Project Name: Oplan Balik Aral

Introduction:

Education is a treasure that no one can get and we will never lose, although you can be hurt or hard but you can learn a lot. It teaches us things we don’t know, because with education we become wise in things.Above all, education is very important for this group as it serves as an instrument to make our dreams come true. It brings a person to the dreams of what he wants to achieve, it also becomes everyone’s weapon to contribute to the transformation of our society.

Oplan Balik Eskwela was implemented because when the pandemic started many young people did not continue their education due to unemployment and no expenses and sometimes they work to earn money and sometimes young people are lazy because they have nothing to learn. modules / online classes, there are also young women who get pregnant early and are unable to continue their education and because they have not graduated they do not have enough work and no income.

Oplan Balik Aral is that this is to provide an opportunity to study again with the help of facilitators. The facilitators will have a tour to the said town to have a meeting and provide information such as modules and video presentations that will provide educational activities to the students and help them learn and pursue their dreams.

The main goal of this concept paper is to show to all the student what is the importance of education in the of students.

- To go back and convince students to study again.

- To have a good future and have a good job.

- For young people to know that problems is not the hindrance to achieve our dreams.

- To continue their study and at the same time to give the knowledge that they need in order to be more productive and active in all aspects of life.

Purpose:

The purpose of this project is to inform young people or those who have not finished school and not to give up on their dreams. They say that while there is hope, it also aims to give a chance to students who have not been able to continue their studies due to personal reasons. Another of these is to be able to graduate so that you can have a good future. This project's purpose is to be able to teach or help the student who didn't finish their studies with their responsibilities. This isn't only focused on helping them with the responsibilities, but also on making them understand what they are doing and answering, to have something permanently learned until their last breath.

Description:

In order to have a successful project and be successful, it is necessary to prepare the people in charge of this project just like the preparation of inks, bondpapers, papers, ballpen, printer, laptop and cellphone. This is what needs to be prepared and to make this project a reality, it is better to meet with the brgy. Officials to assist in the distribution of the module to be undertaken. If a child is unable to answer the module there is another choice it is the video presentation of the instructor because most of the time they are more motivated to listen and learn through the video presentation and the instructors will have a home visit to help children better understand their learnings.

The subjects that are very important here are the subjects that they did not finish when they stopped studying and the subjects that will enhance them so that they can learn more and become better students and these are the subjects that are english, math, filipino , history and many more. Instructors will give prizes to students who can attend and complete their modules so that they do not lose interest.

The project will also launch a website (oplanbalikaral.org) and a Facebook page at @oplanbalikaral for questions and announcements needed to inform students.

Support:

The estimated budget needed for the project is ranging to 80,000 to 120,000. This includes the prizes, inks, bond paper, printer ,laptop and other related fees that will contribute to have a successful project.
