Look I apologize to the universe if posting about this somehow manifests something but I still think the melodramatic elements of Grey's Anatomy are tonally suited to M*A*S*H and I would like to hear Alan Alda do the "war is war and hell is hell" scene as one of Meredith's voiceovers.

Hey, Charlotte speaking. (Er- Typing?)
Our job requires that we take care of a human child, but a lot of our available fronters are either nonhuman (specifically with very little knowledge of humans/how humans work) or simply unequipped to deal with a 6 month old.
I've ended up taking over front, or backseat fronting to monitor whilst giving advice and suggestions, during our jobs 7 hour shift. In all honesty, I'm afraid to let anyone else take care of the child. I take care of most of the littles internally with Dr. Coomer and Bubby, and I was there for 6 months while we we're surprised (/s) by a woman with her newborn at our doorstep (she needed to be homed for a bit until she could leave), so I at least have some external experience.
Safe to say, the shadow lords attempting to decipher why the child is crying while changing him for 5 minutes instead of getting the new diaper on until the child inevitably pees on themself and their onesie, which means they have to change it and clean them up again, is funny but not entirely helpful for the care of the child.
Thankfully, when we got to work around 10 minutes ago, they were asleep. We have anywhere from 1-3 hours now to figure out lunch and get things updated in a document we're working on without being interrupted.
What's honestly pretty funny is that Wallace, Rein, Còlys, Xantheus, Wilbur, 0wen, and AJ all have different voices that we use. The child doesn't scream at one and not the other, but it is funny to see their face turn to ours when a new accent is introduced.
Wallace and 0wen are both southern, but 0wen is a bit clearer than Wallace (who we like to call our resident marble mouth for his constant slurring of words and relaxed tone). If accents were handwriting, 0wen would be a bit more legible than Wallace.
Còlys tends to not talk around the child, but does at times say a few things in latin.
Wilbur and Xantheus both have english accents, Wilbur being deeper than the bodies natural pitch and Xantheus being slightly higher.
Rein is scottish, so if she were handwriting she'd be that type of cursive that only 3 other people on the planet can even decipher. One of those people being me.
AJ uses the bodies natural voice, but slightly pitched up. It basically uses our "customer service voice" of sorts.
And finally, me! I speak a lot softer than the body tends to naturally. I suppose it's breathy? I don't really know. In any case, the child likes it.
That's my rant- thank you for your time and have a wonderful timezone!
TL;DR: While it's amusing it isn't great that I'm the only qualified available fronter to take care of the child, and people have different voices that I think are funny.

As far as we know, no. He knows how to shut the hell up and that's part of the battle. He barely talks.
