Imma ponder a thing. Gabor Mate says that every malady is attributable to an earlier trauma. Because that's how the human nervous system works. It gets our attention. So... Follow me here. Technology doesn't exist in a technological vacuum. It's created by people. For people.

So... Aren't technical issues an extension of the human nervous system's trauma? Is that the first pass to address? Release the anxiety and anger and frustration. Feel it. Don't avoid it. And then solve the technical side of the problem (if it still exists). I'm not committed to this. I'm tossing it out as a possibility. I want to chew on it a bit and see if it changes how I provide support and training. I think it might be on to something, but I'm not sure.

Quand il s’est passé beaucoup de choses en quelques semaines : j'ai reçu une belle prime à mon boulot, j’ai enfin reçu ma lettre d’introduction, j’ai postulé pour un job de fou à Montréal, N. ,par miracle, a été tiré au sort pour le PVT et n’a plus que ses données biométriques à faire, on a réservé les billets d’avion avec T., il nous manque l’assurance et quelques légers détails à régler mais le 5 juillet, on s’envole vers Montréal !!! 

A lot of things happened in a few weeks: I received a nice bonus at my job, I finally received my letter of introduction, I applied for a crazy job in Montreal, N., by a miracle, was drawn for the WHV and has only his biometric data to do, we booked the plane tickets with T., we are missing the insurance and a few minor details to be settled but on July 5th, we fly to Montreal!!!
