Writing Villains
1. Understand them
Everything has a purpose, and so are villains. What made them the way they are right now? Is it because of what happens in the past? Or because they need attention? Or just because they are purely evil? Find the reason first, then continue to write.
2. What is their goal?
Every villain has a goal, either it's failing the hero's mission, or stealing something important from someone, or making the most devilish plan to conquer the whole universe. If you're a villain that's living on the world that you built, what would you do to disrupt the calmness? What would make the citizens cower in fear as you walk upon them? What would the heroes do if you show up and challenge them to a war? Think about that.
3. Arcs/Tropes
Honestly, I stan 'villains to weird uncle' trope. They just seem more attractive to me than the usual evil, dark, character. Now, it's your turn to decide which trope you'll pick.

Worldbuilding
Even I've struggle with this phase. Worldbuilding is so much fun, yet so much misery. But anyways, the 3 main point to ponder about whilst you build your world:
1. Magic
2. People
3. Politics
What does that mean? First of all, magic. Most of us write worlds with lots of mythical beings and magical abilities, now, write all you can think about the magic your world would have. Nature? Add some faeries abilities to the people that live there. Fire? Every home must have a fireplace, or they could be kicked out of their own house. Space? They live inside the stars. Add your own sprinkle of creativity and you have your magic.
Second, people. First things first, ask yourself these questions:
- Are there any mythical creatures or semi-mythical ones?
- Gender dominance?
- Race? (This is not racist, this is just a step to improve your world)
- Poverty?
Done answering? Let's get to the last point.
Third, politics. What is your government system? Is it oligarchy? Autocracy? Democracy? Republic? Theocracy? Fascism? For info:
- Autocracy: a government system that is lead by a person with great power.
- Democracy: a government system by the whole members of a state, through elected representatives.
- Republic: a state in which supreme power is held by the people and their elected representatives, and which has an elected or nominated president rather than a monarch.
- Theocracy: a government system in which priests rule in the name of God.
- Fascism: a government system of far-right, authoritarian ultranationalism characterized by dictatorial power.
- Monarchy: a government system with a monarch at the head.
- Anarchy: absence of government and absolute freedom of the individual, regarded as a political ideal.
- Parliamentary: a democratic government system in which the party (or a coalition of parties) with the greatest representation in the parliament (legislature) forms the government, its leader becoming prime minister or chancellor.

Prompt #1
She ran and ran. At every step she takes, the woods became denser and darker, shadows lurk in the depth of the tree branches. One fatal step, she'll fall into nothingness.

Let's talk about your character
1. Make them stand out
Make them stand out more than your other characters. Build their personality like you build yourself, don't be afraid to add extra flaws or a thing or two about your character that you don't want anyone to know.
2. What do they want?
Think about it. Got the answer? Okay, now throw it far away from your character's grasp, leaving them with the heavy weight of despair. Once your character get to that point where you chose to give them what they want, think about this: "I have two chances: one, give them what they want, or two: wait until I finally feel like I'm going to give them the gift 'cause why not?"
3. A character has to be wrong sometimes, and don't hesitate to write it. Your character would be the one who judges it; would they be miserable or would they be a newer version of themselves.
