Tbh advice for WRITING relationships and advice for REAL LIFE relationships is not the same... sometimes you wanna read or write a romance where people ignore a bunch of red flags and slowly dig themselves into deep trouble... sometimes you want a rip roaring romance where some characters go crazy for each other at first sight like magic and wreak havoc on their world, the plot, and other characters over the course of like three weeks... I don't want to read about people going to therapy and dealing with their problems in safe and predictable ways... I want to read a story that is interesting.
There is something entirely beautiful and utterly heartbreaking about the concept of falling in love.
Its when you hear their laugh and you stare in wonder, speechless that you're able to witness it. Its when you remember every little detail about them and they're shocked by it. Its when you wake up and your first thought is whether they had a peaceful sleep or if they woke the entire night. Its when you write them love letters and spritz the paper with their favourite perfume.
But its also watching them love smile with someone else. Its also watching them write love letter to someone else. Its also watching them begin to fade from your daily routine.
But mostly and ever painfully so, its watching them love another while your heart ebbs away just a little more as the cycle of love starts again.
My head canon is that although Kyo was never invited to the jyuunishi New Years celebration he was always in fact an amazing dancer. Now he and Tohru are married and they get to perform the New Years dance together for the Sohma family 🐱🍙🥺💕
the best way to listen to mitski’s ‘be the cowboy’ is alone, feeling hopelessly alone, on pinterest, and acknowledging that shitty feeling inside of you that no one sees you romantically right now
my mental health : it seems like you are experiencing some symptoms seen in depression but only an experienced health professional can tell for sure. maybe you should -
me: guess its time to rewatch pride and prejudice again
