If you can throw it in a bowl and add some sauce I'm all for it. Especially since most are easily made plant based.

3. Eat off smaller plates. Create the illusion of more food fooling your brain into not overeating by using smaller plates for your meals.
4. Drink more water. Water keeps us feeling full and can stave off feelings of hunger. It also helps your body more effectively digest and recover from exercise and activity.
5. Consume protein. Make sure that every time you eat, you’re getting protein. It makes you feel fuller than fats and will help your body burn more fat at rest.
