Does anyone else feel completely heartbroken about lying to the people you care about most. Like this isn鈥檛 little lies, I鈥檓 (we鈥檙e) hiding a huge part of our life from EVERYONE bc we don鈥檛 wanna get better. It鈥檚 so hard when u tell someone everything but can鈥檛 mention this.
I am not done yet though.
I don鈥檛 want to be better.

your ed is not an excuse to be a dick about anyone elses weight. your ed is not an excuse to be fatphobic. your ed is not an excuse to demonise, bully or make anyone feel like shit because they are overweight/obese.
fat people with eds are valid. fat peoples eds are just as serious as anyone elses and they are deserving of love and help just like everybody fucking else.

for those restricting/fasting this holiday season-
now that it's getting darker/colder and the days are shorter, you are less likely to be getting natural vitamins in the sun. if you are restricting/fasting pls try take vitamins/eat high vitamin foods (when you do eat) if you have access because your body is gonna need it to stay functional and healthy over the winter period. this also stands for the rest of the year but it is essential at a time like this
here's some vitamin recommendations, what they do and where you can find them in food/drink;
VITAMIN A
important for:
normal vision, immune system function, cell growth, keeping skin healthy
sources include:
eggs, milk/yoghurt, yellow/red/green vegetables (like spinach, carrots and red pepper), yellow fruits (mango, papaya, apricot)
VITAMIN C
important for:
procecting cells and keeping them healthy, maintaining healthy skin, blood vessels, bones and cartilage, helping wound healing
sources include:
citrus fruit (oranges and orange juice), peppers, strawberries, blackcurrants, broccoli, brussel sprouts, potatoes
VITAMIN D
important for:
keeping bones, teeth and muscles healthy. a vitamin D deficiency can cause health complications with bone growth. UK government guidance recommends that everyone take a daily vitamin D supplement during autumn and winter
sources include:
direct sunlight outdoors, oily fish (I know), red meat, egg yolks
VITAMIN E
important for:
maintaining healthy skin and eyes, strengthening immune system
sources include:
plant oils (soya, corn, sunflower and olive oil), nuts and seeds
VITAMIN K
important for:
keeping bones healthy and helping wounds heal
sources include:
green leafy vegetables (spinach and broccoli), vegetable oils, cereal grains
remember to drink water and stay safe :)

I feel like I over ate today honestly but I'm happy with the calorie count in this meal- I'll skip lunch and have some soup for dinner.

Yogurt bowl
around 1/2 cup of non fat plain Greek yogurt - 100 cals
a few blue berries- 20 cals
some granola- 45 cals
Omelet??
3 egg whites- 51 cals
Some extra veggies- 10 cals
Total- 226 cals
This should fill me up for majority of the day and I'll burn 200cals, if I get hungry I'll have a rice cake. If u have any advice plz feel free to share<333
