So far so good. Had a coffee and a couple bites of a breakfast burrito until I “got too full” and that was around noon. If I had to guess, I only had about 250 cals so far so I’m done for the day.
The First 48hrs of fasting sucks but I made it. It’s all about control and discipline.
Had a killer headache all day and drank a lot of water. I’m going to go as long as I can today, but my family is starting to notice I’m not eating so I might have to break fast today BUT I DOMT FUCKING WANT TOOOOOOOOO😤

I miss Ana. I miss her. She use to talk to me and coach me everyday. She use to monitor everything I did. Everything I ate or didn’t eat. She kept me responsible. She kept me safe from all of the bad things that make people ugly and unhappy.
They have taken her from me. Told me she was bad for my mental health. Cut our lines and now she wouldn’t even recognize me. If she saw me today, she’d recoil in disgust; all of her hard work and sacrifice down the drain. Because here I sit at 203lbs 8oz and I am disgusted with myself.
I want to be worthy of Ana’s friendship again. I want all of her attention. I want her to think I’m pretty just like she is. I miss her. Oh god I miss her.
