I’ve noticed that the most effective way for virgo/mercury dominant folks to improve their mental health is to:
daily write one affirmation repeatedly till it fills a page
it has to be a different affirmation each day. one that is suited for the day’s requirements and mental mood. here’s why it works:
virgo is the sign of routine and repetition, habit and practice
it is also the sign of service, work, and most importantly – manual labour
Hasta nakshatra in virgo rules the hands!
writing is huge for both mercury and virgo
virgo and mercury both have a methodical nature and rule the mind
virgo is mutable earth. therefore, practical and physical habits work best in its favour
mercury is the smallest planet. because of its size, it has limited energy and can thus only hold a few things at a time. so focusing on a single affirmation per day then moving onto the next works wonders

hello, i hope you're still doing the birth chart info thing ! I was born on 3rd April 2009 ; at 7:20 pm and at dharwad, karnataka, India . My specific question is " Is Psychology suitable for me as a career ?" I'd like to give with 🌞 anon please ! Thank-youu
Yes it is, 🌞 anon ! You’re very well suited for psychology. I think you have a natural feel for understanding people and it can be very easy for you to make them do what you want. I see high empathy and a good mind in you. You’re quite accurate at reading people, you have a lot of insight. You’re gifted in psychological analysis and I highly recommend you pursue that career path. It’s a great fit for you.
You’re born to be a leader and this can be frustrating for you because it can feel like when you initiate things, nothing works out. You need to wait for people to ask you for help and then provide them your expertise. Psychology is a perfect field for that.
You would do well to focus on mastering systems of knowledge rather than, say, focusing on more hands-on skills. Psychology is a great knowledge system and I’m sure it’ll feed into more areas of interest for you as well. You’d be an amazing counsellor or consultant. Dispensing advice to those who need it is your life’s purpose. Even if you choose to go into a field unrelated to psychology, your intuitive psychoanalytical skills will be there to aid you in that career as well.
A note of caution: Be wary of trying to use knowledge to feel safe. Don’t hoard information to feel like you have control over the world. Don’t overprepare – just get out there and do the thing. Get out of your mind and into your body. Work out, run. Don’t spend all of your time up in your head.
I hope this gave you some comfort and confidence. I wish you the best of luck for your future 🍀 You’ve done a good job of figuring out who you are. Keep trusting yourself and allow yourself to keep growing.

I feel like no matter how comfortable I am with a job, I’ll always want something new. How can I overcome this and find the career path that’s right for me? And I’m kinda new to astrology, so is there anything that stands out to you?
Hi!! thank you for your patience while I got to your question, I know it’s been a few days and I really appreciate it.
Since you’re new to astrology, here are your vedic planetary dignities and placements:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
You can look these placements up by typing in ‘sun in purva bhadrapada’ or ‘saturn in revati.’ I highly recommend barbara paijan’s site. It has considerable sanskrit jargon but understanding those words isn’t a necessity for getting value from her work. just skip over them and you’ll be fine.
onto advice for your career based on your pattern:
your mercury in 11H-Pisces along with mars and saturn is a huge block. pisces is the sign of long distance travel, going abroad, always seeking and yearning for more. it’s about being wisped away into the ephemeral and floaty, insubstantial things. pisces is about being lost and always searching for something that doesn’t exist. its about ache and the unknown and the invisible. that’s why mercury does very badly in pisces – the mind (mercury) is a rational instrument that craves security from concrete, physical, visible things.
this placement causes a push and pull in you between your feeling, emotional side and your practical, thinking side. this dynamic is at the core of a lot of things in your life. the balance between feeling vs. thinking, being too emotional vs. being emotionally numb, idealism vs. practicality is a major crux of your life. your ability to feel may seem like your superpower many times but also it may hold you back. your greatest gift is also your greatest challenge.  you need to learn to take responsibility for your emotional state.
this placement can also manifest in the other extreme: you use strictly only your mind to make all your decisions. let go and let life take over. you can’t think everything through to always maintain control. life is a ride – you’re the theme park visitor, not the ride operator.
language, music, and the arts are your natural domain in life. you are greatly talented at evoking emotion in people. however, your expertise over your own emotional state plays a role in how successfully you can affect one’s emotions through your art. using your abilities to evoke emotion in people to help them in their lives can be a major life purpose of yours. try this on and see what you think.
let these questions quietly grow in your mind. it will stimulate your intuition and you will be able to guide yourself: think to times in your life you have caused great emotion in other people. was it easy for you to cause those emotions? how did you do it? was it directly through your words or through your art? what effects did those emotions have? how did you feel when you were making these people feel things? what sorts of emotions would you like to cause in other people? why? does it help them? how does that make you feel? what do you feel and how do you express it? do you enjoy expressing and sharing your feelings through your art?
you can find the career path that’s right for you by having an inner vision. if you don’t know what your inner vision is, draw something. paint something, make some music, dance. it will emerge. your creative outlets are your key to yourself.
find the balance between your heart and your mind and your art and your inner vision will make itself known to you. you have to accept your suffering, transform your past, and let go of what doesn’t really exist in the present moment. allow yourself to feel hope and be flexible.
put your art out in into the world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! be idealistic!!!! this will give you life and turn the volume up on what your inner vision is. follow your dreams – many of them involve relationships/ other people. that’s okay) your idealism is your lifeblood, don’t abandon it because it gives you strength. but also don’t keep cutting people off or cutting yourself off from your own past because of your ideals. again, there is a need for balance between your ideal world and the real world. fantasy vs. reality, pisces vs. mercury.
your life’s purpose is about finding the right outlet for your creative gifts so that they cause intensely transformational feelings in others. whatever you do can be art, it doesn’t necessarily have to be traditional things like drawing or music. this is something your heart wants and it be difficult to have the courage to follow it because its so... idealistic. take that leap of faith and you will be fulfilled like never before. you have to have an outlet for your artistic works otherwise all you will experience is frustration. you are an artist whether you like it or not.
if you dig deep, you will find that the thing that gives you most fulfillment is the thought of leaving the most innermost pieces of yourself in this world through your art. have the courage to explore that. only good things will come of it.

Okay thank you. The app was being glitchy when I sent it so I wasn’t sure.
Hi!! Thank you for your patience 🐥 I appreciate it a lot 🐷
So, your chart is very interesting 👀 You asked about whether a career in comedy is suited for you and the answer is yes it is but it may not be in the way that you think.
Comedy isn’t a straightforward career path for you unless you speed run your life’s lessons. You are primed for it and would succeed at it but the path ahead is a long, rocky one. Comedy and humor and laughter are a huge, huge part of your life path. Whether you have a career in it or not, it will always be a dominant theme in your life.
You have excellent planets in your 5th house of Capricorn. The ruler of your chart sits there in conjunction with two other planets that aren’t in detriment. However, Capricorn’s ruler Saturn is in debilitation in Aries along with Jupiter which the planet of good times and fun and bounty. Coincidentally, Aries is also the Arudha for your 5th house.
What this means is: You have all the makings of being a phenomenal comedian – it is definitely something meant for you in this lifetime – but it is a path that will have constriction/limitation/hardship around it for a significant period of time. Life’s school of hard knocks is preparing you to be a great comedian – as is the story of most legendary comics. If you are able to find humor from life’s hardships and express that truth of yours, nothing can stop your glow.
I encourage you to pursue this path but please be aware that you will need to persevere. Hold on to your sense of humor through life’s hardships and tell the world about it. That’s how you succeed.
Some advice for you based on your pattern:
Don’t expect consistent results in your life. It is your natural rhythm to have things happen very fast in a short period of time and then have long periods of rest and uneventfulness. You will have a full, creative life where you make many things, don’t worry! Just remember that slowness in life does not equal failure for you.
Structure in life is very important for you, I cannot stress this enough. Whether it comes through relationships or your daily routine, make sure you have a system you can rely on to do the things you want to do in life. For example: no matter what, vow to spend at least 10 minutes a day thinking about new joke material. Set micro goals and make a habit of showing up. Results don’t matter, it’s the process. Make sure you have a structure in place that lets you practice your craft. This is one of the challenges you are meant to overcome.
Don’t focus solely on comedy. You are meant to pursue many things at a time. Don’t worry about them being too different, they will interconnect in the end. Diversify your interests but also don’t spread yourself too thin.
Relationships and community are very important for you. Like I said before, finding structure through relationships would be so so great for you. Also, join a club! Get involved with groups of people! You gain energy when you provide a safe space for others. Create a physical or digital or metaphorical ‘home’ for a group of people and it will be much easier to have the strength to pursue your passion.
It can be hard for you to find your purpose in life. Don’t worry about it – the purpose of life is to enjoy it. Let things change you, remain safe in the knowledge that your deepest core will never be shaken. Be in the Now. Live like a child in playfulness and wonder. Once you learn to retain and share that childlike optimism and humor even while moving through life’s challenges, you’ll be a comedian no one can beat.
I wish you many many blessings, I felt chills while I was doing this reading. I didn’t feel that for any others. There may be a crossroads in your life right now. Don’t give up comedy, make it a part of your life.
You’ll do great things 🌞
