I feel like the easiest person to polyship with Sonia and Gundham is Hajime; I feel like that ship would genuinely be easy as breathing. But for the sake of the fact that I like Sonia and Akane together, I have to think about how a Sonia/Akane/Gundham polyship would work, as far as the Akane/Gundham leg. (Obviously, it could just be Sonia poly for both of them without anything between Akane and Gundham, but I have a personal fondness for an equilateral triangle.)
So, Akane and Gundham both have a particular history with food, and specifically its availability and palatability, so they can both get excited about good food.
They also both have an extremely fraught relationship with touch, which they have essentially opposite reactions to, but they're the same in that their own preferences are at odds with their self-image and it's their self-image that informs how they approach the matter of physical contact.
They're both passionate in confrontations, they both think highly of their battle prowess, and they're both observant.
The main obstacle is that, while Sonia is willing to commit to Gundham's bit, Akane might at times either be unwilling to commit to the bit (like after case 4 in SDR2) or just not get the bit in the first place. But if anything I think that has the potential for some really cute moments.
Gundham: Will the Lady of Darkness and the Lady of Bloodstained Fields prove amenable to a pilgrimage on the rocky shores?
Sonia: A walk on the beach? What do you think, Akane?
Akane: Am I the 'bloodstained' one?
Gundham: (blushing, hiding in scarf) Yes.
Akane: Sweet! Sure, I'll go.
Also, the hamsters would love her. I could see her doing her battle-ready face with all the Devas on her arms with glowing red eyes.

Do the rest of the DR 2 gang get implemented into the poly-platonic-romantic-but-mostly-platonic relationship after they wake up or is it a survivors only relationship? I think it ends up being a complex melting pot of various types of relationships, some intersect and some don't, they kinda just go with whatever and dont explain themselves to anyone
Tbh I love the idea that like. IN THE FUTURE. They start out maybe bunking 2-and-2 together on the ship, 2 beds per room, but as time goes on boundaries just kinda go poof and eventually it's less "I sleep in my bed" and more "I sleep in whatever bed still has room that I wanna sleep in". Some people are more strict about their space (Peko, Fuyuhiko, Gundham, Mahiru, Ryota fx) and some people just do whatever they feel like (Ibuki, Nekomaru, Akane, Sonia, maybe Teru if he fuckin behaves). Giant floating household of Very Close Ex-Villains.
Who needs socially mandated boundaries when you're outcasts being hunted by the government in a post-apocalyptic society where you're the ONLY people who understand each other (given that everyone else thinks you're super evil)?
But the Survivin' Five always have that special bond between them <3

i like it as a ship, i don’t mind it at all! one of my FAVE trial moments is in trial 3 when gundham gets confused about the uhhhhhhhibuki’s body thing and chiaki is like “oh you want me to explain it to you right? because you dont understand what im saying right? :o” and gundham says “an even bigger jerk?! IMPOSSIBLE!!! >:(” and then he continues to speak gibberish @ her while she’s trying to explain it, their own mini rebuttal showdown lmao AND THEN hajime has to consent with sonia’s statement to prove that chiaki is right before he just rebuttal showdowns with hajime (”’does that mean you have a rebuttal?’... hmph, thats a good line.”) omg i love him :’)
uh anyways there’s also that little part in chapter one where chiaki helps look under the lodge with him. “oh these two are silly :)” was one of my first thoughts when i was getting through sdr2 for the first time
she also has that thing with thinking animals are wierd/they make her uncomfortable SOOO gundham would be The Guy for her to talk to about getting more comfortable with them (like how in her third fte her and hajime go to the ranch and she pets the cow AND like with pekos first fte hajime suggests she go talk to gundham about her own problem with animals RAISES BROWS)

i like most of the girls i think. because im normal. But!! i do especially like (in no specific order) sakura, chihiro, kyoko, celeste, hajime (+ izuru. very much), chiaki, gundham, peko, kaede, shuichi (so very much.) and gonta :))
fav ships:
so i dont really ship too aggressively but i do have opinions !! i do believe polyamory solves everything. so. assume i enjoy poly ships that may not be listed also keep in mind a good handful of these cld be very strong platonic bonds
im a fan of sakura/aoi, mondo/taka(/chihiro), toko/komaru, peko/fuyuhiko (very much as a qpr), komaeda/hajime/chiaki, nekomaru/akane (again as a qpr), shuichi/kaede, (shuichi/)kaito/maki, kiibo/miu, along with the general friendship of. i think almost literally everyone let them be happy

2. a compelling argument for why your fave would never top or bottom:
Hmm so I’m a “Switch rights” type person (and if there’s strictly bottom/top dynamics in my head… I usually have one au where it’s reversed). All that being said I need more Nie Mingjue bottom in my life. Like yes he’s muscular, tall, and badass- which is why I want to see him whimpering in pleasure!! I want him absolutely brains f’d out!!!
Bonus of this topic (not the same cause dom and sun doesn’t equal top and bottom but conversation adjacent) is I can’t see Gundham’s first time having sex being dominant in any way. He tries- no doubt- but he needs to be ordered around in what to do. However, if the fic/art is about an established relationship in which Gundham and whomever his partner has had sex several times then him being dominant is fine.
23. Ship I’ve unwillingly come around to:
Komahina I keep having flip flop opinions on. First I didn’t care for it (before I played sdr2), started to like it while I played, didn’t care for it when I saw the fandom, was neutral on it, now my QPP loves it so I’m back for it. I perfer poly dynamics (Chiaki/Nagito/Hajime my beloved) for them but I can enjoy a decent Komahina fic. I’ve also always liked the art (artists are so fucking talented god damn).
Something I was more unwilling was ?? Maybe Fengqing. I don’t hate it but to me it has little appeal without Xie Lian in the middle of it. I also didn’t like Soapies at first but then I revisited and went “aw wait. That’s cute af”

- oh my god
- literally daydream about this so much
- i don't think there's really a " middle " like there is most poly ships
- like how you know you ship gundham x sonia x soda with sonia being the center of the relationship
- that's not the case here
- love is very equally shared
-particularly, by kokichi
- he's very adamant about showing how much he cares about both of his partners
- after him, you're probably the one who shows he second most amount of love and affection for your partners
- with poor shy shuichi being last
- but that doesn't mean he doesn't love you any less
- he's just very shy and bad with words
- kokichi is the biggest extrovert in the group and you two often follow along with him
- but you and shuichi keep him in line most of the time
- sometimes, though, shuichi has to come get you
- it's pretty easy for kokichi to corrupt you to do fun things with him, because he's fun to follow around
- and shuichi has to be there as the voice of reasoning
- shuichi doesn't follow along most of the time, and would much rather watch you two be chaotic
- or pulling you two back and making sure that you don't do something / that / stupid again when it's a particularly dangerous thing that kokichi and you are doing
- you do a really good job at switching between chaotic with kokichi and soft with shuichi
- i think shuichi would be very romantic with both of you
- and would try his very hardest to show his feelings to both of you
- kisses are very difficult in this relationship omg
- because if you kiss shuichi, you have to kiss kokichi
- and then kokichi and shuichi have to kiss, because that's not fair that you get kokichi's kiss and shuichi doesn't
- you three can spend hours just sitting there kissing each other let's be honest
- shuichi really likes holding hands, and kokichi is a cuddler, so if you three have a big enough bed ( you're going to need a big bed )
- then usually kokichi is cuddled up to either you or shuichi while you and your other wonderful boyfriend are snuggled together
- sometimes kokichi needs to be in the middle tho and he will wait until 03am to get up in the dead ass of night and squeeze in between you
- honestly both you and shuichi don't even wake up anymore and just embrace your cute little gremlin
- also, shuichi is a cat person, and kokichi is definitely a dog person
- so expect to either be the tie breaker between the two of them
- or you'll just get both pets :D

yeah, no, i don’t know either.
halloooo !! i’m pluto and this is my writing blog :D
my pronouns are mocha/mochas, star/stars, and he/him! i am underage. i’m mlm and occasionally reclaim f4gg0t, but not frequently!

Hey guys I’ve popped this question before but I’d really like to ask again with some choices
Would you like Hajime and or Izuru to date someone?
I’d love to hear your opinions! Our boys deserve some love but they don’t NEED it so if you don’t want them to date just say it.
These are the characters I have in mind for them to date. They apply to both of our boys and I’m giving rare pairs chances
Characters possible for ships:
Nagito - in case anyone wants popular ships or just really appreciates this ship (like me lol but I love others too don’t worry I’m naming more)
Mikan - she deserves some proper love but it’s also possible you think she should go for boys less traumatized or dislike the ship in general no problem!
Gundham - he has epic interactions along with some extremely cute ones with Hajime but Izuru can certainly work with him as well
Nekomaru - DIDNT SEE THAT COMING DID’YA. It has a lot of potential and figured I’d put it out as an option cause it’s pretty cute
Kazuichi - Hes actually a good guy once you get past the Sonia obsession and it is possible he can stop being creepy with her and get someone actually like him
Sonia - I just think she’d be a nice person for them to be with
And finally... ugh
Chiaki - I have no problems with this ship but just the people who get involved can be the best people I’ve met or pretty toxic and I’m pretty drained from the people demanding her be waifu but I also can’t deny she has a lot of potential with the two boys
When a character is chosen as the ship, Hajime will be dating them while with Izuru it isn’t official but they sure as hell may as well be is how they’ll appear because Izuru still has some emotional problems but is actually a good person here
To vote just type in Hajime - (ship character) and or Izuru - (ship character). If no ships just put Hajime - None
Hajime and Izuru won’t date the same person because I suck at writing poly ships (though to anyone in poly relationships go be you people I just suck at writing them) also Hajime and Izuru still need a serious talk before they even be in the same friend group

Hey mod, I don't follow this blog ever since it started so maybe that's i don't get it but, why is the Hajime harem a thing? It feels really unnecessary to me and i really don't understand why it's there. It kinda makes it seem like all the girl will eventually develop a crush on him and that kinda just makes me 😐😐😐😐😐 (Sorry if i sound dumb here is just that harems in general just make me really uncomfortable and i find them to be kinda gross)
//You’re not dumb, don’t say that about yourself. It’s understandable if you haven’t seen things since the beginning, and I agree that a lot of depictions of harems in anime are pretty eh. A lot of anons use the term, but really, what I wanted to write isn’t a harem in the traditional sense.
