hey guys ! i dont know if anyone noticed my absence for the past few weeks. my family got into an accident and we’ve been slowly recovering from it. i’ve been working everyday to cover the cost of medical bills so i haven’t had the energy to play the game, reply to anyone or even have time for myself. i’m really sorry for disappearing you guys. i miss editing and interacting with you guys sm but i haven’t had the energy or time for myself as it has been super stressful. thankfully, my mom and sister is starting to work again while my dad is recovering so i have a bit more free time now :+)

i decided to create a new blog cause i want a fresh start of things (a big reason why i was in a creative rut cause i honestly felt too much pressure in making sure i created a ‘good’ edit and i was restricting myself from posting less edited / gp posts cause i felt like i had to be consistent - ik silly me aksdjf. so i wanted to start fresh and be more carefree. i hope yall understand!!) so if y’all still interested in seeing my stuff / me in general:

sorry guys for being absent :+((( i’ve been trying my hardest to find inspiration but i ??? can’t seem to get anything right this week. my allergies + period has been taking over me and then i got an unexpected inflammation of my gum (i got my wisdom tooth surgery done a month ago??) and now my left side of my cheek is swollen up. i hope y’all doing better tho :+) i’ll try again next week. tysm for ur patience guys !! ily

hi this is 3am me talking. i made this lame post cause i got really emotional n gushy?? like it’s super lamE af for me to say this n idk how im going to properly word this / articulate my thoughts but i’m truly thankful for you guys. i’ve met so many amazing people on here who are so creative, talented and genuinely good ass people. so many of y’all are here supporting not only me, but everyone in this community and i’m just in awe. even though we’re all going through our own personal battles, we still make the effort in creating silly sim related content, share it to everyone + give each other love through likes, comments, asks etc. thank u guys sm for being here. aS cheesy as it sounds, i’m really blessed that i’ve met all of u. even tho it’s not physically possible w/ my ability to give each n every one of u my full attention (cause mAn y’all know how often i ghost i just suck at communicating orz;;;;; im sorry ajksdhf) i hope my lil comments/likes/msgs/posts or what not help express my gratitude for y’all. il y guys

How do you do the hair thing with hair with the hair brushes, how do you make it looks good?? Any tips??

+ hi lovely! could you please do a tutorial on how you edit the eyes and lips in your edits? the lips always look so glossy and i would want to learn how to do that. or can you link me some tutorials or something? thank you so much!!

hair: photoshop 2018 has this function called the “smoothing” tool where u can make the lines more stabilized + i have my drawing tablet so my lines look more ‘curvier’ (or u can use the pen tool) > use a normal brush > blur out the edges. i draw each hair like one by one lOL i should prob find a hair brush tbfh akjsdhf

eyes: i made a tutorial right here :+) !! ive changed the way i edit my eyes a bit but essentially it’s the same concept!

lips: i dont do much honestly !!! i just go over it w/ any colour i like, make sure the layer is on ‘soft light’ and then add a shine (by drawing some lines) w/ a bright yellow/white to it :+) !!

overall: how i edit is based on looking at reference photos :+) !! want a glossy lip? go pinterest / google what glossy lipstick looks like + try to mimic it !! experiment and have fun !!

I think the work you did on ridgeports Christy dress really completes the look. You guys made something really amazing together. You two are my faves :) I hope you're having a good day!

there’s this 80 dollar dress on UO that i was crying over because it was so cute but ya girl doesn’t have the fund$ for that but!! at least my sims can!! this was one of my most time consuming pieces of cc tbh!! i cut out my own slit on the mesh and it actually worked!! i playtested this and made sure to test with all the sliders so it should work for all your sims!! there’s super minor clipping only when the sim walks but it’s at the bottom hem and doesn’t affect gameplay or poses at all!

i named this after christy @okyio​ because when i realized i couldn’t draw the buttons+seams for sh*t she was AN ANGEL and drew them so it literally look like art!!!! i owe her my life.

Hi! I read some of your latest anon answers, and while I think your sims are very diverse and your edits do have the same warmth to them but are very different individually, I disagree with the people in the replies saying you shouldn't change. I think changing your editing style, developing it and trying new things is fun and helps you improve! I think you're edits are incredible as they are, but trying out other stuff is cool too. This is just my opinion, sorry if I've offended you. ;;
