New back squats, from 175 to 215. Failed 220 twice. My biggest weakness, overhead squats: from 65 to 90. And the lunges I did were at 105 and they felt light 😅 Using 45# dumbbell on my workouts... Appreciating this body and the work I’ve been putting .

Every time you feel tired, remind yourself of why you are doing what you are doing and KEEP GOING. . Today was one of those that I just wanted to go home and sleep. But I pushed myself to go to the gym. Got my ass kicked by the amazing WOD @crossfityellowfalconmiami - I was able to do 3 full rounds and started the 4th one.... and then I lifted some weights.
