*Hard to swallow pills*
It’s not body positivity if you’re shaming traditionally “attractive” body types

Welcome To: I expose Marvel characters because I'm upset my favorite characters aren't in the movies. And no. I will not elaborate.

@katquasar Sorry Tumblr is glitvhy and I can't verify my email, to answer your question
I think it depends on the story, like how the firelord was all "POWER! GIVE ME MORE!" And that was it but it didn't ruin avatar. Because the story was more about Aang, Zuko, the people he affected. He acted like a main character but he was at most a side character.
It would also depend on what you consider having a personality. Everyone has one, they just may not show it off, and that may be the point the author is proving like in Silent Voice. Personally I'm sick of the 'fake good girl turns "normal" or "learns" the world is terrible and changes forever" trope. So anytime I see a nice girl allowed to be kind even garbage times it has a soft spot in my heart"
That might be why some people like Princess peach. Or they just think she's pretty. Or both.
Im sick of people trashing the 'damsel in distress. That simply means a girl who can't save herself. If you want to write a story about a girl who saves the day do so, but don't stomp on those who can't help themselves that's not what heroes do.

My point is mainly how early Disney princesses are treated like bad role models, when the point of their stories to remain kind which takes a lot of courage when you're in a situation you can't immediately get out of. There's also nothing wrong with a guy being portrayed as heroic for helping a girl. That's a good role model for boys. If you have a specific example from a book or something, I'd probably agree with you.

One of my biggest pet peeve is when someone will go on YouTube, either someone is talking about season 1 or there's a clip of something from season 1 and in the comments they'll be talking about how someone you shouldn't trust someone. I don't care about your 'spoiler warning'.

The charm of America is all these different places with different people, in different circumstances. The only time things are bland is when people are forced to think the same thing. I love telling people it's soda not pop and giggling at other accents.

Is it just me or does it seem like the homework they show on tv is harder than in real life. Like most of the time I just 'read' the chapter and answered the questions.

Have you noticed that the funny anime skits are almost exclusively made by black guys. Just something to think about.

Everyone talks about how being a doctor, parent or teacher is the hardest job. Replacing someone on a well beloved kids show, comes with generations of contempt. Wherever you are Joe from Blue's Clues I'm sorry I never gave you a chance.
That's right I'm next level mature!

Honestly people need to stop pretending it's okay to put ice cream on hot foods. It's just messy, and I DON'T like it.
