I kinda in the "recovery mood" so im not that active rn on internet, but this fucking cut-part storyboard (and Yang buff arms...for getting a little bit meat on Yang's arms and ponytail back i need to also get her extra tits size and ugly outfit...i cant have shit in this house without sacrificing something or make something already bad even MORE bad) got into my recommendations on yt and make me feel soooo much emotions that i need to rant into a wall.
LONG POST WARNING?
Before to start it i will honestly trying to tell what i kinda like.
+ Outside of making R/WBY feels like a fucking savers of this world, i kinda dig how sad and kinda depress this all feel at the start. This kinda stuff i want to see after vol8 - how everyone who survive is trying to live they new live and how second characters trying to hold everything together, but having a hard time. A grimm reality with almost no hope.
+ I kinda like how Winter VA was able to pull up her action? Like...i can hear that she was "grieving" a lost of her sister and that she dont feel like everything will going to be better.
+ WE STAN THIS ONE WOMAN WHO WAS TRYING TO DRAG SCHNEE. GOOD FOR HER, LET HER SPEAK!
+At least Winter remember about Penny...
And now EVERYTHING ELSE.
There is a thing - im fine with Winter and Qrow talking about in positive ways about R/WBY that they was trying to to everything that they can to save people. That they was a good huntress or something like that. They in grieving processe, "dont talk about the dead one in negative way", all that jazz. But everything that they talking about sounds like they was a new gods in this world. Like they the new savers of this world when...its not exactly true. The idea is there and this whole "you send the message to the world" can maybe works, but everything sound like they perfect people who save a whole world.
Hey guys! Are we going to...just ignore the fact that Salem now have a staff? Winter mention this but thats it. I dont know how many days its was, how hardcore we timeskip, but you telling me that Salem was just chilling in situation, when her enemy in the most vulnerable position and one of the main problem is no where to be found? Like...okay sure.
Even if i like this one lady who was calling out Schnees (again good for her, she have all right to talk like this with Willow)...i wish there was much more people who was disappointed or angry about Schnee or even angry about R/WBY. Just in general showing that people not only angry about that fact how hard they lives now but also trying to find the one who done this. Not everyone will be buss with trying to fix in what situation they are, somebody will trying to find who guilty. Its cant be the only one woman.
Okay...im maybe have a hard time to remember about vol8 and maybe i didnt rewatch vol7-8 in general that much and maybe its just me remembering things not correctly, but...is there was a whole problem to tell people the true about Salem? This whole "panic will bring grimm" thing? This was also a problem in the end of vol8 if i remember this correctly? Well, right now people not only know about Salem, but they also in extream situation with no homes, living in tents. There is no coming back to home, this is they lifes now. But no grimm problem in this epilogue. I dont even remember if Winter or Qrow mention about grimm?
Also about ignoring stuff - there is still some dead people outside of "dead R/WBY". I maybe miss something or didnt saw some detail but i dont remember some memorials for people who got kill by Cinder or solders who die protecting Atlas. I know Atlas in big mean place and "fuck military", but...they still trying to help?
There is this one moment with gravestone with "Dont Come Back", that Winter write on it. I know there is already two side of this thing (i dont believe anyone and AGAIN this whole miscommunication problem in team + both points is really fucking bad in different ways), but i just want to say that before jump into reading comments or what theory people have about this - i was having no clue what is this and for what was that. I know its storyboard and storyboards not always look with a lot of details, but i was so confuse for what this was done. Anyway, both points is bad and if Ironwood one thing is the real one - my fucking god can you stop having a beef with your own characters and remember that before Ironwood start to be cartoon man-man Winter was working with him for pretty long time?
Do you remember me talking about "both Winter and Qrow in grieving process"? Yeah i fucking lied, its only Winter. For some reasons they decide that the most depress man in this world, the most "I Am Shadow The Hedgehog" guy in the team (according to vol8) after loosing both his only nieces and a guy who was his kinda friend who help him in vol7 and the guy that YES was a antagonist for vol8, but from what i remember was also his kinda friend - absolutely positive! And not in the way that he trying to hold himself together mentally after loosing so many people all in short time, but just positive. Listen, i hate this whole "i wish Qrow was back to drinking", but this is the last guy who have to be THIS positive about everything. My guy can maybe not go into drinking speedrun for good reasons (like he dont want to drink anymore at least for his nieces or he just know that he will feel even worst if he will go drinking again, when he already have a hard time to hold himself together?), but this all feel so wrong and feel like he dont care about losing such a important people. (MY BIRDMAN YOU DESERVE BETTER ONES AGAIN)
YOU DO NOT BRING UP FAIRGAME INTO THIS. THIS IS NOT REAL. "The controversity is good" shit, can you leave FairGame shippers alone?
RAVEN IS THERE. I already knew that they will trying to redem her ass because she is a female villain in R/WBY and that scene from vol9, but...i have other questions. How...Yang is chill that Raven just...transporting them? How Ruby, who only a couple hours ago find out that her mother go on her last mission and that Raven is the one who was the last with her, is absolutely dont trying to do with her anything? How anyone is soooo chill that a bandit and maiden is there? If this was done only so RW/BY can got right to Qrow so we can have this whole...reuniting scene then WOW. There is a chance that this scene was done before they start to cut out two episode and start to working on crossover movie, but im not sure how those two episodes can fix this whole situation.
You know i maybe really touch-hungry person who love hugging, but...why nobody was trying to hug JR/WBY team after they got there? Like...Qrow is just looking at them like its norman friday after mission and the only one who at least react in some way was Nora (With a little bit Ren, Oscar have a strange reaction?). Like...you all was thinking for some time that those people is dead. You didnt know where are they, why nobody hug them or hold they hands or just in general dont trying to have a contact with them, like nobody have a "ARE YOU A REAL?" moments?
Just in general JR/WBY getting there feel...wrong? Like they teleport there and just...walk to look how this whole situation looking. Again, no hugs to Qrow or ORN, no bright reaction toward them? (i know, for R/WBY team its was maybe a couple days, you all was not sure if you even will get back to them. Also Jaune was in EA for 10-20 years. He didnt saw his team for 10-20 YEARS. Listen, im not the most biggest fan of him, but like...let at least him hug his team?). I get it when they didnt react at first, from what i can tell they didnt saw Qrow at first. But after they look at him or when ORN saw them? No? You can still end up this scene with Ruby face, i just feel like after Winter and Qrow speech such a emotions reaction can work pretty well as a ending. Like..."there is a struggle and hurt, but we dont give up" with "hope" coming back to them?
Im worry about Oscar that we ones again skip his character development off screen, but its hard to tell in 6 min long epilogue storyboard.
Still no moments with Maria and Pietro. I mix up this one old man (this one from vol8 that is also a faunus) with him and was question "why he is not in his spider-wheelchair?" but after re watching - there is just no Maria and Pietro. They still cant remember about them. They remember about Ace-Ops, Happy Huntresses (ALSO MAY IS THERE OOPS-), but fuck Pietro and Maria.
This whole thing in general didnt anser the most biggest question - how long its been after JR/WBY+Neo fell? This whole thing is not helping at all and no matter what time is canon - its will not save this moment. Its been a week/s? Qrow got from this really fucking fast and even this whole situations with people looking really too good actually. Its been a months (around 6+) or even a year? This is really bad.
ALSO something i find out only right now - MOTHERFUCKERS IS THERE. This is not...a bad thing, but now i knew that if vol10 will be a thing - they remember about both "sea boys" team and "READ A BOOK" team. Happy to see that they remember about the first one, but after finding our how "in book" team was written - im not ready to see Coco team AT ALL.
In term of fanservise, if we going to look at this from perspective of how a fan will react on this if its was a really epilogue that they didnt cut out - oh boy its working pretty fucking good and probably if this was the ending for vol9 - i feel like people would talk about this season a lot more because after the ending of vol9 even some of hardcore fans was not talking about this whole vol that much.
But in term of writing - THANK GOD THIS WAS DELETED. Sure its kinda emotional epilogue, that hitting fans in right place, but giving us pretty much moments thats dont need to be there or working not that great. I heard that they will try to make this into volume 10, which is....knowing how they dont like "kill they darling" or deleting content that they think is really cool or prioritise moments that have to be cut over moments that needed to be on screen...i have zero hopes that they will re-write this scene. Maybe they will delete Raven because right now with episodes that we got in vol9 she just...out of place there.
But we will see. There is still no greenlight info...

Youtube Removing Captions?
EDIT: THIS POST IS OLD, OUTDATED, AND INACCURATE. Tumblr decided it was going to be popular and I still get harassed over it regularly. I've since been corrected, educated, and had many wonderful discussions with members of the community about this post (no sarcasm, its genuinely been fantastic at times). The intent was to stop the spread of misinformation, but my wording was absolute shit. The horse has been beaten to death. Please stop sending me threats lmao.

I’m literally begging.
Youtube is garbage lately but all it’s done this time is removed the ability for any user off the street to submit captions to videos. Youtube has alternate captioning methods (manual, automatic, and 3rd-party) which are used by FAR MORE users compared to user-submitted captions. They have the data to back up the decision, too:
[...] the feature is rarely used with less than 0.001% of channels having published community captions (showing on less than 0.2% of watch time) in the last month.
Let me bold, header, and caps these since people are needlessly panicking:
MANUAL, AUTOMATIC, AND THIRD-PARTY CAPTIONS ARE STILL GOING TO BE AVAILABLE ON YOUTUBE AFTER SEPTEMBER 28TH.
Period. They aren’t getting rid of subtitles. Stop panicking.
THE 6-MONTH SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE YOUTUBE IS OFFERING IS FOR CREATORS TO USE WHILE THEY SOURCE ALTERNATE CAPTIONING METHODS.
This isn’t Youtube telling the hearing-impaired community to pay for subtitles, it’s Youtube trying to soften the blow for smaller channels. This allows smaller creators to find alternate ways to caption their work, be it learning to do the captions themselves, a third-party subscription service, help from friends, or contracting someone out to do it for them.
As well as setting up the 6 months for the single service (Amara), they also pulled some strings and set up discounts for Youtubers through 3Play Media, Cielo24, and Rev. Not the best selection but it’s better than nothing to start.
Again I stress: Paying for captions is NOT A THING. This is people NOT READING what is actually being discontinued.
Captions are still there and you can still submit them manually or work with your favorite small creators to add translations and captions to their videos. All that is being removed is the community submission tool as it was being misused and abused constantly for very little benefit overall.
YOUTUBE IS ADDING A SUPPORT ROLE TO CHANNELS THAT ALLOWS USERS TO HELP A CHANNEL WITHOUT JEOPARDIZING ITS SECURITY.
This one is still in the works. Yes, this means channels can finally add helpers to work on captions (and other stuff!) if they want to without exposing their personal info and finances.
WITH THAT ALL SAID:
Google is notorious for removing products and features once the manpower required to maintain them outweighs their usefulness. This is not the first time, and won’t be the last.
Does that make this situation suck any less? Of course it doesn’t.
The point here is: Tumblr is doing That Thing again where it takes an impossibly tiny take on developing news and rolls it into a massive scandal. Take a step back, and take a steady breath if you can. Things suck, but that doesn’t excuse that they are being blown far out of proportion.
TL;DR: Youtube removed ONE METHOD of submitting captions, not all captions entirely.

im supposed to be working on uh literally anything else but instead i gotta get this outta my brain
tl;dr: slag is causing the Psychos to spread across the galaxy bc the Calypsos are using it to both brainwash their cultists and give them ‘special powers’. i mean, its not just slag, it’s eridian ruins/tech, too, but the Twins are utilizing slag the most. which explains the slagfalls and also the processed eridium everywhere still. im hoping sirens will help us cure this- starting with Krieg because slag/Psychos have some sort of connection to the other dimension, just like Sirens, but more messy. also this insanity from the slag/Psycho-ness is literally Mayhem and us fans are taking part in it- we’re the cult irl. plus, this game is gonna be about love and the relationships we have with the people we care about and that’s all the roses mean because i’m feeling s o f t tonight. tomorning. whatever maaaaan

i have a theory.
i kinda sorta hinted at this with my destroyer theory but i REALLY wanna go all out in this because i think this is actually something to think about… mostly because ive seen A Scene… and i wants to talk about it, vh. i wants it
now im gonna `lol` ignore everything about my lost legion eternal theory and start entirely from scratch. it’s also 1am here for my apologies if this comes across as incoherent because wow i should be asleep but fuck it i got research to do
so it all starts with psychos. i mean i guess it does. it’s gotta right? i brought in pictures it must
anyway
the guide admits that the first psychos came from Dahl’s prison colonies
the ones abandoned on pandora, now ive kinda talked about this b4 but imma talk about it again bc uhhh fuck it? why not.
so we know a lot of the bandits left on Pandora mutated because of the eridian ruins/the key. this is referenced mostly in sledge’s mine
its like world-wise called headstone mine but i never remember that. SLEDGE’S MINE
notice that line “most went crazy and many were physically mutated as well”
so i think it’s safe to say whatever they found in there started causing psychos to appear on pandora
im saying that i think eridians are the cause of Psychos across the galaxy
i have a lot more proof for this so please sit back and enjoy the ride because i think its really really cool
so lets look at hector’s logs from the newest dlc
“one of my boys found a shiny alien trinket”
“a few boys went rabid already, had to put them down”
now idk if there’s a connection here, but it’s interesting that both times, people who found these eridian artifacts started going crazy soon after
shit i mean even tannis begins to go off the wall after her and her dig team start investigating the eridian sites. although if that is because of the horrific incidents that befell her and her team or the ruins idk for certain. i’d bet its the shitty incidents tho
there’s more to this, hang on…
alright, so, lab rats? they’re pretty cool right?
we all like lab rats! personally, chase is my favorite, but adam is hilarious. that final season, huh? pretty wicked… wasn’t really a fan of the island setting but you know what, to each their own. it’s cool they actually progressed the show instead of staying stagnant. that got my respect even if it moved in a direction that wasn’t my cup of tea.
anyway Q U O T E S:
“Hyperion opened my eyes. i didn’t want it!”
“needles in my eyes!”
“don’t you look at me!”
“i can see! i don’t want to see!”
so there’s obviously something ~fucky~ going on with the lab rats and whatever it is they can see from the hyperion experimentation. we know hyperion had a hard-on for slag experimentation and you know i wouldn’t even be shocked if they were injecting these rats’ eyes with slag.
the best part is their reactions when they’re phaselocked. Unlike most enemies, the lab rats will only react to maya’s action skill, and none of the other VHs.
vs something like a marauder:
who has all these voice lines for Zer0, Axton, Sal (merc), AND Maya
the lab rats will only ever respond to being phaselocked.
and what do they say?
“i see the universe!”
“i see infinity!”
“it’s beautiful!”
(now weirdly enough i was told on the tv tropes for bl2 that the lab rats will say “I see it more!” when phaselocked by maya, but i couldn’t find a source for that. couldn’t even find it in the files i extracted from the game. i checked an online video just to double check because you know, my extraction could’ve been off, but it wasn’t there, either. even phaselocked one a bunch as maya and i couldn’t get it to proc. so, idk where that info came from, if someone could give a source/proof that would be awesomesauce.)
sooo what do other enemies say when phaselocked? usually… they just see blue. so nothing quite as interesting as infinity.
so wtf is up here?
im thinking the experiments hyperion performed on the lab rats are letting them see the dimension maya locks them in. i mean, tbh, i think they can see into that dimension whenever they open their eyes, but maybe maya’s phaselock makes sense of it for them. because they seem to be in indescribable agony outside of it
but the lab rats aren’t the only enemies that only react to being phaselocked
turns out the psychos only react to phaselocking, too
they also have some fun lines:
“I can see forever!”
“I’m home!”
“I’m inside… I’M INSIDE ME!”
with some other nonsense thrown in for fun
so idk, just taking a look at this, it’s clear the psychos and lab rats are seeing something that the other bandits just aren’t seeing. most reactions are demands to be released or that they’re flying, or just straight up confusion as to what’s happening.
is that the side effect of their exposure to slag/eridian tech? yeah, imma bet on it. their mind machines probably broke because they saw something they weren’t supposed to (possibly into the other dimension. the one maya phaselocks them in) without proper ‘protection’ and thus went batshit. like maybe sirens are protected from the craziness of the other dimension because they’re ‘chosen’ or whatever. iunno.
i do think it’s most interesting that the psychos seem familiar with whatever they’re seeing, calling it ‘home’ and well… themselves.
so why in the fuck am i talking about all this? because i think it ties straight into bl3.
let’s bring back lab rats and their experiments
you know how hyperion was supposedly injecting their eyes with slag? and it caused them to shoot those weird blue lasers out?
what happens to the destroyer’s eye in tps?
yeah we inject this bad boy with slag
“i only juice the eye with a little bit of slag at a time”
which ends up causing a singularity around the eye the second time you do it
“if this slag stuff is powering the laser, we need to force as much of it as we can back into the eye. the increased power will trip a failsafe and let us shut everything down”
oh, increased power? you mean like how Sirens get increased power from absorbing eridium? that kind of increased power?
we know in bl1 the Destroyer seemed to have something like slag in it- those glowing pockets on the tentacles that explode into purple goo
even its attacks are like purple liquid. which, you know… would be quite similar to slag (tho tbf, these attacks actually hurt instead of applying the debuff)
and boy does the destroyer not like it
“warning. space-time instability detected.” after injecting the eye with too much slag. but… why? it got too powerful? are its powers directly connected to the other dimension and by increasing it’s strength a bunch we created some sorta link between our dimension and the other one?
i mean given the other dimension allows for teleportation and shit, im not surprised there’s a space-time instability!
i mean we’ve all seen it do the eye laser thing, and the tentacles, and the purple goop. but causing space-time instabilities… that’s new isn’t it? kinda like how Sirens get new powers after they absorb a bunch of eridium???
so i wanna take a guess as to what the destroyer is
we know its ‘immortal in its own realm’ but when it’s taken an actual body that we can kill it, so odds are, it never actually died in bl1 OR tps. i imagine the Destroyer we see in bl1 is just a small fragment of it, and that it’s consciousness can be spread out across hosts. *EDIT: actually the lovely @automata-systemata-hydromata reminded me that you can find the destroyers brain in Helios. The other stuff I left in should be fine tho I thiiiink (thank you!).
and that, y’know, is cool and all, but what IS it??
Jack uses slag to give it a power boost, but it doesn’t seem to be happy about it when it happens. in fact, it even seems scared.
to be honest, all we know is that the eridians locked it away for some reason
idk im just spitballing here, but what if the Eridians were the creators of the destroyer? not intentionally, or maybe it was the result of one hell of a slag experiment/exposure to the other dimension/eridian tech, but we’ve seen what slag/exposure to eridian stuff does to humans… makes them go crazy, makes them start mutating. i mean, look at badass psychos. look at goliaths.
i mean shit even think about bloodwing. she goes wild, attacking the VHs and not listening to mordecai’s instructions despite their bond
she grows to a huge size and gains a whole shitload of new powers she didn’t have before. including fucking fire breath (which we’ve seen in burning psychos)

i go into all this eridium/slag mutation stuff in SO much more detail in this post here, so if you’re interested in mutations, read this!
so what if the destroyer is just one HELL of a mutated eridian/alien and it plus all the eridium was locked away forever in the other dimension to keep this from ever happening again? because god, i wouldn’t want that to ever happen again, either, and i guess locking away the eridium (you know the stuff used in all these hyperion experiments) would be their best bet at ensuring it. also maybe just… locking away anything with eridium for that long probably isn’t the best idea… maybe that’s why it’s all tentacles and death. maybe they just locked someone away in a Vault as a prison and then leaving them with all that eridium caused them to mutate wildly out of control. kinda like the FEV.
i mean we know ‘slagged psychos’ look like this
i wouldn’t be surprised if we gave them enough slag/time they’d end up mutating even worse. and the destroyer was left in the vault for hundreds of years.

we know krieg is a hyperion test subject, dr samuels confirms this (and apparently contracts insanity as well at the end of the Crawmerax DLC)
also we know some other tests going on at the WEP from the quest Doctor’s Orders:
“this vault key didn’t make eridium come outta the ground for nothing, right?”
and there’s this one very very very interesting line by Tannis at the end of the quest:
“the spread of slag poisoning” yeah call it that DUMB name tannis, im gonna call it what all the kool kids are calling it: ~Mayhem~
so… Krieg.
what’s so special about him?
well… he gives us insight into what the hell is actually going on inside the heads of some psychos.
so idk about you guys but i always took this as a poke at Maya and Krieg, but i realize now that this is talking literally just about Krieg. it’s about his body holding both sides of himself.
krieg does appear to be like lucid behind the psycho controlling his body, which, idk about you guys, but for me that plants some pretty horrible mental images of all the psychos in-game who probably have similarly exasperated people behind them who are getting murdered because they can’t control themselves anymore.
and idk i wrote this whole post about how maybe the slag experimentation is turning people into hosts for the destroyer’s consciousness and that could explain all the wacked up psychos and shit. but tbh im not gonna talk about that today
just about slag experimentation/eridium exposure. we know what it ACTUALLY does and that’s mutate the hell out of things and cause insanity.
Krieg is like… the poster child for slag experimentation/eridium exposure
soooo why does slag experimentation make people go insane? could be any number of reasons, but tbh i would bet it has to do with that other dimension somehow. because eridium isn’t a normal ‘our dimension’ element. it came out of a vault. from a different dimension. and who knows the long-term effects of that shit.
i personally had a theory that the 4th dimension had something to do with time and that only Sirens are able to harness this power, but then i have no idea how to explain angel and amara’s powers through that lense, so eh. fuck it. just seeing an upper dimension would make you go crazy anyway, so let’s not bring any time shit into this because that’s just asking for trouble.

i think that sirens are able to make sense of that other dimension. they have some sort of command of it/some sort of tie to it that allows them to not go crazy the instant they interact with it, unlike psychos. unlike lab rats. unlike Krieg. it’s like… eridium is our window into this other dimension or some shit and Sirens are (literally) able to process it, while it just fucks over anyone else who tries to interact. ~kachow i just introduced parallels~
and tbh i think we’re going to use Sirens to help cure this plague of insanity going around the universe. probably starting with Krieg. i mean, the only time he’s able to get even an iota of control is when he sees Maya. “Turn around pretty lady!!” like… that’s HUGE for him. and Maya’s a Siren. im not saying the power of love isn’t strong… but maybe the power of Sirens is stronger. i’d love if tannis helped us out with that. maya, too, if she really did learn more about sirens on athenas.
this all ties into borderlands 3 for 2 reasons:
1. Mayhem being both the tagline for this game and Krieg the Psycho’s DLC pack is not a coincidence
2. The calypso twins are going to be using slag to both brainwash people into becoming cultists and give them special powers

so what i think is going down: anyone who’s not already insane is sorta ‘baptized’ as their entrance into this cult in the big ol slagfall. maybe the twins have a way to induce slagged cultists so they can have elemental affinities. not sure about that.

the twins are using slag to drive people insane (turning them into psychos) as a form of brainwashing to force people to join their cult.
so that’s the special powers and the free brainwashing and the slagfalls down.
let’s talk about why exactly we’re seeing enemies drop bars of refined eridium even though hyperion stopped making them. because the twins are making it!! it makes sense why there’s no slag guns still, even if it still exists in-universe: of course no manufacturer is going to contact an insane bandit cult just to get their hands on slag for their guns.
there was a 7 year dry spell of eridium production so there was no slag to go around, so companies started phasing it out of their guns and replacing it with nuclear.
but the twins have recently started production again. they’re obviously not using it in their guns, or selling it to other manufacturers. so wtf are they using it for? it’s gotta be important, it’s holy holy holy.
special powers and brainwashing!
and the refined eridium is back in circulation, so enemies are still dropping it. see? solution acquired.
as for psycho-ness spreading across the universe? it makes sense. not only are the twins using their slag to brainwash people and turn them into psycho cultists, but people are also being mutated by the eridian ruins/vault keys/vaults on the other planets and being driven insane. This craziness is quite literally Mayhem.
Mayhem is coming, indeed!
now let us talk about what the fucccck gearbox is doing with all that Mayhem stuff in the trailers and shit.
sooo WE are the cult surrounding this game. as the fan base.
do u think it was coincidence that they made ‘ECHOnet’ Streamers the leaders of their big bad cult and then also immediately introduced, in real life, the Twitch ECHOcast extension and invited a bunch of streamers to play their demo? they knew exactly what they were doing. Giving away a free cultist psycho mask to everyone who preorders a console copy of the game? that’s intentional. everyone who preorders the game gets a ‘gold weapon skin pack’? yeah! you know what gold weapons represent in-universe? higher standing in the cult!! gearbox is making commentary on how we are all just like the cultists!

in all seriousness, i think the game is going to focus a lot on the relationships we have with the people we care about- our found family, our romantic interests, our friendships- and that’s being expressed through the roses.
i think that’s why all the characters are shown in the roses on the cover art. why the roses are so prominent in the So Happy Together trailer. why Zane is sitting at a bar with a rose between himself and his clone (as a joke, but still, it’s the intent).
red roses are, like, the most obvious way to show your affection to someone. and we know the bl3 Vault Hunters are going to find family in each other in this game. that we’re going to watch the calypso twins’ relationship become warped as the game goes on. hell, we’re probably even going to have a whole plot about tina and mordy (and talon) and brick being a small family together, and maya and ava being one as well. plus ellie and vaughn have gotten together since commander lilith. shit, guys, even claptrap is building himself a girlfriend.
this game’s about love, guys.
anyway i have been working on this since 1:30am. it’s currently 6:06am. i am very tired and very wired and those never mesh well. im gonna go eat some motherfuckin pizza.

Info on the mechs

I did a thing with info on sg!Wheeljack over on main (ask-drunk-wheeljack), but I figured I’d move some info over here, and I’ll do a thing for Ratchet as well. The really messed up stuff is under the cut since some of this content is very dark; I’ll have the darker stuff at the end so that you can read the basics without having to read the dark/nasty stuff if you’d not like to.

Wheeljack:
Wheeljack grew up quite well off. His creators took decent care of him, albeit distantly. He was never given very much emotional closeness, which caused him to be a very emotionally distant individual himself. He still has a decent relationship with them, but they know very little about what he does.
He wasn’t always awful. He was betrayed by someone who he considered a brother, being told he was “too soft for the cause”. He vowed with all of his spark to never be too soft for the cause again.
He is a hitman and deals some drugs on the side, as well as selling parts from his victims. He does a bit of science on the side.
He has been to medical school and has a medical degree
He will play your mind, either for fun or to get information about his next victim. If he’s playing for fun, you’re screwed. Because if you become wise to his twisted game, you join his victims in the scrap heap.
His methods of killing are varied, but normally he befriends the victim and asks them to come over. Usually he’ll play a bit before he finishes them (he has a torture room in his base of operation, Ratchet runs a torture room in the basement), but if he’s pressed for time he usually tears out their vocalizer and tears out their spark. Everything else is Ratchet’s doing.
He met Ratchet during his time selling spare parts from his victims. They hit it off pretty well and started “dating”. Basically, they were business partners who interfaced and recharged together.
He is conjunx with Ratchet, but has no real ties to him. he likes him well enough but often pursues (one sided) relationships with others. Not out of love, but because he can.
He and Ratchet can hardly be considered “lovers”. They merely have an unwritten contract that they don’t turn each other in, ever, nor do they kill each other. They bail each other out, but at a great cost. They are fairly regularly experimenting on each other while the other is in recharge. They don’t have to trust each other; they know full well what’s happening but revel in each other’s sickness.
He gives off a warm aura, which causes people to trust him. Since he makes so much money in his business, he has the money to buy them drinks or spot them when needed.
His voice is deep from his chest, warm, and has a very hypnotic quality to it. If he’s particularly determined to gain someone’s trust, he’ll speak more slowly and smoothly, which can often send his victims into a bit of a trance.
He thrives off of having power over others. Some of why he loves his job so much.
Ratchet:
Ratchet had a far worse background than Wheeljack. His parents sold him to an institution when he was the human equivalent of 10 years old or so, when the Autobot regime banned having more than two sparklings per couple unless they were given up to the cause. They were short on money and he was the child that gave them the most trouble. Little did they know that this “trouble” was what would lead him to be the greatest and worst doctor of the cause.
Ratchet was experimented on by medics and scientists: he was starved, then overfed, a few organs were replaced with stronger ones to see if it would make him grow faster, he was given high grade, and then nearly raw, dirty energon. He was in constant, excruciating pain.
He managed to escape by sheer chance. he sneaked out and ran for his life. By this point he was the equivalent of an older teenager.
He met Wheeljack and after teaming up with him, was able to take the time to become a medic. During his time in medical school, he took notes of the darker side of medicine
He proposed to Wheeljack that he take Wheeljack’s victims and... run some tests. just a few tests.
He now runs a whole operation in their location’s basement, experimenting on captives and making great medical advancements. He has been essential to the cause with his discoveries.
General stuff:
Their location is unknown to even superior Autobot officers. Wheeljack frequently trades intel for cloaking devices that he supercharges. They are in one of the most secret of locations known on Cybertron.
Their home looks completely normal when you walk in. You’d never guess a thing.
They have an untraceable ground bridge that opens right inside their home. They’ve programmed their ground bridge to use codes for coordinates rather than numbers, which means even if someone were to see the ground bridge log, they would never understand what they were looking at.
They are both equipped with devices that scramble their signals, which makes their unique energy signatures unidentifiable when they are out and about in risky situations. It takes significant energon to shield them like that though, and it’s only really used in con territory. Ratchet doesn’t show up as any unique signature due to his use of synthen, but the sythen shows up on some sensors, which means he’s instantly identifiable.
Both have normal day jobs: Wheeljack is a scientist, Ratchet is a medic
it shields their operations by looking like completely normal citizens.

Wheeljack and Ratchet, as mentioned before, can hardly be considered lovers. They have made a habit of opening each other up and taking innermost energon from each other’s sparks. It’s an experiment they are both running, to see who can obtain complete control of the other first.
Wheeljack’s favorite method of torture is tearing plating from mesh. He starts with basic plating, then moves to more vital plating, such as that which covers the spark chamber. He may even take out and play with the individual’s spark.
He likes teasing in wires to see if there’s any sensors that might do something. for science, amirite...?
Ratchet enjoys taking out his victim’s spark and rewriting information on their drives, and asking them about their past life. He loves to watch them strain to remember loved ones and memories that he’s blurred through rewriting their drives.
This has lead to the wiping of drives from criminal bots and rewiring them to only serve the cause. And that folks is how Wheeljack and Ratchet double handedly abolished Cybertron’s Autobot prisons.
While both dabble in synthen, Ratchet fuels himself entirely on synthen. It takes away any fear or sympathy he has left in his spark, and he keeps himself that way. Not that he had much to begin with.
Wheeljack and Ratchet, when appearing before the Autobot high council, act as if they are a perfect couple. They will frequently hold each other’s servos at events, hug, kiss, and even lean on each other once in a while. They are portrayed as the model couple.
At home however... they frequently degrade each other, yell at each other, and even hit each other.

Interfacing is very one sided for them. They are constantly struggling to control each other in the act.
Wheeljack’s torture room is full of tools that go from torture weapons to kink toys in seconds.

Noncon is very common for both of them. Wheeljack has had all of his motor systems disabled before, while fully aware, while Ratchet uses him for pleasure. Wheeljack’s favorite way to force Ratchet is to keep him in forced recharge while he has his ways.
They both enjoy wound fucking. End of story
Ratchet collects spikes and valves from his victims and preserves them to use as toys (my friend came up with this)
E-stim is very common between them, as is heavy bondage. There is also a lot of master/slave play between them.
Ratchet enjoys tying Wheeljack up and shoving obscenely large or foreign objects into Wheeljack’s valve.The largest thing he’s ever managed is two servos at once. His valve tore very badly after that one.
Both get off on their victims begging them to stop hurting them. They often interface with their victims, sometimes as they dismember them. Wheeljack usually forces the victim to give him oral pleasure (since he absolutely loves oral pleasure) and Ratchet usually fucks their valve.
Wheeljack is the more likely of the two to bring home someone else to interface with, since Ratchet can usually get what he wants from his experiments. However, if one of them brings home someone to frag with, a threesome or being watched by the other is guaranteed. Especially if Wheeljack brings home the individual in question. He gets off on being eaten out or sucked off while Ratchet pounds their valve.

Part of me wants to return to twitter once I'm better mentally but another part of me sees myself thriving without it, even knowing I'm inadvertently cutting off people again, but feeling as though I'm in a better place when I don't feel as if I'm obligated to care about everything or every drama equally.
Like, yeah, some things are bad. But when the person apologizes and you still hold it against them, that's no longer on them right?
I can't agree with all actions I've seen brought to light, but whereas tumblr has collectively let go and decided that being locked up should allow them to indulge a little, twitter has locked itself in another prison, one of its own creation. Where no one is innocent and every action or misstep or crime is equal. Even those that didn't happen.
I've seen people try to cancel others for things that are easily proven false. For a short time fucking pyrocynical was being cancelled because, assumingly, someone got bored. I've seen people claim markiplier is racist and homophobic, but when asked to provide any proof stopped responding at all despite their insistence on having it.
People decided that in a time where everyone is stressed and overworked, they'd start tearing anyone who provided comfort in any way down to shreds. There are people who deserve that - actual pedophiles, abusers, generally disgusting people - who are just lumped in with people who maybe said a slur once and apologized or didn't realize their fandom might cause issues.
And if you don't care about all issues equally, you're seen as horrible, but no one has the energy for that, especially not now.
I've personally seen it. I felt I would be a bad person and a bad friend if I didn't tell everyone every little thing their favorite creators did wrong. But at the same time, I felt like I was being a dick for ruining it for them. Over something fairly small. Something I had every right to forgive.
When I went off my medication (for unrelated reasons) it was hell. I had 2, almost 3 panic attacks in one day and had to take medication to make it stop, even when it started back up soon after, just because I saw drama about some youtubers my friends liked and I felt that no matter what I did with the info, tell them or not, I was a horrible person. And it didn't stop.
So I begged for people not to post about it. Maybe that's unreasonable, but I wasn't exactly in a good mental state. All I could think of was trying to force it away and to make it stop. But no one seemed to listen. No one seemed to see or care about my clear panic attack. About my pleas.
Even when I asked people to tag it, so I didn't have to see it, for my own wellbeing, no one listened. No one even showed they saw it. And eventually? I left. I couldn't take it. It was wearing me down and the more I stayed the worse I got. I wasn't going back to my mental state from 4 years ago. I couldn't. Not again.
But I'm on the road to recovery. I'm starting a new medication. But the question is, do I even want to go back? Will it benefit me at all?
...Did anyone even notice I left?

The Daleks- Beginnings of the Never-Ending Villains
This serial is almost as important as An Unearthly Child. In terms of iconography, Doctor Who is nothing without the Daleks. I still remember the first time I’d had Christmas at my dad’s house since becoming a Whovian and asking him if I could change the channel to BBCA for that year’s special. When I explained the show to him, he told me about vague memories about how his dad would watch it on PBS sometimes way back when. He didn’t remember much except for a guy in a long scarf, a “blue phone booth,” and monster robots with sticky-outy eyes and “lightbulbs” all over. Regardless of how you may feel about their constant presence, this story introduces one of the most influential villains in sci-fi history. It’s also the first classic serial to begin to find the tone of the show we know today.
Synopsis: Our heroes leave the TARDIS to find themselves in a dead forest of petrified trees and metal animals and a seemingly abandoned city in the distance. The Doctor wants to investigate the city, but everyone else wants to just fly off and abandon the whole creepy scene, so as a compromise they take a big tour of the TARDIS and discover the wonders of what the 60s thought was futuristic alien technology. There’s a knock on the TARDIS door and a mysterious box full of strange vials, and that’s enough to freak out all three companions and they beg the Doctor to fly them away. As he starts up the engine, however, he reaches under the console and rips out a piece of the TARDIS. He pretends that the piece is busted and that the only way to repair it is to go into the city. They arrive in the city and Barbara and Ian split up to investigate the central building. The first episode ends with the iconic POV shot of Barbara, cornered in a dead end hallway screaming her lungs out as some unseen monster with a plunger slowly encroaches.
The rest of the crew go looking for Barbara only to find a lab with a Geiger counter that’s off the charts. Once the Doctor realizes the danger, he admits he has the “broken” piece of the TARDIS and that they can actually just leave as soon as they grab Barbara. As they head out of the lab, however, they’re captured by the monsters that got Barbara and the four are reunited in a cell. The Doctor is brought to the monsters, called Daleks, who think he is part of another native race called the Thals. The Daleks explain that the Thals are hideous mutated monsters that are the result of a nuclear war between the two races generations ago. The Thals have been in hiding for decades but have recently emerged, so the Daleks assume they’ve got an anti-radiation drug. The Daleks want the drug for themselves, thinking that they must need to be cured of the radiation as well. The Doctor assumes that must be what the mysterious vials were so they let him send Susan to the TARDIS alone because everyone else is too sick to move. Susan makes it to the TARDIS and is stopped by a Thal, a hunky Aryan-looking man rather than the expected hideous mutants, and they get a plan to negotiate peace with the Daleks together before she heads back. Everyone feels much better after taking the drugs, and Susan works with the Daleks in an attempt to create peace. However, the peace talk is all a trap by the Daleks to finally exterminate the Thals, and the TARDIS crew manage to escape the city with the survivors of the ensuing ambush.
The Doctor and Co. plan to just bail and let the Thals and Daleks kill each other, but a problem arises- The Doctor actually forgot the piece he ripped out of the TARDIS back in the now heavily guarded city! Pressed for ideas, Ian and the Doctor go full-on Braveheart and incite the peaceful Thals to start a war just so they can make it back to the city for the piece. The plan works out though, because the Daleks have learned that they’ve evolved to need radiation to survive and that they’ll need to drop another neutron bomb to boost the dropping radiation levels. The Thals, Ian, and Barbara spend what feels like a million years crawling through caves to get through the mountains surrounding part of the city while the Doctor and Susan distract the Daleks and knock out their security. Having earlier discovered that the shells the Daleks ride around are powered by static electricity (ah, when static electricity was considered powerful tech), the Thals and our four heroes break into the building and wreak havoc. They basically murder all the Daleks and head back to the TARDIS. Barbara had a fling with one of the Thals during the 7-million hours of cave crawling (if you pay attention during the episode, at one point she starts wearing Thal pants and they even carry over to the next serial) and has a very steamy goodbye with him before they all head into the TARDIS. The Doctor replaces the piece he ripped out and the crew sets off on their next adventure!

•First episode written by Terry Nation. Though this isn’t his only claim to Doctor Who fame, this is by far his biggest. The Daleks were his creation and were actually his copyrighted property, which led to a lot of interesting production issues down the road.
•First episode directed by Christopher Barry, who would work on Doctor Who until 1979.
Opinion: The parts of this story that aren’t set in caves are some of my favorite Classic Who moments. Not only does this episode introduce the Daleks as scary (albeit easily defeated) monsters, but it provides a compelling tale of good vs. evil that’s still being fought now over 50 years later. The parts that do take place are just plain dull. When I watch this and I’m not doing a review for a blog I actually skip about two and a half episodes’ worth of spelunking. It’s repetitive, dreary, and there’s no way that’s the proper way to go diving in caves. Given that this was made in the late 60s when WWII was still very relevant and people were developing and threatening each other with nukes seemingly on the daily, there was a lot of very un-subtle discussion about war and pacifism vs. aggression that really go anywhere because I’m not sure Nation knew where he wanted to go with it. It may be a result of this confused narrative, or the fact that we don’t know who the characters are yet, that lead to my one big takeaway from this serial. It’s the same thing I took away from the episodes before: the Doctor is violent and selfish in a way he never is again. For god’s sake, he turned an entire race of pacifist farmers into professional Dalek-killers so they can fix their ride! He’s got a lot of ways to go before he really becomes the Doctor we know now.
Favorite Trivia: While Terry Nation was the creator of the Daleks from the writing side of things, the design of the creatures was almost done by a then-unknown guy named Ridley Scott. The same Ridley Scott that would go on to create Alien and Blade Runner. Imagine how much more terrifying the Daleks would have been if he’d had a hand in them!

Your favorite hemp brands and companies may go missing from Facebook! However, can Facebook really be used as a place to obtain honest unbiased information anymore? It would seem if you have a differing opinion you better not say it, less you risk your social media, payment processors and entire existence online be taken from you.
Youtubers of all shapes and sizes have been falling risk to censorship lately. Since the recent deplatforming of TheRalphRetort (now located at stream.me) and their #1 late night show the #Killstream, twitter has been a mess of deep dives and deletion with the assumption that only one side would face censorship, but as we all knew would happen, that isn't the case. Now creators like MumkeyJones have been removed from the platform for his dark humor surrounding killer Elliot Rodger, which leaves creators questioning how can someone just delete history? Mumkey had two channels deleted from the platform, the final nail in his coffin being a private, never before seen video.This leaves many with concerns and nowhere to place them. What is grounds for censorship? How can we prevent ourselves from being completely deleted across social media platforms simply for disagreeing with or posing an opposing opinion of someone with a bigger voice?
It's been said as a private platform, Youtube can do whatever they'd like.in terms of censorship. However if Google runs the ads all across the internet, how would their censorship be considered a fair practice under federal law? It's been said "if you don't like it, create your own platform."
Okay, even if the mass of the internet came together to collect the funds needed to host the space needed for an unlimited upload platform, it doesn't automatically compare. For example, creators don't get seen unless you already know about them and businesses have no one else to advertise to.
The best way to explain this concept is to imagine Youtube as an island. If you don't like the rules of their island, you can leave and buy your own island.
Okay, but islands are expensive and even if I buy my own island, I'm still alone on my island. I don't need an island, I just want a banner on that island because all of the people are already on that island. If you burn my banner and kick me off the island, that isn't fair, because I can't talk to those people on that island... even if they want to hear me.

They knew it was only time before it would begin happening to others but luckily, people have begun to notice the island starting itself on fire.

If you are a hardworking, lab tested CBD hemp provider they will allow you a chance to sell with their platform with proper lab testing, which can be rather lucrative, which is why they're often partnered and silenced first. Platforms find concern with businesses that stand for free speech, especially those as connected with as many influencers, celebrities, and businesses as Natural Healthy. That said, now that their facebook and their brand Hemperpedic's facebook has been deleted along with their main instagram, which means it's about to happen to all of us again.

Because government is the antithesis to freedom, industrial hemp has been banned nationwide since 1937 ostensibly due to the plant’s similarities to marijuana. Many have speculated that this move was also due to the fact that cannabis is in direct competition with the pharmaceutical industry by providing far safer alternative treatments as wel. However, all this changed this month after President Donald Trump signed the Agriculture Improvement act of 2018, legalizing industrial hemp on a national scale.
Industrial hemp is once again legal in all 50 states but its legalization has set off a new disturbing trend. In a move that appears to be a give away to big pharma, Facebook has begun banning hemp pages.
Just as the farm bill was passed by the House and Senate earlier this month, the page for hemp grower “Franny’s Farmacy” was banned.
“We had that up for about the first month, got a few thousand followers, it was great, it was really driving sales, then it disappeared,” co-owner Franny Tacy said.
The reason Facebook gave them for banning their hemp page was utterly bogus too. The social media giant claimed that Franny was “Promoting the sale of prescription pharmaceuticals.”
“Being an ex-pharmaceutical rep, there is no way we posted anything that violates Facebook’s terms of service,” says Tacy. “We make no claims, we make no recommendations … but we do use the words hemp and CBD and those seem to be becoming trigger words as well.”
Days after being banned, Franny started a new page which began amassing new followers, but after just four days, it was taken down too. This time, Facebook accused Franny and Jeff Tacy of “encouraging drug use.” They sell no drugs whatsoever.
But Franny’s hemp page was not the only victim to Facebook’s give away to the pharmaceutical industry in the name of suppressing the legal sale of hemp. This week, the page for the Carolina Hemp Company was also unpublished. they were given the exact same reason: “promoting the sale of prescription pharmaceuticals.”
Page admin Brian Bullman noted that they have never made any claims which could be interpreted as such. What’s more is the fact that they are a hemp company — not a pharmaceutical company — and they sell no pharmaceuticals at all.
“The stated reason should be of concern,” Bullman wrote. “Our curators do an exceptional job of making sure our content is clean and void of claims. CHC also tends to sell mostly non-isolate products not only due to the superior performance, but also to avoid the possibility of infringing on a pharmaceutical model under the current unfolding conditions as stated by the FDA’S non-binding statement/interpretation.”
Highlighting the sheer insanity of Facebook’s bogus claims is the fact that pages like Pfizer — who actually do promote the use of dangerous pharmaceuticals — are still thriving. For those who may be unaware, Pfizer is the company behind the drug Chantix (prescribed to people to quit smoking) which has been shown by the FDA to have caused thousands of serious injuries and dozens of deaths. Meanwhile, no one in the history of cannabis has ever died from its use.
But Pfizer’s ability to promote deadly drugs on Facebook’s platform — while those who promote hemp are banned — should come as no surprise to those who have been paying attention. As TFTP reported in October, after we were banned, Facebook joined with the Atlantic Council which is directly funded and made up of groups tied to the pharmaceutical industry as well as the military industrial complex, and even government itself.
In fact, Pfizer’s Director for Advocacy and Professional Relations, Mia Masten, is a member.
As Facebook continues to crackdown on folks who promote peace, healthy lifestyles, and sustainable alternatives to deadly medicines, they are showing their true colors — as well as their true masters. To those who don’t know how deep the Atlantic Council’s tentacles reach into all things tyranny, war, and corporatocracy, below is an eye opening short video that explains it.
As TFTP previously reported, in May, after Americans were successfully whipped into a tizzy of Russian hacking and meddling, along with the fake news hysteria, the Americans begging for censorship craze came to a head when Facebook partnered with the Atlantic Council.
Facebook announced that it partnered with the arm of the council, known as the Digital Forensic Research Lab that was brought on to help the social media behemoth with “real-time insights and updates on emerging threats and disinformation campaigns from around the world.”
Apparently, Free Thought Project was one of those threats and now the hemp industry is too.
Facebook partnered with the Atlantic Council, so what, right? They can do whatever they want and hire outside third parties to help them police the platform they own, right? Yes, this is correct. However, the Atlantic Council is funded by government which makes this move especially insidious.
The Atlantic Council is the group that NATO uses to whitewash wars and foster hatred toward Russia, which in turn allows them to continue to justify themselves. It’s funded by arms manufacturers like Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, and Boeing. It is also funded by billionaire oligarchs like the Ukraine’s Victor Pinchuk and Saudi billionaire Bahaa Hariri.
The list goes on. The highly unethical HSBC group — who has been caught numerous times laundering money for cartels and terrorists — is listed as one of their top donors. They are also funded by the pharmaceutical industry, Google, the United States, the US Army, and the Airforce.
The “think tank” Facebook partnered with to make decisions on who they censor is directly funded by multiple state actors — including the United States — which voids any and all claims that Facebook is a wholly “private actor.”

The Atlantic Council wields massive influence over mainstream media too, which is why when this partnership was announced, no one in the mainstream press pointed it out as the Orwellian idea that it is. Instead, headlines such as “US think tank’s tiny lab helps Facebook battle fake social media(Reuters)” and “Facebook partners with Atlantic Council to improve election security (The Hill)” were put out to spin the fact that a NATO propaganda arm is now censoring the information Americans see on Facebook.
They have even been caught engaging in the creation of actual fake news and no one in the mainstream has called them out on it.
As Bryan MacDonald so aptly noted, some of the stuff the Atlantic Council itself gets away with serves to show its power over the mainstream media. For instance, when Ben Nimmo, a one-time NATO press officer, and Atlantic Council board member, himself ludicrously insisted grammar mistakes were “proof” that social media users critical of NATO were paid Kremlin trolls, and later when he smeared a British man by labeling him a Russian bot, the popular press didn’t bother to question whether he was a fit and proper person for Facebook to engage as a censor. Even after the victim appeared on Sky News to prove he was a real person. Thus, what should have been a warning of the dangers of DFR Lab was essentially ignored.
At the time, Nimmo, instead of apologizing, wrote “interesting to see the real face of Ian56789, rather than the David Gandy one, at last (referring to his Twitter avatar). Not a troll factory account. Rather, a pro-Kremlin troll(definition based on [sic&91; use of someone else’s picture, systematic use of Kremlin narratives, and repetitive abusive behaviour),”
WikiLeaks was the sole voice of reason, and challenged the lobbyist. “You literally produced, with money from weapons companies and dictatorships, a fake news story that spread all over the world, defaming a very British retiree, who wants to reduce arms company profits, as a Kremlin bot,” they wrote. “So who’s the paid troll?”

This is the group Facebook is now taking direction from in regard to who is allowed to post information on their platform. The Atlantic Council has been proven to create fake news to slander people who have an antiwar stance in an effort to keep their pro-war weapons companies in the black. It is utter insanity. However, in today’s information war, it is to be expected.
However, unless we fight back in the form of sharing information deemed “wrong think” by the censors, this problem will only continue to get worse. We must continue to alert our fellow humans to this censorship before it becomes the norm. We must use this recent purge as our Streisand moment and turn this massive and blatant act of censorship around as a tool to expose the tyrants behind it.
So we pose the question to you... are you scared yet? Is it time to work together? Hemp Hookahzzz and CBDinstead think so. They've used this opportunity to show what the community is made of by joining Natural Healthy to spread the news to their fellow hemp accounts. Now THAT is what the media should be made of!
