ah man, i think i got ghosted by someone i like to write with. i was hoping we could get back to it, but i guess it didn’t work out. trying not to be too bummed over it, but it’s hard to find someone who can write love like that.
sometimes you meet people and they’re able to write these beautiful things, and make you feel these incredible feelings, and it’s a sad little grieving process when they go. am i losing a friend, or am i losing someone who could inspire magic in me? is it both?
im in a weird mood, will probably delete this later.

Now that I have an ASD diagnosis, I spend time looking back over common autistic traits and laughing about the complaints old friends had about me.
'Too political' was one of them. A lot of autistic people have an inflated sense of justice/right and wrong/black and white thinking about morality.
'Can't get along with everyone' was another. I was guilty of cutting off people in a large friend group for being bigots/scaring me, and then was judged for not keeping the peace.
There's so many more examples (including introversion or not understanding social cues), but it's really funny/bittersweet to look back and see that a lot of what they didn't like about me is that I'm autistic.
