it's okay to be a burden, actually. Existence bears weight, and that's okay.

you're not gonna get anywhere good by trying to not be a burden. The thought process of 'i dont want to be a bother' is not at all healthy, and is definitely not helping you.

you aren't supposed to have to compress yourself to keep others happy/comfortable. we're made to need support, and that's okay.

today when i got home from work i beheld a most gorgeous giant house spider huddled in a corner in my building's lobby, and immediately threw down everything i was holding to gently cup it in mine hands and release it outside in the bushes

OH TO HOLD SUCH A MAGNIFICENT BEASTIE.... its beautiful browns and blacks and dark streaks and little curious eyes glittering up at me. truly a creature deserving of all my love and respect!!
