like him back lol.

He walked you home and you pet almost every street cat you two saw in the way and talked about alot of random bs like your favourite BTS songs, how you'll practice the video games and beat him next time y'all play it together, how you plan to start working out in hope to grow a little taller, how you started learning how to dance a little bit because all your friends knew how to dance, y'all already planned another hang out to dance together and to an aquarium that just opened and visit your brother's cafe again on Sunday.

Niki felt super comfortable with you and he never felt bored even for a minute because he just found everything you talked about so interesting. He always thought that people who talk alot would be annoying, but he finds it interesting, your different opinions, the way you talk about stuff, the way your eyes light up every time you talked about something you liked, how happy and bright your vibe was but at the same time so calming because your voice was so soft. He found himself staring at you and immediately started staring at the stars because making you uncomfortable was the last thing he wanted to do, he thought you would find him creepy.

When Y/N noticed niki was looking at the stars and not listening to what she was saying, she offered if he wanted to go to the park nearby and star gaze for a while. He obviously said yes.

They sat at the swings together staying at the sky in silence. As much as they enjoyed being chaotic together, they felt a feeling none of them felt before when they sat in silence together.

Y/N: I think stargazing with you has become my favourite thing.

Niki: The stars are pretty

Y/N: you are prettier

Niki: hehehe where did you get these cheap pick-up lines from lol

Y/N: Your yeonjun sunbaemin flirts with soobin quite alot yk

Niki: hehehhee (giggly boi is back)

Y/N: Stars remind me of the song Magic shop for no reason.

Niki: you wanna hear it?

Niki took out his air pods, y'all shared the earphones and heard songs together for a while and then Niki walked you home.
