It occurred to me after seeing of a YouTube video of a European reacting to tornado footage that seeing a real tornado isn’t common, even for Americans. Seeing one hit the ground is even more uncommon. I lived in tornado alley for years and only saw one that actually touched down.
Something about the potential of bad weather just makes me turn into a goblin at the grocery store. I'm buying every treat, I'm hoarding little debbies, where's the rotisserie chicken.
