Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough
This is my take on the cottage cheese cookie I’ve been seeing on TikTok. I omit the almond flour because eating that raw feels icky to me.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Blend:
1 cup cottage cheese
2 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Mix:
The cottage cheese concoction
2 scoops/servings vanilla protein powder
3 tbsp chocolate chips
Add in milk/milk alternative in little splashes as needed if it’s too dry

I liked it, but you definitely need to buy a protein powder you enjoy. I found it very filling so I only had about 1/3 of this small bowl. I think it’s a nice high protein sweet treat 💅🏻
