sorry I’ve been gone for a while I got back to my old habits but I’m currently 160 SADLY so I gained 10 pounds I will try my best to go back to 150lb or even 140lb
I got a tongue piercing yesterday so that helps me not eat because it hurts to eat so that help for me kinda. So eating way less the only thing I’ve ate was a squeezable smoothing which is 40 cals. I don’t plan on eating any more tho

Finished Day 1 with only 40 calories! I’m proud of that all I did today was eat 4 sugar free jellos which is 10 cals each so that was my meal the whole day. I didn’t really work out but I did do 4,150 steps which burned 150 cals so ig that successful. Today I think I’ll do good since it’s only 79 calories which is not bad for me. But I’ll update y’all when I finished day 2

Okay for this weekend I have been binging really bad (for me at least) so yesterday on Saturday I ate 650 calories which is out of my limit then today I fasted for the whole day then go Ight i ate 3 pizzas. Which I really regret I will be fasting for two day straight if anybody want to make a snap gc so we can keep track just dm on here and ask for my snap.

50 g of russian squash caviar
80 g of greek yogurt
½ glass of popcorn
4 cashew nuts
2 walnuts
200 g of arugula
50 g of bananas
130 g of raspberries
1 bite of cheeseburger/hamburger
320 g of cucumbers
340 g of celery
200 g of champignons
9 g of lays classic chips
12 cherries
6 dill pickles
60 blueberries
95 g of kefir
18 ml of cheese sauce
60 g of banana and currant smoothie
