TMNT 2012 Head Canons Pt.2

- Mona Lisa flinches whenever someone walks too close by to her tail. After having been stepped on many times during battle and just in general. She likes to keep it close to her body when she’s around a lot of people and even in battle she’s stopped using it as a weapon as much as she used to.

- April sometimes loses control of her telepathy when she has nightmares. When she gets really scared but can’t wake up she’ll project her nightmares into the minds of those close to her.

- Casey acts like he’s better than Donnie because his dad always tells him how he was a useless drop out, so he gets jealous of Donnie being smart and talented and always seeming to be better at getting affection from April. This gives Casey an inferiority complex which covers up with a god complex.

- Splinter sometimes hears Taung Shen speak and sees her even when she isn’t really here, it happens often when his mind isn’t focused and he gets distracted, he genuinely thinks she there but he can never reach her, so he sorta just follows her around. The first time it happened the turtles got really worried but Splinter wouldn’t talk about it, they ended up figuring it out on their own and they just leave splinter alone when this happens, it’s not like he notices they’re there anyway.

I'm starting to do my research about blue spotted salamanders since that's the closest to what 12 Mona looks like so I can accurately write the plans I have in Two Soul's extended universe.

Damn they are so pretty.

Look at them side by side.

They look so alike.

She's not gonna play a big role in this unfortunately, but she does show up as often as she can. She's gonna be pretty busy dealing with the recovery of her planet against the Triceratons and Lord Dregg's attacks, plus they're known to be species that seeks battles and victories, so i don't see her settling down with Raph any time soon, and that's fine for Raph, he appreciates her dedication to her people and her fighting spirit. She visits at least once a month and sometimes help with certain missions if she could, and when that happens, they're a deadly duo.

Personally, saying her actual name is really fun (along with Sal's and Newt's real names). But then again, Mona Lisa is a lot more recognizable and that's what she has been called ever since her first ever appearance (the 87 show). I've seen some also make her two different people which, maybe I'll make a poll about that some other day.

Headcanons about transfem Leo, sleepover version.

— When she was a child she wanted to have a sleepover like the movies and she tried to have one with her siblings, but it didn't turn out very well and it didn't feel like a sleepover.

— Fortunately, years later she would have a great group of friends with whom she would have the sleepover that she wanted so much.

— When Mona announced that she would be staying on Earth she and the girls organized a sleepover to welcome her.

— They do many things at sleepovers but their favorite is when they exchange looks. One makes up the other with her makeup, paints each other's nails, they put on each other's clothes, it's a lot of fun.

— When Renet joins their sleepovers they end up taking a walk through time.

— One time Karai and Shini brought beer and everyone got drunk except Mona Lisa because she didn't drink. Seeing the state they were all in, especially Leo and April, she made them make a blood pact that they would never drink so much again or bring that to sleepovers (they really drink too much that time, they even scared Mona lol)

—Mona Lisa literally panicked when her friends started acting brainless. She had to stop Leona from jumping into the street so that humans could see her and April from writing to a friend she had when she was 7 years old.

— At first she and April had sleepovers alone, and Apes taught her a lot of things like painting her nails and some sleepover games.

— Sometimes Mikey joins her sleepovers, it's just girls' nights 💅.

— They do so many crazy things at sleepovers, but the boys will never find out.

—They have summoned some demons at their sleepovers several times.

— Once a demon captured Shinigami because she had accidentally made a marriage pact and they had to go rescue her. And they did it, they kicked that demon's ass but they also accidentally took one of his servants, he said that he followed them and that he was now Karai's personal demon, he is not a threat and in fact Karai likes him .

— Once when they were with Renet she took them on a tour of France and they almost collapsed the Eiffel Tower.

— Only girls movies are allowed on girls night.

— It was difficult for them to get Karai and Shinigami to open up at sleepovers, they already know how to talk about feelings, their dreams and fantasies about the future, how they wanted their wedding to be. They were very closed at first.

— One time when Renet was with them they ended up traveling through the multiverse and had a big sleepover with some of their alternate versions.

— During a sleepover they agreed that one day they would go on vacation to a beach mansion without the boys.

— Sometimes they have karaoke nights but they don't usually let Leona sing because she sings very well and karaoke is supposed to be about going out of tune and being silly.

— Karai and Shinigami often annoy the others by bringing horror movies to sleepovers.

— Whenever they have a sleepover at Karai and Shini's house they end up having a fight on the roof (for fun).

— Sometimes they go and buy clothes and makeup together (with Leona and Mona undercover) to combine them all.
