as a minor, you shouldn't be writing smut. don't get me wrong, i used to be 17 once but if you write this stuff, you should keep it private. just to keep yourself safe, i had a friend get groomed into writing and drawing nsfw and i don't wanna see you go down this rabbit hole of hatred and spite just bc someone told you not to write smut. at least be glad that an adult on the internet is trying to show you the right way bc we as adults went through online grooming as teens.

Thanks for the advice but I take precautions. I know internet safety and follow it. If you’re not comfortable with what I write scroll past it. I am 17 and knocking on the door of being 18. I’ve been on the internet since I was 8, I’ve gotten the “be careful on the internet” chat since 3rd grade, I’ve heard the amino and discord grooming stories.

And as shocking as it sounds, I am not a social person! I don’t talk to strangers, I only talk to friends of friends. All the people you see me talking to in a friendly way are friends and friends of friends.

I’m sorry about your friend but I am not them. I get you think we might be similar, but we aren’t. I am not easily persuaded by strangers lmao

And I don’t write out of spite, because I can’t. I write out of passion. I don’t write smut because I’m spiteful of adults telling minors not to, I do it because I get an idea and want to write it down. You’ll never see me draw or write something out of spite because I’m simply not capable of it.

And please leave the “showing the right way” to my parents. I hate strangers telling me what’s right and wrong because you simply don’t know me.
