Space buns in quarantine 💀

Being sober during quarantine is so so hard and it’s making my mood very unpredictable and volatile. I’m very easily irritated and can slide down the slippery slope of negativity quicker than normal. I’m also prone to bouts of extreme apathy, which I know is a sign of oncoming depression. I hate that I want to drink/smoke, I hate that I can’t drink/smoke, and I hate that I need to drink/smoke. I’m 32 days into a 100 day sobriety challenge, but I’m just so upset it’s during quarantine lol. But now I guess I really need to be thinking about how I’m going to ration and limit myself after June 1st. Who knows where our world will be then. I’m trying to set myself up for success by forcing myself to do little things when I feel like I’m sliding. I have a lot of self-awareness, but sometimes I choose to ignore it.
