Howdy People
I'm a terrible tumblr-er.
I started an Instagram in the hopes that maybe I'll actually be able to regular post and be active there, at this point I think I'm mostly going to be posting stolen political memes.
Feel free to follow if you please!

Botham Sham Jean
I've been seeing a lot of trash floating around about how awful it apparently is that police searched the man's apartment after he was murdered by the female Dallas officer, criticising how some outlets are reporting that officers found weed in the apartment of the dead man.
So are we at the point in society where we no longer investigate murders and just automatically believe what the guilty party says as truth? It might have been no accident that the woman shot him.
That is not to say that race played any part in her killing him. If it was dark enough that she apparently couldn't tell she was not in her own apartment, it's reasonable to assume she did not know what race or gender the person in "her" apartment was.
Police officers keep odd hours, maybe her upstairs neighbor was a little too noisy for her liking and she snapped like a psycho bitch. Maybe she thought she could get away with it and play it off like it was a total freak accident. Maybe there is evidence in Botham's apartment that proves the two actually did know each other. Maybe his murder was hella premeditated.
The investigation is pretty much just getting started so how about we stop acting like we know the whole situation based pretty much solely on the murderer's testimony?
Literally for all we know this cop lady could have been stealing and dealing drugs from evidence and her neighbor was actually one of her clients and had threatened to turn her in after she did something shady? WE LITERALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON IN THESE PEOPLE'S LIVES SO LET'S STOP PRETENDING WE DO AND WAIT UNTIL THE INVESTIGATION HAS BEEN COMPLETED TO MAKE ANY JUDGEMENTS AND NOT JUMP ON THE "HE GOT KILLED FOR BEING BLACK" BANDWAGON WHEN THE SITUATION IS LIKELY FAR MORE COMPLICATED AND NUANCED THAN THAT.
Thank you.

kebabremover88 (the 88 fof fucks sake) does not "sound" or "seem" racist, he is. What has the world come to when self proclaimed rational anti-sjws can't see when a literal neo nazi and white nationalist is in front of them?
I do not know kebabremover88, nor have I spent and considerable amount of time on kebabremover88's page, outside of checking them out after we had some discourse about biological differences between people from different races that developed as different races began adapting and evolving in different geographic locations and conditions.I cannot speak for kebabremover88 or their politics. If kebabremover88 is a self proclaimed racist/neo-nazi or whatever, than that is their progative, but the terms get thrown around so loosely these days that they almost have no meaning anymore and I no longer assume anyone being called such things is actally racist at all.For arguments sake, lets assume kebabremover88 is a proud neo-nazi racist (i have no way of knowing if this is true, i am not calling this person a racist, but for arguments sake we are going to pretend this is fact). I feel I handeled the situation quite well. You aren't going to convert a racist by screaming at them and telling them everyone is equal or whatever. When I answered their ask, I confirmed their belief, which is based in scientific fact, and I gently introduced the idea that, though we may have some differences, we all have the potential to achieve the same things. If you tell someone they are outright wrong in a belief system they hold close to them, they are not going to listen to a word you are saying otherwise.I am going going to pretend that I'm a perfect angel and have always employed this tactic, but kebab brought up a topic I was interested in and hadn't really touched on before. Most of the time I like to think I am a rational, reasonable person, and if I'm ever not, I'm probably PMSing, because hormones can really fuck you up.

First and foremost: rape is wrong and terrible (duh).
But.
What if when you're drunk you give him the $5 he asks for but you realized you needed that $5 for Starbucks in the morning and tell everyone he stole it because you regret giving it to him?
What if both of you were too drunk to remember if you gave him $5, or if he took it out of your purse when you weren't paying attention? You assume he took it because it's not like you to hand out money to strangers, but he assumes you gave it to him because he knows he's not a thief.
What if you gave him the $5 somewhat willingly because he was big and scary and intimidating and you didn't want the fight, and turn him in afterwards for stealing it, when the whole time he thought you gave him the $5 because you wanted too and would have gladly gotten it from someone else if you had just better communicated your feelings.
What if you got drunk and the next day people tell you he totally stole $5 from you, when they didn't really exactly witness the act, and you don't really remember what happened, but you go to the cops anyway.
There are lots of area of gray in this subject. Sometimes the aggressor doesn't realize they are even being an aggressor. Sometimes people regret the choices they made and blame them on others. Sometimes people accuse other people of stealing from them when no theft took place.
The solution isn't "teach men not to rape" when a) not all rapists are men and b) there is legitimate gray area when binge drinking comes in to play. Now obviously there are a lot of very clear "yes, that is rape" cases, but we also see cases like the examples above where maybe it actually wasn't, but lives get ruined anyways because all people accused of rape are apparently guilty, even when proven innocent in the court of law.

3D Printed Guns
Why are people all up in arms about this now? This has been going on since like 2012/2013?
Like, it's not anything new and it was determined to be a violation of the first amendment to stop the dissemination of the gun blueprints.
The laws haven't changed to suddenly make it legal to for everyone and their mother to print guns, it just confirmed the legality of sharing the blueprints/instructions.
If you find a recipe for Vicodin but some magical means on the internet, it does not make it legal for any random person to produce, possess, and sell it.
For people worried about criminals printing guns to commit crimes, think about this. For one, how many gangs do you think are going to even have access to this technology? Also, it's probably just as easy for them to purchase weapons off the black market that will likely look cooler and be more reliable. If they do manage to get their hands on a 3D Printer, printing a gun would probably just be cheaper, not a whole lot easier, which means they will just have more money in their pockets for prostitutes and cocaine or whatever.
But what about at schools with printing facilities? 3D printers are expensive, so I imagine most schools already have them secured pretty tightly and monitored, but oh yeah, most kids aren't killers and the ones who are will find a way no matter what?

So this is kind of really misleading, and companies like those have not in fact "changed their sizes this much this much in a couple of years." If anything, sizing has gone the opposite direction with vanity sizing that is constructed slightly bigger so you feel slightly smaller. Reason #1 this is bullshit: clothes stretch out over time. Let's take a pair of underwear I purchased 3 years ago as an example. When I got them, I wore a US size 6, and they fit perfectly. Slowly over the course of 2 years I gained a good deal of weight and ended up somewhere around a size 10, but those undies still fit just fine! After I realized how fat I had gotten, I decided to lose weight. When I got back down to the size 6 I was when I purchased them, the underwear no longer fit! They were way too big! But a NEW pair of size 6 undies fit just fine. Of course, different fabrics will stretch out more than others, and some may take longer, but it will happen over time. Reason #2 this is bullshit: different cuts of short will have different waist sizes. Those literally look like they are examples of the 3 most common rises: low rise, mid rise, and high rise. In 2011 the extreme low rise was still VERY popular among the teen brands, and those white shorts appear to fall into that category. There is probably only about an inch or 2 of zipper, compared to 6 or 7 inches of zipper in the red shorts. Here's a newsflash: female shorts will become smaller in the waist the higher they rise on the torso, as the majority of biological female bodies taper in at the waist. This means you could go to a store RIGHT NOW, pull a pair of low rise and high waisted jeans in the SAME size, and the "size" of the jeans will have a big difference, like the different shown in the picture. Possibly even a bigger difference if the old shorts were size 0 and the new are size 4. It's entirely possible that this woman doesn't have much of a waist, so she would have to size up to get a high waisted short to fit, when she may very well still be able to where a size 0 in shorts. People will wear different sizes in different types and cuts of clothes, even if it's all the same brand. Every body is built differently, and clothing designers just design for the average of everyone.

Omg, I know it's been like over a year, but I just now noticed that you called me a waste of space over sensitive pussy and told me to kill myself, and now I'm kind of thinking you only read the first line or two of my post and literally nothing else I've ever posted.
I'm a particular fan of the "bait and switch," because it makes it easier to tell who is genuinely responding, and who is just reacting off the first few words I say...
Like, your response literally makes no sense...and I just...wow
This is why we can't have nice things. Why you gotta be so mean homie?

I saw this photo on Facebook today and I could not believe a business would advertise so blantely about illegal hiring practices. People in the comments section were disgusted, but then I thought about it more, and got mad for an entirely different reason.
There are 4 advertisements on the door to the business, and one is quiet clearly not like the others. 3 of the 4 signs are posted on the door from inside the shop, while the “help wanted” sign is quiet clearly posted on the outside of the door. Let’s think about that for a second.
Why would a business post one sign on the OUTSIDE of the door, rather than on the inside like all the other signs they have posted? The simple explanation? They didn’t. Literally ANYONE could have walked by and slapped that sign up, and my money would be on the person taking the picture.
Based on the “super high quality” graphic design of their “no outside food or drink” sign, I find it unlikely that they would spend money on a specialized “help wanted” sign when they could spend 5 minutes and pennies on the dollar to just print something off from word.
If people would just take a second and think before being outraged or disgusted and taking everything at face value or out of context, the world would be a much better place.

I picked an example that I was the most knowledgeable about that was pretty neutral. I mean, if you go spouting off about "people with African DNA have lower intelligence," you're going to look and sound hella racist, and I wanted to point out that, though our DNA and ancestry can indicate certain things about groups of people, there are always a number of outliers and ways to overcome any set back our DNA may have handed us with with proper tools and advance of modern technology.
Though biodiversity it undeniable, I don't feel it has any significant impact in modern society. If you take a slacker with higher intelligence from Asia and a motivated, energetic with lower intelligence from Africa, they would easily be on par based on the amount of effort each puts in to learning something. It may take more work for the person with lower intelligence, but if the person with higher intelligence doesn't have any motivation to learn, then we sort of reach a tortoise and the hare situation.
I don't really think that anything even needs to be done about biodiversity. I know I want to have mixed race children when the time comes, largely because I find Asian and Hispanic men attractive, and I want my children to have more melanin than me in effort to be better equipped to handle the effects of the sun, especially because of where in the country I live. That's just my personal preference, and it's a free country so have babies with whoever you want is where I stand.
Eventually as time goes on, I do believe in will be extremely difficult to find a "purebreed" of any race, with how easy it is to travel the world these days. I do imagine that the "white" race will die out first though, since when you mix anything with white, it pretty much always ends up as the other thing, but that in no way means you have to marry another white person to "save the race," because we are talking thousands and thousands of years here, and the sun may very well explode before we even reach the day where any race dies out.
Any opinions on the undeniable truth of human biodiversity in humans?
So I actually do have some opinions of biodiversity in humans.
It really is undeniable that different races are, well, different. I equate it to different breeds of dogs. You have some breeds that are good at hunting, some good at herding, and some good at sitting in your designer purse looking super cute.
I think one of the best examples of biodiversity is lactose intolerance. Some 90%+ of people from East Asia are lactose intolerant, compared to only about 40% of people with only European ancestry (don’t remember the exact number, but there was a significant difference). The reason for the difference?
Once upon a time, everyone in the world was exactly the same, and everyone was lactose intolerant, but then large groups of people starting migrating away from “home,” and those people who found themselves in Europe? They just so happened to evolve to be able to tolerate lactose, since suddenly there were cows, and they were thirsty bitches. They also lost the pigmentation in their skin, because the ones who didn’t suffered from major vitamin D deficiency since it wasn’t readily available in there new food environment, and there dark skin couldn’t absorb any from the sun.
Human evolution is really quite fascinating.
Now, I think your actual question probably has to do with all that neo-Nazi garbage about certain races being inferior because of their genes or whatever, but I don’t really buy into that a whole lot.
Using lactose intolerance again as an example, although the majority of East Asian people are indeed lactose intolerance, there is still a portion who have no problems digesting lactose. There are also may levels of severity, so a lot of that 90% could just get a little gassy when they drink milk, we don’t really know unless we poll everyone on the whole planet. There are also many aids available today to help overcome the symptoms of lactose intolerance, so people everywhere can enjoy delicious ice cream regardless of what they may be genetically predispositioned to because of where their ancestors evolved.
I hope that answers your question?!

Bitch I am a grown ass woman, and since when did the state of my hymen ever start dictating the validity of anything I have to say?
Anyway, I think I should clarify more of what I had in mind when I was referring to "abortions for rape victims" or whatever, because sometimes I forget the world can't read my mind.
In my head, I was more so referencing things like Plan B, basically stopping/flushing out any potential pregnancy before it really has a chance to take hold. I know a lot of rape cases go unreported, but if you go in for a "rape kit" it's standard procedure to see if the patient wants to take the pill, which of course isn't always 100% effective, but am I about to tell a 14 year old rape victim that she has to carry out a pregnancy to term after she finds out a month later that the Plan B failed?
Things in life are never entirely black and white, there are always grey areas. With most hot topic issues, I generally lie somewhere in the middle. What you call "punish the whore," I call "being a responsible adult, owning up to your mistakes, and dealing with the consequences."
My beliefs are built on my morals, and I strongly believe in not punishing others (in this case your unborn child) for your mistakes, or for your own personal gain.
I really don't think trying to insult my intelligence was really the best course of action to try and undermine my thoughts, but since I don't seek validation from strangers on the internet, it doesn't really bother me. You could, however, be accused of being ableist for that remark, since you're implying that people with learning disabilities are incapable of complex thought and reasoning, but hey, I'm no SJW, so I'm not about to call you out on that.
Contradiction of the day:
A pro-abortion vegan.
Like, you don’t eat meat or dairy because it kills/tortures/distress animals, but you support the killing of an unborn human through a process which, arguably, tourtures/distress the mother?
Causes where the baby won’t make it to term alive or severely threatens the life of the mother are more of a gray area, but a healthy fetus in a healthy mother? That’s just a big contradiction right there.

I'd dare to argue that "crafts" differ from "fine art" more so based on the usability and practicality of the object.
A paint looks nice, but it just sits on a wall and does nothing. A piece of embroidery will likely go on an article of clothing, maybe a towel or a pillow, and it adds asethic to an object with a purpose outside of just sitting there looking pretty.
A lot of African/Native art is built on ceremony, but it's not like you're going to see John Smith using a bronze statue integral to a coming of age celebration or anything like that.
Typical "crafts" include jewelry making, knitting, and crochet. These are activities that require creativity and skill just like fine art, but they produce objects that are meant to be used by the everyday person. You wear jewelry to express yourself and knit a scarf or crochet a sweater to keep you warm and cozy. The most similar "craft" to fine art in its purpose would probably be scrapbooking, since it doesn't really have any utilitarian purpose, but you also don't take a lifetime to master the art of scrapbooking and scrapbook theory.
Certainly there are some crazy talented knitters and other craftspeople, like carpenters, who are very skilled at their trade and make beautiful, complicated crafts that are works of art in themselves, but I see the distinction between craft and fine art revolving around whether or not the piece has a practical purpose.
the distinction between “crafts” and “fine art” is probably driven by misogyny and the devaluation of women’s labor

holy shit, are you pro life and vegan too??
I guess I would call myself pro-life, but I'm not about to crucify someone who has had an abortion, and I do understand that, at times, an abortion is necessary, or it feels like it is anyways. If the baby will be born with severe disabilities that will basically result in the person being fully dependant on other people for the rest of their lives, I can understand, and would support, the mother who decided to terminate the pregnancy. I do NOT, however, support abortions where neither the child or mother are in danger, and the pregnancy occurred during consensual intercourse. As far as being vegan goes, I am not one. In another life I probably would be, but I've had an avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder since childhood, and really my only "safe" foods contain animal products. I also eat meat, and I'm pretty sure I would literally be dead by now if I didn't, but I don't waste it. That pig/cow/chicken died so I could nourish myself and live, and I am not one for ending that life in vain. I do support buying locally produced meat/milk/eggs though, from farmers who treat their animals well, which realistically means local but not organic, since "organic" animal products mean the animal has never been given antibiotics, so if it gets sick it can't be treated and has to just suffer through, and possibly die, just so there can be a fancy label on a package. I watched a documentary about a dairy farmer who refused to be organic because he loved his cows so much, and didn't want them to suffer if they got sick, and it really just made me hate organic animal products.

Translation: don't fucking put words in my mouth. My initial post was 2 sentences of something I personally found contradicting. My 2, maybe 3 responses were hormone fueled stress releases.
I was trying to by nice and let the random stranger on the internet know I wasn't trying to personally attack them, I was just mad in general, but fuck you. I am mad at you specifically, random stranger on the internet.
You're one of many things that's wrong with the world, with society.
If I had the time, energy, and wanted to spam all my followers with vegan shit, I would have put up more of an effort to defend myself, my views, and my beliefs, but what's the point when there are so many versions circulating, and not everyone I want to see my responses will even see them?
It is extraordinarily irresponsible to spark the creation of a new life through negligence and then decide to simply wash your hands of it like it never happened. I feel veganism is revolved around valuing other living creatures above your own needs and desires, since we really are designed to eat animals and animal products (our brains love cholesterol), and to not value the life growing inside you?
The great almighty Ben Shapiro made a great argument about abortion that really shifted my indifference towards the matter, which I'll link for your enjoyment.

EDIT: I totally though your response was in relation to a different post, but my thoughts still stand, and I would like add that THIS post I made was inspired by all the "I found the vegan" memes that float around Tumblr, cause it turns out the Tumblr vegan community is super sensitive and always feels the need to "educate" people.
And for real, compared to the last posts I've made, that other post just blew up! Any publicity is good publicity, isn't that the saying?
