I am alive, I've just taken a break from social media cause I'm focusing on some really tough therapy I've started. But it's going well so far so that's all I can hope for! Portland Bill Lighthouse 😍 I've always had a huge love and fascination for lighthouses and this is a very beautiful example of one. Take space! Be seen! Don't be afraid to stand out and be different. Wear what you want and express yourself. I'm very often overdressed for an occasion. It's rarely you will see me at the supermarket, at the pub, going for a walk etc in my joggers and my hair in a bun. I'm normally all made up and wearing something I feel good in. And why shouldn't I? If that's clothes that's being considered too much or overdressed by others then that's their problem not mine. Fashion is for having fun and finding your creative outlet so if you have something special you want to wear and you don't dare to because you're worried what people are thinking. Wear it! It's liberating! And you'll grow! I wore this outfit yesterday when Mike, Leah and I went to the pub for some non-alcoholic drinks and something to eat. I loved this outfit. Today mark my grandma Arna"s 115th birthday. ❤️ I grew up with my grandma. She lived with me, my mum and dad and it was so amazing. She was such a kind, caring and loving woman. She had lived a hard life as she was a 2 time cancer survivor. She also had a baby out of wedlock in 1926 which she was forced to give up so she had a lot of sadness and hardship in her past. But thankfully she met my grandfather, they had my dad and lived a happy life together until she was widowed when she was 59 weekend my grandad died. After seeing "everyone" on Instagram in beautiful flower fields I was inspired to take a photo in front of the beautiful, but nowhere near as impressive lavender at my mother in law the other day 😂😂😂😂 But I think it still makes quite a nice addition to the photo 😉 I'm so sad the summer is nearing an end. My football team @wokingfc had earlier this year an initiative to raise money for the club where you could get your named on the shirt. As Mike and I are such big fans we wanted to support the club and get our names on the shirt. These are the shirts the team will be playing with this season so it makes it extra fun and special. I've taken some time out to myself since I came back from Norway processing everything that I did in Norway and all the lovely people I met. It surely has set me up good for the hard autumn ahead. Lots of good memories that I will focus on ahead and the qualms and thought processes I had from my trip I've now had time to deal with in my own way so I again can focus on the positiveness I'm trying to find in everyday. But I also are aware there will be hard day's ahead so if you're struggling with things don't ever let anyone tell you to snap out of it cause only you know how things really are. Take time out for you, talk with someone you trust if you feel that helps you and you'll come out stronger.
