I’m already moderately thin (normal BMI, on the lower end of the healthy range) and I am so excited to have that small amount of wrinkly loose skin that thin people who lose weight have 😭🙏
how do you stay in control because i can never seem to commit to a fast or say no to food
I’m going to be fully honest; it’s really hard for me to keep control. I have a lot of binge eating episodes, and I used to just « recover » when I would binge and eat normally before I relapsed again in a month or so. This time around, I’ve tried to just get right back on track after a binge. Instead of prolonged fasting, I like intermittent fasting for around 18-24 hours. I tend to binge after I fast for more than 48 hours, so I only fast for short portions every day. Weight loss during fasting begins after about 12 hours, so you don’t need to fast very long before you start losing. Instead of saying « no » to food, I try to work that food into my day. If I know someone is going to offer me food, I accept it, and that usually ends up being all I eat. Other than that, I drink lots of yummy drinks like tea and diet soda pop to keep me full and beat cravings!
Nvm guys, somehow I gained six pounds in four days 😭
Oh my gosh; I’m finally back down to the weight I was before I started taking the medication that made me gain all of this weight. It felt so impossible, but I’ve done it.

I just discovered the best thing in the whole world.
Low Cal Hot Cocoa
Ingredients:
Low cal sweetener (I used monkfruit) (0-10ish cals)
Cocoa powder (5-10ish cals)
Water (0 cals)
Combine about 3 teaspoons of sweetener and 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder in a mug. measurements can vary depending on your tastes, but these are the approximate measurements I used. Fill your mug the rest of the way with water and stir. Microwave for 30-60 seconds, depending on how hot you want your hot cocoa. Enjoy!
To me, this tasted exactly like instant hot cocoa packets, and it’s super low cal.
