Daniel Wayne, the younger toddler brother of Bruce Wayne and the son of Martha and Thomas Wayne had been kidnapped the night their parents were murdered.

Daniel had been snagged the moment their killer heard people headed to the alley and Bruce in his state of shock didn't realize it until it was far to late and could only scream in horror (from everything) as his baby brother is crying his name. (If you wanna make it even more heart wrenching, make it Danny's first time being able to say Bruce's name right and/or Bruce had said some mean things to Danny earlier after he accidentally broke something of Bruce's, something like 'I wish youd go away' or 'I never wanted a brother, you're such a bother!')

Bruce is being held by Alfred as some police officers are chasing down the Wayne's parents killer while some stay behind to see if they could do something.

Minutes turn to hours and as they wait, praying the police at least found Danny, Bruce is ridden with guilt. From his parents death to allowing his brother to be kidnapped.

Eventually the police return to give Alfred and Bruce the news. And it's not good.

The killer escaped and Danny was nowhere to be found.

And it would take many years before he would be found.

Bruce gets a call from Damian during school hours one day. When he answers he is greeted with Damian demanding him to get to the school and explain himself.

Confused Bruce asks what does he mean and Damian responds with

"The two new students in class today are the spitting images of you and I father! Either they are poorly created clones or you have more hidden blood children!"

Meanwhile the very students being discussed are calling up someone too

"Ellie? Dan? What's wrong? You better not have made too much chaos already, I just paid for the uniforms for that place."

"DAD! I THINK ANOTHER ONE OF THE FRUITLOOPS FAILED CLONES SOMEHOW SURVIVED!"

i really do think people need to be more aware of the kind of propaganda/popular ideologies/conspiracy theories that were circulating in germany in the decades before the holocaust because they might take a second glance at things they see or read today and recognise that phrases like “reject modernity, embrace tradition” and popular memes are literally fascist and antisemitic propaganda. learn to recognise dogwhistles because i keep seeing this shit worm its way into the mainstream. and some of it is of course people who are just antisemitic or fascist and agree with it but i think a lot of people just don’t examine things too closely or don’t recognise it for what it is

Question what program/brushes do you use? your art is very scrungly and I want to eat it

wah thank you so much!! i do think "i want to eat it" is one of the highest compliments one can give so i'm super flattered to hear it ;___;

i use clip studio paint! and for brushes, the main ones i use these days for my paintings are: (please excuse the names.)

"yukito"/"cloud" (clip studio assets / google drive)

for sketching or lining! it kind of reminds me of a mechanical pen. this is a brush i used a lot back when i still used paint tool sai, and i did a sort of conversion for csp when i started using that instead.

"jon" (google drive)

for colouring, i usually slap base colours down with a normal round brush, and then start shading and so on with this brush. it handles blending really well so i think it's really good for painting!

"harrier" (original brush pack / google drive)

this is what i render with these days! Pretty sure that was not it's intended use, it's probably better for just adding extra texture or w/e, but it's been working out for me somehow! it's kind of a hard one to get used to, it has no pressure sensitivity and doesn't blend at all, but i really like how crunchy the texture is and so i've kind of learnt how to bruteforce it into working haha

if you use the "original brush pack" link, it leads to a zip file download of like a collection of brushes for digital painting, and this one is named "DSC09498.jpg 2" in there. they're actually all photoshop brushes too, so it's probably possible to use them in other programs!

(+ for my drawings with regular lineart, it's probably some square pixel brush from this brush pack or this brush)

#there's something really beautiful about experiencing the weather patterns of a new place #where i live now. its not like where i grew up. not like the foothills of Appalachia but its more familiar than the Chihuahuan desert was #when i go home to ohio everythings so green. so green. unimaginably green and the towns are in the woods. the hills roll #and trees billow deciduous and packed so tightly the treeline is like a wall of plant matter. here there are trees but they are tall and #evergreen. patchy in places like shrubs in the desert. the grass grows green but also pale tan and dead. houses are routed in valleys #between mountains. they're made of wood and not stucco but they still look strange and the landscape is crumpled together tall. and there's #water. it rains. days can be dreary and gray with drizzle. i forgot what thats like. when a single low stratus cloud blocks out thewhole sk #and fog clings to the trees. my school bus used to drive by a lake where thr fog was so thick i didnt kno how the driver could see the road #but somehow i forgot how much joy suspended water vapor gives me living in a place where when it rains it pours so hard the streets flood #and the greedy ground drinks the landscape dry. but there are new things as well. here smoke rolls up over thr mountains and gets stuck in #the valleys so that the weather forcast reads: Smoke for days on end. im used to tornado warnings and heat warnings and dust storm warnings #but ive never expected Smoke as a type of weather. and im sure there's more to experience. ive only been here like 3 weeks. its not as gree #as home. the storms dont seem to get quite so violent. the woods are so full of bears that its an active threat. but its not the desert #and while ill miss the shapes of desert plants and little lizards. when i look up at the pine and spruce trees i feel like i can breathe a #little easier. well see how i feel once the long cold winter sets in haha #but i dunno. part of me still longs for a violent thunderstorm. one where u can feel the temperature drop and u csn feel it building all da #one that bends the trees and smells like ozone. it was never like that in thr southwest and im not sure that happens here #but maybe thats just a desire for chaos and violence as a product of my pathological internal control. i cant be spontaneous so let nature #bring the fear to me. some of my favorite memories are watching lightning strikes #so it goes i suppose #unrelated #listen. is it fucked up to have ohio nostalgia? maybe so. but in my defense i grew up in the pretty part of ohio lol

I mean, if you took away all the bloodlust and genocide and just focused on superficial appearances, the royal line, including Ozai, is pretty good-looking. Young!Azulon is downright beautiful, and he arguably had the most violent reign.

On the bright side, Zuko has a bunch of cool scars that carry significant meaning. The one on his chest doesn't get enough attention.

not entirely sure how it works but I’ll go ahead and headcanon that Frey and Susurrus are intertwined at the soul now. So what happens to Frey happens to him. So if she dies he goes with her.

#i’m making myself sad ignore me #but also their intertwining in the last chapter just seems so permanent to me #i really like the glow on frey’s arm after she captures his last bird and absorbs him #it looks like it took a while to bind them (that’s why i’m assuming bc the golden glow miasma doesn’t go away in the cutscene)#all this to say i think it’s a fitting punishment #if you can even call it that #at least now his prison is a place that could be called home #i would think it’s better than the labyrinths which is where I would have put him #cuff is the largest threat to athia even after destroying 99% of its populace via their tantas #i really wish they’d explain frey’s immunity #but i’m chalking it up to two things: one she’s the daughter of a tanta and two she was already inside cinta when cuff bonded with her #makes me wonder if frey ever thought something about cuff was familiar #maybe she’s always known that voice somehow someway #vikky plays forspoken
