You seem to currently be unable to accept and acomodate yourself to a big shift that has happened in your life. The cards here were tower rx, death and the world, so you seem to still hold yourself back in terms of growth.
Do to either not seeing how this change can benefit you ,or simply because it turned your life upside down.
Keeping yourself stuck in the past will prolong the process of getting done with this lesson and ending this stage of your life.
You might be possible somewhere stuck in different paths and choices that you have to make, or simply daydreaming about the future as a form of mental escapism.
A decision is waiting to be made. Because you seem to be caught in so many ideas, you should try to be a bit more direct and impartial. Don't let yourself be caught too much into your feelings and emotions, but rather use your mind and intellectual to find a way out.
If others might be trying to help you out, don't completely reject their help and opinions. 
This lesson isn't here to make you suffer, but rather to trigger a new stage of growth. You might have been procrastinating on moving further with your studies, job or other earthly matters because you are wanting for the perfect moment to act , which surprise, is never gonna come!
Even if you've lost something in the process, it's not gonna affect your path.
With the general advice you are being told not to rush. Don't make decisions on a whim without thinking about it first.
If you've set high expectations for yourself and now you find it hard to accomplish them, you should start with smaller steps instead of wishing to do a great thing or the whole thing without any previous plans.
You caught yourself in your own "spiderweb " with all the thoughts that run through your mind, when the solution is actually closer than you think.

The struggle you've encountered, or the people who might have been creating some unpleasant situations for you weren't there to make your life worse, but to make you realise how strong minded you can be.
You need to see this as a way trough which you can become bolder and more determined, rather than a fight where you have to protect your position or your old mindset.
Don't be stubborn and refuse to change. A change in viewpoints isn't always a bad thing.
You should pay more attention to how your old beliefs and mindsets are affecting your life and power to make decisions.
You seem to be a bit incapable of loosening up and accept different methods of doing things or responding to certain situations.
Don't be so fearful of trying to accept a new idea or point of view, even if it doesn't align with what you've experienced until now.
You'll get out of this restrictive mindset only if you make the decision to. The more you oppose this change the more burdened you'll feel. You are the one who needs to work towards a new solution. Making a decision is easier when you have a clear mind.
The general advice is to learn to go with the flow sometimes. Believe more I yourself and your accomplishments and dont rush with making judgements and assumptions when faced with a difficult situation.

You need to put more effort into recognising your own accomplishments. It might have taken you a while to get here but even if what you did doesn't look that big from afar is still something that you have to be proud of. This will help you do a better job in the future.Great things definitely take time but they also have to take some words of appreciation.
For others I feel like this can also be about being more ambitious when working on their goals, and finding a way to finish their projects that works best for them without making them tired, bored or to overwork themselves.
The struggle which will bring about great accomplishments isn't here to make your life worse. Nothing good comes without effort or facing some sort of competition.
If you've taken multiple tasks, try to find a more balanced way in which you can solve one thing at a time, without loosing intrest and focus.
Do not run or shy away from doing the work that needs to be done. Even if you can't see any satisfactory results at the moment, it doesn't mean they will never come.
If you've taken these responsibilities, you need to honour them.
A general advice is to stop being paranoid about opportunities that will never come, or your work and efforts being useless. Try to think about the best things you can achieve instead of putting all the focus on how bad or little your doing at the moment.

Apple 🍎 on 9 Wands is a learning experience, and so is Saturn to follow. 9 Wands is the wounded warrior, this person has faced battle after battle, and they’re almost to the end but they can’t quite make it there yet. What feels like rejection is probably more…divine redirection.

do you ever find yourself spiralling after every 'failed' shifting attempt? do you stress whenever you do your shifting method? or worry about what step is coming next, or worry whether you will shift? find yourself doubting your abilities?
shifting is supposed to be fun.
and this does not sound fun.
the number one thing i have been making sure to do when shifting, is to prioritise my comfortability and enjoyability when trying to shift.
i always try and make the process as enjoyable and comfortable as much as i can for myself.
shifting is supposed to be fun, right? it's exciting! shifting should be fun and enjoyable- heck, you're going to experience a whole other reality! a whole other life, a whole other self, experiencing your wildest dreams and fantasies!
how are you going to expect yourself to shift if you're still stressing over the process of shifting?
find or make a shifting method/process that'll make YOU enjoy shifting, and keep you motivated!
do things that you LOVE doing that will make YOU feel motivated to shift/more connected to your dr!
shifting should not feel like a chore. going to shift should not drain you. shifting should not be boring.
it should be a fun and exciting experience!
don't worry about what method is the most popular or most effective or easiest to the general community. ignore the trending shifting methods, subliminals, or guided meditations.
everyone has their own personal journey with shifting and there is no right or wrong way to shift.
focus on yourself first. work out what you like doing the most/what you enjoy doing the most, what your strengths and weaknesses are, and then work from there to find a method/process that works for you!

for example, whenever i shift, i always ensure that during my method, i:
a ) am feeling good! that i'm feeling excited, happy, good, comfortable and am enjoying the ride! i do not force myself to shift if i feel drained, tired, bored, or i feel that i am forcing myself to shift (you can still shift when feeling these things btw! but for me, i don't like to because personally i don't get good results when i do. however, remember that this is just a me thing!)
b ) that whatever method or steps i'm doing to shift makes me feel confident and assured that I WILL SHIFT. by the 'end' or at some point of my 'method' i truly feel that i am going to shift and i can shift, and this whole thing isn't just me 'attempting' or 'trying' to shift.

you love imagining random scenarios of your desired reality, but worried it's not 'proper visualisation' and you're just daydreaming or imagining? who cares! imagination IS reality and if it makes you feel closer to your dr, do it!
you hate visualising and you just want to say affirmations over and over again because that's what you're the most comfortable with and makes you feel confident, despite what other people tell you?
do it.
in my experience, all the times where i've just done whatever i feel like and makes me feel like i'm having the most fun, i end up feeling the most confident i ever will be in my shifting abilities! it's because when you're doing things you enjoy/love, naturally you'll shift to have a more positive and happier mindset!
it also helps me to stress less about the 'process' of shifting and rather, focus on the destination and anticipation of my desired reality!
however, this is just a small tip from me! please take this with a grain of salt 🌷

★ . do what you want to do!
reality shifting is subjective. there is not a one-sized fits all key, and different things will work for different people. you and i's 'key to shifting' might be different, or it might be similar. and the beauty of this all, means that there is no right or wrong way to shift. that is why there are so many different methods available for you at your hands. because everyone is so vastly different to each other. which is why you should forget about all the popular shifting methods, guided meditations, subliminals, etc. work with the bare bones and simplify shifting for yourself again:
reality shifting is the practice of becoming aware of yourself in another reality.
if the only thing you need to shift is intention, create a way for you to set your intention (that's what methods do. get you into the correct space to set your intention and shift)
set your intention, and do whatever you like. all you know is that you need intention to shift, and slowly start to become aware of your desired reality.
one person over there might love counting up and down from 1 - 100 until they start to feel relaxed, which they will then start visualising themselves waking up in their desired realities and engaging their senses.
while another might just like to visualise themselves dancing in a ballroom to a song that reminds them of their dr, to which then at the end they will walk through a door and exit the ballroom, and shift, for example.
do whatever makes you feel comfortable. find your strengths and what you love doing during methods, and create a method that is suited to your liking and will help you shift.

★ . find you daydream a lot?
do you find that you absolutely LOVE daydreaming about your desired reality? well, use that to your advantage! instead of just daydream about your desired reality, combine it with the law of assumption and use it to help you shift! whenever you find yourself daydreaming about your dr, start to recognise those daydreams and accept them as memories and things you've already experienced in your desired reality!
combine this with assuming you're already a 'master shifter' and you're set! because if you were a master shifter and you've already shifted, you would be thinking back on the things you've experienced in your desired realities from time to time.

★ . distracted by thoughts of your current reality during your method?
if you find yourself distracted by thoughts if your current reality during your method (specifically, works best when you're trying to use the law of assumption/acting like you're in your desired reality) start to recognise those thoughts as thoughts of unimportance. i'm talking about things like if you're worrying about the next day or worried about that one upcoming test.
put yourself in the mindset of you as a master shifter, who's already in their desired reality.
think to yourself, "these are things that worry me in that other reality. but since i'm in this reality right now, there none of my concern and i'll worry about them when i shift back!' for example.
of course when you shift, this reality won't be completely our your mind. i expect that you would wonder about this reality from time to time.
you can even have some fun with it! for example, you start to worry about an upcoming assignment that is due or an upcoming exam. you could literally just think to yourself, "okay. i have that assignment in that reality so after spending time in this reality, i'll shift to another reality where i can study!"
just recognise that they don't have any power and replace those thoughts with desired ones!

★ . focus on your destination; not the process.
a friendly reminder to not put so much emphasis on the 'how' of shifting. try to focus solely on your destination. use your feelings/emotions, think of things you're excited to experience, you're dreaded to experience, how you feel about certain people, who you're excited to meet!
focus on your desired reality and the feeling of knowing that you will shift.
rather than trying to find out what method works the best or on all the steps you need to be doing next in your method.
shifting is just a small part of it; you're actually going to be experience a whole other reality and you're already there right now as we speak. focus on that instead.

i don't want you to ever think you aren't worthy of shifting realities or your finally having your dream desires. because the truth is: you are.
every single one of you found shifting for a reason. every one of you discovered manifestation for a reason. it isn't no coincidence. and you are more than deserving to experience all these experiences and lives.
you will succeed.
i understand it's hard. i understand sometimes we might feel guilt or anger or shame or sadness or hurt. and it's okay to acknowledge these feelings. your pain and feelings are valid. but it's even more important to remember that YOU are deserving to shift. YOU are deserving of your desires.
YOU will shift.
YOU will have your desires.
in fact, why stress?
you're already a master shifter.
you're already a master at manifesting.
you don't even need to do anything. you can shift easily and effortlessly all the time. you can manifest anything you want within the blink of an eye. you can live your dream lives with zero effort at all.
i'm sorry to break it to you, but you aren't special. you aren't the one-off special being who can never manifest anything. you aren't the person who will never shift to their desired reality. that's impossible.
so don't limit or doubt yourself, because you are more than capable of shifting. you are more than capable of manifesting your desires. and you are more than capable of living your dream life.
so, what are you waiting for? go shift to your desired reality. start manifesting your desires. it's inevitable that you will succeed and i know you got it in you.
realise your power and step into that!
you are the creator of your reality.
YOU decide when you shift.
YOU decide when you receive your manifestations.
so start having trust and confidence in yourself and your abilities.

🪐 CAN YOU PROVE SHIFTING IS REAL?
honestly, this is a tricky one. i want to be very honest with you and i, in no way want to demotivate you at all! right now, the only way of 'proving' shifting (at least, to my knowledge) is through experiencing shifting ourselves, or trusting other shifter's word as proof of reality shifting. regarding scientific research and proof behind reality shifting, to my knowledge, there are no studies that directly investigate reality shifting. i also feel like reality shifting would already be incredibly difficult to prove already on top of the existence of infinite realities/potentials, thus leading to an extension of an infinite amount of different variables.
reality shifting is a very personal experience and one's journey and experience will differ from person to person. unfortunately, in the current state of our reality, reality shifting has not been scientifically proven.. yet.
reality shifting is on of those experiences where you just have to form your own beliefs on it, and trust yourself and others. i like to think of it this way. take our own consciousness for example- we are all conscious right now, correct? we all know we have consciousness. it's a known fact. however, very little is known about our own consciousness, it's origins and it's power. but we all know that we have a consciousness, and we can't prove it to anyone yet but ourselves.
people thought lucid dreaming wasn't real many years ago and now people recognise it as a legitimate practice. same with astral projection, and out of body experiences.
and i know shifting is real because i have experienced parallel reality shifts (some intentional and some unintentional) and mini-shifts myself.
however, not all hope is lost! are there studies and theories on infinite universes, parallel realities and the multiverse? yep! are there studies on consciousness, quantum mechanics and biophotons? yes! there are plenty of studies, theories, and concepts that can be linked together and used to scientifically determine how reality shifting is even possible in the first place. yes, it's one of those things that isn't believed or accepted by the general public, but it exists. we may not know exactly how and we can only theorise, but there are connections that can be made.
now, i completely understand your worries on how reality shifting might not be real. that's totally valid! especially speaking since we've been conditioned out whole lives to think otherwise. that we only have one shot at life and we have to work hard to get our desires, but know we now that's the opposite? we can live an infinite amount of lives and have an infinite amount of parallel realities? we are the creators of our own reality and we have the power to shape what we experience?
however, this is where you come in. i highly recommend that to reassure your worries, find these answers out for yourself. determine what exactly reality shifting is for you and find how it is possible, instead of worrying about what if it's not possible. i'm not a fan of overconsumption of shifting information, however i think it's good to do a deep dive on shifting every now and then to help you open your mind to question what reality shifting is and how it's possible. then, when you've formed your own beliefs on shifting, it's easier to validate your belief and trust in shifting since you've discovered yourself how it's possible and what it is to you! that way, you won't need to worry about any external shaking your beliefs or making you worry about whether shifting is real or not because YOU have personally worked out how it's possible for you.
explore and read about other people's experiences, beliefs and theories on shifting. read scientific papers on concepts relating to shifting such as The Many Worlds Theory, multiverses, and parallel realities. read about the Law of Assumption and consciousness. read shifting success stories! just anything that relates to shifting. and don't worry, at the end of this post, i'll link some helpful resources at the end that have helped me explore deeper into how reality shifting is possible!
and if you're worried about wasting your life away on reality shifting, something that could help is to normalise reality shifting. what i mean by that is see reality shifting as something that is an everyday casual thing (which it is). think of it as a hobby, and not something you don't need to be heavily obsessed over. become content with the fact that, "oh, there's this super cool thing i can do! i can shift realities, i'll try it. oh, i didn't shift, that's okay i'll try again next time. oh, i shifted? cool!"
remember that reality shifting and your desired realities all exist in the now regardless, and they aren't going anywhere. reality shifting is not something super unattainable. i understand where you're worries are coming from and they are 100% valid.

🪐 DO I HAVE TO SCRIPT CHARACTER'S PERSONALITIES OR APPEARANCES, OR WILL THEY JUST BE LIKE HOW THEY ARE IN THE GAME/SHOW?
now, you don't have to script character's entire personalities and appearances (if you don't want to!). you can, but it's also not necessary. it's entirely up to you :)
with scripting, you don't have to script everything down to the tee. you aren't specifically creating any reality out of thin air, more like visually and physically specifying your intentions of what reality you want to shift to/experience. in fact, some people don't even have scripts!
scripting essentially has no power. scripting is just a physical, visual outline of the desired reality where you intend to shift to. to sort out your thoughts and intentions. your subconscious mind already holds everything in that script and whatever else you intend to experience. your subconscious knows what you want and it'll fill in all the gaps for you, so don't stress!
there is no requirement or criteria for how much, or how little you need to script. you can script as little as you like, or as much as you like! thus, if you don't script anything about a character's personality or appearance, but you intend for them to act like how they would in their respective game/show, then they will act how you expect them to. you can even add that in your script if you want as well: "this character will have the same personality/appearance as they do in ___." it's all up to your assumptions and intentions.
however, if you feel like you want to script their appearance or personality, then go for it! do whatever makes you feel best and most comfortable.

🪐 HOW CAN I BE MORE MOTIVATED TO SHIFT?
oh gosh, there are so many different ways to help keep you motivated to shift! i'll try not to ramble :)
honestly, just thinking about the concept of reality shifting and the possibilities can be motivating enough. like how there are infinite realities and infinite possibilities? you can literally experience anything and be anyone you want to be.
you can consume any kind of content relating to your desired reality, watch videos, create pinterest boards (e.g. your outfits in your dr, dr locations, etc.), write letters to people in your desired reality, or think/make a list of things you're excited to experience in your desired reality.
or even just think about your desired reality and get yourself excited! what are you excited to experience? who are you excited to meet? what are you scared about? where do you want to visit? things like that.
however, while i am a big advocate for being able to seek motivation from yourself, it's also good to watch videos and read about other people's shifting experiences to motivate yourself! find other people who have the same/similar desired realities as you, or read shifting stories.
however, it's good to learn how to motivate yourself and not rely on other's so much for validation on shifting, it's existence and motivation. however, it doesn't hurt to consume shifting stories and tips from shifters too, just don't rely too much on it as your main source of validation/motivation.
additionally, it's completely okay to feel demotivated with shifting. it's okay to be drained. and it's also okay to take breaks when you need it. stay at your own pace and don't rush yourself into anything. you don't need to be trying to shift every single day of the year if you don't feel like it. reality shifting isn't going anywhere and your desired realities are always going to exist. so please don't stress and don't feel like you need to rush! you can always shift to your desired reality whenever you want, and however you want!

REALITYSHIFTING101 - i found this user through amino and their posts have been so, so informative in the in-depth science behind reality shifting and how it's possible. honestly one of the only shifters i've seen who's done such an in-depth analysis on reality shifting and the objective science behind it.

helloo anon! i totally understand your situation and in the past, i was also the kind of person who struggled to deal with anti-shifters! commonly when i would come across them, i would let their demotivating comments and takes shake my beliefs and make me spiral. however, over the years, i have found some efficient ways to take care of them so here are my tips!

🪐 HOW TO DEAL WITH ANTI-SHIFTERS!
1 ) spot an anti-shifter? stop, block, and scroll ― if you know yourself, that at this moment, seeing anti-shifters and their comments shakes your beliefs and doesn't help with your belief on shifting, make attempts to avoid their content at all costs. if you know and can tell it's not going to be good for you, literally do NOT let yourself consume that kind of content and just block and scroll. it's better for you and your beliefs in the long-run. only consume and interact with content that'll make you feel good, not the opposite. don't let your curiosity get the best of you and if you see anti-shifters, don't even let yourself see or engage with that kind of content and then stop, block, and scroll.
2 ) strengthen your belief in shifting ― strengthening your belief in shifting and allowing yourself to validate your beliefs helps SOO much in the long-run, and makes it so external factors won't shake your beliefs. and strengthening your beliefs is quite easy to do, and can even be pretty fun! i was going to make a post on this soon and i've spoken about this in the past too. so, how to do this?
doubt analysis ― firstly, take some deep breaths in to clear your mind. have a moment of self-reflection and ask yourself: what doubts do i have about shifting? identify and figure out every doubt you can think of, and just keep them in mind. you can write them down visually or just hold them in your mind, whatever it is. find out what YOU doubt about shifting and why anti-shifters comments bother you so much. find the root cause ― so, you know what you have doubts about. now, why exactly do you have these doubts? where do these doubts stem from? research and find your answers ― now, you know what doubts you have about shifting and where they come from! so here's the part where YOU do your research and find answers for yourself. find and research answers about your questions you have, and especially find answers that make sense to YOU. reality shifting is a subjective experience, and everyone will believe and experience different things (mainly because of the law of assumption). so, it's important for you to find answers for yourself to fill in the gaps of your doubts, so when you're doubting, you can think to yourself: "wait a minute. i know the answer to this and i know this is real so WHY am i doubting? lol" for example, if you have doubts over whether reality shifting is real, then find out what reality shifting is and how it works, for YOU. go over the science behind it, any scientific theories and concepts that work in favour for reality shifting. go over the different theories of shifting and find one that works FOR YOU.
once you go over and literally debunk your doubts, it'll help you strengthen your belief in reality shifting because you found answers that work FOR YOU and now, you literally have no reason to doubt anymore because you literally just found answers for every unanswered question and doubt you had about shifting!
of course, there are some more things you can do of course, other than just researching and debunking. you could use the law of assumption and just affirm, affirm, and affirm over and over again in your beliefs of reality shifting. you could read the countless success stories that exist out there and people's experiences or even just think over reality shifting and how it works/how it's going to feel. and of course, you could just shift yourself. let me also remind you how important it is to seek internal validation, over external validation/motivation from shifting. reality shifting is a completely personal and internal thing, so it's better to try and build that belief and strengthen it over time, to gain internal validation from yourself.
3 ) stop letting random people dictate your reality ― this one is more of a reminder/rant rather than a tip, but as harsh as it sounds, are you really going to sit there and let people dictate your reality and tell you what's real and what's not real? are you really going to let people discourage you or dictate your beliefs? please realise that in your reality, YOU have the power here. stop consuming things that don't work in favour of your beliefs, and stop letting random people decide things for you. take charge and stand your ground. what if user13849 says reality shifting isn't real? okay! sucks for them, but that's not the case in your reality! please have faith and confidence in yourself and your beliefs! trust yourself; not some random shifttoker who has no idea what they're talking about over shifting. nobody has any power outside of yourself, to tell you and deem reality shifting as real, unless you take that information it and settle it as your reality.
and think about it: there was a time where people didn't believe lucid dreaming was real. some people still think astral projection is a load of bullshit. we all know we have consciousness too, but do scientists know everything about consciousness and what it is? of course not! but we know we all have consciousness. reality shifting is the same, and guarantee in a few years, people are going to slowly accept reality shifting more and more. the only reason that reality shifting gets a bad rep, is because people think it's something that was formed on tiktok by teenagers, so it isn't taken as seriously. meanwhile, reality shifting has been a thing ages before that and many people years before have been doing it (e.g. quantum jumping, persistent realms, etc.)
some people aren't just going to believe in reality shifting, and that's okay. however, we can't let those people dictate our beliefs in reality shifting. we have to reach a point where we can understand this and stop letting these people hold us back.

anyways, i completely understand where you're coming from and nti-shifters can be very annoying and difficult to deal with sometimes. however, they are not the ones dictating over whether reality shifting is real or not. don't let yourself fall into the trap and let yourself trust a random shifttoker over yourself. avoid anti-shifters the minute you see a sign of one, strengthen your belief in shifting internally so your beliefs won't get shaken by external factors, and again: don't let random people on shifttok tell you what shifting is and isn't. find these answers out for yourself and try not to consume things that aren't going to be good for your beliefs! especially, when you realise that these anti-shifters have no idea what they're talking about 😭
and then, you'll reach a stage where whenever you see an anti-shifter, you can just sit back, and have a good laugh. how good does that sound?

hi! there's many ways to help you to fully believe in shifting and normalise the belief more inside your mind. it just takes time and repetition! it's no wonder that we can doubt about reality shifting, especially when we've been taught otherwise our whole lives. i completely get we're you're coming from, but luckily it can be combatted.
however, it is important to note that you can shift with doubts/not fully believing in it! doing these things just makes the journey and process a little less uncomfortable and draining.

🪐 HOW TO FULLY BELIEVE IN REALITY SHIFTING?
first of all, some of the first things i always like to recommend is to research shifting. do a whole deep dive on reality shifting on possible theories, scientific concepts behind it, the spirituality aspect of it, our consciousness, law of assumption, multiverse vs consciousness theory, the many worlds theory, scientific theories and hypothesises on other universes, success stories, etc. anything that you can find on reality shifting that will help you make it real to you, if you're really committed to making yourself believe in reality shifting. find beliefs that resonate with YOU and form your own theories and concept behind reality shifting. if you want to read more of an explanation on researching and validating your beliefs, i suggest this post where i explain this -> here (my response to 'can you prove reality shifting')
make it a challenge for yourself: find a way to make reality shifting real to you and challenge against yourself. the idea of waking up in a whole different reality doesn't seem real to you? how can you make it real to you. question, how IS IT REAL? and research to answer it. discover your own answers and truths.
if you're looking for some good resources to start with to research reality shifting, i recommend this post i made awhile ago (here) and of course, REALITYSHIFTER101's blog post on TOTAL SHIFTING SCIENCE (or -> here). it's seriously such a good resource and singlehandedly strengthened my belief behind shifting.
or even research and look at people's stories of other practices/experiences, similar to reality shifting (not the same, just in the same bubble as it. in the same way how reality shifting can be hard to believe as it is for astral projection and hearing all these crazy stories about NDES and reality glitches iykwim). like lucid dreaming, astral projection, persistent realms. reincarnation or past-life stories/near-death experiences. stories about reality glitches, parallel reality shifts, the mandela effect. these things aren't the same but reading about these things and other possibilities can help open your mind to things like these.
additionally, if you're set on truly making yourself fully believe in reality shifting, then only consume positive things about shifting. consume content and media that will make you feel good about reality shifting and help you strengthen your beliefs. no point in going out and finding content against and hating on reality shifting. and if you happen to come across this kind of content, simply just block.
another thing you could so is reprogram your mind or change your mindset. although i don't think it's necessary to reprogram your mind, some people are more suited to these kinds of methods. it helps to eliminate any limiting beliefs or doubts about shifting and rewire your subconscious beliefs.
below, i'll link some posts on how to reprogram your mind. reya signh is a popular shifttoker/shifting content creator who created one of the methods below on how to reprogram your mind and is commonly used in the shifting community. the other post is another method of reprogramming your mind which i thought was pretty good too. and of course, there are plenty of other ways to reprogram your mind (e.g. self-hypnosis, meditations, affirmation tapes, etc.)

🪐 THINGS THAT HAVE HELPED ME!
below are things i have done to help me fully believe in reality shifting and have less doubts. in my experience, personally doing these things have worked for me and maybe they might work for you too!
a ) law of assumption/improving self-concept: changing my internal assumptions and dominant thoughts of what shifting is and my shifting abilities, thus these assumptions have reflected in my 3D physical reality. changing your internal state -> changing the 3D. for example, if i consistently assume that reality shifting is real, and then i internalise this and accept that this is true, i change my internal state and so does my reality. persistence if the key for law of assumption. switch up your mindset.
b ) affirmations: constantly repeating affirmations on reality shifting and my abilities. things like, "reality shifting is real," "reality shifting is so easy and effortless for me," "i always reality shift on every attempt," "reality shifting is completely normal," "i reality shift everyday," etc. you get the idea. you could always set a time during the day where you listen to hype music while repeating these to yourself, committing yourself to repeat affirmations over and over to yourself whenever you have a doubt, setting a certain symbol and then repeating affirmations whenever you see that symbol (e.g. whenever you see a cat, you repeat so-and-so affirmations to yourself ten times).
or even making affirmation tapes can help which can easily be done with text-to-speech programs. write out a bunch of affirmations and then put it through a text-to-speech program and download it as an mp3. you can speed up the audio, put music over it, put it on low volume, or listen to it over music. listen to it while you do your everyday tasks and even if you don't even notice the tape playing, your subconscious mind will still be digesting all your affirmations. or you could listen to self-concept subliminals on reality shifting.
c ) just thinking about your desired reality/reality shifting: sit there, relax, and think about reality shifting. think about other realities, your other selves. even though the idea seems so far-fetched and otherworldly, reality shifting is normal.
don't put shifting on a pedestal! it's seriously just another normal thing we can do and i truly mean this. think about the things you'll be doing in other realities and compare it to this reality. think about all the possibilities. think about all the mundane, boring things you would be doing in your desired reality. realise that you've always existed in your desired realities and are existing in other realities right now as we speak. you're just not currently aware of it.
treat reality shifting as a casual thing. not something of an otherworldly power.
think about all the possibilities in the world and other 'otherworldly' things that are possible. this reality, the universe and it's infinite realities is so vast and beyond anything we can even comprehend.
d ) reading success stories: an obvious one. success stories are really the only proof we have of reality shifting, along with experience it for ourselves (yet).
e ) try and shift yourself: just try shifting. whether it's to your desired reality or even a small reality change. try and shift to a reality where it's exactly the same as this reality except for a small change, like for example, the colour of your bed sheets or walls. dive into it with full confidence. forget 'logic' and leave your doubts behind. set your intention, have confidence and trust in yourself, and just shift! or even try and manifest something (because manifesting and shifting are practically the same yk)
you can do any of these things to help you slowly start to for you to fully believe in reality shifting. it may take time and effort for you to be able to start believing in reality shifting, so be prepared for that. however, use your intuition and do whatever you believe will help you in the long run.

but yes, when you shift you will be in control of what you do. just like here.
to clarify further, the realities you shift to are real realities. real, physical realities.
when you shift, you're just becoming aware of yourself that currently exists in another reality. when experiencing another reality, it will feel exactly the same how it does in this reality. the same sensations, the same experiences. you will be able to make normal decisions that will have consequences on yourself and the people around you, just like this reality.
it won't be like watching a movie, you will be experiencing life! it doesn't just feel like real life. it is real life.
and this is simply because, it is a real, physical life you will be experiencing. just in another reality!

🪐 WHY I BELIEVE IN LOA AND HOW I BUILT MY BELIEFS
the reason i believe in the law of assumption, is because besides having used it before even knowing about it, it's a law that i resonate with and makes sense to me. before even knowing about the law of assumption, a lot of my core beliefs were built around people believing in what they wanted to believe. i believed that the experience of life is a subjective one, and i've always resonated with the belief that whatever people believes in, will happen to them. additionally, i've been in the manifestation and subliminal since i was very young (i discovered subliminals and manifestation at 12 years old) so i think that also affects me and why i believe in the law.
what built my beliefs on the law, was not only experiencing it myself but also doing A TON of research. truthfully speaking, i am naturally a very curious and open-minded person, so it's never been very hard for me to believe in the things like loa, manifestation, and reality shifting. of course, doing a lot of research and reading about people's experiences helped solidified my beliefs in the law of assumption, while it being something that i've always resonated with.
plus, there has been countless of times and experiences where i've manifested things using the law without even knowing of the law itself.

🪐 DO YOU HAVE DOUBTS ABOUT THE LAW AND HOW DO YOU OVERCOME THEM?
of course! i still do have plenty of doubts surrounding the law. while i would love to have no doubts at all, i still do have doubts about the law. it's normal :) however, i do have ways to overcome this.
every time i feel myself doubting about the law, i've simply snapped myself out of it before i could let myself spiral. i would replace negative thoughts with positive ones. for example, if i worry and think, "the law doesn't work for me," i would retort back thinking, "of course it does. the law DOES work for me," and i would repeat that combatting positive affirmation over and over again. or, i simply just let the doubt pass in my mind and don't pay any attention to it or let it have any power. doubts do not have any power unless you let them have power! once i realised this and started applying, i started truly seeing what this meant and no longer let any doubt i have stop me from getting what i want and nor did i let me spiral.
additionally, the more i've applied the law and kept myself on a strict mental diet, the more i find myself naturally and subconsciously accepting my new beliefs. i naturally find myself normalising that i can use the law and i create my reality the more i keep assuming positive things and getting into the habit of doing it (and this is coming from somebody who used to be the most negative and depressed overthinker in the world). once i realised that loa is not only a manifestation technique, but a way of living and thinking, i started applying the law to my everyday life and i can confidently say my life has improved ever since. i've felt happier, less stressed, and more in control (while also not craving for control of situations- meaning i don't stress as much and i'm able to let go and know that everything will go my way).
also, the more i worked on my self-concept and applied loa to my everyday life, the easier it was to see myself as a person who could manifest and get anything they want. my self-concept was absolutely HORRIBLE before, and it's definitely improved (not perfect, but we're getting there). self-concept matters a lot, so i started to accept that YES, i do deserve everything good and i do deserve my dream life, so i should start accepting that i am capable of these things and i do deserve it. and i am worthy.
to be honest, our of everything, i think the one thing that was improved my beliefs in the law and having less doubts, was simply repetition and persisting. even when i had doubts about the law, no matter what, i still kept using it and applying it in my everyday life. and slowly but surely, these beliefs slowly sunk into my subconscious.

helloooo anon! firstly, YAYY thats super cool to hear that you got close!! but yes, of course i have some advice for you and hopefully it'll help a little :) these are just some things that have worked for me personally in my experience as i used to deal with a lot of intrusive thoughts in the past when attempting to shift.

one of the first things to remember is that these scary and intrusive images and thoughts only have power IF you give them power. you can let an intrusive thought or scary image float by, if you understand that they have no power and it will no affect you at all.
however, when speaking of avoiding visualising scary images at all, one of the things i like to do is meditate. when i find that i have had a particularly bad day or i feel like i'm going to end up visualising some scary stuff on accident, i find that meditating beforehand helps to calm my mind and flush out any unwanted thoughts. it's okay to have thoughts during meditation too, and i become an observer of my thoughts. i let the thought pass by and disintegrate.
you can try meditating for however long you like; some people set timers and have a set duration they meditate for, but personally i usually just like to try and meditate for as long as i can. i find that meditation helps me clear my mind and increase my focus, so when i do a shifting method, i end up just purely focusing and immersed in my method. or i also find that since i've cleared up my mind during my meditation, i don't have to worry about having any unwanted thoughts because i've already thought them (if that makes sense).
in other words, try meditating or some other means of flushing our your unwanted thoughts. let yourself do some sort of activity to push out any negative thoughts to lessen the chance of you visualising any scary images and to just stay focused on your method. for example, you could read before bed, do a skincare routine, avoid screen-time or even journal. just some sort of relaxing activity to help you enter a more positive mindset (of course, you don't need to have a positive mindset to shift, but it does help).
additionally, before attempting to shift, try consuming some content related to your dr, or think of things that remind you of your dr. that way when you're shifting, your mind will stay focused on your dr. you won't have room to accidentally visualise unwanted things.
for further reassurance, as long as you give these scary images no thought or power, and trust in yourself and your intentions, these images won't affect your ability to shift or the reality you want to shift to :) your subconscious mind has your best interest at heart and knows what you want and where you want to go. and they're most likely intrusive thoughts to, which are not thoughts of your own. so make sure to have trust in yourself and your intentions.
you could even try morphing these scary images into something funny! you have the power here- not your intrusive thoughts. take charge and transform the unwanted into something ideal. for example, if you accidentally visualise a scary monster, visualise yourself kicking or swiping it away, or even filling your visualisation with light that fills up your entire vision, disintegrating the monster away. you have the power here. and if it does end up freaking you out, it doesn't hurt to affirm to yourself: "this has no power over me. i am in control. i trust my intentions. i know where i want to go. this has no power to affect me."
and also, don't go into your methods with putting too much emphasis on trying to avoid visualising scary images as a whole! i find that when i tell myself "okay, im going to try and NOT do this thing," i end up doing it anyway. for example, whenever i try to shift and tell myself, "okay, i'm going to fall asleep now and wake up in my dr," i find it difficult to fall asleep. i know it might be hard, but don't stress too much about it happening.
don't give those images any power, and if it does happen, stay strong. trust in yourself and your intentions!

helloo again anon! and yes, i would love to! however, i always feel like the resources i looked at when learning the law wasn't very 'official' because i always had kept myself to have a simple understanding of the law so i don't overcomplicate anything (or more i actually didn't research as much as you might expect). i literally just researched what the law of assumption was and how to use it and left it at that.
however, i also watched (and still watch) a variety of loa youtubers to help me overcome some challenges i've had facing the law and to keep myself from overcomplicating the law. sooo below are my favourite loa youtubers (who explain the law better than i ever could)!! along with these youtubers, i would recommend looking straight from the source material aka Neville Goddard! (of course, he was the pioneer of loa). his books and some of his quotes does provide a good insight into the law and understanding it so if you're into reading or you're curious, go check him out.

hello! (i'm gonna guess this is referring to reality shifting) but you don't have to have a script or script anything. usually, people only script their drs to physically set their intention on where they're shifting to and to organise all the little details of themselves and their desired reality to help have a clearer picture on the reality they are shifting to (and because some people genuinely enjoy doing it! it's pretty fun and people get very creative with it). you don't have to script anything if you don't want to as your subconscious already knows your intentions and all the other little details.
some people make physical scripts and write out every single little detail of their dr, while some don't and just mentally map out the important bits of their dr. it's all about what works for you!
