As we are now in the month of March and spring is just around the corner,, we are nearing a special special date: OUR BELOVED YUUJI'S BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!!!! 🥳🥳🥳

As I've previously already posted,, @27_mswi on twt/x and ig is hosting another birthday celebration event in the Philippines called HANATORA: A Spring With Yuu (her official post on twt/x)

and because I love love loveeeee Yuuji!!!!! I wrote an interactive fic!!! since the first part was already psoted on @27_mswi's twt and the poll is already done,,, I will instead post just the text here and also the results of the poll,, don't worry tho!!! the next part is soon to come so you can just vote for how you want the story to continue there ;)

The rays of the midday sun seep into a familiar room’s willowy curtains, gently hitting the chiming phone atop the desk near the windows.

—multiple message notifications pop up on the lock screen under the name “sakiii”.

A hand quickly grabs the device and deft fingers immediately swipe at the notification block, typing up a reply as the phone unlocks.

While the phone continues to chime and replies and chats are exchanged, a mop of pink hair flutters as the owner of the mobile opens the room’s door, a happy skip in his step as he exits the dorm and walks out of the campus dormitories.

Yuuji had made plans with Kugisaki, Fushiguro, and Gojo-sensei last week—more like he was suddenly ordered to clear up his schedule without any preamble, but Yuuji didn’t care and just happily obliged because he originally didn’t have anything planned anyway. He wasn’t told why he needed to do so, though, so he was left to wander over to their meeting place without any context.

With a hum, Yuuji exits the chat interface and opens his phone’s map, finally reaching the exit of the campus.

As the warm outside air brushes over tan skin, his phone’s map then loads up directions to the place Yuuji inputted on the search bar. A series of left and right turns that looks akin to a maze pop into his view, and Yuuji prays that he won’t get lost following the guide.

When he takes a turn for the third time on the fourth intersection he’s passed, Yuuji is met with… a minor inconvenience: an old lady sprawled on the floor with fruits and vegetables littered around her.

With the time on his phone turning 1:05 PM, slowly nearing the supposed meeting time, Yuuji tilts his head in contemplation and takes a step.

I posted this on twt forever ago but I thought to share here too, a list of Mileven Wedding HC’s to go along with these doodles

I like the idea of Mike and El waiting a long time to actually get married. Like they might get engaged pretty young (19/20?) but have a long engagement. So they can get their degrees and save up for it. Also I just like the idea that they wait so long everyone forgets they aren’t actually married already, including themselves.

-For Mike’s bachelor party, Will plans a crazy long campaign for the boys to complete (like DAYS) and it just encapsulates the boys whole journey of friendship. They are all in TEARS by the end

-Mike has a hard ass time picking a best man, he doesn’t wanna choose between his 3 best friends. So he knights (yes knights) them all as his best man (tho technically Lucas is the one walking with Max in the wedding + she is the maid of honor. So Lucas does tease the other two about being the “official” best man)

- El grows out her hair for the wedding and it’s Joyce who helps styles it for the ceremony. Nancy does El’s makeup and Max paints El’s nails

-Holly is their flower girl (atp she thinks she’s a little old to be the flower girl but accepts it nonetheless)

- Bridal Party: Max (Maid of Honor), Nancy, and Suzie and/or Robin (my gf is making a ronance fic based off some of my mileven wedding ideas soooooo yes u_u)

-The main colors of the wedding are purple and yellow

-It’s an outdoor ceremony and looks straight out of the lotr books. Which there are most def hints (not subtle at all) of actual lotr decorations

-El may or may not walk down the aisle to a variation of Princess Leia’s theme

-The guest list is still pretty small, mostly intimate family of the Party + very few outsiders

-Mike is practically sobbing when he sees El walk down the aisle.

-Hopper walks El down the aisle and they have a father/daughter dance at the reception and he’s in tears

-Really everyone cries at some point

-Dustin breaks it down on the dance floor the whole night and drags El into his shenanigans whenever he can

-Robin and Lucas dance off Dustin and Steve at one point

-Robin is the one to catch the bouquet on accident (and may or may not share a moment with Nance)

-Karen and Joyce are so happy their families are finally legally united after YEARS

-Max multiple times threatens to Mike multiple times that she’s going run away with the Bride. Mike pleads with her to stop

-Though he isn’t in the wedding party officially, Joey Kim is at the wedding as Will’s date + extra videographer so Jonathan can enjoy his sister’s wedding too (because Jonathan is also the Wedding Photographer)

-Will and Jonathan both have their own brother/sister dance with El. While Mike has one with his sisters

I have a lot more thoughts about them and ideas but I’ll stop here for now

spoilers! regarding| jadeite's downfall, who the following antagonist is

May all the magical goddesses bestow upon me their smartest magical girls and manifest in me the ability to get through my second semester of college. Please Mizuno Ami, lend me just two braincells.

Sometime I forget Luna is a cat. Just look at her. So cat-like. Lovely.

When that projection of Jadeite appeared I thought it was so cool, until I deemed it kinda silly.

SAILOR SOLDIERS INVENTED FEMINISM REAL. (What is that team chant though TwT it felt so awkward LMAO, the way they silently go into a little fighting stance.)

I don't. It's. Queen Beryl should've listened to Jadeite. He found out the identities of the sailor soldiers, let him tell you. Get this incredibly important information and then sentence the man to "Eternal Sleep". Jadeite has been for the most part useless and arrogant but he got such imporant pieces of information that Queen Beryl should've utilized because everyone is blind as hell. But whatever. I'm not as pressed about this as my wording makes it sound I promise. It's silly. As silly as "Eternal Sleep" is being put into a large ice shard then electorally teleported somewhere. Dear lord, I love me some good matriarchy.

I thought the Dark Kingdom had uniforms but turns out it's just the Shitennou who had uniforms, which makes sense. I don't think the Shintennou was ever mentioned when Jadeite was the major antagonist, he was called commander a few times if I remember correctly, but the existence of other members on par to his status in the Dark Kingdom was never mentioned.

Nephrite being an astrology boy is funny. Zoisite is very girlypop and he reminded me of Asmodeus from Obey Me.... The moment they started bickering I put in my notes, "Nephrite and Zoisite sleep together on the weekends to relieve stress." But I take it back as I have since learned that Zoisite already has a lover.

Nephrite manifested a forest and a mansion with a struck of thunder and the episode is bombarded with bisexual lightning in his official introductory episode. What an entrance. And then he gets lobotomized.

Usagi not understanding why Naru calls Rui, "Rui-nee-san", geniuely does not make sense realistically. Because not only is it super common for "nee-san" and "nii-san" to be used between close friends (even strangers, though in a slightly different sense), Usagi herself uses it for Motoki!!! Every time she addresses Motoki, she says "Motoki-onii-san"!!!!! So realistically, Usagi should've connected the dots after Naru remained her that she (Naru) was an only child and had a different surname than Rui. Usagi should've understood then that Naru calls Rui "nee-san" as a term of endearment. BUT THIS WAS ALL A PLOY for Naru to explain the relatioinship between her and Rui which would've been unprompted otherwise so we could feel for the upcoming conflict.

Wondering if Tuxedo Mask has a time limit regarding how long he can stay transformed, which would explain why he always dipped after doing the bare minimum.

That ^ was episode 14, and in episode 15 it would technically be made known to us that Mamoru himself doesn't even know he's Tuxedo Mask (more or less confirmed in episode 19). Having finished season one, we still don't know the details of how Tuxedo Mask came to be and why he gets a headache when Usagi transforms. I hope it gets explained at some point because I'm very curious TT.

Speaking of Tuxedo Mask/Mamoru, you find out he's IN COLLEGE. I won't talk about this too much right now, mostly because I'll probably make a post solely about this topic later on, but you bet I was shocked and in disbelief. I am aware of the changes from manga to anime, and I believe there are also major changes from the 90's and Crystal versions of Sailor Moon? I'll do more web surfing when it comes time to do so. Ultimately though, the "analysis" will be based/on account of how Usagi and Mamoru's relationship is protrayed in the animes. Allow me to preface that the goal of the post won't be to bash anyone for shipping them! As far as I can tell, there is a little bit of discourse surrounding the ship, and I simply wish to explore the opinion of others' and come to my own conclusion which I hope anyone who reads it will respect just as I would respect theirs even if we were to disagree.

Rei's been crushing on Mamoru for a couple episodes at this point, and at the time I noted that if Rei asked Mamoru directly if he was Tuxedo Mask, it would've cut the series down by 100 episodes. Clearly, I was wrong. I will say, Sailor Moon did surprise me by its speed of progression. I had anticipated it would drag on much longer since it was around 230 episodes. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

And it turns out Zoisite can also do illusion message magic. Jadeite isn't special.

Tuxedo Mask and Sailor Mars each have merch now. So, Tuxedo Mask is popular and well-known enough to get merch made but not popular enough for any of the girls at Usagi's school to know who he is? A little background, this was episode 19. All the girls in Usagi's school were sent a love letter, allegedly from Tuxedo Mask (it was sent by Nephrite), and none of them but Usagi knew who Tuxedo Mask was. Fast forward to a scene at Game Center Crown within the same episode, Mamoru is playing a crane game, trying to get a Tuxedo Mask plush. Naru knows about the exisitence of Sailor Soldiers, so it's not preposterous to assume the girls at school do too. You'd think Tuxedo Mask falls within that category of known/famous superheroes? Especially with his mysterious look, he should theoretically be popular with teenage girls. Or is it because he retreats so quickly that no one even sees/notices him? Then why does he have a plush? Why would companies make something with no demand??

I've rambled for too long. None of this matters??? I'd like to get a Sailor Mars and Sailor V plush from a crane machine.

Also, fellas, is it more gay to kiss a homie on the lips or more gay to buy a pack of expensive limited edition drawing pencils and splitting it with your friend while you guys are in high school, on the path to becoming pro animators, making a pinkie promise to not use them unless asking the other first and it can only be used for special occasions so that they can draw anime that will "never disappoint the dreams of children"?

It's 5AM. I didn't realize I've been working on this for so long... (since 1230AM). I'm going to give shorter comments about episode 22, then hopefully go to bed (update: I went to bed at 7AM).

There are so many things I could say about Naru and Nephrite, but since their situation continues in episodes 23 and 24 I will save it for the next part. What I will say right now is that the whole thing infuriates me. Even more so when I can't tell if that's what was intended or if it actually wanted me to feel sad for the outcome. I am sad. In a disappointed way. More on this in 23-27.

And. Well. Don't kiss a minor. Don't kiss someone under the influence. Don't kiss a minor who is under the influence and barely conscious. Can you tell I'm not happy about the kiss? I have genuine hatred and icks for this episode.

Be safe. Drink water. Get up and stretch if you've been in the same position for a while now. This is a threat.

CZ and Saylor urge for crypto self-custody amid increasing uncertainty

Industry heavyweights have urged crypto investors and traders to self-custody their crypto assets amid the significant market uncertainty brought on by the collapse of FTX.

In a Nov. 13 tweet to his 7.6 million followers, Binance CEO Changpeng “CZ” Zhao pushed the crypto community to store their own crypto via self-custody crypto wallets.

“Self custody is a fundamental human right. You are free to do it anytime. Just make sure you do do it right,” he said, recommending investors to start with small amounts in order to learn the technology and tooling first:

Speaking to Cointelegraph during the Pacific Bitcoin conference on Nov. 10-11, MicroStrategy executive chairman Michael Saylor also discussed the merits of self-custody given the current market environment.

Saylor suggested that self-custody not only provides investors with property rights, it also prevents powerful actors from corrupting the network and its participants:

“In systems where there is no self-custody, the custodians accumulate too much power and then they can abuse that power.”

“So self-custody is very valuable for this broad middle class, as it tends to create […] this power of checks and balances on every other actor in the system that causes them to be in continual competition to provide transparency and virtue,” he explained.

Saylor also made the argument that self-custody plays an important role in maintaining the integrity and security of blockchains because it increases decentralization:

“If you can’t self-custody your coin, there’s no way to establish a decentralized network.”

The recent events that transpired last week appear to have already pushed many investors and traders towards self-custody solutions.

Since the sudden collapse of FTX in early November, the number of Bitcoin (BTC) withdrawals on centralized exchanges reached a 17-month high, according to on-chain analytics firm Glassnode:

The outflow from centralized exchanges caused by the FTX meltdown also created problems for hardware-based cryptocurrency wallet provider Ledger — who were temporarily unable to process a mass influx of inflows due to scalability issues.

The token of the Binance-acquired self-custody wallet Trust Wallet (TWT) also increased 84% to $2.19 over the last 48 hours before cooling off to $1.83, according to CoinGecko.

The token allows token holders to participate in deciding how the wallet operates and what technical updates are to be made.

Investor confidence in centralized exchanges took another hit on Nov. 13 when Crypto.com accidentally sent 320,000 ETH to Gate.io.

Meanwhile, Blockchain Association head of policy Jake Chervinsky said that self-custody education should be one of the first things newcomers learn, while Bitcoin proponent Dan Held told his 642,800 Twitter followers that self-custody is a crucial element to self-sovereignty:

didn't realize my last one was that long. Geez (this one is also fucking long, bare with me)

I feel like ever since elementary, all our teachers liked to talk about how the opposite of love isn't hate (there was even a text during 6th? grade about this whole thing.)

Tbh I haven't looked much into lore so I only know the gist of it(I'm such shit, but I know I will have literally no time to study if I get invested in the dsmp) so there may be wild guesses here and there down below.

The way Quackity's expressions ranged from stoic to a weirdly kind smile to aggressively scary and ruthless, it's all just so.. *gestures wildly with hands because I have no words* ..angsty. The grip on Dream's hair like he wants him to listen carefully but he is losing all patience and sanity and sympathy for Dream. The crazed look from Quackity(his last block) is just so cold and bitter and kind of filled with self-pity, like he's been there before (I actually don't know if that's the case lmao) it's the look from textbook villians(I know he's not one) when they become insane and starts spilling all that they know in the most poisonous way possible.

Also, again, last block giving me chills. Sapnap's glare and George just walking away with absolutely no care and no desire to turn around sums it up beautifully. Good work, really really beautiful.

i really like this one bc its short but it goes pretty deep into the lore. i had to think about the flow of the panels and the colors and poses of the comic since its only 3 pages and i dont have much to tell the message aside from those things asgssdfgh

i originally saw the concept (opposite of love isnt hate) from a tiktok HAHAH i dont think weve ever tackled that in literature or anywhere at school unfortunately :(( im a big fan of metaphorical/poetic statements too. tho its technically logical, but weve been so used to hate being described as the opposite of love that its just mind-boggling for me to hear that lol

ive thought of this for a long time now but i just had to urge to get to drawing it when my twt tl starting going deep into c!dream's lore.

i just ABSOLUTELY love lore revolving around the dt. (maybe because im more attached to them whoops)

its just so fascinating to think about. (everything onwards is /rp and /character) also, you said youre not that caught up with lore so if you dont get these things or dont wanna bother/get spoiled, you can just ignore it lol i just really needed to rant about his character thats all, needed to get it off my chest phew

dream from the start had a plan: make everyone on the server hate him and build a prison for someone so strong it'll be needed. for me there is no way he was talking about tommy or techno then. no way.

he definitely had a fall to corruption. what he did with tommy during exile, that one is inexcusable ofc but the other things??? destroying the community house, siding with techno during his arrest, even destroying a whole ass country (this one might just be him reaching his limit against lmanberg, being the first and basically only country to defy him sm and stuff)

its weird and interesting in a way. what he did, the destruction, telling everyone he has no more attachments, not even sapnap and george, putting george on the throne then dethroning him not long after-- all these things just seems like it's part of his plan you know???

but like, what for? why? what does he want? earlier in the smp, he just wanted to build a home for them, one that will grow and be beautiful (theres a certain tiktok edit of this one, i am going to cry) he was such a good guy in the earlier days, he just wanted to take care of the server and take on the responsibilities expected of him but it just all... fell?

but even then, from the start, i cant help but think that he was already alone. sure, he had sapnap and george and the others but after everything: after sapnap was so quick to jump on tommy's side after ONE thing that dream said in the heat of the moment to threaten tommy (the 'i dont care about anything' bit), not trying to clear it up with dream and with george being so quick to side with other people's statement (dream dethroned him bc he hates him, etc) than dream's own (to protect george), its just so sad. not to mention even before everything, those two formed new nations without dream before; while dream was fighting for his own alone, they didn't really care enough. they did this again, with kinoko kingdom but tbf, the destruction of the community house felt like the end of the greater dream smp.

its just... sad and tragic, his whole character. his life is like the joker, baby. BAHAHAHA

So we all know Cedric was Harry’s bi awakening but how did they get together?

- When Cedric survives the TWT (don’t ask me how just roll with it pls) harry and Cedric have shared trauma about almost dying and being the only two to have witnessed Voldemort's return.

- They send letters back and forth a lot during harry’s 5th year and they even meet up in Hogsmeade a few times. Cedric comes back to help harry with DA where they both realize they’re both really good teachers and they both genuinely enjoy it.

- Suddenly they’re spending way more time together and, oh wow, harry knew Cedric was a pretty boy, but the light in his eyes when he talks about teaching, and how he never thought he’d love it so much? It makes him look beautiful. Cedric pretends not to notice when Harry stares a little too long.

- Between the DA and trauma, Cedric and Cho just drift apart romantically, they both agree it’s better to stay friends instead of staying in a relationship that lost its spark and end up resenting each other.

- Cho starts helping them plan lessons as well as being a part of the students in the DA. It gives Harry and Cedric a good perspective on the other side of things and she helps them improve their teaching methods.

- They become a trio and hang out every weekend at Hogsmede.

- Cut to when Harry leaves to hunt Horcruxes and Cedric stays behind. He teaches the DA on his own, but it's not the same really. Nothing is knowing at any moment any one of them can die.

- Cedric’s love for teaching becomes drowned out by the fact that if he doesn’t prepare them for war, they can all die. He doesn’t sleep anymore unless he basically passes out from exhaustion and as time goes on DA meetings become less like lessons and more group therapy for everyone involved.

- Harry comes back and both feel a wave of relief crashing over them when they see each other. They act like they aren’t holding each other just a little too long.

- Harry came to terms with his feelings toward Cedric after he saw Cedric almost die in front of him, but Cedric doesn’t realize what he feels for Harry is romantic until long after the war is done, when all the smoke clears and it finally sets in that everyone is safe.

- One day he was just talking to Harry and he thought to himself, “I really can’t imagine what life would be like if he died” He smiles to himself and when Harry asks why he just tells him “I think I love you” Harry’s face goes beet red and Cedric tries to backpedal, but before he can come up with an excuse, Harry plants a chaste kiss on Cedric’s lips and the rest is history.

Who proposes to who?

- Neither really propose to the other, but technically speaking, Cedric does.

- They were sitting on their couch together, Harry’s head in his lap talking about whatever was on his mind. When Harry stopped for a moment, Cedric just said, “Let’s get married”.

- They have a city hall (or whatever the wizard equivalent is) wedding with just family. After the ceremony, Harry decides to take Cedric’s name. Ron and Hermione are definitely confused, but supportive overall.

- Harry never liked having a *name*, one that anyone and everyone knew. One that was associated with everything horrible he had gone through. Harry Diggory felt like a normal guy, not the Wizard Savior everyone sees him as like there’s nothing else to him besides what he gave everyone.

Now to the actual Professor AU:

How do they realize they want to be professors?:

- After Harry finishes school, McGonagall asks Harry if he still wanted to be an Auror. when Harry told her no she was taken aback considering it was seemingly all he wanted since he was younger.

- So she asked what he was planning then. When he said he wanted to teach at Hogwarts, she smiled ear to ear. Harry Potter may not want to be a hero anymore, but she knows he will be a hero to so many kids, and not because he saved the world, but because he is a kind and caring man.

- In Harry’s last year of school, Cedric is debating what exactly *he* wants to do now that the war is over.

- He thinks of himself in a bunch of different positions in life, and none seem to fit. Sure, he loved Quidditch, but he doesn’t want to be in the limelight as some famous player. Would he even be good enough to go pro? And yea he loved herbology, he even had his own garden, but he couldn’t see himself doing much with that as a career.

- Nothing really felt like something he could dedicate the rest of his life to. Maybe it’s because, since his 7th year, he couldn’t imagine himself in a distant future.

- When Harry is out of school, he talks to him about it. Even after everything Harry went through, he seemed to know what he wanted for his life. Even if Harry couldn’t give him guidance, he could at least make him feel a little bit better about feeling so lost, distract him for a while.

- When Cedric asks Harry how he decided he wanted to be a professor, Harry told him that he had always wanted to be an Auror, but after the war, he had had enough of being a hero.

- He told Cedric that for most of his last year, he felt just as lost, but he found himself thinking about DA, and how much he loved seeing his friends’ magic improve under his tutelage.

- That year, with Voldemort’s presence being so much stronger, teaching was the only thing that truly made him feel like things were okay and normal. Realizing how happy he was teaching then, it only made sense for him to teach. He tells Cedric that it may not make sense in a year, maybe he’ll hate it. He has no idea, but that’s okay. Harry tells him, putting his hand on Cedric’s shoulder, “It’s okay not to know.” This is when Cedric confesses his feelings to Harry.

- Over that summer, Harry and Cedric have many conversations about what Cedric can do. He takes odd jobs here and there, hoping to find something he’s passionate about.

- It isn’t until he and Harry visit some of his family over Christmas break that he realizes he wants to teach.

- His younger cousin (because fuck cursed child in this AU Amos Diggory has siblings who also had kids) had gotten his first broom for Christmas and asked Cedric to teach him how to fly it. He spends all day showing him how to call it up, ways to steer the broom, and when he finally sees him in the air, laughing and thanking him he realizes this warm, proud feeling is something he wants to feel his whole life.

- He finally sees that teaching doesn’t have to be scary anymore. That’s when he decides he wants to teach flying.

How does their first year of teaching go?:

- Harry’s first year is a little bit jarring with realizing how hard lesson planning actually was, but overall he loves it.

- He teaches first years and he helps them adjust to life at Hogwarts.

- Of course, they’re all star-struck by him for a while, but once he gives their first big assignment, he becomes less the boy who lived and more just like another professor.

- He gets close to most of his students, but he forms a certain special bond with kids who are lonely and need a bit of extra help adjusting to the wizarding world.

- Cedric’s first year of teaching goes a bit smoother in the beginning, mainly because he had Harry to warn him about preparing for the school year.

- Like Harry, Cedric bonds with the kids that are lost in the wizarding world.

- At the end of the year, Cedric realizes there are some kids dreading going home and he remembers how Harry would tell him about how he would hate going back to the Dursleys at the end of every year and his heart sinks knowing he can’t help all of them.

How do they feel about Scorpius Malfoy:

They’d both be lying if they said they didn’t have ideas about Scorpius before he met them. However, they treat him as they treat any other student because Fuck Snape they won’t punish a kid based on his parents.

On Scorpius’s first day of DATDA, he’s obviously extremely nervous and people already judge him because of his name and overall his excitement to be at Hogwarts has already dwindled, because of this, Harry sees a lot of his younger self in Scorpius and he makes a mental note to keep an eye on Scorpius and to make sure he doesn’t feel unsafe or alone because Harry doesn’t know what he would’ve done without Ron and Hermione and Scorpius doesn’t have them to help him get through school.

On his first day of flying, Scorpius has an extremely hard time. More so than other students and it only gives other kids more reason to make fun of him. Cedric pulls him aside after class and offers extra lessons if he thinks he needs it during the year. Scorpius, who’s worried about doing poorly in school takes the opportunity. Cedric spends the first half of their lesson giving him a pep talk and giving him a signature “you can do it” speech and suddenly a more confident Scorpius is improving already. He’s still struggling, but when he gets down he remembers Professor Diggory telling him failure is just practice and he keeps trying until he gets it.

Scorpius’s newfound confidence helps him stand up for himself/ignore people picking on him and eventually they stop. It also doesn’t hurt to have a close bond to everyone at Hogwarts’ favorite professors.

When Scorpius comes home for Christmas he tells his parents about how worried he was about going to Hogwarts and how much Harry and Cedric helped him adjust and feel more confident in himself.

Draco doesn’t admit it, but the “thank you for helping our son” letter he and Astoria sent them was his idea.

General headcanons:

- After Cedric’s first year, with the help of Harry and McGonagall, they set up a program in which students can take “summer classes” for at least most of the summer so they don’t have to go back to abusive homes.

- Cedric becomes the Hufflepuff quidditch coach in his second year. All the team members love him. He encourages sportsmanship and fairness. He’s the coach that tells his kids winning isn’t everything and to go out on the pitch every game to have fun.

- Every year he tells his students about how he wanted a quidditch rematch when harry was distracted by dementors to remind them of JUST how important sportsmanship is.

- Harry and Cedric get married after Harry’s 4th year of teaching and Cedric’s 3rd year teaching.

- Older students have a hard time remembering to call Harry Professor Diggory for a while, but for the most part, students that made a conscious effort to remember the name change had it down within a few weeks.

- Admittedly, it would get confusing to know which Professor Diggory they were referring to. So different groups of students came up with differentiations. Some included: Professor Flying vs DATDA Diggory, Professor Diggory vs Diggory with glasses, Professor Tall vs Short Diggory, and Professor Hufflepuff vs Gryffindor Diggory. McGonagall calls them Professor C. vs H. Diggory.

- Harry and Cedric don’t have kids of their own, but any kid that stays at Hogwarts over the summer they lovingly call their own if the student is comfortable with it.

- Harry speaking to children about moving past abuse and trauma.

- Harry and Cedric being safe spaces for children who are being bullied by other students, and the two of them helping students stand up for themselves and getting involved before situations escalate too far.

Honorable Mentions of the Interspecies Relationship list part 2 (Again)

Honestly I don’t what happened and why it wasn’t like it told to me. It’s not you Zoocross, but the net to blame. So I sending you again with explanation (sigh… here we go again “-_-)

1. Sky Beak and Ocean Flow - technically they’re both seaponies and hypogriff since they’re from the same kingdom only to decide living differently, and no there’s no confirmation of them been divorced and honestly they are very cute couple.

2. Jack Sully and Neytiri - Neytiri didn’t knew about Jack been human inside avatar after the attack. They spent time together as same kind, well in Jack’s case in body of their kind so they don’t count as official IRSL, but it’s still honorable mention

3. Uma and Harry Hook - there is some attraction mentioned but too little screentime for them so we can’t say how it is between. (When I worked on this it was hard for to find what species Uma is, so you can imagine my shock when I found that she and Ursula are called cecaelia- a mermaid with tentacles instead of tail)

4. Max and Alicia - you already know - quick repeat ”they classified themselves as both squirrel and chipmunk, although Max is more squirrel and Alicia more chipmunk so I’m not sure if they interspecies or not"

5. Miles “Tails” Prower & Cosmo - for the record seedrian is not official name of species, only made by fans but it sounds better than been called a plant alien. Reason that Tails has also another love interest Zooey from Sonic Boom and…Mina Moongose from Archie comics as his wife?! Huh, who knew. But there is also another sad reason. They are no longer together because Cosmo sacrificed herself to save world and her friends, especially Tails, from Metarexes also known as her own kind only corrupted. She was so young and innocent and Tails didn’t deserves this either. I’m sorry but this just heartbreaking for me. TwT

6. Silver the Hedgehog and Blaze the Cat - their relationship is described on wiki as siblinghood but come on. They are most of the time spent together even some games ship them with matching clothes like Sonic Forces with Lunar event.

7. Shadow the Hedgehog and Rouge the Bat - I know I put Rouge already with Knuckles but in wiki part Archie comics she has romance section that includes Knuckles and Shadow there. But to be honest they only have respect to each and also sibling relationship and let’s be honest there… Shadow is not social type so I hightly doubt. Not after what happened to him before.

8. Sally Acorn and Sonic the Hedgehog - can’t have faker and future-boy without our blue hero. If you are Sonic fan and read comics or see a SATAM series you would know about this romance anyway. It still pretty popular even after event that happened. But for clearing up here: they were together before the Post Super Genesis wave after that they remain as really close friend and also there is another reason why is this put on HMOISRL and we know what it is or better who, that’s right -

Amy Rose - a pink hedgehog with big piko-hammer and biggest crush on our hero Sonic the Hedgehog. So big she want even marry him. Whoa slow down lady a little bit, I know Sonic like things fast but this is too fast even for him. You are both too young for marriage, you’re even younger, you’re only 12 for cry out loud (I know shocking). For the record Amy and Sally have a really good friendship, she defended Sally and Sonic from others during their (again Shocking). Amy and Sally have respect for each so please no shippers-war there. It’s up to only Sonic who decide to fall in love or be in relationship.

Glad that I have finally over. Speaking of Sonic I read your comment on AO3 and I’m glad that you enjoy and again can’t wait for your fanfic about it with Zootopia. In meantime I’m gonna finish my SonicxZootopia project. Hope you would like it. ❤️

Seriously?! I’m not too familiar with Sonic after the early 90s series. I didn’t know that pink hedgehog named Amy was only 12! She looks so much older. Even Sonic, I was surprised that he’s so young and about 15 years old. I thought these characters were all young adults in their 20s or really late teens at the youngest o_O

About the Zootopia x Sonic fanfic, I’m afraid that it will only have to be a one shot, because I really can’t write a full fic based on the movie. I have way too many fics to keep up with at the moment -_-

Review Response, Destiny #043

The count reached past 10, so here it is. Even with one review being for a chapter that does not exist (???), the count is still past 10. So... yeah!

1) You really made a bitch cry during this chapter, like damn I already guessed it but all my Hoenn favs lost in the waves. Just thinking about what happened to Tate and Liza who are even younger than emerald just haunted me. I had said in a previous review that emerald was gonna lose all his loved ones(by that I mean the ones closest to him) and that’s what happened. One can only pray that there’s even a hint of an ethnically Hoenn population left after this entire ordeal As for everyone else Red and Blue lost their bestie’s and brother but have each other, the Johto kids gained nothing and lost everything, Sinnoh kids are traumatized but otherwise fine, Black and White have each other, and X is probably a level of depressed incomprehensible for the human mind. This story was a fun emotional roller coaster and I’m happy I could be apart of the ride.

Ah, the review for a chapter that does not exist. Given the buggy nature of this, I will consider this review to be for chapter 43.

Emerald has indeed, lost everyone. In fact, if the epilogue scene played out like a video game and you could explore around, on the skeleton around “Emerald Gate”, you’d find a secret chamber containing a lot of worn out journals and two Soul Dew. ... Ouch, huh? And yes, there would be Hoenn population left, having evacuated to the other regions. While most of Hoenn cities have catastrophic casualties, the towns and cities near the fringes but away from the calamity (such as Fallarbor and Rustboro) would have most of their dwellers alive, just evacuated.

Red and Blue are happy (in fact, the popular “rivals” for that pairing are all dead) and will have their own happy ending sooner or later, the Johto folks got a doom ending, the Hoenn folks got a doom ending, Sinnoh got a happy ending, Unova got a happy ending, and Kalos got a doom ending. 3:3. BALANCE!

2) The chapter title honestly reminded me of Avengers: Endgame XD

And thank you as well! It's fun writing Ruby and Sapphire so I don't wanna miss the opportunity. Thank you again! TwT

4) Damn, pretty much all of Hoenn is gone. That's death on a far grander scale than anything I was expecting. Still, the ending is oddly satisfying. Hmm, not sure how else to word that.

Anyway, this entire story is awesome! Kinda wish there was a bit in the epilogue as to what happened with the surviving dex holders, but oh well. Amazing writing as always~

Destiny has the highest death count of all the stories I’ve ever written. Even in terms of named character deaths, SA has the most, since everyone notable in Hoenn are gone. ... It’s a good thing Emerald never got confirmation... “... Even the Shoe Store Guy...”

I was originally going to put in some stuff for the survivors, but they were kind of out of place and incorrect in terms of timeline, as Emerald would seal his two friends and a few days later, the survivors would’ve returned home for their happy endings or whatnot. And thank you!

Because it’s FUN! Hehe. In truth, I always liked the concept of a teaser ending, especially a teaser ending that shows a new threat/event that it not going to be elaborated on. At least not by the original creators, anyways. Besides, I did this once before back in SA. Never created SA2, you know. Same deal here. Hehehe...

Ahem. Okay, to be REALLY fair, I did intend to kill White in Destiny. In fact, the “fake Destiny” short story I made years ago (Short Story - Mercy) was supposed to happen exactly in the actual story. White gets mind controlled and convinces Black to kill her to spare her from the torture and to stop her from bringing Unova into ruin by pissing off Kyurem. I just decided to not go with it at the last moment to show some mercy, and because the Kyurem issue will be brought up in another story later on and I didn’t want a repeat. So... now you know! Hehehe...

9) As Ethan Kironus said, "Why have a cliffhanger ending without a sequel? It's not a horror movie." I freakin' hate when someone do that. I'm disappointed and will not read this story, and I regret I ever followed it.

I’m so glad you decided to not read the story after you followed and read it all the way to the very last chapter. Well done.

10) Heheh. You and your cliffhanger endings. They almost always end like that which perfectly sets up for a sequel. Then you never make it to leave us in suspense forever.

Okay. I feel really bad for emerald. Everybody he loves is gone. Like Ruby and Sapphire, he has nothing left. He chose the hard thing to do, however, and spend the rest of his life guarding the orbs. It’s pretty noble, and pretty depressing. At least the others got a somewhat of a happy ending...except for X.

Whats this? Black and White actually lived through a full story?! I didnt think it was possible!

I think this is the most people you killed in a story since everyone in an entire region died.

Anyway, great job with this fic! Its been a very enjoyable one, and I’m glad I got to read it! There truly aren’t enough good stories that involve the dex holders!

Hehehe... them teaser endings!! Though to be fair... I only did it once before with SA. But in terms of “plot based, long story”, there are... 3. SA, Destiny, Legacy. So... with 2 of those stories finished, and 2 teaser endings... 100% rate thus far. Ha!

Poor Emerald indeed. Lost Crystal. Lost Gold. Lost Ruby and Sapphire. Lost even the Trick Master. And later on, loses Latias and Latios. Poor boy. Curious that no one thus far had said “poor Sapphire”. And yes, X had a horribly sad ending too. Because he gets to go home and “bury” Y in Vaniville Town, which means he also has to talk with Y’s mother and tell her of Y’s death. Ohh...

Hehe. About Black and White... To be fair (again), the... er... misconception that I tend to kill Black and White a lot started with how I kind of... tossed them away in SA. And I only had them die in SA because they were post-plot-plan additions. Generation V as a whole debuted after SA started and its plans fully set. So the two did not have a place in the finale thus were thrown away. While it’s true that I bullied the crap out of them in DE, I didn’t really kill them much. ... I think. Ahem. Now, similarly, Sun and Moon both debuted after Destiny began. Which means if I decided to include Sun and Moon in Destiny, they both would’ve died in the final battle to increase the death count. And the misconception that I bully and kill the Alola cast will begin. Maybe. So... yeah. ... That said, I do find a bit of amusement in torturing Black & White, but... hehehe...

Not everyone in Hoenn died, but pretty much everyone. I think the population focused cities are Lilycove (doomed), Slateport (doomed), and Mauville (doomed), so... yeah. A LOT of deaths of faceless nameless people.

And to the people who say that the cliffhanger ending was unnecessary... What did you honestly expect? It's a 135 story. Whenever you read one of those, you're always going to be left with one of them. And people actually can LIKE cliffhangers. I'm one of them. No hate to those who disagree with me. I'm just stating my opinion.

Compilation of all the KaneHori/HoriKane smiles from Ep 1-6.

Ya see, I was very impressed with episode 7 but at the same time, I missed the Second Unit soooo much, especially these two who are technically the first TouDans I’ve gotten to know. So I wanted to cheer myself up a little by collecting all those moments where they were smiling at each other.

Reciprocating or one-sided, I’ll take ‘em all since I don’t know whether the next ep will still be focusing on the First Unit or not. Or when the angsty mood hanging over the Second Unit will go away. *facedesk* S’why I need this to look back on to survive until then. (´；ω；`)

Ok, discrepancies between adaptation and game aside (like very, very, very shhhh! let me enjoy the anime plz-aside), the fact that Kane-san always reassured Kunihiro every time he doubted himself since he began this whole time-traveling-protecting-history affair is just…and smiling with that annoyingly handsome face of his while he’s at it, it’s just…

No wonder Kunihiro is so taken with him. <3

Look at them. Kunihiro so eager to move on to the next assignment (precious baby~) while Kane-san is all “but I’m tired…” yet still smiling anyway.

Pretty sure he wouldn’t make that face if Kunihiro wasn’t there with him. Pretty sure the reason why he’s making that face at all is because Kunihiro is there with him.

…trying not to think of how lonely Kane-san was before Kunihiro came to the Citadel cuz dammit, this isn’t a sad post! I won’t let it become a sad post! I won’t! (ᗒᗣᗕ)՞

Alright, I am thoroughly convinced that Kane-san doesn’t smile that openly or freely for just anyone.

Granted, he became more serious after he was appointed as captain of the Second Unit because he had to and all so I can’t be entirely sure…

But even so, his interactions with Kunihiro still feel different. A special kind of different.

Like here, I can see that he’s clearly trying to get Kunihiro more situated into their job. But at the same time, there’s a sense of ease that’s not present when he’s around other people. Like, he can make the effort without it seeming like an effort on himself.

And that’s probably because he knows Kunihiro. He’s familiar with him and trusts him.

So it should be no surprise where his confidence in Kunihiro comes from.

Even though Kunihiro has insecurities in his own abilities, Kane-san is positive they can fulfill their master’s expectations. Because he knows Kunihiro can.

And I just love that. I love how it’s not just Kunihiro admiring Kane-san all the time an impression I get a lot from fan interpretations and that Kane-san also has such a firm belief in his partner. It goes both ways. It’s mutual.

And it’s because they’re in that kind of a relationship that Kane-san can make such an expression. One that is specially reserved for Kunihiro which he doesn’t show to anyone else.

Of course, I love that battle-charged ones, too. Those have their own charm.

It says to me “forget Saniwa for a moment, I’m gonna fight so ya with me, partner?” and you know Kunihiro is because it’s them we’re talking about. Izuminokami Kanesada and Horikawa Kunihiro. Companion swords. Would go to the ends of hell together but never without the other if they could help it.

At least that’s how I see them with how much I know right now. *chinhands*

Also, uuugghhh, I can’t get over how wakizashi and tantous look so great in the dark. Especially when you get to see the glow of Kunihiro’s beautiful eyes which makes him look ten times more intimidating and dangerous and twenty times removed from his more polite and amiable demeanor. He goes from sweet child to teenage assassin in a matter of seconds.

Hmm, yea, I approve. Give me more of this Kunihiro. In fact, just give me all the Kunihiros. (*＾▽＾)

Have I mentioned that casual danger dialogue is one of my favorite things? 83

This is my top favorite KaneHori moment in the entire show so far (they look the best in these shots, too).

I also love the fond tone in Kane-san’s voice when he calls Kunihiro “cheeky” in Japanese. *giggles* x3

In all seriousness, though, this is wonderful. If Kunihiro weren’t here, I doubt there’d be anyone who can effectively calm Kane-san down and have Kane-san hand over some of his burdens and let Kane-san fall back on those who are supporting him in general.

If there are any misgivings about this unit’s assignments, well, then this shouldn’t be one of them.

Also, why some of ya’ll draw Kunihiro so short in fanwork? Sure, he’s not that tall (compared to Kane-san who is like grown-man tall) but he’s not short either!

Again, the mutuality but this time it comes full circle.

Just like how Kane-san knows Kunihiro will follow through with what they’re ordered to do, that he has confidence in Kunihiro to do what’s expected of him, Kunihiro has absolute faith in Kane-san’s abilities to fulfill their master’s expectations as well.

The thing is, Kunihiro never says it out loud. He never says that he’s the one that’s certain of it. Just that Saniwa made the decision based on their careful deliberation “so that’s all that matters.”

And I think the reason why there’s no need for Kunihiro to give his input is because Kane-san already knows Kunihiro thinks that way and Kunihiro knows that Kane-san knows that he thinks that way.

So really, words are unnecessary. Even belief is unnecessary. Kunihiro knows for a fact that Kane-san will make a good captain and it must be very comforting for Kane-san to receive that indirect reminder, like an undercurrent of support added to the task Saniwa has assigned him.

Especially at that point when their unit has only been recently formed and everybody was still in the awkward phase because they haven’t gotten used to each other yet. It’s nice to know someone’s willing to follow his lead because he’s him and not because it’s Saniwa’s order.

I like how even when they’re in a room full of people, they still manage to have a conversation that’s somehow exclusive to the two of them.

I mean, they don’t even need to say much. Sharing a look is enough.

And after this, episode 5 NEVER happened, OK?! Everything went fine! The mission went fine! Everybody returned back FINE! There were NO problems! Dx<

Not sure if it’s the dialogue or the sun setting in the distance or what but there’s something very warm about this scene. Two swords reminiscing about their former master…without it needing to go down Depression Lane because Hijikata Toshizo……

Yea, I appreciate that they let these two have this at least. My boys don’t need more angst than what they’re already going through. TwT

I swear, I’m not going to let this post end on a sad note even if it kills me! *flips a table to distract myself from feels* (ﾉ｀Д)ﾉ:・’∵:.┻┻

You know everyone’s still taking their time to get over what happened at Edo, especially Kane-san. Yet despite him taking it the hardest, he doesn’t want the others to start worrying about him and his own problems. Kunihiro most of all, I’m sure, because it’s a given that Kunihiro will be the most concerned.

So he tries to brush it off. Though the attempt is very weak seeing how exhausted he is so forcing a smile must make it even more tiring for him.

I mean, in a tiny way, it’s sweet that some part of him may be thinking “I don’t want Kunihiro to worry, he’s still new to this, I gotta look out for him, I don’t want him to get discouraged, I don’t want him to blame himself for not being able to assist me, this was his first mission, for god’s sake!”…but that just makes it all the more sad because it’d be so much easier for him if he just lets himself rely on his team. If he just lets himself rely on Kunihiro like he normally would because then he wouldn’t have to put up a front and Kunihiro wouldn’t have to go through an extra heap of feeling unneeded when in fact, he is very much needed right now.

God, ya big baby, would you just let yourself be taken care of?!

…I’m okay. I’m okay and you know why? Because I’m gonna bet $100 that this is the scene they’re gonna re-show when Katsugeki Season 1 ends andand it’s going to be perfect because Kane-san will be okay, Kunihiro will be okay, they’ll be more than okay because they got each other (hence the peaceful smiles, d’aww~), the Second Unit will be okay and get to stay together and by then, they’ll all have gotten over themselves to be badass and inhumanly pretty again…except they’re always inhumanly pretty but just better without the angst.

Oh, and gorgeous backgrounds because ufotable knows how to deliver those.
