Lynette
Lynette has never been so scared of losing someone in her life, not until she fell in love with you, now she cant think about a life without you
Whenever you cuddle she would put one of her ears to your chest to hear your heartbeat, her arms hugging you closely as her tail wraps around her legs
Lynette finds comfort in hearing your heartbeat, knowing that you still with you, that you didnt leave her, that your still there, in her arms

Cornelia Street Farmer's Market
Tumblr media
a/n: yes I have decided that the return from my hiatus will be me deciding to be one of those ppl who write fanfic about celebrities. And yes, it will be Taylor Swift. Also this is based off of a tote bag I have and the small business in this is based off the small business I work at :) this is me telling you to buy stuff from Daisy G's Soaps. Also dude I want this woman SO FUCKING BAD someone needs to restrain me.
Synopsis: You've been working at a local farmer's market off of Cornelia Street since you moved to new york, selling hair and skin care products. The holiday seasons are your busiest time of year.
----
It wasn't a huge deal when you'd see celebrities walk by at the market, it's New York. What else do you expect? You'd mostly stick to yourself and gawk at them from a distance, if any came up to your booth you'd pretend you didn't know who they were, but it becomes increasingly hard very often.
This particular Saturday you sat quietly in your booth, bundled up in a jacket, leaning against the leg of your pop up as you read the book you had carefully positioned so you wouldn't have to take your hands out of your jacket to hold it.
It always started out slow for the first 15-30 minutes, everyone over getting their usual groceries first before exploring the rest. Always happy to see new faces, but even happier to see old faces because that meant they'd be stocking up on their soap which meant more money for you.
You noticed someone enter your tent, looking around the small yet thoroughly filled area. You glanced up with a smile, their back towards you unfortunately, "Hi, just let me know if you have any questions, I have testers in the front if you wanna try any lotions, aloe cream, cuticle balm, or toners." You said cheerfully, "A little goes a long way" You made sure to add.
Often times if you didn't have testers people would take it upon themselves to open up the lotions, tear open deodorants, spray toners, and if you didn't point out the "Little goes a long way" they'd most likely take a glob of the cream or an unholy amount of lotion, only to complain about how heavy it is as if they didn't already put half to container on one arm.
The person simply nodded as you looked back down at your book.
After a little you saw a shadow come over you making you look up only to have your heart drop to your stomach at who was standing infront of you, "Hi so I was just wondering what the difference in these two were" Taylor said holding two shampoo bars "Same with the conditioner" She added.
You took in a breath, begging for those theater classes in highschool to come in handy right now so you could at least seem like you weren't losing it.
"Um yeah so the green one is for if you have naturally dry hair and you wanna get it to not be like so annoying that you have to wash it daily but you do want some moisture up there, and the pink one is the opposite, oily to natural as opposed to dry to natural" You explained, "The difference in conditioner is simply the fragrance, the purple label is lavender, and the green label is eucalyptus" You finished your long winded explanation on the hair products, Taylor nodding along seemingly very interested.
"Which do you use?" She asked "Your hair looks really nice" She complimented.
A small bit of red made it's way to your face at her words, smiling like an idiot just a little bit, "Thank you, um I use the pink and the eucalyptus ones" You say "Then I do some of the hair serum" You further explained "I have samples, of the shampoos as well for people who are knew to the shampoo bar world if you wanna take them, and come back with your opinions"
A smile grows on her lips as she nods a bit, "That is such a good idea, wow you've really thought all this through" She says "Mhm, it's almost as if this is my job" You joked earning a laugh from her, which earned a skipped beat in your heart in return.
You quickly reached under a table into your samples box, whipping out two bags, one with a small chunk of a pink bar of shampoo and another with green and some conditioner before slipping them into her bag of other products.
Soon you finished checking her out and sent her on her mary way, "Have a nice day" You smiled and she nodded "You too... oh I never caught your name" She quickly said "Oh, Y/n" You replied as you brought your finger to your chest to tap on the name tag, fighting back the urge to freak out over her asking for your name. "Ooh, pretty" She commented, "Have a good one, Y/n" She waved was gone just as fast as she came.
You could've died right then and there.
The rest of the day carried on pretty ok, of course it was busy as the holidays were approaching and people needed their fill and last minute gifts, ending the day you had a great profit, packed up and went back home to get ready to do it all over again Saturday, then Wednesday, then Saturday, then Wednesday. Ebb and flow.
Of course when you'd yap to your friends about Taylor Swift being out their using your soaps they didn't believe you but it didn't matter because she new your name and not theirs, those fucking losers.
The following Wednesday you prayed on your way to the market that she'd stop by to visit and tell you how amazing the shampoo was and also how cool and awesome you were, but as the day progressed on you'd slowly realized that she probably wasn't going to come, so you settled once more on reading your silly little book.
As the market slowed down, basically dead at this point, you'd no longer been even thinking about the celebrity, too set on the book once more propped up so you could stay coddled up in your jacket.
When you saw someone walk into the booth you just bearly looked up to say your usual greeting, then looking back at your book.
"You changed spots! I thought you weren't here" You heard the now slightly more familiar celebrity's voice making your head shoot up, a smile jumping to your face "Yeah sometimes we have to rotate" You shrugged, once more trying to remain calm, "Well don't let them move you anymore that was way too stressful" She laugh as you nodded a bit "Sometimes I work this market back in Arizona and they have you change spots every show it's nuts" You stuck something in your book to keep your place before you got up to feel just a little less smaller than her.
"Arizona?" She tilted her head just a bit as you nodded "Yep yep, born and raised, then I moved to Oregon for community college, and now I'm here" You finished your back story as she smiled and nodded "That explains why you're so bundled up" Taylor said, teasing just a bit at your layers.
"It's December!" You defended "You're wearing a snow jacket" She laughed "Well when it snows you'll be crawling back over here saying Y/n, Y/n I'm so chilly please help me, and I'll be nice and warm" You spoke triumphantly as she laughed at your antics "Oh I bet" She nodded along with you.
"Well before any of that happens I need to get actual shampoo and conditioner from you" Taylor segwayed into a new conversation as you nodded "So you liked it?" You asked as she hummed "Mhm, and then I was wondering if you did little like gift sets?" You nodded kneeling down to reach under your table to grab a bag for her, "So we have 3 different ones, 15, 25, and 35, so 15 is travel soaps, small sugar scrub, small lotion, and lip balm, 20 is regular soap, small face cream and sugar scrub and a lip balm, and 35 is two regular soaps, bath bomb, regular sugar scrub, and a surprise, the surprise is probably shower steamers cuz I made way too many and need them out of my house" You finished your rant, only then realizing how annoying you must sound, explaining the prices and reason behind each of your gift sets to a rich woman.
But Taylor stood there listening intently, nodding along with everything you said to show that she understood. It was a little surreal, as if she was on the same playing field as you. Obviously she wasn't, you were a 27 year old selling soaps to pay rent and buy weed, and she was a 34 year old billionaire writting songs that made you feel like you were being reborn.
Soon she'd finished picking out what she needed, payed, and took her leave.
This routine carried on every Saturday, you had now idea how the public didn't figure out that she'd stop by the market every Saturday morning, sometimes right before we closed, you assumed that it was because she was coming at those certain times when no one was here. When she'd be in your booth looking around and someone would drop in as well, she'd nonchalantly take her leave and return later. Sometimes she'd stop by just to drop off snacks she got from other vendors which you always took very thankfully, never having the heart to tell her that you'd already tried just about everything here, or that when she stopped by with anything meat related you couldn't eat so you'd give to your neighboring booths.
It was a really nice routine, very down to earth.
This weekend you were expecting to pull in a lot of profit, it being the weekend before Christmas and it was about time for your regulars to stock up their shelves.
Over the past few weeks you'd also learned that the way you acted around Taylor was partially because she was famous, but you slowly realized it was leaning more towards you having a big fat lesbian crush on her.
Damn the farmer's market and it's romantic atmosphere.
In this discovery you'd devised a plan, on the back of one of your business cards you always slipped in bags you'd write your number and play it off by putting "if you have any questions" with it on the back of the card. Full proof plan, right? Wrong.
You'd actually lost the card like the fool you are and when you saw Taylor making her way over to your both you realized that it'd be weird if you wrote your number right infront of her, so you tried to nonchalantly search for the card. Basically scrambling around to find it.
"Hey Y/n!" Taylor said happily as she walked into your booth, "Hey Tay" You said quickly, trying to pull yourself together, not even realizing to nickname you'd given her. "Did your mom like the gift set?" You asked as she nodded, "Mhm, I gave her your card so she could start ordering from your online store" She said looking away from you and into her bag, you tilted your head a bit as she pulled out a box of cookies, a bow tied around it to keep it together, "Merry Christmas" She said as she held the box out to you making a blush shoot to your face.
"Oh my goodness, thank you so much!" You said as you took the box from her hands, your fingers grazing a bit as a bolt of electricity rocked through you, "I didn't know what kind you liked so I made you a variety" She elaborated as your eyes widened "You made these??" You asked as she nodded "You didn't have to do that, oh my gosh" A stupid smile was set on your face.
"I know but I wanted to" She shrugged as you looked up at her "Thank you so much" You smiled, "If I had known we were doing gifts I would've made some banana bread or something" You laughed a little as she tilted her head "I make some fire banana bread just you wait" You said as she smiled and shook her head a bit, laughing with you.
She turned to glance at your items and this was your moment to strike, you scurried to grab a pen and a card, jotting down your number on the back, and the excuse before tossing it into a bag right as she turned back to you, "I'll pick some stuff for you and that can be like the placeholder for your Christmas present" You said with a firm nod as she shook her head "No you don't have to do that" She said "Don't worry about it" You reassured as you picked out a few things for her, making sure to pick fragrances you noticed she leaned more towards.
"So... do you have any... plans for Christmas?" Taylor asked, an awkward vibe coming off of her that didn't go unnoticed, "Um.... my brother was gonna come visit with his wifey and kids, but I think they decided to visit my mom instead" You explained as you finished picking out her things, "Oh are you going to visit her as well?" She asked as you shook your head "No we don't get along during the holidays" You shrugged "And I wouldn't be able to afford flying down there and missing any work here" You added as her eyes widened.
"So are you gonna be alone?" You shook your head quickly "No no no, I have my cat" You joked, but this time she didn't laugh and your whole body tense in reaction. "You can't spend Christmas alone Y/n" Taylor says with a kind of sad puppy dog look in her eyes, the holidays obviously meaning a lot to her, she thought for a few seconds, something flashing through her eyes then spoke, "There is a party I'm going to at about 5, I plan to be out of there by 10 or 11 if you wanna come" She suggested.
You thought about it for a moment and shook your head, "I don't wanna intrude, really I'm fine" You tried but she wouldn't expect it, reaching behind you to snatch one of your business cards and a pen to write down the address for the party and her house, "If you want we can meet at mine or we can meet there," She paused looking at you in a way you couldn't really put a name to in the moment "It'd mean the world if I saw you there" She finished as you nodded, listening to her words.
"I'll see if I can" You said with a nod, she smiled at you as she nodded in return.
Soon she was off, as a few people had joined in looking around your booth. In that moment you decided that you'd be running a few booths down to the produce to het some over ripened bananas to make Taylor the best banana bread she'll ever have, and she'd be enjoying it sometime before or after this party.
The day rolled around the corner and you were in your apartment staring at your outfit in the mirror trying to decide if wearing a turtleneck was a stupid idea or not, very cliché lesbian vibe with a black turtleneck and brown pants but what if it was too cliché and she thought you looked silly. You thought about throwing a necklace on only to look like that one picture of The Rock, then realizing you only had stupid statement earings because you are a stupid lesbian who likes stupid jewelry.
Dear god you are so fucked.
You decided that throwing on a green corteroid jacket would pull it together and also give you something to fiddle with when you would inevitably get overwhelmed.
You nodded a bit at your outfit as you checked the time and quickly walked to your kitchen to grab the loaf off of your counter, as well as your keys and your tote, giving your cat a quick goodbye before heading out the door.
The drive to Taylor's was uneventful, refusing to sit in silence but also the only songs on your playlist were songs by the woman you were practically vibrating with anxiety to see. Would she think it's weird that you listen to her music? No no of course not.... what if she did though.
You desperately needed to get a grip, this was just a party and she felt bad that you'd be alone so she invited to, it's not that deep.
Your phone told you when you arrived at the house, kind of expecting it to be a big huge billion dollar home, but it was just a house. It felt kind of nice knowing that someone like Taylor, lived in... just a house.
You parked in her driveway before getting out, grabbing your things and locking your car, then walking to her door. You stood for just a second before taking in a deep breath and knocking. After a minute you heard footsteps then the door swung open and there she stood all 8 feet of her, or what felt like 8 in the moment. Did you shrink? You must have. Hair still wet from the shower, the smell of the soap and lotion she'd used washing over you.
"Y/n!" She smiled brightly as she held the door open for you, then she saw the loaf in your hands and smiled "Oh the banana bread" She said as you walked in and nodded a bit "Yeah, um... yes... Merry Christmas" You said as you held it out to her, she laughed a bit at your body language and nodded taking the bread "Thank you" She said as she closed the door and led you to the kitchen to set the bread down, "I'm gonna run back upstairs and finish getting ready, you make yourself comfortable and we'll head out here in like... 30 minutes" She said as you nodded looking around in hopes of quickly taking in the area, beginning to fiddle with your jacket, she gives you a quick smile and walks back upstairs.
You take this time to try and calm yourself, this isn't that deep and you're getting too worked up for nothing.
You take a seat in the livingroom, quietly scrolling through your phone, replying to a few emails with questions about your business. When Taylor came back down she was in a black turtleneck, with black pants and a big red coat, a gold chained necklace around her neck. Her hair was pulled up but she made sure to leave her bangs out, and of course she had her signature red lip on.
How could she wear a turtleneck and a chain and look so gorgeous but you looked like Dwayne The Rock Johnson.
"Ready?" She asked as you nodded and stood up, trying your best to ignore the blush in your cheeks "I see you decided to steal my fit" You joked as she laughed and rolled her eyes "No I've had this planned out for weeks, if anything you've stolen my look" She teased back "Uh huh likely story" You said as she led you to the door.
Once outside she locked the door and waved at a car that was parked out front, you didn't notice that before but now looking at it, it's probably easier for Taylor to be driven around by someone else.
You both got to the car where the door was opened, she instructed you to get in first and you obediently listened climbing in. Taylor followed and you were off, "I'm going to warn you it might be a little overwhelming, there won't be too many people but they're still quite a few and I just want to make sure you're comfortable" She said as you nodded along "Also I need your phone, I need to give you my number incase you get lost" She explained as you nodded and quickly grabbed your phone from your bag and opened it up for her "If you give this number to anybody I will write a very mean song about you" She said as she put in her information.
"If you do can you do one with that goofy ass southern accent you tried for a while?" You teased "Alright that's enough of that" She laughed, a light pink coming over her cheeks.
Soon you arrived at the party, a little bit late but not too bad, when the door was open you were met by flashes, and you froze.
You didn't know why you hadn't considered the possibility of paparazzi at this party with Taylor Swift but here your were. Taylor looked back at you, "It's ok, I'll keep you covered up, we'll walk fast" She said softly as you nodded a bit "Are you ok?" She asked as you took a deep breath, "Yeah, I think I'll be good" You said with a firm nod as she smiled.
"That's my girl" She said making your face turn red and heart leap from your chest, she turned to climb out, you followed, the flashes becoming more prominent as Taylor revealed herself from the car. You felt an arm wrap around your waist to hold you close as you walked, your face only growing a darker red with every movement.
You heard the flashes pick up again, as well as voices calling out questions to Taylor as she put her arm around you to ensure your safety around the craziness.
Once inside you let out a breath you had no idea you were holding, looking up to Taylor who you caught already staring down at you, her arm still firmly planted around you. "You okay? I'm sorry I should've made you drive separate, I didn't think that they'd already be here" Taylor sounded already exhausted as "I'm fine Tay, really" You reassured as she nodded a little.
You heard a group call out to Taylor, her friend quickly snatching her attention as a smile shot onto her face, her hand finally moving from your waist to greet them.
You stood quietly near her, looking around as they chatted.
"Right, yes, this is Y/n, they work at the farmer's market. The soap place I was telling you about, they make it all" Taylor introduced you as you waved a little "Hi" You said in a quiet voice, surprising Taylor just a little, she was used to your bubbly behavior at the market this was a new look for you.
"So you have your own business? That's fun" You kind of felt like you were being talked to like a child but you chose to ignore it, "Yeah... been doing it since I moved up here so... 4 and a half years? I hit a lucky spot but I'm very grateful for what I've made" You spoke, not really knowing why you gave back story, but here you were, giving you businesses lore to people you just met.
"You've only been here for 4 years? Where'd you live before that?" One girl set her focus on you, happy to learn more while Taylor chatted with one of her other friends close by, "Oregon for college but I'm from Arizona" You said as she nodded "Really? What made you wanna move all the way over here?" She was a little surprised at such a big move, "Um... Arizona sucks" You shrugged "Originally I wanted to teach music, but being a teacher in Arizona means I have to marry rich and I'm not into that" You tried to joke, hoping it would land, relieved when she giggled. "And now you make soap?" She laughed a little "And now I make soap" You laughed a bit as well, "But I still do music, there is volunteer bands, and I do open mic nights sometimes when I'm free" You went on "Oh bands? What do you play?" She asked you felt a little like you were being interrogated, this didn't feel like a normal conversation. "Um... a lot... mostly guitar and sax" You said, glancing over at Taylor to hopefully slip away.
You gave Taylor a smile as to not worry her while this girl, who you still had yet to know the name of, dragged you away.
The girl seemed to notice your uneasiness, but chose to solve the problem in a very round about way, "You seem tense, let's go get you a drink" She smiled and nodded agreeing for you, "Taylor, I'm gonna take Y/n to go get a drink, we'll be right back" She announced, Taylor had an odd look on her face at the girls words, you couldn't exactly place it, she glanced at you as if asking if you even wanted to go get a drink with her, "Don't worry, I'll keep her good and safe" That struck a nerve, Taylor new you didn't use any feminine pronouns, you had it on your name tag at the market. It wasn't the girls fault she didn't know, no one ever said it, but it just hit different. All the while it made Taylor feel just a little bit more superior knowing that she knew you better than this girl did.
"So are you a hard liquor girl or a fruity type?" She asked.
Earlier when Taylor had called you her girl you had no problem with it. In fact it made you a blushing mess which you hoped she didn't notice. When this woman asked what kind of alcohol girl you were it felt off.
"Um... neither really I don't really relax with booze I just get really tired" You said as she waved a hand "You just haven't had the right stuff yet" You gave a small awkward laugh as you began to flick your eyes around the room in search of your friend.
"Look we'll try a few drinks and you can decide what you want from there" She offers and you nod a bit, the people pleaser in you too scared to restate that you didn't like alcohol. She ordered you drinks you couldn't remember the names of, you'd take a sip, state you didn't like it, she'd say "Oh come on chug it and you'll like this next one", you'd do as told, and you did not like the next one.
Rinse, and repeat.
Soon enough she deemed you drunk enough and decided to order another drink for you to bring back to Taylor, simply because she wanted to see you stumble along desperately trying to keep it from spilling. Before you embarrassed yourself too much, Taylor saw you from a distance, it immediately clicking to her what her friend had planned and had done.
"Lauren what the hell" Taylor scolded as she quickly made her way over to you "This is yours" You said holding the small glass in both of your hands, raising it a bit up for her to take Taylor looked down at you and raised a brow a little before taking the glass, "Thank you Y/n, that was very thoughtful" She said softly as she smiled down at you "After further examination, I still don't like alcohol" You said with a firm nod, "You don't like it? Then why'd you let Lauren get you hammered" She asked, keeping her voice soft, already knowing you were a bit overwhelmed and now knowing Lauren made you drink far past your limits.
"I didn't wanna be rude" You said quietly as she nodded, shooting her friend a glare before wrapping and arm around your shoulder and leading you away to another room finding a place for the two of you to sit.
"I don't like that one of your friend's" You mumble as you walked beside Taylor "Sometimes I don't like her very much either" She sighed "Then why are you friends?" You asked looking up at her she paused for a little bit as she sat you down on a sofa, planting herself next to you "She's Jack's friend, she's a very different person with Jack" She shrugs as you nod looking around taking in the scene before remembering the drink in Taylor's hand "Oh! Did I get you the right drink? Do you like it?" You asked as she looked at the old fashion in her hand "Mhm" She nodded looking back at you.
"Good, you said that drink in one of your songs and I was like yeah she wouldn't have said it if she didn't like it" You explained then paused for a second "But now that I think about it you didn't say anything about enjoying the drink in the song" You rambled just a little as Taylor raised a brow "Oh so you're a Swiftie?" She teased "Yeah obviously, I almost dropped dead when you bought my stuff the first time..... and everytime after" You weren't thinking before you spoke, "Oh I see, what's next are you gonna ask me to sign something?" She teased nudging you a bit "Don't need to I already got your number and your address, that's a huge flex" You said triumphantly "And I already have signed stuff" You added as she laughed a bit "You do?" She asked as you hummed "Mhm, Debut, homophobic version, signed. It's on my wall" You said making her burst out laughing "Homophobic version??" She laughed as you nodded "You know, 'go and tell your friends that I'm obsessive and crazy, that's fine, I'll tell mine that you're gay'" You said, mocking her shitty country accent.
"That accent was crazy, as someone from the country you need to work on that shit" You said as she continued to laugh "Oh so you're from that part of Arizona" She emphasized 'that' to tease you just a bit, "Uh huh, I raised cattle and all that jazz dude" Yeah cause that's how you make Taylor like you back, you call her dude. Great going. "Oh really? Horses and all" She asked as you nodded "Mhm" "You know what they say" She said as she brought her glass to her lips making your attention return to her to have her finish her sentence "Save a horse, ride a cowboy"
What you didn't realize was every time your face would shoot red, Taylor noticed, your nervous behavior, your stuttering, you being so comfortable with her arm wrapped around you, the way your pupils dilated when she called you her girl, she could practically hear your heart pounding on your chest everytime you two talked, it was painfully obvious but she thought it was cute.
You choked a bit as your face went red and your eyebrows shot straight up and you began stuttering and fidgeting with your hands "I- what- it's um that- what??" She looked at her phone to check the time, almost 10 "We need to be heading out soon" She said as she stood up "Let's go give our goodbyes ok?" Taylor asked as you nodded and quickly stood up, following her like a lost puppy.
After finishing your goodbyes Taylor lead you to the front door, making sure to hold you close attempting to shield you from camera's as you two walked past the flashing lights.
Taylor helps you into the car before she follows, the door is shut and in a flash your back at Taylor's house climbing back out of the car, waving at the driver, who politely smiled and waved back as Taylor walked you inside.
As you entered you took note of the Christmas decorations around her house, not noticing those before, more specifically the mistletoe hanging in her kitchen, "I don't want you driving home" Taylor dragged you from you thoughts "I can have a driver come get you if you don't want to spend the night here" She said as she walked into her kitchen "Um... I'm good with staying here- but if you want me to go home I'm good with that too, whatever you want" You spoke quickly as she nodded "Alright" She said as the got out two small plates and a knife before opening up your banana bread.
You joined her in the kitchen, her on one side if the island and you on the other as she served you and her some of your bread, "Thank you for inviting me to your party" You mumbled as she nodded "Of course, it was nice having you there" She smiled down at you, you stared for just a moment as a blush crawled onto your cheeks, her smiling growing at the sight.
"You know the first time I met you I was trying to flirt with you" She laughed a little to herself as your eyes shot wide "What??" "Mhm" She hummed "The whole complimenting your hair and getting your name, then you had the idea to give me samples and I saw it as a perfect opportunity to come back and get your stuff" She explained, your mouth slightly agape "Y/n I have just so much soap, I'm shocked you didn't realize it was weird that I was coming every Saturday to get soap" She laughed, her laugh trailing off into silence between you two for a few seconds.
"The world is going to go insane tomorrow when those parasites post those pictures of us. I'msorry in advance" She said as she turned around to grab the two of you some glasses and filled them up with water before sliding the plate and glass to you "Why's that?" You asked "Cause they're gonna think that your my new 'play thing'" She scoffed looking down at the bread, taking a bite off with her fork "Cause I'm some maneater" She took a bite of the bread after she spoke. You paused for a moment fidgeting with your hands, "Is... would um.... would it really be that bad if they thought that?" You asked as she looked back at you, a look you couldn't quite place in her eyes.
Silence came over you too and you knew you'd fucked up.
Your breathing became fast as worry filled your brain, you just ruined it. If you would've kept your mouth shut you could've at least stayed friends but now you've fucked it up.
Then you saw a her carefully moving around the island towards you, your brain going silent. Not a single thought up there.
Once she was close enough, or what she deemed was, she gently reached forward to tuck your hair behind your ear, letting her hand linger, staring into your eyes as it finally clicked. All those times when she looked at you and you couldn't put a name to it, she wanted you in the same way you wanted her, better yet needed you.
You both stood for a moment before you leaned up, onto the tips of you toes, and pressed your lips against her's, a moment later she returned the kiss giving you the ok to reach up and lay your arms up on her shoulders running a hand through her hair as she pulled you closer by your waist.
The kiss lasted for what felt like years, only pulling away when you needed to breath, pressing her forehead against yours.
A comfortable silence fell over you two for a few seconds, then you spoke "I'm gonna sell so much more soap because of this" You joked earning a laugh from Taylor, this time it wasn't like her usual giggles at you stupid jokes, she practically cackled. "You've been scheming for months to get me to fall head over heels so you can sell more products" She said between laughs "Mhm" You hummed "There's some other benefits too I guess" You shrugged as she rolled her eyes "Shut up" She scoffed with a smile before pressing her lips to your again.
