Out of curiosity: what conditioner do you use? I wanna get more into CGM/co washing but its hard to find an approved conditioner in the uk, in my experience.

Oh there's tonnes in the UK. I cowash cheap! Either Sainsbury's own brand Apple Conditioner, or Alberto Balsam silicone free raspberry, depending on what's available.

You can also condition with it (if you're just starting it's best to stick with just one conditioner and one styler anyway), but if you want something a bit more hydrating there's a few options. Most Faith in Nature ones are CG friendly, and often you can get the bottles refilled in green shops. Holland and Barratt do a range called Dr Organic. Um... Oh, I did try a Boucleme one just to see what the fuss was about, but my hair actually didn't like it much; probably just as well at £17 a bottle.

Some Cantú products are good (not all). There's something actually labelled cowash by AsIAm. Umberto Giannini Smooth As Silk, but I can only find it on Amazon. Lots of others.

Tre anni fa, il 2 novembre 2020, moriva (nel giorno del suo ottantesimo compleanno) il grande attore, cabarettista, doppiatore, conduttore e regista, interprete di film quali La mortadella di Mario Monicelli, La Tosca di Luigi Magni, L’eredità Ferramonti di Mauro Bolognini, Febbre da cavallo di Steno, Casotto di Sergio Citti, Un matrimonio di Robert Altman ed altri. Nato a Roma nel 1940, grandissimo attore di teatro, dove spazia dai monologhi alle commedie musicali, incontra un grande successo in televisione, riproponendo sul piccolo schermo i suoi spettacoli più riusciti. Fin da ragazzo suona vari strumenti (chitarra, pianoforte, fisarmonica, contrabbasso) e canta nelle feste studentesche e nei bar all’aperto. Si iscrive al Centro Teatro Ateneo, in cui insegnano attori quali Giancarlo Sbragia e Arnoldo Foà, e in seguito frequenta il corso di mimica di Giancarlo Cobelli, che nota le sue qualità e lo scrittura per un suo spettacolo d’avanguardia, Can Can degli Italiani (1963), che segnerà il debutto teatrale del giovane Proietti. Negli anni successivi lo troviamo in ruoli secondari con vari gruppi teatrali: in Il mercante di Venezia (1966) di Ettore Giannini, e, con il Gruppo Sperimentale 101 Le mammelle di Tiresia (1968) di Guillaume Apollinaire; Nella giungla delle città (1968) di Bertolt Brecht, Coriolano (1969) di William Shakespeare, Il dio Kurt (1969) di Alberto Moravia, e altre opere, fino al primo grande successo, quando viene inaspettatamente chiamato a sostituire Domenico Modugno nella commedia musicale di Garinei e Giovannini Alleluja brava gente. A seguire il dramma di Sam Benelli La cena delle beffe (1974), con Carmelo Bene; nel ’76 A me gli occhi, please, considerata una fra le sue prove teatrali più riuscite, e che sarà riportata in scena con grande successo nel ’93, ’96 e, nel 2000, al Teatro Olimpico. Nel ’78, con Sandro Merli, diventa direttore artistico del Teatro Brancaccio di Roma, dove crea un suo Laboratorio di Esercitazioni Sceniche per i giovani attori che rappresenterà un vero trampolino per volti noti dello spettacolo (Flavio Insinna, Enrico Brignano, Giorgio Tirabassi, Francesca Reggiani e molti altri). Segue una serie di performances, fra cui Il bugiardo di Carlo Goldoni (1980, regia di Ugo Gregoretti), Edipo re di Sofocle (1981, regia di Vittorio Gassman), I sette re di Roma di Luigi Magni (1989, regia di Pietro Garinei), e altre per le quali, oltre a recitare, cura anche la regia, come Caro Petrolini (1979), Cyrano de Bergerac (1985), Liolà di Luigi Pirandello (1988), Guardami negli occhi (1989) e La pulce nell’orecchio (1991) di Georges Feydeau, Socrate (2000, adattamento di Vincenzo Cerami dai Dialoghi di Platone), Full Monty (2001, versione teatrale del film omonimo del ’97), Io, Toto e gli altri (2002, ripreso quattro anni dopo), e molti altri. A partire dagli anni Ottanta ha diretto anche alcune opere liriche: Tosca di Giacomo Puccini nel 1983, Don Pasquale di Gaetano Donizetti nel 1985, Falstaff e Nabucco di Giuseppe Verdi (rispettivamente nel 1985 e nel 2009), Le nozze di Figaro e Don Giovanni (nel 1986 e nel 2002) di Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Carmen di Georges Bizet nel 2010. Istrionico, grande improvvisatore, dotato di un’ottima voce e molto audace negli sperimentalismi, al cinema lo ricordiamo nel ruolo del fidanzato di Sophia Loren nel farsesco La mortadella (1971) di Mario Monicelli, ironico protagonista del musicale Tosca (1973) di Luigi Magni, in cui recita con Monica Vitti, interprete del giovane Pippo nel calligrafico L’eredità Ferramonti (1976) di Mauro Bolognini, stallone da quattro soldi nel cinico Casotto (1977) di Sergio Citti, fanfarone nel satirico Un matrimonio (1978) di Robert Altman, in cui recita con Vittorio Gassman. A partire dalla fine degli anni Ottanta dirada notevolmente le sue apparizioni cinematografiche per proseguire l’attività teatrale e quella televisiva, dove ottiene grande successo con le serie Il Maresciallo Rocca (1996-2004) e L’avvocato Porta (1997-98).

A walk in the Clouds is one of the movies that Keanu Reeves played. His co-star was a newcomer at that time, Aitana Sanchez-Gijon. The story taking place in 1945 after World War II. Paul Sutton (Keanu Reeves) an US Army Sgt. Arrived home at San Francisco to meet his wife Betty (Debra Messing) in their apartment studying about self-improvement. They were so happy to finally meet again but Paul was a bit upset when he found out that even though he wrote to her every day she didn’t read it anymore yet only keep the letters in the footlocker or chest. Her defense was that is too horrible when he talked about war and could not bear to read it anymore. Paul dismisses his disappointed and wants to look forward to passing that but then they talked about Paul’s job before he went to war which is selling chocolate door-to-door. Betty helped Paul in keeping the job but, Paul didn’t want it anymore which upset Betty that later he and Betty end up in bed together but he left her in the morning to start a new career.

On the train that goes to Sacramento, Paul meets fellow train passenger named Victoria Aragon, a master degree student who’s on the way to visiting her family in Napa Valley. She threw up in Paul uniform after Paul helped her stand up. Fast forward they met again on the bus which they start talking and revealed that Victoria gave a wrong ticket after Paul helped her. On the road, two men boarded the bus and took a seat beside Victoria and started to bother her. Paul intervened the two men and ended up in a fight which later the three of them has been kicked off the bus. Paul feeling a bit upset start walking to find another vehicle that can take him to Sacramento when he found Victoria sitting on top of her suitcase, crying. Paul tried to comfort her and she revealed to Paul that she is pregnant with her professor’s baby and her father is going to kill her if he ever finds out.

Paul sympathizes about what her situation came with a solution to hold up his plan to go to Sacramento for a day to be introduced as Victoria’s husband and will abandon her the next day. And so, they went to Victoria’s Family Vineyard in Napa Valley. They were greeted by her father, Alberto Aragon (Giancarlo Giannini) directly and he got really mad knowing that his girl was married without his consent and pregnant. He made sure that all words that came out off his mouth are cruel and mean words at dinner. Later at night, Paul was ready to sleep on the floor when Alberto came to the room to check on them. At night Paul had a bad dream about his memories in the war when the vineyard got froze so all people have to help to save the vineyard by giving a lightly wind using some kind of fan that looks like butterfly wings. At first, Paul didn’t understand how to help until Victoria taught him. In the morning when Paul is ready to leave Victoria’s grandfather, Don Pedro (Anthony Quinn) took Paul on a walk to the first root of this family. Paul insisted he needs to go but Don Pedro talked about how Victoria will receive the punishment so he stays for the harvest. Paul got the hang of it and it turns to be a race between Paul and Alberto.

After the harvest there is a tradition that the married women should dance inside of a giant bucket full of grapes that will be press for the wine. On the next day, Victoria’s little brother tried to convince his father to do limited partnership but it turned to blame Paul for all the wrong feeling he felt which later made Victoria fought with Paul and Paul tried caught her but, in the end, fought with Alberto for shutting Victoria out of his heart. Paul is ready to go until Don Pedro ask him to drink and when they already got drunk Don Pedro suggest him to serenade Victoria until Victoria turn on her light but, Paul left before it. They meet again in the morning where the harvest festival was held as they toast for “what if” and Alberto introduce Paul as his son-in-law. Before Paul leave, he gave Victoria is courage in war medal for the baby. On the way home Paul dream about the war and then Victoria with him and a baby. Later when Paul arrived at his home, he found out that Betty is having an affair with the author of the self-improvement she’s been studying at the previous scene and gave Paul an annulment of their wedding. Paul went back to Aragon’s Vineyard and found Alberto drunk. They have a fight that ended up Alberto burn down the vineyard accidentally.

The Vineyard burned out in the morning and left them with nothing until Paul came back with the root from the old tree that he remembers, Don Pedro talked about before. Alberto realize his errors and accept him again and give his blessing to married Victoria and the replant and rebuild the vineyard with their new member of the family, Paul Sutton.

In my opinion about this movie while putting a side-critics that this movie is old and most people nowadays will think it is so cheesy and not really romantic, I think this movie is actually one of the most romantic movies I have watched. The movie really has the chemistry of the traditional family and how the love grows easily and all the metaphor or quotes that being told. I really like Keanu Reeves in this movie although I always love his acting but, in this movie, he really did portrait a young soldier that has a kind heart and gentleman. I also like Anthony Quinn act as Don Pedro, in this movie my favorite character would Don Pedro because he is so romantic and funny, a little rebel but silly. He always has faith in everyone and tolerates all things. Aitana also portraits Victoria very beautifully, she is very beautiful and strong really portrait as Alberto daughter. Also, for Giancarlo did succeed in making me feel very afraid of the traditional man of Mexico. Being a villain or antagonist in a movie can only be said success if the audience of the movie is hating the antagonist by heart. That’s what I felt when I first watch this movie.

La scomparsa di Matteotti suscita lo sdegno unanime della stampa italiana. Anche molti giornali fascisti assumono un atteggiamento cauto. Perfino "Il Popolo d'Italia" parla di "un vile delitto", nel giorno in cui annuncia le dimissioni di Aldo Finzi e Cesare Rossi. Il "Corriere della Sera" esprime lo sdegno dell'opinione pubblica liberale e benpensante : "Il delitto che fa fremere tutta l'Italia è gravissimo di per sé, ma è più grave perché riafferma in modo particolarmente terribile un disordine di spiriti, che non lascia ancora credere e confidare nella restaurazione, da più di cinque anni agognata, della vita normale: in quella restaurazione che era il programma essenziale della lotta contro il bolscevismo". Un giornale satirico, "Il becco giallo" di Alberto Giannini, fa una ironia macabra: il disegnatore tratteggia una caricatura del ras Tafari, faccia nera e cappellone coloniale, che sussurra nell'orecchio di De Bono : "A me lo potete dire : ve lo siete mangiato?" Lo stesso giornale fa un'esaltazione, certo verbosa e retorica ma che esprime il sentimento popolare, nei primi giorni dopo la scomparsa : Matteotti "sentiva, sapeva di essere votato al sacrificio. Quando, tenendo testa a quattrocento avversari inveleniti, svelò l'origine di questa Camera, quando turbinavano nell'aria infuocata urla di minacce, egli disse con noncuranza ai suoi amici, a noi: 'Ed ora preparatemi il discorso funebre!' E passò col suo solito passo svelto e giovanile attraverso i corridoi di Montecitorio, dove due occhi malvagi e freddi lo puntarono. Era la sentenza di morte. Ma nemmeno il discorso funebre è concesso al martire. Si parla d'una salma, ma la salma di Matteotti è contesa, è nascosta, è trafugata. Fa troppa paura. L'uomo che flagellò i vincitori quando era vivo è più temuto ora che è morto. Sopprimendolo si illudevano di troncare la sua incessante lotta contro il fascismo e invece l'hanno centuplicata. Questo cadavere che non si trova è una formidabile tremenda catapulta contro il regime al potere. Ha demolito in una settimana la rocca dei sanguinarii e dei concussori. E ha distrutto le fondamenta del regime col rovesciare l'opinione pubblica, col togliere una benda che copriva gli occhi del Paese".

ASA 1000 GT

     Mio padre Alberto era un grande appassionato di corse e dal ‘73 al ‘77 partecipò come pilota alle edizioni della Targa Florio. Quando nel 1987, l’ACI di Palermo, decise di riproporre la gara come “rievocazione storica” papà pensò che fosse una bella opportunità di rientrare nel modo delle competizioni … ma bisognava trovare una macchina. Un giorno, un suo collega, gli segnalò una strana vettura in vendita con un marchio sconosciuto. Mi chiamò e mi chiese di controllare cosa fosse l’ASA.

     Sfogliai la mia “Enciclopedia Milleruote” e subito notai una foto che ritraeva Enzo Ferrari poggiato su una ASA 1000 GT. Con stupore dissi a mio padre che era progettata dalla Ferrari!!. Andammo subito a vederla. Nonostante fosse malconcia, papà l’acquistò e iniziò subito l’avventura del restauro che durò circa tre anni. Fu davvero un’avventura perché nell’88 internet non esisteva e trovare i pezzi di ricambio era molto difficile, ma la fortuna era dalla nostra parte. A settembre, sfogliando un giornale specializzato notai un annuncio di un collezionista milanese che si vendeva molti ricambi Asa. Noi eravamo già a Monza per vedere la F1 per cui la deviazione fu minima e tornammo a casa con un “bottino” prezioso.

     Nel mese di dicembre, la stessa rivista, fece un servizio sull’ASA con foto degli anni 60. C’era tutta la storia dell’ASA, di come e perché era nata. Ci convincemmo ancora di più che la nostra GT era un esemplare molto raro e mio padre decise di non usarla per le competizioni ma di restaurarla per riportarla all’origine. Così fu fatto e dopo 3 anni si ottenne anche la certificazione ASI. La storia dell’ASA era questa:

     Alla fine degli anni ’50 Enzo Ferrari decise di entrare in concorrenza con Abarth e Giannini realizzando una piccola sportiva. Gli ingegneri Carlo Chiti e Giotto Bizzarrini progettarono un piccolo motore di 854cc e modificarono una Fiat 1200 Coupé Pininfarina per poterne ospitare il motore.  Al Salone dell’Automobile di Torino del ‘61 venne presentata la versione definitiva con la carrozzeria disegnata da un giovane dipendente della Bertone … un certo Giorgetto Giugiaro. Nasceva così la “Ferrarina” chiamata 1000 con un tricolore come stemma.

     Ma Ferrari ebbe un ripensamento. Si era convinto che la produzione di una Ferrari piccola potesse sminuire il valore delle sue GT lussuose e cercò un imprenditore interessato a comprarsi il progetto “chiavi in mano” e a iniziarne la commercializzazione. Il Sig. Oronzo De Nora e il figlio Nicolò risposero all’appello. Già proprietari di una importante industria chimica erano da tempo in cerca di una possibilità di entrare nel mondo automobilistico. Fondarono la Autocostruzioni Società per Azioni (ASA) con sede a Milano rilevarono il progetto e nel ’63 iniziarono la commercializzazione del coupé (e poi cabrio) con il nome di ASA. Ovviamente rimase la collaborazione con Bertone (sostituito poi dalla Carrozzeria Ellena) e con Ferrari il quale mise a disposizione anche la propria rete di vendita.

     L’ASA 1000 GT è una 4 cilindri quadro (foto 13), con alesaggio e corsa di 69x69 mm, di 1032 cc, asse a camme in testa, alimentata da due carburatori Weber DCOE da 40. Potenza di circa 91 cv a circa 7.000 giri. Il telaio è tubolare a sezione ellittica con una ponte posteriore identico a quella della GTO. Sospensioni anteriori a ruote indipendenti, bracci triangolari oscillanti, e barra antirollio mentre posteriormente c’è un ponte rigido con molle elicoidali e ammortizzatori idraulici. Freni a disco sulle 4 ruote e cambio 4 marce con overdrive sulla terza e quarta. Velocità massima di circa 190 km/h. Due posti secchi, strumentazione completa di 7 strumenti (pochissime, tra cui la mia, con 8 strumenti). 

     Negli anni a seguire L’ASA proseguì lo sviluppo del coupé autonomamente, aumentando la cilindrata a 1092cc e creando l’ASA 411 che esteticamente rimaneva invariata. L’ingegner Bizzarrini progettò altre due auto. La 1000 GTC (Competizione), rimasta unico esemplare, con motore centrale anteriore da 994 cc e linee molto simili alla 330 GTO.  Dal volere di Luigi Chinetti, fu progettata la 613 RB Roll Bar, una 6 cilindri di 1.300 cc, considerata l’ASA più bella. Si calcola quindi che l’intera produzione sia stata di circa 120 esemplari di cui solo 75 tutt'oggi circolanti. C’è da ricordare anche un prototipo di F3 con motore Ford che sembra essere adesso in fase di restauro.

     L’ASA fu presente in poche ma importanti gare. Nel ’63 e nel ’65 partecipò alla Targa Florio. Nel primo tentativo si ritirò, nel secondo gli equipaggi di Babbini/Pedretti e Bassi/Pianta si piazzarono rispettivamente al 22° e 17° posto assoluti. Nel ’66 l’ASA era nuovamente alla Targa Florio con tre vetture, due 411 di Pianta/Moretti e di Pinto/Semilia e una 1000GTC di Dalla Torre/Dini che chiuse al 21° posto. Anche nelle gare di durata l’ASA era presente. A Le mans nel ’66 c’erano due 613RB di Pasquier/Mieusset e Dini/Giunti e l’anno dopo alla 24 ore di Daytona e poi alla 12 ore di Sebring parteciparono sempre le due 613RB ma con gli equipaggi femminili di Donna Mae Mims/Suzy Dietrichche si piazzarono al 24° posto a Daytona e la 25° posto a Sebring.

     Con un tale palmares era un orgoglio, per noi, far vedere la nostra ASA. Nel ’91 partecipammo alla rievocazione del Giro di Sicilia, al centenario della Targa Florio, al Trofeo del Gattopardo, alla Monte Pellegrino Historic, e tutt’oggi siamo presenti in tanti raduni e concorsi di eleganza nei quali otteniamo sempre riconoscimenti. Circa 20 anni fa, fu fondato il Registro Internazionale ASA e circa 3 anni fa ho creato il gruppo Facebook ASA Autocostruzioni Società per Azioni.

     Concludendo, il ripensamento di Enzo Ferrari nel produrre e vendere questa piccola GT, fece si che questa vettura avesse vita breve ma negli ultimi tempi è stata riscoperta sia grazie alla divulgazione che stanno realizzando gli appassionati possessori dei pochi modelli ancora presenti ma anche a chi, sempre per passione, vuole conoscere questo progetto che altro non è che la (quasi) Ferrari più piccola mai prodotta in serie.

$1 house in Italy, then Covid-19 struck

When Italian towns began offering houses for sale for little more than $1, they inspired legions of dreamers to take a gamble on moving to a remote corner of Italy. Although spending a few thousand dollars extra on renovating the property was usually part of the deal, it was sweetened by the prospect of a new life in an idyllic spot in a beautiful country. And then the coronavirus struck, plunging the world into crisis, with Italy among the worst affected countries. So what happens when you're quarantined in a crumbling home in a remote village where you barely speak the language and can't get home to your loved ones? Does life quickly become a nightmare? Mussomeli is located on a hilltop in Sicily. Salvatore Catalano, Comune Mussolemi Miami-based artist Alvaro Solorzano is currently stuck in Mussomeli, a picturesque town in the southern island of Sicily where last year he purchased two cheap properties -- one of them costing just one euro, or a little over a dollar. In March he arrived with his wife, son, and son's girlfriend to start renovating the houses. The other three headed back to Miami and Solorzano was due to follow them a couple of weeks later, but then his flight was canceled. "I lost track of time. We came here together and I ended up living the quarantine in Mussomeli all by myself, without any furniture just a bed and TV, and nobody to talk to," he tells CNN. "That was the hardest thing. Had my wife or son been with me, it would have been different."

Solorzano had been staying in a B&B, but when this closed because of Covid-19 restrictions, he was forced to move into the less dilapidated of his two properties, which was just about habitable. Since then, he's been killing time by watching TV, learning Italian, going to the supermarket ("the nicest part of the day") and talking on the phone with his family. Little by little, he's been making the most out of the situation by repairing and painting the walls of the house. "I did little things but it helped me use time, so when my son and his girlfriend come back their home will be ready," he says. "Luckily the hardware store in town has always been open and I'm so glad we bought two properties and not just the one euro house as it has no water nor electricity." Alvaro Solorzano from Miami says local residents have made his enforced stay in Mussomeli a pleasant experience. Maurizio Di Maria, Comune Mussomeli Despite an initial hardship, he says his new neighbors helped him throughout the ordeal. "The first two nights were terrible," he says. "It was cold, I slept with my jacket on top of my pajamas but then the neighbors were great. I can't complain. They gave me heaters and even offered blankets, which I had, but I could use their internet." "They kept checking in on me, brought me tons of food for Easter which took me three days to eat. I don't know what I would have done without them."

Solorzano was brought Easter cakes by his neighbors. Mussomeli, surrounded by honeysuckle and eucalyptus trees, boasts one of Italy's most breathtaking fortresses, known as the Enchanted Castle, which clings like a spider on a pointed rock. The fertile green farmland is dotted with old sulfur mines, sanctuaries, Roman necropolises and traces of primitive settlements. The town's name means "Hill of Honey" in Latin. But to Solorzano the sweetest attractions of the place are its welcoming residents. "They're wonderful, I know everyone by name," he says. "There's Mario, the guy who delivers the bread. I've got no words to describe how grateful I am of having them and don't know how I could ever repay them for all they did." Initially tough restrictions have now eased in Italy, allowing him to walk around, but at first it was hard, he admits, as there was nothing to do. "It was terrible, just staying at home, I felt like being in jail sometimes." Now he relishes being able to chat to locals and stroll to Mussomeli's viewpoint, where he can sit on a bench and enjoy fresh air and mountain panoramas. As a painter, Solorzano says he would've loved doing some artwork, but due to the lockdown he couldn't find a pallet or a canvas.

Solorzano wants to buy another property in Mussomeli. Maurizio Di Maria, Comune Mussomeli "I'm working hard to try to get back home, but a flight which I recently booked has also been canceled so I really don't know when I will return to the States," he says. "I want to be back before Father's Day in June. I've already missed so many festivities I could have celebrated with my family." Solorzano's Sicilian quarantine has made him love Mussomeli even more. The ordeal, instead of having killed enthusiasm for his one euro house adventure, has fueled a desire to purchase a third abandoned building. "I love this town and the people, even if they don't know you, they help you out. It's like being in another world. You don't get this in the States". Brazilian Douglas Roque, pictured here with his cousin, has been stuck in Tuscany during Italy's lockdown. Douglas Roque Brazilian businessman Douglas Roque is another dilapidated home purchaser whose enthusiasm for starting a new life has been undimmed by coronavirus. Roque was in Fabbriche di Vergemoli, Tuscany, overseeing the renovation of a one euro farm dwelling when lockdown struck and his flight back home was canceled. Together with his Brazilian-Italian friend Alberto Da Lio, both from Sao Paulo, the two were also in town to oversee the potential purchase of an entire abandoned area for other Brazilian buyers. Had they not been able to stay at Da Lio's family house near Venice, with hotels in Vergemoli shut and the abandoned dwelling totally uninhabitable, they would have had nowhere to go, says Roque.

The area is dotted with ruins of abandoned miners' dwellings overrun by vegetation. Many areas can be reached only by foot. Roque's dilapidated three-story farm, which comes with a chestnut cellar and forgotten old wine barrels, is located in the neighborhood of Dogana, where a pristine stream runs below an ancient, picturesque bridge. "I was about to start the restyle and then everything was blocked," says Roque. "It was terrible, our return flight was canceled and we had issues with the Brazilian consulate. "I came here in February to pursue the renovation of my house, all the paperwork was done, I was ready to go but couldn't move on with it. Roque is also trying to purchase other houses in the villages for fellow Brazilians. Courtesy Douglas Roque The two friends also had to deal with the consequences of a prolonged stay: the hassle of credit card monthly limits and seasonal clothing changes as they arrived in winter and it is now almost spring (luckily, they found some lighter garments at Da Lio's). While he waits for global air traffic to resume, Roque's anxious to set foot again in Vergemoli as soon as Italian authorities lift restrictions on moving between regions -- a move expected in early June. "All this time I've been trying to work on my project online, contacting construction companies and liaising with other Brazilian buyers, friends, and relatives interested in buying a property in Vergemoli but who can't travel now. I hope to finalize everything soon." Roque says he picked Vergemoli of all places in Italy to buy a one euro house because, despite all that's happened, it remains a dream destination. "Tuscany is a marvelous region and major historical and artistic cities are nearby. It's the perfect spot."
