imagine how their hands feel in yours — maybe they’re soft, skin smooth. maybe they’re calloused and scarred. maybe they’re bigger or smaller than yours, but they fit together perfectly. are their hands warm or cold? imagine pressing a kiss to their knuckles, if you’d like, tracing the lines on their palms that carry their past and their future, promises of i’m not going anywhere and i love you, always will. imagine them doing the same to you, whispering sweet words against your skin. you can feel the shape of their lips against your hand as they form i love you. it could be big, something new, or it could be as natural as sunrise and sunset. it doesn’t matter. they love you.

To be honest, after going over it in my head a bit, MeMe and Tear Drop feel like themeatic foils. Both songs involve Mikoto and Yuno expressing their dislike of being judged the way they are, with Mikoto expressing frustration over being seen as a murderer and Yuno over being seen as naïve.

Honestly these two lines even seem to like... continue one another.

if your f/o has a jacket or a hoodie of some sort, imagine “borrowing” it from them to have when they’re not around. maybe it smells like them, maybe it’s too big on you so it fits over you comfortably, a save haven, a blanket of their scent, or maybe it’s too small so you can’t wear it but you can still hold it close, a little piece of them for comfort.

imagine them finding you like that, curled up wearing their jacket or holding it close to you — are they embarrassed? picture their expression. perhaps they’re surprised, perhaps it just makes them smile. they think you look adorable like this, whether they say it aloud or not, but of course they’ll sit down beside you so you can cuddle them instead. and if, maybe, over the next little while you notice some of your hoodies or jackets missing, well. that’s their secret, now.
