Writing for a new franchise is stressful enough... Writing for a new franchise when you’ve spent the last eight years writing for franchises that have zero respect for their own lore and so you’re spoiled by being able to just make up any shit you wanted…impossible…
#if anyone questions your lore in OW you can pretty much just continuously double down until they doubt themselves#bc nobody Actually knows the true lore - not even Blizzard#and BL rewrites its entire world lore with every game that comes out lmao so#with FS it’s like omg there’s actually consistent world building and lore here…there’s a timeline with DATES….#😰😰😰#Ngl tho it’s actually kinda nice to be able to focus on just Writing the Characters instead of#‘so here’s 10k of me just establishing my interpretations of the lore. got it? ok now onto the actual fic’
