I admire Amal for her intelligence, wit, and ability to keep most of her personal life private. Not much is said about her private life, but colleagues have mentioned that Amal has a âcommanding presenceâ. This is obvious when watching her interviews â her energy fills the room. She never overshares or says more than necessary, but when she does speak itâs worth listening to. As you probably guessed, she is an intelligent woman. Fluent in English, French and Arabic. Her cleverness and well articulated speeches immediately captivates those around her.

One person who was captivated by her mind is her husband George Clooney. In the world of law, she was already a celebrity but became one in the literal sense when she became involved with the well known bachelor, George Clooney. George had a long history of dating gorgeous, famous women but never settled down. He even publicly said he would never get married... this was until he met Amal in July of 2013, in Lake Como Italy.
Similar to Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, the two met through a mutual friend. This is why your connections, network, and personal brand matters â those can open more doors for you than a dating app can. While most women would fall at the feet of George, Amal didnât. I would love to end this off not talking about Amalâs love life but the amazing things sheâs accomplished. Her list of her achievements and awards are way too long to cover so Iâll mention the few I thought were most notable. Amal was awarded the most fascinating person in 2014, the World Economic Forumâs 2016 Young Global Leader, and Time magazineâs Woman of the Year in 2022. Her fight for human rights has made her a noble activist, leader, and role model. She uses her celebrity status to shed light on political issues that may have otherwise been thrown under the rug.
Amal has shown us that you can be a feminine family woman while being successful at your career. Her brilliant mind has captivated the red carpet, magazines, and one of Hollywoodâs best actors. Amal is an inspiring mother, wife, and activists. Her poise, style, and grace are just a few elements to her feminine charm. Her healthy balance of masculine energy is portrayed in her ability to relentlessly peruse her career, fight for meaningful causes, and excel in a highly competitive field.

what is it and how to exude it
Main character energy (MCE) is often confused with being narcissistic or selfish. But itâs simply the idea of putting yourself first. Itâs a term, commonly referenced by women, used to describe focusing on what YOU want in life and going for it â regardless of how it may affect others. How could anyone assume something as positive and inspiring as this selfish? Well itâs because society is used to women playing the supporting role not the main character â literally & in mainstream media.
Whats a supporting character?
Being a supporting character in your own life looks like you always saying yes to obligations you truly donât want to attend. Itâs you going after careers someone else has chosen for you. Itâs you taking on hobbies to please others. Itâs you consistently putting your needs and desires on the shelf to accommodate other people. This may seem like a beautiful, selfless trait but itâs actually one of the worst things you can do to yourself. This behavior is lowering your self esteem and self confidence and shows the people around you that they can walk all over you.
The hard truth
In this life, no one will put you first except YOU. No one will make your happiness a priority. No one will go to great lengths to make your dream life a reality, except you. This isnât because no one else cares about you, but because they have their own lives to focus on. Itâs why Main Character Energy, shouldnât just be a trend but a way of living. You have to treat yourself like the main character in your life because no one else is fully capable of doing that for you, except you. You can be a main character and still care for your loved ones. You can be a main character and still be compassionate. You can be a main character and still support those around you.
How to exude main character energy
Being a main character in your life means you put yourself first. Itâs only saying yes to things that energetically serve you. Itâs only surrounding yourself around people that have the best intentions for you. Its considering your emotional and mental well being. Itâs keeping your goals and priorities at the top of your mind. Its eating foods that nourish you. Itâs limiting the toxic drinks & foods you consume. Itâs taking care of yourself emotionally, mentally & physically above all else.
Side affects of main character energy
When youâre the main character, your self esteem and self confidence increases drastically. You stop viewing yourself as just another girl, but as THE girl. You put yourself on a pedestal and think so highly of yourself that those around you have no choice but to do the same. When you have a high regard for yourself, you tend to attract people in your life that feel the same way about you. Exude that main character energy, apologetically. â¨

âromanticizing your lifeâ has become a popular term used on platforms like TikTok and Instagram, but letâs talk about what that really means and why it may be one of the most useful tips you get from social media.
To romanticize your life means to idealize the small moments in your life such as the routine or mundane things you do daily. ďżź
Why is this important? In a social media era, comparison is at an all time high. People go through life hating their homes, cars, and jobs simply because they assume that everyone is living better than them. Social media has created this illusion that the majority of people are living extravagant lives, meanwhile yours is just average. Believing this illusion brings an unnecessary amount of anxiety and decreases your self esteem overtime.
The truth is, social media is a highlight reel. People only post their best moments so of course their life appears perfect. There has even been evidence of people renting cars and homes to pretend like itâs theirs. Weâve even seen popular influencers caught for lying, stealing and scamming to portray a lifestyle that isnât real. This is why we shouldnât idolize anyone or anything on social media â itâs all an illusion.
By focusing on yourself and romanticizing your life, you avoid the constant comparison of your surroundings to those posted on social media. You begin to make the simple moments in your life special, as it should be. Here are some examples of romanticizing your days:
taking pleasure in making your morning coffee
enjoying the process of doing laundry
noticing the calmness you feel as you clean your home
finding moments of joy in your work commute
Life isnât about those vacations you take once in a while or parties you attend a couple times a year. Itâs about enjoying it everyday, regardless of what you have or do not have. Itâs who you spend most of your time with and how you chose to feel about every second. That is what matters mosts to your mental and emotional health.
No oneâs life is perfect, but their feed is. The more you obsess over someone elseâs curated content, the more youâll resent your own life. If you want to attract more into your life, then be grateful for what you already have. Show the universe, God, or whatever higher source you believe in that youâre open to receiving more by showing love for what you have. This becomes easy to do when you romanticize the life you have now.

Embracing Your [Unique] Features
I see plastic surgery, adjustments, and fillers on beautiful women on a daily basis. From minor adjustments to full face changes. Iâll be the first to admit that I am NOT against plastic surgery or fillers. You should do what makes you happy. However, you shouldnât get these life changing procedures solely to look like someone else.
For decades, main stream media has portrayed a certain look for women to strive for. For years, it was the âblond haired, blue eyed-white girlâ. Now itâs the âdark long haired, full lip-bombshellâ. Itâs sad because the media has led gorgeous girls to believe they have to look like someone else to be considered attractive.
This post is to show you the benefits of embracing your unique attributes. Often, what these girls forget is that the women we deem âbeautiful, sexy, or confidentâ actually donât fit the beauty standard.
The women that society puts on a pedestal have notably embraced their unique features and had an easier time branding themselves because they looked unique instead of a walking clone.
Skin tone
Dita Von Teese has never been shy when it comes to embracing her extremely pale skin tone. She has admitted that her style and persona doesnât fit the normal beauty standards. She couldâve easily spray tanned like most celebrities do to get a darker complexion but instead she embraced the fair skin she has. Now, whenever you see Dita in a photo, magazine, or video thereâs no second guessing - you know thatâs her because of her unique aesthetic.
She even brings attention to her fair skin by adding dark lipstick and hair. Her beauty doesnât come from looking like anyone else but herself.
Hair
When it comes to having their own hairstyles that suits them, Beyonce and Ariana Grande nail it. BeyoncĂŠ has switched up her hair numerous times but the color and styles still scream âBeyonceâ. The honey brown tone and curls are what I think of when I imagine Beyonceâs face. Imagine if Beyonce decided to be âon trendâ and get a lace front wig & baby hairs like everyone else has. Instead, she drops âLemonadeâ and brings cornrows back in style! She is aware of the colors, curl patterns and styles that work for HER. Donât worry about what style is cool at that moment. Instead, figure out what looks good on YOU. Wear hairstyles that you actually like and that suit you best, not what someone else has.
Style
The icon herself - Ms Rihanna Fenty. I do not have to explain because we all know Rih is known for her avant garde style and iconic looks. She is the queen of âNEVER playing it safeâ when it comes to fashion. I understand that Rihanna has a team of people whoâs job is to ensure sheâs best dressed. However, that doesnât deny the fact that her style is original and unconventional. Rihanna doesnât look to see what everyone else is wearing or what the trendy items are, she creates the trends.
I know that we all canât be Rihannahâs, but you can be that girl in your own city, town or neighborhood thatâs known for having her unique style and fashion. You will never get credit or noticed for looking like everyone else, but you will get credit for having a style that is your own.
Personality
Lastly but mostly importantly, your personality. Meeting someone who has their own opinions and not the opinions of what they see on social media. I miss meeting people that had their own unique personality and vibe. Your weird, hilarious, loud, or odd personality is what makes you unique and memorable. People will easily forget you if youâre just like everyone else.
A lot of these blogs try to tell you the âproperâ or ârightâ way of thinking, behaving, and speaking. The truth is, youâll get far putting on an act but people will eventually see right through you, or worse - get bored with you.
Cardi B is where she is today not because of her talent, but because of her out of the box personality. Sheâs loud, obnoxious, and says whatever the fuck comes to mind. People love that about her because they are too afraid to do that themselves.
Issa Raeâs quirky and awkward personality is what makes her a cultural favorite. She isnât afraid to be herself, in fact she embraces it. While everyone is trying to be a bad bitch or hot girl she is just being Issa. She is so well liked in the community not just for talent and shows, but for her awkward & funny personality.
To reiterate, I have no problem with plastic surgery, enhancements or even changing behaviors about yourself. I just want you to consider why youâre doing it. If you truly believe you need to make these changes in order to excel in life or feel better, then do it.
But, if you think these changes will make you appear as someone else then you should reconsider. Everyone has something that is different and unique about themselves which help them stand out. Use those unique attributes to your advantage.

Her Character
Truth is, we love Maddy. Maddy Perez, the infamous character that Alexa Demie is known for, is our favorite popular girl. Sheâs confident, fierce, and a little bitchy. Sheâs the modern day, nicer version of Regina George that this generation desperately needed. She embodies everything that most women want on the surface: good looks, confidence, and popularity. Alexa played this role to perfection and brought fans to their knees with her facial expressions and natural charm.
Because this is the first time most of us have seen Alexa Demie on screen, itâs all we know about her. The public has yet to separate Alexa Demi from her character. To our defense, itâs only because we do not know much about her outside Euphoria. Due to our lack of knowledge about who Alexa Demi really is, weâve fallen in love with the idea of her and Maddy combined.
Mystery
There is so much mystery surrounding Alexa Demie. Her age, love life, and who she was prior to Euphoria. She had a small acting and music career, was involved in fashion, and owned a celebrity sunglass company prior to her role as Maddy. But none of that gave her the same attention she has gained from the show. People have always loved mysteries. In a world where you know everything about everyone, itâs cool to see a celebrity that we donât know much about. This makes her alluring and magnetic. It feels like weâre discovering new clues about Alexa whenever a old picture resurfaces or when we learn something new about her past.
I think Alexa is well aware of her mystic and uses it to her advantage. She does limited press and interviews. We have no idea what sheâs working on until it launches. We never see her spotted by paparazzi. And sheâs not one to share personal details or what sheâs doing on Instagram stories. This type of privacy makes people drawn to her even more. Visual Aesthetic
Alexa Demi is an artist before anything. Her visuals and projects that she releases have a lot of creativity and it shows. She doesnât post random pictures or collaborates with every brand just for a paycheck. Everything she releases to the public has a tailored visual plan to it. She has mastered her old Hollywood, hispanic aesthetic. Her strategic visuals allows people to view her in the lens sheâs created.
Visuals are everything when you want to appeal to a mass of people. People care more about visuals than words. Alexa Demi is smart because she ONLY post visuals that align with her peritcular aesthetic. We do not see her in public often or off guard so the image she provides us, is all we have of her.

Master the Art of Mystery [digitally]
Being mysterious in an era of over sharing has become increasingly difficult. If you have no social media, this may come off as weird or like youâre hiding something. If you have social media but share too much, you lack mystery. The key is to find the right balance.
Being mysterious online isnât for everyone. You should ask why you want to appear mysterious. If youâre trying to build a large following, online community or personal brand, then this may not be for you. But if you want to add an element of mystery or youâre naturally mysterious and want to master this online, then keep reading:
1. Limit how often you show your face
Your face and expressions tell a lot about who you are. Keep your followers wondering by limiting how often you reveal yourself. This does not mean you should never show your face. However, every photo should not showcase you. Even once you do show your face, limit your expressions by having a âblankâ look (see Kylie Jenner or Marlene Dietrich for examples). This will add to your mysterious aura.
2. Do not tag locations or people
Where do you live? What restaurant is that? Thatâs a secret youâll never tell *gossip girl voice*. Being at beautiful places, events, and locations but never revealing where you are will drive your audience crazy. It shows that you are not impressed by the beautiful or cool places you attend because you donât even bother to share where it is.
3. Limited to no captions
Always say less than necessary. In other words, know when to shut tf up. Save the catchy song lyrics to the influencers. Say one-line quotes, metaphors, or nothing at all. This leaves your audience guessing.
4. Be interesting
Guys, you can do all this and more but still lack mystery. Why? Because youâre not interesting. A mysterious person with nothing going on for themselves is just a boring, ordinary person that doesnât post often. No one will care or even be curious to know more about you if you donât give them a reason to.
Travel abroad often but never post where you work and they will wonder how you afford it. Appear with celebs at exclusive parties but never reveal how you know them and they will be curious about your background. Go to luxurious restaurants and events but never post details and they will want to know more about you.
The reason we are so drawn to mysterious people is not just because they reveal little about themselves, but itâs because they spark an interest in us and we cannot understand what it is. You have to appeal interesting, first, while revealing very little about yourself.

This one is for my girls that want to be seen and stand out. If you want to build a personal brand or reputation that has all eyes on you, listen up:
1. THE look
You have to have THE look, not just a look. Many believe you have to look like the ideal beauty standard but itâs actually the opposite. The ideal beauty standard is simply a trend and changes every decade. Within this decade, majority of women will go to great lengths to appeal to that standard. But if you want to attract attention, you will go the opposite route. The women that have massed attention have always looked different or like themselves, not everyone else.
Think about Instagram - majority of the girls look the same, which is why you get bored of them. But the Rihannaâs, Kardashians, Nene Leakes, Zendeyas and Ashley Grahams of the world actually hone in on their features that set them apart. Kim Kardashian came on the scene when skinny, blonde white girls were the thing to be, but she stood out because of her curves, dark hair, and sex appeal. Ashley Graham is a full, plus size model that went against the idea that a beautiful model must be skinny, tall and a size 2.
Itâs not about looking like the masses, but emphasizing what makes you look different from them.
2. Entertain
To get attention, you must learn to entertain your audience or they will grow old with you. Every woman that has gained mass attention has learned this art (yes, itâs an art). Attention spans are lower than its ever been due to short content. You must learn what your audience wants to see and hear, then appeal to that.
The reason the Kardashians have built a billion dollar empire has nothing to do with talent, but their ability to keep people entertained. The reason Ari has every popular media blog in a chokehold is her ability to keep their audiences entertained. Master this art and attention is yours.
3. Keep them in suspense
If they know what youâll do next, they will grow tired of you. Keep your audience in suspense by changing directions, trying new things, and keeping your brand fresh.
The same ol story gets boring. Have you ever wondered what happened to the popular it girls like Lira Galor (IG model) or even Snooki (Jersey Shore)? These women are still around, but they are no longer garnishing the attention they once had because the public got bored of them. Understandably, these women may have WANTED to lay low and go out of the spotlight.
But what makes Beyonce the icon for decades is her ability to change it up. She could lay low for years, and come back with a new persona. She gave us Sasha Fierce, Mrs.Carter, and Lemonade. All different eras of her.
Kim Kardashian gave us playboy bunny era, vogue, beauty icon, and now lawyer. She never stops reinventing herself.
This exciting idea that you never know who she will be next keeps her audience on their toes, wanting more. You can do this by reinventing your brand once your audience grows bored of you or knows what to expect.

Prior to ever gracing our TV screens, Chelsea Lazkani - a British Nigerian, was an (unofficial) influencer. The beautiful photos of her, her family and husband would always go viral. You can literally feel her elegance and grace through the pictures.
That aura she has is what makes her appear so glamorous and interesting. Itâs an it girl factor. She just has it, and always will.
Regardless of what you think of her on the show, Selling Sunset. She is a beautiful, opulent, glamourous woman. (Keep in the mind - the show is meant to be dramatic and over the top).
Nonetheless, Iâm glad to see her on TV. She is using her husbands reputation and wealthy connections to not only get into real estate but sell ultra-luxury homes and build a brand for herself.
Due to the interest people have always had about her and her lifestyle, I can definitely see her and her family having their own show in the near future.

Iâve always loved Georgina Rodriguez. She is so beautiful yet mysterious. Georgina is the long time girlfriend of Cristiano Ronaldo, one THE most famous fĂştbol players and richest athletes in the world!
